Hello,
I have been using hdfc for more than 10 years. This is the first time i'm facing issue. I applied for fasttag on november 15th but still i have not received fasttag. Very pathetic service. Few days back, i received an sms saying tag and wallet account got created. When trying to contact customer care [protected], it always says busy.
