I have purchase fastage from hdfc bank online on dated 22.11.2019 against application no. Hfr450120. Bank has issue us wallet id no. [protected] in which two tag has been issue containing no. 34161fa8203288ac04646500 & 34161fa8203288ac04649bc0 which was not received till date. No courier or post detail detail is share by you.

So i hereby request to you please share postal /courier detail. So we can track online.

i applied for fast tag on 26th Nov 2019, my wallet was created on 30th Nov 2019 but i don't receive my fast tag card till yet at my home address,

please suggest.
I am not recd my Fast tag as it was booked online on 27/11/2019.i got my customer I'd &wallet I'd.
Also informed through mail I can get this with in a week. But till now I was not get my fast tag from your bank.

    Received wallet id and customer id on nov 30. It was told that the tag would be dispatched after 4 working days. Till now there are no updates. As many customers already raised the same issue, the customer care number is not reachable. Also, the mail id given as reply to one of the customer's reply by mr. Manoj is not valid... Kindly do the needful.

      And also want the status of my application of fastag.

      Please confirm the dispatch status and time in which i received my fastag.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I have received the message and mail indicating that my fastag id is[protected] and wallet number is [protected]

          I have been using indusind’s credit card from past 4 years and have utilised my complete limit many times and have paid it back even however i suffered through a big loss in my business and have been paying minimum due from past almost 1.5 year now. My total limit is 89k and i[censored] count my minimum amount (5000 x 18) i already have paid 90k. However my outstanding is still 91k.

          Now, as i do not have any backup of earning nor i have business and i have ran out of my all the saving and currently running in debt and hell lot of financial crisis other issues.

          I won’t be able to pay minimum dues and hence i need to do the settlement.

          My savings out are also running in minus.
          As am running in bankruptcy i can’t pay more than 20k. Which i also have to borrow from someone.

          Request you to please consider my offer and yes am not worried of any credit score affect as any which ways it’s getting affected.

          Please help me settle the card, as bank has already taken more than 100% of amount that i have used.

          I can try making the payment of 20k for the settlement.

          So, please considering my financial crisis. Help me do the settlement.

          Please be informed that i did try in past to convert amount into EMI’s mire than 5 times. However bank denied it all the times. I was paying untill i could, howvever i have no job, no business, no source of income. Hence i can’t pay it anymore

            I have applied for hdfc fast tag through hdfc bank site.
            The customer id allocated is[protected] as per the email received from the bank.

            However, i have not received the fast tag even after 15 days of applying for the same.
            The bank website claims to provide the same in 7 days.

            What is the fun of applying online if it is such an harassment for the consumer. The customer care number provided is not available all the time.

            What is the procedure to get the fee refunded for this fast tag so that i can purchase it directly from some toll plaza.

              I have been using the hdfc account from past 12yrs now.

              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status when will i get the device.

But physical tag is not dispatched from hdfc. I am not able to track the application status as customer care number which is mentioned on site and email is not working.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered hdfc fastag online for my car on 29th nov 2019. It was supposed to get delivered the fastag in 7 days from order date. But i have not yet received the same. I got an email on 4th december that the fastag wallet account has been created, but still waiting for the fastag card.

                  Fastag application ref no: hfr715551

                  The worst part is, customer care number[protected] is also not working. There is no other way to contact them for an update.

                  Please help to fix this issue.

                          Dear sir
                          I purchased a fastag from hdfc bank through online mode 3 months before but my fastag shows (Invalid) on all toll booths however sometimes fair has been deducted by handheld devices. My fastag has not been automatically read on any toll booth even a single time. I have called several times on 1033, they told me that my fastag is properly active further i called [protected] many times they told me go to hdfc branch. Even though hdfc bank branch didn't provide any solution. They told me that they can't do nothing in the matter. I have 410 rs balance in my fastag account. What should i do? Please help me out. I shall be highly obliged.

                            I am very disappointed with your fastag delivery service.

                            On 30/nov/2019, i received message "update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 4 working days. For any queries, call [protected]"
                            But till date 10/dec/2019, i have not recieved any fastag sticker yet. My fastag account has been opened, i have my wallet id so why this delay in the delivery.

I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.                                   I have applied for HDFC fastag on 20/11/19 and my application Id is HFR426909. I have got sms and email that my fastag has been issued on 28/11/19 & it will be delivered in 3 to 4 dats, but I couldn't get any delivery yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or HDFC should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis.

                                      Rs. 885 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 9th December when i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough.
                                      Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.

                                        7 days ago i applied for fastag via hdfc portal by uploading all the required documents. Payment of 500/- was done through my hdfc credit card. I got the reference number (Hfr860498) as sms but i have not received any email with the application details. The customer care number [protected] which they provided in portal is of no use. There is no way to track the status. Please help me what is status of my order and provide correct customer care number which help the customer.
