i hace received sms on 26.11.19 : fastag rechared successfully.
Another sms on 28.11/19 : fsatag wallet has been created .Card will be dispatched in 3-4 days.

But still i have not received my fastag...

My name is neha khan. I have an account in hdfc bank, hewett road, shivaji nagar, lucknow.. It was my salaried account which was opened by office... At the time of opening nobody did tell about maintaining minimum balance... As i left my job i didnt deposit any money in it... And the balance came below 10, 000..

Now my account is charged
Rs 177 two times in same day i. E. On 6 dec 2019. Grand total rs 354 is deductedbr...

I had applied for a fastag on 27th nov. My wallet was created on 30th nov and i got the message that i will receive my fastag within 4 working days. Now it's already more than 7 working days but its not delivered yet. Deadline is near and your customer care is not not answering. Defeceincy in service. Want my fastag within 2 days. Its very ridiculous that u r not answering the customer care call. 15th is deadline. What do i do now?

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs. The reference number of the application is hfr900676. There is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Had applied for fastag from hdfc on 22-nov'19 and remitted rs 500.
As per the site, fastag was to be delivered at my registered address within 8-10 days of application.
Had received an sms on 26-nov'19 saying fastag is been issued and cust id & wallet ids are xxxxxx and fastag is charged with rs. 300.
Subsequently on 28-nov'19 recd an sms saying fastag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched within 3-4 working...

I have applied for hdfc fastag on 24/11/19 and i have got sms on 28th november that my fastag card will be delivered in 3-4 days. I also got email confirmation on 26th november that my fastag has been issued successfully created. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. My fastag has been issued on 28/11/19 but i couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking...

I have applied for hdfc fastag on 14/11/19 and my application id is hfr369987. I have got sms that my fastag has been created on 28/11/19 and card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days. But i couldn't get it till now.. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis....

I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 26th november 2019 and made payment of 500 inr. The wallet shows 300 inr as balance. The reference number of the application is hrf593087. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update on receiving the fastag as of today 7th december 2019.

On 28th nov 2019, i got message saying the fastag has been shipped and with in 3 to 4 working days i will receive it.

There is no way i can track it, i have not received it, the[protected] number dont work, hdfc customer care dont have an idea obout this fastag.

How do i get the tastag. Or credit the money back. I can get it through other bank...

I have been harassed over call. I have agreed to make payment and want this settlement done at the earliest. It's been a month i have been speaking to someone from collection team.

This is not ok when i agree to make payment yet have been abused and harassed over call.

I was offered settlement amount of rs 12000 but have been waiting for the otp to receive on my contact/ email i'd which i did not receive.br...

I have opted fastag from hdfc bank. I got mail about the fastag account details. I got a message that the fastag will be dispatched within 4 days but now it's been 20 days over still it have n't dispatched. Customer care i can't even able to contact them. For getting personal loan they are calling almost twice a day. I don't know what do and how to move further.....

I had a car loan from hdfc bank which is closed last year sept 2018. My first cheque did not go through due to an issue with the bank. Hdfc bank did not intinate me even of the cheque did not go through. I had to follow up with them asking why the cheque was not collected after a run around i had visited the branch at bundle garden pune n paid of my emi and i was given a confirmation that there will be no bounce charges.
