I had applied for fastag from hdfc online on 4 dec 2019 submitted all required documents and paid fees rs 500.00 online through my hdfc account.
My application no is hfr900161 and also not received mail on registered email id as they confirm to send.
Pl update the status and send fastag as soon as possible.

As hdfc bank services are good and fast but this time service is not markable.

Kindly look into the matter.

Also on hdfc site no option to check application status even hdfc bank employee are not able to answer or track the application status of any fastag.

    I have applied hdfc fastag through netbanking custid - 3041497 and made payment of 500 inr.

    The reference number of the application is hfr458058.
    I have uploaded registration copy of the final document.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy.

    I have been with hdfc for 20 years now.

    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.

      We have applied for fastag ref hfr808151 dated 30th november, 2019. We are yet to receive any confirmation or communication from hdfc bank. Its really sad that such a big organisation just ignores customer and business. Please help us. Can we apply for a fastag from some other bank otherwise. We have tried calling on the helpline but the phone itself dosnt exist. None of the
      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Post complaint I have received confirmation mail of the issue of fastag but nowhere is it written that it has been despatched to the address etc... its very unprofessional of a bank not to complete the task in one go. I can understand that they must be having huge work load but if they cannot manage they should not have got into this business knowing fully well that what sort of car population India has and what sort of business can be generated. but banks have only seen what revenue can be generated without putting the infrastructure into place. Such is India.

        My vehicle no up14dz5887 customer i'd[protected] wallet i'd [protected] rfid[protected] passed at chhajarsi toll plaza at nh 9 on 2.12.19 at 17.07 pm. Toll of rs 125 was deducted from my above fastag affixed on windscreen. Still the toll attendant asked for rs 125 which i paid as there was no scope of argument because of long line of vehicles after me. The image of cash receipt ticket no 324341 operator name gtech is attached.

        Kindly reverse the amount of rs 125 into my fastag account and apprise me what should i do in similar situations.

            I am sri. Tarun kumar deu, ashokepolly, p. O. Raiganj, dist. Uttar dinajpur. I was contacted with bank official (Sankar babu) of raiganj branch of hdfc bank. He assured that loan will possible accordingly many papers he tell me to submit and i have submitted my papers. Then mr. Sankar babu told me that paper verification may take 7 (Seven) days i after 3 (Three) month already passed during this period. Last 3-4 days before he told concerning officer is on leave after his joining within 1/2 hour your loan will be disbursed but on the next day he send a sms that your loan is rejected. I told him if i am not eligible for that loan then why you take long time and i a m in need money for my business urgently. I shall in big trouble this not fair and drastic action should take on him immediately. I am a good reputation in this bank, previously i was taken a loan form this bank and i have repaid the same within stipulated time. My loan application reference no. 96443995. This is not fair, if i am not eligible then you should deny my proposal within 7 days.
            Please take necessary step as early as possible.

            This is not the answer of my complain. My complain are as follows :
            1. If I am not eligible then why taking long time to reject ? And why harassed me to prepare various paper day to day and causing monetary loss? At the time of application I told to Sankar Babu, bank Official that I am in money immediately then why intensionly late causing immense loss of my business. After all I am a good customer of your bank. Your negligence and intensionl activity effect on my business. Sorry is not the word of all solution. I will complain against your institute to the RBI and Government also. And upload your such type activity in the social Medea.

I have tried to conduct [protected] but no response. Always busy and no response. Very poor service by the bank. We really disappointed with the service of the bank. There is no email id mentioned.

                I had applied for fastag through assistance of HDFC Bank (G.T.road, Phagwara Punjab) branch employees
                On 28-11-19, and on[protected] I received mail for indicating me customer id and wallet id, , but till date I have not received any fastag, , as I need it urgently.
                The Hdfc bank staff is not responding to my enquiry and they say that I have to contact directly to the customer care.. but at the time of applying for fastag the employee told me to use his code so that it will
                Be easy to locate the position of my fastag.. but afterwards the employees are not listening. And moreover the customer care number is busy always. Now what to do. I am really getting harassed and have not option.. just to think that if might be a scam by HDFC bank .

                    I have been promised by hdfc home loan staff that you will definitely get pmay home loan subsidy within 6 months. I confirmed with that person and clearly told i do not in need of loan. I will apply for the home loan only if i get the home loan subsidy under pmay.
                    He was so confident and approved me a loan and gave me guarantee about the subsidy.
                    Now, it's been a year and more he is not answering the phone not replying. Somehow i contacted to his superior, he also felt something been happened wrong with me. But smartly he also refused my question and try to be out of this matter.
                    He approved 18 lakh home loan to me that i was not in need. He suppose to approved only sufficient amount's home loan.
                    Now this people and not giving any sort of responsible answer.

                      Hdfc bank credit card team and debit card team, always providing wrong commitments to their customers, credit card team offered me a promise of giving book my show voucher for spending 5 transactions per month with hdfc credit card, so i have skip other bank credit card spending and used hdfc bank cards, but i have not received a single penny voucher from hdfc bank i escalated the same to the poor customer service team, they said why you did not complaint earlier, i confirmed with them many times before doing transactions and complaint many times fro that voucher is not yet received, but they are still telling the voucher has been expired. I don't know where they sent the voucher for expiry... I don't know who is the # gave the best bank award to hdfc, i will give worst bank in the world is hdfc because they always expecting complaints from their customers and they intentionally doing these mistakes... I recomend to every one please never choose hdfc bank products any more, i will attache the poor service team reply to here after sometime... Don't prefer hdfc they are fraud bank, i have all the evidence to prove that and they will blame customer all are customers mistake..

                        Hi,
                        I had applied for hdfc fastag 09.11.2019. Ref. No. Of my application is hfr 347654. On 24.11.2019, i got a mail saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer id and wallet id was provided and it was saying that fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no despatch confirmation for the fastag. Hdfc fastag toll free no. Is always busy and useless.

                        There is no direct contact no. Of hdfc customer care representative and tedious phone tap is going on & on without giving any option to talk to customer care representative. After lots of efforts, i could talk to customer care representative of on 05.12.2019, however, he said that they do not have any information regarding fastag and told me to contact on toll free no. Which is always busy.

                        I have already mailed to hdfc 10-12 times, however, there is no satisfactory response from hdfc.

                        It is therefore requested to provide the despatch status of my fastag.

                          On dec 2, 2019 i applied to hdfc bank for fasttag; form was filled, and rs 500 paid thru my icici cr card. But immediately on payment, the session got timed out, and application process was not successful. Icici bank have confirmed that rs 500/= are debited to my 'hdfc fastag' account. How can i get hdfc bank fastag to refund my rs 500/=? I have subsequently on dec 2, 2019 itself, reapplied for the fastag successfully by paying another rs 500 from my sbi cr card.

                            Hdfc is claiming to issue fastag which is a false thing as they have taken 500 from my account past 10 days and till date no update and none of the customer support is taking the complaint. To connect to the customer care number we need to call 72 times in a row only then it gets connected but its a waste talking to them. Also there is no use visiting any branch as none of them is aware of what fastag is. This is pathetic how our indian banks work.

                            Issue has been taken up with rbi ombudsmen

                              I had applied for fastag on 14th of november, however, it is still not delivered to me. Although wallet i, customer id etc were generated and available on a website, which looks like managed absolutely poorly by a third party. Neither phone nor email contact available on website is working. Phone nos. Does not exists and emails are never responded.                                   I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. Reference number of application is hfr47782. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document & rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys by customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  Please update on the status.

                                    I have balance of Rs.500 in fastag account but still at tolls its showing zero balance & blacklisted.
                                    Customer care no. is not connecting.

                                    To whom I shall contact yo get 5he problem solved??

                                      I applied FASTAG through online and my application number is HFR468535 It shows, the Fastag will deliver within 3 days. But still, this was not received.
                                      Please check and send ASAP.
                                      They have given customer care number but no, number will not work, dont buy hdfc fast tag, its use less.

                                        I have applied for fastag rfid for my car (Txn no: [protected]) on 23.11.2019. Till date i have not received the same. I have only received an acknowledgment on 24.11.2019.
                                        I contacted the local hdfc branch who could not offer any help. I also contacted their representative in kolkata ([protected]), unfortunately the calls were unanswered.
                                        This is a new rule which must be complied and it is uncertain whether the fastag rfid will at all be delivered.
                                        Overall experience with hdfc is unsatisfactory.

                                        Already complaints givees all information but daily asking same question. They thought I am fool.
                                        They only passing tome not interested to resolve issue
                                        I have applied for fastag yesterday (29/11/2019). Customer id[protected]. Amount got debited from my SBI Debit Card but still I have not received any confirmation. Kindly do the needful.
                                        I have applied fastag on 28.11.19 through hdfc bank. Till time i have not received e-mail from bank as told by bank personal at aurangabad. While filing the application i am not able to upload the documents. Bank officer told that when you receive the email from bank you will upload the documents.

                                        Customer care number is always busy. Dec 1 is approaching and still I haven't received any notification on Fastag shipment.
                                        My HDFC Fastag application no is HFR552646 . I have made the payment of Rs 500. But there is no way to track the application. The customer service number is either busy or no one attending it. This is very bad service from a Bank like HDFC.

                                        I online applied for HDFC Fastag, I am already a HDFC bank customer.
                                        Payment is deducted and the session got timed out.
                                        Trying call their bloody toll free number from past 4 days, that number is not working.
                                        Instead of making thousands of calls everyday for car loan, home loan and all they should work to prioritize this.
                                        I have hdfc fastag for my car, but when i wish to register my account online for recharge etc. I tried to contact their customer service but i could not connect myself with the numbers provided, i tried for whole day.
                                        I have paid 500 and booked the fast tag: reference: HFR432132, they said somebody will call me but no one called. Your customer care number [protected] does not work and bank helpline does not support fastag. This is pathetic service. Can you please return my money so that i buy it from another vendor. or call me at [protected]
