I want to change the relationship manager. Ankit Kashyap (Contact No[protected], 119, Radhakrishna Sadanam, Main Rd, Gandhi Bazaar, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004) as he is unresponsive and does not attend to my calls.
I called him recently regarding the delay in issuance of Fastag and he gave me a story of the office intranet access being down for more than a week. The second time I called, he cuts my call and texted back that he will call back as he is in a meeting and he never calls back. The third time when I called the next day, he did not lift nor leave a message. I don't think I would need such a relationship manager who does not attend to the customer's call unless he gets some revenue.
