Application approved on 30th nov, received sms saying:
- the fastag has been issued successfully
- customerid[protected] and wallet id was given
- the wallet was re-charged
- the card would be dispatched in 4 working days. Wallet has been re-charged and the fastag

Its 11th december now - and still no sign of the fastag. Have been trying the customer service numebr[protected] and the constant message is that the number is busy. No email address provided so that a complaint can be lodged.

Can someone at hdfc pls let me know the current status of my fastag? This is absolutely pathetic customer experience from hdfc

    I am a customer of hdfc for the past 12 years and have applied for a fastag. The application no. Is hfr888800. I have made payment of rs.500 including the issuance fee. I have not received the application pdf in email box nor received any communication in this regard. I have tried reaching the support number [protected] but none ever answers the call.

    Request the team to please help resolve this as soon as possible.

      I had created my account on 30th november, 2019 to obtain fastag well in time but it's been 11 days since then i don't have any clue about my fastag application.
      I had even paid inr 500 advance while putting up my applicaiton.

      I received my id :[protected] information through sms but that's all!

      What about my fastag card and your toll free number & quick help number are rubbish and completely fake!!
      I'm unable to understand how a reputed bank like hdfc could organize such fraudulent.. Taking undue advantage of govt. Steps to ease traffic!!

      Even i'm not able to login through my id & password, that's disgusting!!

          Today, 09 dec 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst 031219-mir[protected]". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? Please help to resolve my issue

            Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 28 nov 19 and payment made on same. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist/working. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.

            Hdfc bank only issue customer id and wallet id.

              I have not received my fasttag sticker yet.
              It will be very helpful if you please let me know when i will receive my fasttag sticker.

              The customer care number provided by hdfc is not reachable.
              Even not getting any response from the email id hdfc provided

              If hdfc can not provide the fasttag by 15th december then i have to pay fine.
              So will hdfc take responsibility to replay the fine?
              If they can not deliver fastag they why they are mentioning that it will be delivered in 7 days while taking application?

              Please look into this issue and provide my fastag.

              1. It's already 14 working days still I have not received the tag

              2. Even on 4th decmber I had received message that the tag will be dispatched in 4 working days.
              Now even after getting that message it's 7 working days still no tag has been dispatched.

              3. the customer care number is never recahable.

              So apart from getting same reply (which you also provided) nothing has been done by HDFC from last 14 working days .

              So instead of giving same format reply, please provide me correct information when I will receive my TAG.

              I applied for fasttag reference no hfr888612 on 4 th december have not received any revert or tag till date. Money was deducted from my account. Tried calling customer service your fasttag customer service number. It keeps playing music. Yesterday I had that music playing for more then 4 hours..yes u heard it right. I no longer require your service, kindly request you to refund my funds.

                I have applied hdfc fastag on 26-nov-2019 through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The order was placed and fastag was created with fastag customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and transaction reference number is [protected] (Of 300 inr). I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update after 15 days till now.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number ([protected]) given is busy or not being attended.

                I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                  I applied for the hdfc fast tag card online. Application no hfr941664. Payement of 500 had been done by me. No information about the fast tag has been recieved. Also no conformation or pdf file has been recieved by me on email. I uploaded all the needed document according to the need of the hdfc fast tag services. Please resolve my problem as fast as possible as your compaint no is not useful.

                    Hi, I have applied for FastTag(HDFC)
                    I have paid full amount and Reference number is generated but after that no confirmation Mail/Message.First time seeing a very bad customer experience with HDFC. Customer Care support always in Offline Mode...
                    Everyone thinks receiving FastTag in online is easy and this made me tough...if not here...i would have atleast got it in Toll Gate.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have applied for fastag on 1ST Dec. I have received the wallet id and customer id like any other customer. I tried to reach out to as many HDFC Customer Care numbers I found online as I could to know when it will be delivered.

                        It is really frustrating as none of them works. Either an automated reply asks me to wait or the number itself is invalid. I really need to know the status of my application ASAP.

                        As I have already provided my customerId (I don't think there is anything more informative than that), I am looking forward to getting a reply to this complaint.

                        I also need the customer care number which is a valid one. I get calls from you suggesting me to apply for the credit card. But when we ask for an actual service, nobody responds to it? I mean, how fair is that?

                        I hope you work on my issue and let me know about the status of my fastag..

                          I have applied online for the HDFC Bank fastag on 20th November and paid for the same on that day. Till now HDFC is unable to deliver my fastag sticket. When I contacted customer care after some days and luckily my call got connected after 20 to 25 tries, the answer I received was that the tag ID is still not generated and I have to wait till 7 days to get it generated and I will receive a message soon on my number. I still haven't got my tag ID or anything else from the bank and now the customer care number is not picking up my call. The deadline is coming near and I still haven't received any information. What if toll plazas charges me fees for not having a tag even if I have applied for one and not received it.

                            I booked a fastag through hdfc netbanking (Hfr541881) on 25-nov-19 for my private 4 wheeler. I have no clue when it will be delivered and via which mode. Customer service doesn't work at all.
                            It would have been better if i could have taken it directly from the toll gate.
                            What is the use of paying for a fastag and still pay separately at the toll bridge for daily commute.

                            Please check and let me know when i would get it or cancel it and return my money.

                              I applied for fastag on the 27 of november 2019, 1st of december account got created but the physical copy hasn't been delivered till now! Customer service is very tough to reach and they say they don't know when it will be delivered! They took 500rs now i am stuck! I and my family use hdfc accounts now we plan to close!

                              I called the customer care again today after 1 hour of waiting I finally got to speak to them, they repeated the same thing again that it can any amount of time and all I got to do is wait! what the hell the deadline for fastag is 15th of December and i applied on the 27th of november..i am an existing hdfc bank preferred customer too! very disappointed on how pathetic the fastag is being handled! at this point I feel cheated and losing trust in hdfc all together if things don't get sorted out I am shifting mine and my family's bank all together!

                                HDFC Fasttag is not dispatched yet. I applied it on Nov 15. Its almost 1 month now and no updates after i received a SMS 2 weeks back that fasttag will be dispatched in 3-4 days. This is for my car KA51MJ7641. Customer care number[protected] is fake and does not go through. When i called HDFC regular customer care, they confirmed that there is no department called Fasttag and they can't help with this issue. Feel absolutely cheated by HDFC on Fasttag

                                Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. Either dispatch fasttag or refund the money. Also, don't provide customer care number if it does not connect with any mobile operator. Most probably this customer care number[protected] is fake provided for HDFC fasttag

                                  I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already filled the form, submitted the relevant documents and paid, but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. No email id to contact.

                                  A Person from HDFC called me on the 11 dec 2019 post noon time and said that my application has been cancelled due to technical error from HDFC side and that my application has been cancelled. He also said that I have to reapply and go thru the formalities again, he wanted me to share my UPI ID so he could refund my money.

                                  Fortunately, I did not share my UPI ID as I was outside, because the next day 12 dec 2019 the Fastag was delivered to my official address. I wonder where and how did he even check my account.

                                  Quite disappointed about HDFC Fastag Support... This is so strange because I've been using HDFC credit card for the past 15 years and never once faced trouble with them.

                                  HOPE the FASTAG works.

                                    Hello,

                                    It's been a pathetic experience for me purchasing the Fast tag from HDFC, Despite being a valued customer I am completely unsatisfied with there unstructured, unorganized way of handling these fastags. My Fastag Application Number is: HFR902024, There is no way I can track this and the call center number is not working either. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest or refund my money.

                                      I have login in my account and everything is good. But still i didn't receive any sticker to paste in my car. I tried multiple times calling customer care but no proper response. And always no one is picking the call. per day i am able to speck to one persons that also there are saying it will be couriered but no courier or response. Kindly give a solution

                                        I have applied for hdfc fastag online application reference number: hfr882282 and paid an amount of 500/-. I have already uploaded the required documents. It has been 7 days and i have not received it. The toll free number provided is also not working. I have not received any email too regarding it.
                                        I am going to go on a trip for around 15 days from 16th december and without fastag it is going to be a problem for me. Please kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.
