I have applied online for the HDFC Bank fastag on 20th November and paid for the same on that day. Till now HDFC is unable to deliver my fastag sticket. When I contacted customer care after some days and luckily my call got connected after 20 to 25 tries, the answer I received was that the tag ID is still not generated and I have to wait till 7 days to get it generated and I will receive a message soon on my number. I still haven't got my tag ID or anything else from the bank and now the customer care number is not picking up my call. The deadline is coming near and I still haven't received any information. What if toll plazas charges me fees for not having a tag even if I have applied for one and not received it.

    I booked a fastag through hdfc netbanking (Hfr541881) on 25-nov-19 for my private 4 wheeler. I have no clue when it will be delivered and via which mode. Customer service doesn't work at all.
    It would have been better if i could have taken it directly from the toll gate.
    What is the use of paying for a fastag and still pay separately at the toll bridge for daily commute.

    Please check and let me know when i would get it or cancel it and return my money.

      I applied for fastag on the 27 of november 2019, 1st of december account got created but the physical copy hasn't been delivered till now! Customer service is very tough to reach and they say they don't know when it will be delivered! They took 500rs now i am stuck! I and my family use hdfc accounts now we plan to close!

      I called the customer care again today after 1 hour of waiting I finally got to speak to them, they repeated the same thing again that it can any amount of time and all I got to do is wait! what the hell the deadline for fastag is 15th of December and i applied on the 27th of november..i am an existing hdfc bank preferred customer too! very disappointed on how pathetic the fastag is being handled! at this point I feel cheated and losing trust in hdfc all together if things don't get sorted out I am shifting mine and my family's bank all together!

        HDFC Fasttag is not dispatched yet. I applied it on Nov 15. Its almost 1 month now and no updates after i received a SMS 2 weeks back that fasttag will be dispatched in 3-4 days. This is for my car KA51MJ7641. Customer care number[protected] is fake and does not go through. When i called HDFC regular customer care, they confirmed that there is no department called Fasttag and they can't help with this issue. Feel absolutely cheated by HDFC on Fasttag

        Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. Either dispatch fasttag or refund the money. Also, don't provide customer care number if it does not connect with any mobile operator. Most probably this customer care number[protected] is fake provided for HDFC fasttag

          I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already filled the form, submitted the relevant documents and paid, but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. No email id to contact.

          A Person from HDFC called me on the 11 dec 2019 post noon time and said that my application has been cancelled due to technical error from HDFC side and that my application has been cancelled. He also said that I have to reapply and go thru the formalities again, he wanted me to share my UPI ID so he could refund my money.

          Fortunately, I did not share my UPI ID as I was outside, because the next day 12 dec 2019 the Fastag was delivered to my official address. I wonder where and how did he even check my account.

          Quite disappointed about HDFC Fastag Support... This is so strange because I've been using HDFC credit card for the past 15 years and never once faced trouble with them.

          HOPE the FASTAG works.

            Hello,

            It's been a pathetic experience for me purchasing the Fast tag from HDFC, Despite being a valued customer I am completely unsatisfied with there unstructured, unorganized way of handling these fastags. My Fastag Application Number is: HFR902024, There is no way I can track this and the call center number is not working either. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest or refund my money.

              I have login in my account and everything is good. But still i didn't receive any sticker to paste in my car. I tried multiple times calling customer care but no proper response. And always no one is picking the call. per day i am able to speck to one persons that also there are saying it will be couriered but no courier or response. Kindly give a solution

                I have applied for hdfc fastag online application reference number: hfr882282 and paid an amount of 500/-. I have already uploaded the required documents. It has been 7 days and i have not received it. The toll free number provided is also not working. I have not received any email too regarding it.
                I am going to go on a trip for around 15 days from 16th december and without fastag it is going to be a problem for me. Please kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                    I am calling on this number since 10th December, as mentioned on HDFC Fastag Window - To Call Customer Service –[protected], to my shock, this number is showing as number not available.

                    then i called on the information on their website -

                    These number doesnt exist.

                    How pathetic is the service of HDFC, my colleagues had applied via AXIS Bank and Paytm, they got the Fastag in 5 days. I had applied on 30th November, but didnt get.

                      I have booked fastag on hdfc portal under application ref no. Hfr475408. On dated 23/11/2019,
                      It was mentioned by hdfc that fastag will be delivered with in 7 days, but till date fastag not delivered..
                      For any penality by toll after 15th dec, hdfc will be liable. Other wise they should deliver the fastag immediately.. I need immediate action so that concern people should deliver the product and advise them not commit any thing wrong on website if they are not able to do so.

                        I have applied for fasttag on 30/11/2019 for an amount of rs.500 after 6 days (06/12/2019) i received my customer id and wallet id but till date i have not received any confirmation email or any information regarding dispatch of my fast tag kit.                           I have applied Fastag application on 30th November and application number is HFR809351.

                          I am not received my Fastag Sticker with RFID. Customer care number is not working. Very poor service from HDFC and dissatisfied. As agreed by HDFC, it will be delivered with in 5working days but I have not received any information from them. If they cannot manage to many applications then why they are taking request from customer. This is the fate for Indians to adjust everything.

                            but after 5 days no news or intimation about the progress so for. there is no way to contact the helpline as the number is always busy or no one pickes up after waiting long

                                Hi,

                                I've been trying to get my hdfc fasttag for the past couple of weeks. Even though i paid for the wallet and at the end of the session my session got expired.

                                Even though money got debited from my account, i was able to get the hdfc fastag sms on dec 01, 2019 and subsequently on dec 04, 2019 i've received one more sms from hdfc mentioning it should be delivered in 4 days.

                                Since then it's then more than 2 weeks i have applied fastag through hdfc. I'm literally fed up in calling your call center. It's one of the worst customer experience i've received through your site.

                                Recharged transaction reference number: our fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/5/2019 12:09:12 am. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                                Please look into this issue on higher priority and resolve it asap. If in case i'm unable receive the response in 24 hours i will escalate it to next level.

                                  Applied for Fast Tag on 9.11.2019 vide application ref no HFR345769, but till date not received Fast tag sticker. Facing dificulty is passing through Tolls. No response to any toll free number. No feed back.
                                  Waiting to get my account activated, no access to customer though as per HDFC customer I'd is mentioned in pass book and cheque u don't see anything as such...nor do have option to contact HDFC as every option is automated not finding any customer care agent to talk to..Please help..this was never the issue with icici Bank. Can somebody help me
                                  I have applied for HDFC fastag on Dec, 31, 2020.
                                  Now March 20, 2021. Still I didn't receive my fastag card. I have received wallet id and current balance shows 300 (I have paid 500 rupees). I tried reaching customer care, all they say was wait for next 7 working days, you will get card. Non processed from their side. I sent few mail to @insolutionsglobal.com but no response from there side. Really bad service from HDFC.

                                      Applied for hdfc fastag for 3 of my vehicles and paid 1500/-, it was mentioned that a representative would come to our address to confirm for the fastag application. But no body turned up.
                                      And i could not track the application status, my application reference number hfr898712.
                                      And no response on the registered email or mobile.

                                      I am expecting response on the issue.

                                      My Son's savings A/c. No. [protected] AXIT JITENDRABHAI PATEL change from Minor to Major category and I have submit all necessary document 12 days. (New account opened 1 days and minor to major change very long time) Please take quick changes minor to major account.

                                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is HFR596382. then there is no update.

                                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.
