Hdfc bank made a false promise... It charged me money for fastag. I uploaded the documents. Got a message saying that i will receive fastag within 4 days. But fastag not yet delivered to me. The toll free number does not work. It gave two more numbers on the hdfc fastag website which also don't work. It appears like they had put up the fastag service just to gather 500/- per person from the public... Fraud service

I have submitted fastag application through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using net banking on 24th Sep 2019. but not yet received even i tried to called customer care multiple times but no response.

    Applied for hdfc fastag on 25th november 2019 and still no update from hdfc. Got an email with wallet details but card is not yet received. Its been more than 15 days. Toll free number is always busy. No option to check status. No email address. No updates from bank. Went to nearby bank and they are asking to call the toll free number. Not sure what to do.

    I applied for fasttag using HDFCBank facility on 12th Nov 2019 and the Application no is HFR363635. They charged me Rs. 500 and it was deducted from my account. After that there sis no update on my Tag. It is taking too much time for HDFC to issue the Tag. When will my tag will be shipped. Many banks are giving the Tag on the same day.

    There is no update on my application and not received any PDF copy of receipt. Customer care number is not working. Very poor service from HDFC and dissatisfied.
    Hi I have applied fastag 20 days back till now, i have no information about it, Customer care call not getting connected, Even i have visited bank 3 times, they have simply denied, go to customer care we have no information about fastag.

      I have applied fastag through fastag website, and paid 500 rs using my debit card, but still now i haven't receive any confirmation details about my application, even i tried call so many time to the fastag customer care and to my hdfc personal banker but there is no proper response, fastag customer service is very worst, simply post their customer care number in the websites, but no picking / no answering the call.

      I have applied fast tag through the HDFC Credit card. The money got deductd from CC. I haven't received any e-mail. My application number is HFR857145
      I registered long back about fast tag .. which is not delivered yet. Moreover they do answer toll free number[protected]. If before taking the fastag this how you treat after taking you gonna screw my happiness to get register a complaint. Non sense service.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs. 500. The reference number of the transaction id is[protected] dated[protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving account & fix deposit) and this is the worst moment with them.

        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr414113. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.

            I am a hdfc credit card holder and today on 11th december, 2019 i received a sms stating that my card number ending with 2633 has been debited of rs.1899. This was done without my consent and i do not wish to be a part of this ponzi scheme called the"oneassist membership". I fail to understand how this is legal to debit money from a person's account without their consent! Please cancel this immediately and refund the debited amount.

            I have received fastag wallet online through hdfc bank vide wallet ID 19000006287021 & Tag Seg No. HFR 411652 -F - 1563 MH14BK1381. By mistake have written this car No. Actual my car Rto registration is MH14EH0453 . May I request you to change Tag Seq No instate of MH14BK1381 to MH14EH0453

              I had taken personal loan from hdfc bank around 6 years ago. I paid my all dues as attached photo but yet not received noc. Many times mailed to hdcf bank customer support. But not received any good feedback from hdcf side. My loan acount no is 22815021.

              Below mail i recieved from bank...

              We observe that e-mail id used by you for this interaction is not registered with the bank. As you know that requested document contains sensitive and confidential information in respect of your banking relationship with us. Hence, we regret our inability to act upon the instructions sent by you through this e-mail id. This is on grounds of secrecy and confidentiality of account/ transaction related information of customers.

              If my email id not registered its not my fault. I am giving my loan account number also.

                Today on receipt of my fastag i logged into my account and to recharge the wallet with rs.500.00 through my hdfc credit card at getprepa. I also got a message from the bank that the amount that i have spent that much money. To my surprise it is not reflected in my wallet and my wallet balance is the same as it was before i recharged. This type of errors and miscommunications or wrong information is very common with this site. I have high regard to hdfc bank and this type of lapses are least expected from such a professional banker. Hope they resolve the issue at the earliest and see this thing are not repeated to much of the customers discomfort and angry.

                I have applied for fast tag on 30th Nov 2019 but i have not got any update from them.none of their number is working .

                UPDATE: FASTag application HFR794262 was successful.

                I have uploaded my Adhar card and copy of RC online. I was bug fan of HDFC but this kind of delay without any information is not expected.
                I have applied for Fast Tag & paid through credit card Rs.500. Application No. was communicated through SMS i.e. HFR 735021 & so other communication. There is no system to check the status & even no mail ID is available. The toll free no. is always busy & not reachable. Please help

                  Hdfc bank — hdfc fastag - not delivered

                  I applied for fastag on 12th november with application id hfr362495, wallet was created on 23rd november. Have not received any response from the fast tag team regarding the delivery status. I tried to contact customer care where there is no small bit of response from them and which is really frustrating customer like me, please i expect the acknowledgement for this complaint either from hdfc or from fast tag department before going to next level.
                  The customer care number doesn't connect most of the times and even if it connects they will provide an update that fasttag will be dispatched within 2 days and i will receive the message. Till date i have not received the message. Hdfc bank is poorly managing the fasttag process, while they promised it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days this is the reality, close to a month and still waiting. Gadkari sir.. Please defer the fasttag implemenation considering the issues we are facing with the banks in getting the fasttag delivered

                      I am Madhu Ray. I am very disappointed to say that suddenly I got1399rs debited from my credit card for one assist policy, without my permission, without any message alert. I don't want to carry this [censored] plan anymore. Want to deactivate any how otherwise I will end up my account in this bank.
                      I spent more than 19000 in the month of october and they promised 2000 gift voucher. But i didnt received it till now.

                      The Net Banking system is busy processing heavy load from currently logged in customers.

                      Note: I was totally unhappy with this service. Tried at same time yesterday also same issue.

                        I have an saving account in hdfc bank arera colony, bhopal (M. P.) branch

                        When i checked my account statement, i see the transactios of rs 477.36 deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst 301119-mir[protected].

                        I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

                        I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. Also this is too big a amount to charge.

                          Applied for fastag with reference number hfr889699 on 4th dec 2019 through hdfc bank portal by paying the necessary amount. Got a message that will receive pdf on registered email id and fastag to my address in 7 working days. The representative will connect with you soon, however till date no one has contacted me. There is no such update. The contact number provided is continuously busy. Please look into it and inform me the same. I am a loyal customer to hdfc bank for more than 10 years.

                                Hi,

                                I took insta jumbo loan 2 months back of ₹ 420000 and paid all dues before my first emi. I want to get the noc letter and the customer service team is not providing me that.

                                Its really very bad to treat customers like this amd ignoring customers request and disconnecting my call atleast 10 times. My loan number end with 7282

                                I would definately change my bank if this cant be fixed.

                                Please look into the matter and help.

                                  I had received the below said mail from [protected]@hdfcbank.net. Confirming that my application number hfr424699 has been processed and fastag has been issued on nov 23, 2019 but till date i am yet to receive the tag, i have been tring to reach the customer care number but that doesn't work.. Please help on priority and advice what should i do. Not to mention i am a preferred customer of hdfc bank

                                    Applied for fastag with reference number hfr862857 on[protected] through hdfc bank portal by paying the necessary amount. Got a message that will receive pdf on registered email id and fastag to my address in 7 working days. There is no such update. Please look into it and inform me the same. I am a loyal customer to hdfc bank from 10 years and hope up it gets resolved soon.

                                      I have applied for fasttag on 1st dec 2019 and i have received my wallet id and customer id on 6th dec 2019, and same day also received a message saying "fasttag has been successfully recharged for rupees 300" with a transaction id. But still i havenot received the fasttag.
                                      I have checked the online status, it says the tag status, shipment status are still pending.

                                      Kindly let me know my fasttag status about when will i get my fasttag, courier details etc.

                                      I have tried reaching the customer care number but always engaged. Whenever i dial customer care number it is engaged / currently busy.

                                        I have applied for hdfc fastag online and submitted all necessary documents as well as fees online on 29th november 2019. My application reference number is hfr771873.
                                        It has been 13 days since i have submitted my application, but i have not received fastag. (Supposed to be received in 07 days).
                                        Please kindly update my application status.
