Hi,
I have ordered hdfc fastag online for my car on 29th nov 2019. It was supposed to get delivered the fastag in 7 days from order date. But i have not yet received the same. I got an email on 4th december that the fastag wallet account has been created, but still waiting for the fastag card.

The worst part is, customer care number[protected] is also not working. There is no other way to contact them for an update.
Please help to fix this issue.
