On[protected], I made application for HDFC fast tag online. The payment was made by HDFC credit card and I received sms saying rs 500 is spent on ETOLL1291683. Immediately the session was closed with a timeout error. I have not received any reference number also.
I contacted HDFC customer service 3 times since then. Every time, I got the answer saying money is transferred and I will get sms from fast tag. I am not able to connect to fast tag help line - the number is always engaged.
The bank does not seem to be interested in solving customer issues created by the bank.

    Hdfc Bank — hdfc fastag payment issue: session timeout error screen appeared and amount deducted from savings account Sum of 500.

    I spoke to HDFC rep and she gave a Fast-tag customer care number but that number is Always Busy !!.

    This is Horrible customer service.

    Ref number : -ETOLL1291683

    Request the Bank officer to kindly take action on this ASAP as we all know the Fast-tag has been made mandatory by our Govt.

      I applied for fastag on 29.11.2019 and the Application HFR776142. Payment has already been made. But no confirmation mail nor any update is received till date. The complaint / help line is always coming busy. It is a sheer harass by the Bank. Please update the position. There is no further communication nor any call back being done by the Bank. Need urgent help.

        I have got a HDFC Fastag through Index hyundai -Mira road showroom along with my new car recently against customer id :[protected] . I got a message from HDFC bank with customer id and wallet id details. When I logged into the HDFC Fastag login I was shocked to find my credentials all incorrect.1) Aaadhar mentioned is incorrect 2) email id mentioned is incorrect: 3) Chasis no mentioned against my car registration number 4) My Car number not mentioned .I tried and still frantically trying to to contact HDFCFASTAG Customer care no[protected] since more than 15 days and surprisingly the number is not connectable .Contacted bank and Dealer. No response from them too. Can you help

          On 29th nov 2019, at 12:32pm, we applied for fastag from hdfc bank website, provided all the details along with my vehicle details, even though I paid Rs 500 from credit card & received the text message from hdfc credit card about deduction of Rs 500 also but now there is no response... no response while connect with customer care number [protected] ….

          Didn't receive any details neither in my mobile nor in mail... don't know any status of the application?

            I have applied on 3rd nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

I have contacted Blue Dart courier service centre, they advised me to contact bank for correction in the communication address.                 Hi,

                I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 29th nov 2019. The amount rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but i have not received any reference number or any success message.

                I could not able to find any email or sms to rmn for status updates. I am sharing my details of vehicle and transaction id for reference. Please revert as soon as possible.

                Also, I am continuously trying to contact their toll free number [protected], but it always shows busy. What kind of toll free number which make me think this could be fraud. There is no official email where can I contact to HDFC FastTag officials.

                I am valuable customer of HDFC bank and I never expect such kind of response from any company associated with such a huge bank. Totally disappointed with the services.

                    Hdfc is cheating it's customers. I applied for fasttag and they deducted 500 money and no clear communication. The customer care no they provided never worked, i tried calling 50 times in different times and different days. We need to ban this bank as they don't know how to mange this small thing. Paytm and small groups are doing 100 time better. My bad i struck with hdfc. Please help and ban hdfc in india.

                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (Incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is hfr841705. Since then there is no update.

                      The customer care number given is busy or not being attended. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

                      How can i get the update, if application not processed, i want refund of inr 500. I have already applied for other fast tag.

                            I have tried to apply a fast tag (Hdfc) through on line in 29 nov 2019. After completion of all the steps payment of rs. 500/- is also made by me through hdfc debit card. The amount has been also debited but no confirmation made on purchase of fast tag till now. After the payment a message is displayed on the monitor that is "session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime." i tried to contact customer care but the number remain always busy. Please issue the fast tag in favor of me or else the amount may be reimbursed.

                              My personal loan of amount 5 lac for 48 months with ac. No. 93653765 was disbursed on 3rd sep. 2019. The total amount i received was rs. 495, 950.00. At the time i was told that interest rate will be 11.5 %. Emi of rs. 13, 346 is deducting regularly on 6th of each month. The issue is till the date neither i haven't received my personal loan agreement paper nor any loan insurance document. According to hdfc personal loan emi calculator my emi should be of rs. 13, 045. Also in "hdfc loan assist" app my loan amount is shown as rs.5, 06, 886. I am uploading the screenshot of the hdfc loan assist app in upload section. I request you to look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr413289. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                  Hi,
                                  Considering fastag will be delivered in mentioned time (7 working days) in the hdfc portal, i ordered fastag in hdfc fastag portal on 22/nov/2019, reference number : hfr439005. Still i haven't received my fastag.

                                  It is really hard to connect with customer care (Either line busy or call not answered). After few hours of dedicated try (Every time), i have been connected to customer care couple of time, but every time i received same answer from customer care execute saying (Portal issue we couldn't check your details).

                                  Will i be getting my fastag?

                                  Seriously this has messed up my travel plan which i have planned on dec-1. Considering initial government rule, i canceled my trip as i haven't received fastag in the mentioned days (7 working days).

                                    I was trying to get the fastag from hdfc and i tried two times. First time my money got detected from my credit card and the page got failed. When i tried the second time complete transaction got completed and i got the reference but i did not got any email on the same.

                                    Question are here
                                    1. I am part of hdfc bank for the last 10 years i never faced this kind of issues and the customer no what you have provided is always is busy? Is the way to get tracked both the transaction.
                                    2. First transaction i made but the page was failed will i get my money back?

                                      Dear team,
                                      I got a call 3 months back from hdfc ergo team (Ph no:[protected], they informed that i did not claim i policy sum assured then so i am eligible to get the entitled money if i could take a temporary policy from cigna ttk which is the client for hdfc ergo.

                                      I agreed to that and purchased cigna ttk prohealth - protect plan and paid rs.20000..

                                      They informed once we receive the policy hard copy we should be able to get the next steps of the proceedings from rohit malhotra from hdfc ergo (Ph no: [protected]) and subsequently anjali sharma - [protected] from hdfc ergo.

                                      That was not the end of the story, rohit malhotra said there is a small formality from hdf where i need to enroll and purchase a hdfc plan to complete the process. They asked me to visit hdfc branch, m. G. Road, bangalore and provide documents and complete the process.

                                      I did that a swell and purchased a hdfc life plan as they suggested.
                                      Asked to pay premium inr 30000
                                      Plan: hdfc life young star udaan

                                      I was told by june i should be getting rs.1, 87, 000 /- to my account (Including the refund of 20341 and 30000) which i paid for the temporary insurance.

                                      Then i got another call where they said there is a problem in gst calculation so i may have to pay some money to correct it. I completely declined and asked them to deduct whatever tax from amount payable and credit rest of the amount to my account.

                                      Finally, they said 2, 17, 000 is the final amount and deducting 30% gst i will get 1, 80, 000 rs in account.

                                      After that they have been postponing telling the amount is disbursed in alphabetical order and so on.

                                      Till now i have not received the amount to my account.

                                      This is such a worst experience in my entire business transactions in all my life. I want you to kindly look into this on priority and get this sorted for me at the earliest.

                                      Please cancel my cigna ttk & hdfc life insurance plans and credit my account with the amount i am eligible to get from my previous policy and refund of these 2 policies that hdfc ergo insisted to purchase.

                                      Till now i not getting any response from hdfc team or fraudster rohit malhotra and anjali sharma.

                                      Please tell me hor file a complaint against these people??

                                        I have applied a fast tag wide no:hfr805083.. Uploaded required docs and made the payment... Till now no communication from the bank... Their phone number is 24 hrs busy.. No email i'd is given anywhere... I have send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but no reply from there too... Hopeless service... Wasting customers time and money... Wonder why they don't send an acknowledgement to the mail i'd as soon ad they receive the amount... Other agencies are providing tags on the same day where these people are least bothered. After taking money

                                        Till date 13/12/19, not recieved the tag or dispatch details.
                                        If you cant accommodate huge number of customers on time, please stop accepting new application.
                                        Here you are taking payment in advance and making customers wait without any intimation.
                                        Your customer service number is not at all working and you dont provide an email id... pathetic service never expected from Hdfc...
                                        Those who wish to apply for Fastag, please opt some other. means and save your time and money
                                        Till now no reply... no one contacted... no pdf... no fastag...
                                        Customer service number is always busy... pathetic service...
                                        They send me mail with Cust ld, Wallet Id and recharged my wallet with 300 Rs.
                                        I have Created login at hdfc fastag site: But till now I have not recieved my Fastag: No information regarding dispatch of the tag.
