I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of INR 500. The reference number of the application is HFR546129. I have uploaded Rc & PAN Card and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please...

I have just now (28/11/2019) applied for fastag thru hdfc portal at hdfc bank (Branch address - showroom no. 3, mayfair tower cts no. 28, mumbai pune road, shivajinagar, pune -411005). I am holding HDFC salary account and the details shared below, as it's a salary account there should not be any annual fees as informed by HDFC Executive whole opening account but recently the fees got deducted from account and also some money is on hold.
Please reimburse the debited amount for the same and also the money which is on hold by bank

I had been associated with hdfc since 13 years and been a preferred account holder. Still service is pathetic & seems more like working with some contracters unlike hdfc. I am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I visited the dommasandra hdfc branch (Bangalore) to open a ssy account on 8/11/2019 but as of today no updates on the same. The initial deposit amount to open the ssy account has been deducted long back. The staff in the branch are not able to help. Based on hdfc bank's reputation and services, this is least expected. There is no sms/mail frm hdfc fastag team and their toll free number is always busy. Cannot login as i do not have wallet id.
There is no means to contact fastag team, nothing on website to track applications. Either refund my amount or let me know the status of my fastag....

I apply for fastag and complete all processes and when i came to submit fees of rs 500 it show me error and after 30 minutes amount of rs 500 is deducted from my account on[protected].

I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2011, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

I wanted fastag for my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

However, amount of rs 500 was deducted...

I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 27th nov, 2019 and i have paid rs 500 successfully but at the end error occurred. I have not received any email confirmation from hdfc bank. I have tried calling their customer care number more than 100 times but their number is 24 x 7 is busy. I am not sure what to do with this but hdfc bank is very hopeless.

I've submitted fastag application successfully through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using hdfc debit card on 24th nov 2019 night.
