I am and hdfc customer since last 5 years and today when i was doing an online transaction, i kept geting this error of
"there is a low severity memo present on the credit account., there is a memo present on the debit account."
I saw a hold of some 74000 on my account for no reason.

This is outrageous
Will hdfc ever plan to do it's job and stop harassing customers?

    I have ordered 1 fastag on 28 oct 2019, it is already showing in my wallet id [protected].
    But i have not received the physical tag yet. Please let me know the status of my tag.

    Your toll free is horrible, i have tried at least 100 times in a day it is always busy.

      I want to change the relationship manager. Ankit Kashyap (Contact No[protected], 119, Radhakrishna Sadanam, Main Rd, Gandhi Bazaar, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004) as he is unresponsive and does not attend to my calls.
      I called him recently regarding the delay in issuance of Fastag and he gave me a story of the office intranet access being down for more than a week. The second time I called, he cuts my call and texted back that he will call back as he is in a meeting and he never calls back. The third time when I called the next day, he did not lift nor leave a message. I don't think I would need such a relationship manager who does not attend to the customer's call unless he gets some revenue.

            Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 11nov was processed on 24 nov of the same year 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.

              I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal 4/12/2019. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received application no hfr896844 but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

              I have applied for fastag on November 9th 2019 and still did not get the tag nor I got any clear information on the status from their team.
              Everytime I call they give different status saying it will be delivered the following week which is never ending.

                I got customer id and wallet id for my fastag but did not receive physical copy.

                Application reference number : hfr468168

                I received a message on 28th november 2019 saying - your fastag has been created. Card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days.

                After that no communication.
                I am customer of hdfc bank since 2010.
                I trusted hdfc, but no hope after this incident.
                Could you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr593346. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended and this is the worst moment with them.

                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

I have got sms and email that my fastag has been issued on 04/12/19 but i couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or hdfc should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently.                       I had applied for the fastag from hdfc website (Online) on 27th nov.2019. Application reference no. Hfr626946, i received a sms that my wallet id was generated on 30th nov. And i will get my fastag in 4 working days as per sms received on 04 december, 2019. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag. Also their customer care no. Is not working, always say busy.
                      My account has already been deducted with the fees 500.0 and other charges. Further i have recharged it with rs.300.00 on 01 december, 2019. Total amount rs 600.00 is present in my wallet.

                      It is very unfortunate to believe that such a reputed private bank have such a careless & irresponsible staff and service.

                      Hdfc management have to look into this matter, otherwise, i have to take the shelter of the hon'ble court for the justification and damages to my personality.
                      Sir, if you are incapable to take the action, please return and deposit my amount to my account number within two days of this complain otherwise i have to go for other legal options, consumer court as i am unable to cancel my registration with hdfc and want go for some other vendor

                        I have applied for fasttag on 1st dec 2019 and i have received my wallet id [protected] on 6th dec 2019 but i haven't received the fasttag.
                        Kindly let me know the fasttag status.

                        When will i get my fasttag, courier details etc.

                        I have tried reaching the customer care number but always engaged. One of the worst customer care number ever. Whenever i dial customer care number ([protected]) it is engaged / currently busy. I am not sure how hdfc going to support the customers on fasttag when customer care was always engaged.

                              They have mentioned that i did not mentioned hfr? No one is giving explanation for this.

                                  I am using hdfc credit card since 2013. Limit of my credit card is 65, 000/-.

                                  From last 2-3 years i am paying 4-5 thousand per month as told by your executive with phone number [protected].

                                  Many times i have transferred money in his account which he paid for my credit card.

                                  After paying so much money now your employee with phone number [protected] is calling me to pay 65 thousand in one go. His name on true caller is "farzi vakeel sahb". He uses pathetic language with the customers.

                                  He is calling my family and using abusive language with them.

                                  I feel cheated after paying so much money.

                                  I am going to consumer forum now.

                                  Also Your employee with phone number [protected] is telling me that you are giving lollypop of 4000 rupees every month to bank from 2 years . See such language is being used with customers. Pls ask your employee if 4000 is a small amount ? Can he pay 4000 rupees per month for 2-3 years if this ampint is "lollypop"? i have already recorded the conversation and given to local police station.

                                    fastag not delivered

                                    Address: Thrissur, Kerala, 680002

                                    I have received a mail from hdfc stating that fastag has been issued on 26 november 2019. However, fastag not delivered yet (12 december 2019)
                                    Customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]
                                    Unable to reach customer care through toll free number. Line is always busy.
                                    Please let me know by when i can expect to receive it....

                                    I have applied for fastag through online under application no. Hfr886034 and confirmed that successful payment transaction of rs.500 on 4th december 2019. Hdfc bank's indicated that representative will call me & provided toll free number. Neither i receive call from representative nor i able to reach toll free number. Toll free number always indicate that number is busy.

                                    Request to issue fastag immediately or refund the amount.

                                      My ref hfr430847. I applied for fastag on 21.11.2019. I have paid Rs 500. But till now I have not received fastag. Tried to contact on toll free number. But always busy or no one lifted. I never expected this type of service from HDFC.
                                      Please provide my vehicle fastag immediately or otherwise cancel the fastag issued. Refund the Rs500
