I have submitted fastag application on 25th nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received.
I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy or some music is playing.
I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received.
Also after complaining here multiple time on this forum, i received a message that you will get message in 3 -4 days or 7-10 days for dispatch details. But still no proper communication has been shared by hdfc officials.
Let me know, when my fastag will get delivered.
