Total amount of rs 13500rs was on hold and an amount of 3500rs was debited from my savings already and - 10141rs as of now showing as on hold by hdfc bank.
My ifsc code is hdfc0001228. And my account digits are 50*3252.
I need justice and i'm not liable for any overdraft or any other expenses, my account is very clear. I'll take this issue to higher court if it is not resolved, i tried customer care which is useless and time taking and i have mailed the complaint to [protected]@hdfcbank.com even they didn't responded.

    I have canceled my credit card 6 months ago but today i received that my credit card outstanding is pending rs 630. As per my hdfc platinum credit card cancellation request is processed.

    I tired to call hdfc customer team but didn't got right answer.

    So i kindly request hdfc team please look into this matter.

    Your HDFC Bank card ending 7102 has been blocked as lost basis your request placed to our Bank Representative on call. Accordingly, your card account details has been transferred to the new credit card ending 2862. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not despatched to your mailing address since you had not placed request for card reissuance at that time of blocking your credit card account.

      I have made the payment and recieved confirmation email regarding my fastag. It has been 10 days and no update of issuance or delivery. This is absolute filth from hdfc especially with their reputation. I hope someone from the bank sees this and provides me an email id to contact. The toll free number they have provided never woks. I dont understand why the whole thing is such a farce. I need this by next week for the vehicle. Please act hdfc.

        Hello,
        I have been using hdfc for more than 10 years. This is the first time i'm facing issue. I applied for fasttag on november 15th but still i have not received fasttag. Very pathetic service. Few days back, i received an sms saying tag and wallet account got created. When trying to contact customer care [protected], it always says busy.

        Any help is highly appreciated.

          I apply for hdfc fastag when i do payment it says unable to process your request but my balance deduct, i try three times and two times my balance deduct. I don't want fastag from hdfc because of pathetic services. Kindly cancel the order and please do refund.

            I applied for the tag on 10th nov 2019 and i got an sms that says the a/c was created on 23rd nov 2019.

            After a long wait finally, i got my fastag a/c created and i got the details of it and i could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.

            But still not clear on when i will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when i first applied for it on hdfc bank site.

              Hi, i have applied for 3 fastag on 28th nov. Paid rs 1500/-. I have an application reference number hfr655976. Neither the fastag application pdf has come on my email nor have i received any calls from the bank fastag representative. When ever tried calling the[protected], just get a busy tone. Called up phone banking. They gave an email address to contact them. The address is status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. This address is not available. I have started feeling cheated. Hope i either recieve the fastag or the money refunded back.

                  My self balamurugan. I have applied for hdfc bank — hdfc fastag on nov28th 2019 for my car. During the process, payment issue: session timeout error screen is appeared on my system and rs.500 amount deducted from credit card account. When i called the hdfc fastag it is always busy after so many tries they asked me to wait for 2days. Till now it is not reverted back to my credit card account. Worst experience with hdfc fastag.

                  Such issue is not expected from hdfc bank : (

                    My credit card got expired. Iam not able to pay the bill. I didn't get any proper response with phone banking and i don't have net banking also as i closed debit account.                       My hdfc fasttag is blacklisted and there is no support from hdfc to resolve this issue.

                      There fasttag helpline number is never reachable or nobody picks.

                      I am having a balance of more than 500 inr in it but still i am unable to use it at toll.

                      Toll plaza guys says i have to get in touch with hdfc and hdfc never helps.

                      I am soo frustrated because of this.

                      I literally want to get rid of hdfc tag now. My money is stuck and there is no service provided to me from hdfc

                        I had hdf salary account however after changing my job 2yr back i stoped using my hdfc account...
                        I recently got updated that they have charged me -9000 in my account since they changed it to saving.
                        No prior communication was made. It's h huge chunk of money and i m not able to pay it due to my financial condition.
                        I did checked online that rbi has passed rule that bank are not supposed to do it.
                        But m sure where to file a complaints or contact to get this waived off from my account so i can close it as it severely effecting my credit score

                          I received a message on my mobile saying that there is a deduction of 1425 indian rupees from my debit card account. I was never asked for otp and i haven't shared any information to anyone. Please help me in returning my money back.                               I booked irctc ticket on 29 November 2019, money has been deducted but ticket not yet confirmed . In the failed transaction it is showing "no response from bank". I am attaching the screen shot of failed transaction. I conducted transaction through HDFC debit card.

                                This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr465524 for the application of fastag on date 22 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

                                Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email id available.

                                Kindly look into the matter mas soon as possible.

                                  On 30/11/2019, i've initiated a transaction through hdfc (Domluru bengaluru branch) netbanking for 5k to beneficiary boi bank (Naigaon dist. Nanded branch) account. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message saying - your money transfer of inr * timed out due to technical reason. Ref no[protected]. I checked, the amount is not credited to any account.

                                        I had registered for fastag through hdfc bank. Completed the process on the portal and submitted the rc of the vehicle and my drivers license as document requested. I had paid 500 through hdfc bank debit card. Transaction completed but i didn’t receive any email or sms confirmation if the fastag is issued or not. Money is deducted but don’t know if fastag issued. Tried their toll free number ‭[protected]‬ but it’s always busy. Tried calling customer care of hdfc bank and register complain but they told to wait for 8 working day then can register the complain. I asked for any email address to register complaint and they gave me mail i’d but the mail failed to deliver and says “ sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address”. The email id provided to me was status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in which is not working. Please do the needful at the earliest to resolve my complaint.
