Dear hdfc bank, i have submitted fastag application on 20-nov-19 but till date i have not received my fastag while wallet id is already created on 24-nov-19. I am struggling to get in contact with you through your toll free number but it is always busy. Kindly share the status of my fastag. Below are details for your reference.

    I have applied a fastag in hdfc bank on 25th noember 2019 & payment was already got deducted against my vehicle hr02w3276 application reference number is hfr541501. Further i have received a message on 30th nov 2019 that your wallet id is created & card will be dispatched with in next 4 working days but still today on 10th nov 2019. I will not get any card. Kindly intervene the matter & resolved the issue. Without card this wallet id is not of my use.

      I applied for a fastag card through hdfc and also paid the amount of rs 500 successfully.
      However i did not receive any confirmation through email and am unable to track my application status.

      I applied using my hdfc savings account details itself.

      The customer care number mentioned in the site is pretty useless as it is always busy.

      Please help.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr973664. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        I have been with hdfc for 11 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

        As I have yet not received the Fastag application confirmation email on my registered email id ([protected]@rediffmail.com) that indicate the process is broken and my application is lost in HDFC system/application due to some bug.
        I also got HR[protected] value on HDFC Fastag web page apart from application reference number HFR973664.
        What is HR[protected] value ?

          I have applied for fastag in hdfc bank on 28th nov'19. My money also got deducted. Only i got is wallet id. There is no fastag i received. What should i do now? If i won't receive the fastag on time and tell plaza ll charge me then who ll be the responsible for such penalties? Here is my wallet id:[protected].
          Please send me my fastag as soon as possible. This is ridiculous that no one called and nothing happened just what you guys did is deducted money only.

            Hello hdfc,
            I purchased fastag from your website on 14th november.
            Application reference number is hfr369807.
            You mentioned that i will get it within a week. But as you can see that it has been more than 3 weeks now and yet no signs of the fastag.
            You mentioned your representative will contact me. Nobody did.
            Your contact helpline number is dysfunctional.
            There is no email address for communication.

            What do you suggest i should do in this case?
            Any help will be highly appreciated.

              I am an Employee of TCS bhubaneswar. Using HDFC Food plus card since last 3 years. I had lost my food card. I got a new one. Updated the new card details in our official portal. Still Not receiving any balance credit message in my new food card. I want the amount to be transferred to new food card.

                i applied for fast tag on 26th Nov 2019, my wallet was created on 30th Nov 2019 but i don't receive my fast tag card till yet at my home address,

                please suggest.
                I am not recd my Fast tag as it was booked online on 27/11/2019.i got my customer I'd &wallet I'd.
                Also informed through mail I can get this with in a week. But till now I was not get my fast tag from your bank.

                  Received wallet id and customer id on nov 30. It was told that the tag would be dispatched after 4 working days. Till now there are no updates. As many customers already raised the same issue, the customer care number is not reachable. Also, the mail id given as reply to one of the customer's reply by mr. Manoj is not valid... Kindly do the needful.

                        I have been using indusind’s credit card from past 4 years and have utilised my complete limit many times and have paid it back even however i suffered through a big loss in my business and have been paying minimum due from past almost 1.5 year now. My total limit is 89k and i[censored] count my minimum amount (5000 x 18) i already have paid 90k. However my outstanding is still 91k.

                        Now, as i do not have any backup of earning nor i have business and i have ran out of my all the saving and currently running in debt and hell lot of financial crisis other issues.

                        I won’t be able to pay minimum dues and hence i need to do the settlement.

                        My savings out are also running in minus.
                        As am running in bankruptcy i can’t pay more than 20k. Which i also have to borrow from someone.

                        Request you to please consider my offer and yes am not worried of any credit score affect as any which ways it’s getting affected.

                        Please help me settle the card, as bank has already taken more than 100% of amount that i have used.

                        I can try making the payment of 20k for the settlement.

                        So, please considering my financial crisis. Help me do the settlement.

                                Hi,

                                I have ordered hdfc fastag online for my car on 29th nov 2019. It was supposed to get delivered the fastag in 7 days from order date. But i have not yet received the same. I got an email on 4th december that the fastag wallet account has been created, but still waiting for the fastag card.

                                Fastag application ref no: hfr715551

                                The worst part is, customer care number[protected] is also not working. There is no other way to contact them for an update.

                                Please help to fix this issue.

                                        Dear sir
                                        I purchased a fastag from hdfc bank through online mode 3 months before but my fastag shows (Invalid) on all toll booths however sometimes fair has been deducted by handheld devices. My fastag has not been automatically read on any toll booth even a single time. I have called several times on 1033, they told me that my fastag is properly active further i called [protected] many times they told me go to hdfc branch. Even though hdfc bank branch didn't provide any solution. They told me that they can't do nothing in the matter. I have 410 rs balance in my fastag account. What should i do? Please help me out. I shall be highly obliged.
