Hdfc bank credit card team and debit card team, always providing wrong commitments to their customers, credit card team offered me a promise of giving book my show voucher for spending 5 transactions per month with hdfc credit card, so i have skip other bank credit card spending and used hdfc bank cards, but i have not received a single penny voucher from hdfc bank i escalated the same to the poor customer service team, they said why you did not complaint earlier, i confirmed with them many times before doing transactions and complaint many times fro that voucher is not yet received, but they are still telling the voucher has been expired. I don't know where they sent the voucher for expiry... I don't know who is the # gave the best bank award to hdfc, i will give worst bank in the world is hdfc because they always expecting complaints from their customers and they intentionally doing these mistakes... I recomend to every one please never choose hdfc bank products any more, i will attache the poor service team reply to here after sometime... Don't prefer hdfc they are fraud bank, i have all the evidence to prove that and they will blame customer all are customers mistake..

I had applied for fastag through assistance of HDFC Bank (G.T.road, Phagwara Punjab) branch employees
On 28-11-19, and on[protected] I received mail for indicating me customer id and wallet id, , but till date I have not received any fastag, , as I need it urgently.
The Hdfc bank staff is not responding to my enquiry and they say that I have to contact directly to the customer care.. but at the time of applying for fastag the employee told me to use his code so that it will
Be easy to locate the position of my fastag.. but afterwards the employees are not listening. And moreover the customer care number is busy always. Now what to do. I am really getting harassed and have not option.. just to think that if might be a scam by HDFC bank .
