Dear sir not a recived my rfid tag hdfc fast tag ref no: hfr355853 mr chaina ram on 11/11/2019 also sand detail for despatch id and long time to delay last sms on 28/11/2019 on sms your tag is dispatch in 4 days but not a recived for my fasttag customer id:[protected] wallet id [protected] so please imigatly. My account is on hdfc bank in sikar branch. And my account debit on 500/- rupees (200 deposit and 300 rupees balance in my wallet i’d also recharge) but not a recived rfid fast tag. So urgently solve my fast tag related complaints

    I have applied for hdfc bank fastag as i am a customer of hdfc bank. I have received a sms regarding my cust id and my wallet id: cust id is[protected], wallet id was given as [protected]. Amount of rs 500 was deducted from account.

    But till date i have not received my rfid fastag. Even there is no tracking system from hdfc bank how to track fastag. Hdfc fastag customer care no [protected] which is given on website is always coming switch off.

      Hello,
      I have applied for Fastag before 10 days and I haven't received it. Here is the application number, HFR570847 please help me to find status of it, help line number is not working.
      I have tried to contact multiple times but none is picking up call. This is very frustrating situation as I am frequent commuter.

      Please help me to get this resolved immediately.

        I have applied for hdfc fastag on 14/11/19 and my application id is hfr369987. I have got sms that my fastag has been created on 28/11/19 and card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days. But i couldn't get it till now.. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis.

          I applied for fast tag on online on 26/11/2019.
          Till now i am not get my fast tag.

          Customer care no is notworking/not lifting/not answering/ not connecting.

          Hdfc bank is not responding properly.

          Dont buy hdfc fast tag.

          Very bad.

            [resolved] hdfc bank fastag — application reference number: hrf593087


            I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 26th november 2019 and made payment of 500 inr. The wallet shows 300 inr as balance. The reference number of the application is hrf593087. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update on receiving the fastag as of today 7th december 2019.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 5 years now and this is the worst moment with them.
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              On 28th nov 2019, i got message saying the fastag has been shipped and with in 3 to 4 working days i will receive it.

              There is no way i can track it, i have not received it, the[protected] number dont work, hdfc customer care dont have an idea obout this fastag.

              How do i get the tastag. Or credit the money back. I can get it through other bank

                I have been harassed over call. I have agreed to make payment and want this settlement done at the earliest. It's been a month i have been speaking to someone from collection team.

                This is not ok when i agree to make payment yet have been abused and harassed over call.

                I was offered settlement amount of rs 12000 but have been waiting for the otp to receive on my contact/ email i'd which i did not receive.

                The contact number updated is not working so i cannot receive otp without which they are unable to process further.

                Asked them to send otp on email id else change the contact no and send he otp on he number where discussion is being done. But they are not agreeing.

                This is simply harassment and now they want me to pay 28000

                I request you to take this up and have this settled within a week and will not answer any call received fr collection team

                I also want to update my contact no so as to receive otp.

                  I have opted fastag from hdfc bank. I got mail about the fastag account details. I got a message that the fastag will be dispatched within 4 days but now it's been 20 days over still it have n't dispatched. Customer care i can't even able to contact them. For getting personal loan they are calling almost twice a day. I don't know what do and how to move further..

                      I had a car loan from hdfc bank which is closed last year sept 2018. My first cheque did not go through due to an issue with the bank. Hdfc bank did not intinate me even of the cheque did not go through. I had to follow up with them asking why the cheque was not collected after a run around i had visited the branch at bundle garden pune n paid of my emi and i was given a confirmation that there will be no bounce charges. After 4 years hdfc calls me and asking to pay 600rs. Where a commitment was given there will be no charges. I am threatened i will not be given my noc. Seriously for 600rs. What a bank!!! I am not paying a single penny...

                          Fasttag registered online by personally visiting the hdfc branch at gandhi nagar, ghaziabad on 22nd nov, 2019.
                          It was assured that it would be delivered in 7 working days but yet it hasnt been delivered and also having no idea about it as your so called consumer complaint number[protected] comes busy all the time.

                            My credit card bill rs. 31925 and due date for payment is 03-dec-2019 i paid my rs 1600.00 on 03-dec-2019 11:00hrs (As mimimum due) and remaining balance rs 30325.00 also paid on 03-dec-2019. I have also received the confirmation message for the same but unfortunately same day hdfc debited the amount of rs 31925 +1600 as a auto debit and
                            Next day i. E. 04-dec-2019 they have charges 638.50 as auto pay return fee and on 05-dec-2019 charged 114 as gst on charges
                            And also my saving account balance is more than 2 lac
                            So why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. This is unfair and not acceptable.
                            I want my amount back in my account.

                                I received confirmation message on 30/11/19. And i got customer id nd walletid also till now i did not get any fast tag.
                                I'm trying to login my hdfc fast tag for first time login i fill all fields new password set total process should be done finally error occurred. I did not get my password to login my hdfc fast tag. I attached enclosed confirmation message from hdfc bank

                                    The lady with specs on the customer care desk at mira road branch does not respond to when asked, her behavior was refusive to print the passbook. Her colleague sitting next understood it and showed gratitude and did the needful for me. The collegue is not supposed to do her job, but as she refused by her body language, the girl with curly hair had too, i don't know what's the problem she has with me, i never had a conversation though with her still, this is not the only incident but to count at least thrice she has ignored... Sitting on the customer care desk where you are face to face to the customer you can't be choosey, whom you would serve and whom you won't.

                                      Hdfc bank reaches low every day. They have selected me for bad behavior stealing fraud etc. They put a hold on my account for 12600 even after paying the credit card ac 6178 with 12000 (The money kept for my treatment they are not removing the hold) i need it urgently for heart treatment. But they are refusing. After stealing 60000 rs they are doing this to me. Now i am filing a case in consumer court. They are deliberately doing this to cause me harm may be die so that they can steal. Hdfc is the worst bank in the entire world.

                                        I had rs. 12, 499/- in my savings account, but still amb chrg deduct 177.00 and 354.00 at the same time, the same day.
                                        This is this second time, such incident happens with me even after maintaining sufficient balance.
