Hello,

My credit card account as be closed from past 6 month. But i have not received any response from bank.

I had sent a mail to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 07/12/2019. But again i haven't recieved any response from the bank.

Please send me a copy of the "no objection certificate" for the settlement that was done on my hdfc bank credit card. I would also request you to please clear my name from cibil as the settlement was successfully closed in a single payment. My details are mentioned below.

In home branch( Adyar, Chennai ) they are saying your account as been linked with credit account so we cant able to close your SB account. Please send me NOC document to my mail ID & home address.

    I have applied for HDFC FasTag on 20/11/2019. Received message on 28/11/2019 for confirmation and creation of FASTag wallet. Till date not received FASTag. Customer care number [protected] not working, Road side assistance number not working, no email id to lodge complain and no tracking system. kindly help to get FASTag. The dead line of having FASTag on vehicles is reaching close and may suffer heavy double charges if I have not FASTAg vehicle on National Highways.

      Apart of so much of efforts trying to communicate with the concerned department's email id and phone, all efforts are totally in vain and useless. Thus either provide us some alternate assistance address to visit physically in delhi else despite o[censored]nwillingness i'll have to take strict action and care of this matter further in any way possible.

      I have applied for fastag on 21st november and have been provided with wallet id but as per mail clearly stating successful delivery within 7 working days, as of now its more than stated working days. So, kindly provide with the necessary info in this regard asap because all the payments have been done and one cannot apply for another fastag on the same vehicle.

          I have applied online for fastag from hdfc bank on 05/12/2019 with rs 500.
          Received sms hfr903697 was successful & u will recive e mail with pdf and fastag with 7 days. Again today on 11/12/2019 i received same sms. Ur toll free & road side assistance number is not working and their is no way to check status in ur website or anywhere. Till today i havent received any e mail anf from no where i am able to know by when will i receive my fastag.

              HDFC claims to have a very seamless and quick process for applying FASTags through their portal.

              I applied for the FASTag in November, and it said it would be delivered in 7 days. 20+ days from then, I still havent received it. The customer care number is busy 24x7, and HDFC Sarjapur branch officials say they can't help. They are probably interested only in selling new ones.

              The last date mandated by the Government is near, and HDFC is taking their own sweet time to deliver Givernment-mandated FASTags to their customers

              I would suggest you DO NOT buy FASTags from HDFC bank. Can't suggest where esle to buy it from, but DEFINITELY NOT HDFC.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (incliding security and top up). Recieved Wallet id : ([protected]) created. Once login fastag account can't see any options (Manage My Account, Recharge My Wallet, Service Request)

                The customer care number given is always busy or not being attended.There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

                Bad, very bad fillling with HDFC bank .

                  I have applied for HDFC FASTag online and made payment of INR 500 on November 30, 2019. The reference number for the application is HFR784444. I have uploaded a copy of the RC as required.

                  I have received a couple of text messages - one stating that 'FASTag has been issued successfully with customer ID & the wallet ID.' and one more message stating that 'it has been recharged for Rs. 300'.

                  However, I have not received the FASTag yet and there is no way to track the status of the dispatch/delivery of the same.

                  The customer care number given is always busy.

                  I 'am a loyal customer of HDFC Bank for more than 10 years now and this is the worst moment with them.

                  Please let me know by when will I receive the FASTag.

                  Can you please update on the status or can you advise me on how to track the status.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking number provided by bank.

                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it any toll gates.

                          I got the message that my fastag wallet was created on 30th november and that my fastag card will be dispatched in 4 working days. 11 days have passed and no update whatsoever. Calling the 1800 number is useless.. It always says busy. I'm having second thoughts as to why i chose hdfc. So much for brand loyalty. I did not expect such poor execution from such an esteemed organization.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount on 11/23/2019).                                   There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  I have been with hdfc for 15 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.

                                      I have received customer id and wallet i'd through email. Still waiting for the physical fastag.

                                      I need to travel this weekend and returning by 17th.

                                      I am a managed hdfc customer for about 10 years and don't expect these issues from hdfc. So, please prioritize my request and do the required needful asap.

                                        We have applied for fastag through hdfc bank portal on 28th nov 2019. Deposited inr 500. Got a message of thanks and they informed that we shall get it within 7 working days. Application number was hfr684718.

                                        But till date, we are still waiting for its delivery or dispatch information after 13 days (11 dec 2019).

                                        Tried on their so called customer care[protected]. To meet god is possible but your call on this number is never possible. As we have tried for 120 calls in last 12 days.

                                        Hi, I paid 500 towards hdfcfastag money got deducted but there is no confirmation email or SMS and customer care number is always busy or if rings no one pickup the call...I checked with my credit card they confirmed money deducted from my card and reached fastag.

                                        I applied for the above on 15.11.2019, I am still yet to get the fastag sticker for my car,

                                        It looks like ICICI is giving a better service, Please let me know if i can go ahead with ICICI

                                        Very bad service
                                        I was making payment towards my Regalia Forex plus card on 1 Dec 2019 through my debit card. My transaction got failed but the amount 20655 was debited from my account. I could not process my application. I am not satisfied with the services provided by HDFC online portal.
                                        I registered for Fastag on Nov 30th 2019 Application reference Number HFR780548
                                        But no update for PDF or any further messages
                                        Toll Free is always busy and unable to reach HDFC Bank as well
