hdfc fastag online application

I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 20-nov-19. While making the payment, the amount was deducted twice from my account.
Request you to verify from your end and make necessary arrangements for a refund the amount.

Till today there is no response from them, i tried calling the customer service number and always busy and can't able to contact them for the last 5 days....

fastag not received

I had applied for fastag on 26/11/2019 thru following hdfc fastag portal.

I have a HDFC bank salary account and paid the amount through my standard chartered credit card.
Payment of Rs. 500/- got debited to my credit card but didn't receive any response or communication from hdfc (No message /email)

I am continuously calling on given helpline care number but the call could not be connected and also there is no searching link for HDFC fastag. Where can I get the status of my application.

payment not refunded even after 72 hours

Dear sir/mam,
I have paid an amount of rs. 7876/- through UPI to book an air ticket from Easemytrip. The amount was deducted from my account at that time, but the transaction was not processed.Even Easemytrip has confirmed that they haven't received the payment yet. Please do your best for return of my amount.

my money is deducted without my permission

Hi, i don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account 682.79/- amb chrg incl gst for sep2019-mir[protected] i dont know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this.

I have not received on my fast applied through hdfc bank, i am not able to get current status whether it is dispatched or not if yes hiw to track it, if not then why, and how to resolve the issue. Customer care no. Is allays busy.

Applied for fastag on 01/12/19. Till now no update from hdfc. Welcome letter also not received. Call centre no. not at all working. What is the use of paying Rs. 500 and bank is not responding totally.

My fastag reference no is hfr 793651 i want to know status for my fastag its took one whole week.

So please send my fasttag on urgent basis. This is not good for reputed hdfc goodwill.
