I got my fastag chip sometimes on 26th november 2019. Till now contentiously trying to register, but it always says no records. I tried contacting the customer care number printed on the chip card i am getting response as user you called is busy at the moment. I have no clue what to do now. Wasted the money, i feel. Never thought a reputed bank, like hdfc, will have such a pathetic service in a particular department. Usually they are good in core banking sector. But here they definitely failed.

    With reference to fastag application hfr832591, i have submitted the online application on 1st dec 2019. So far i didn't get any acknowledgement, or do i have any tracking mechanism. Please provide me the same. I have been with hdfc bank since 2005.

    Also while i was trying to make a payment for the fastag on 29-nov 2019, post payment the site time out happened, due to which my amount got deducted from the account while the application didn't get processed. Kindly refund the money for the same.

      I applied for fastag on 22nd nov through hdfc bank platform. My application was accepted and i got mail from the bank that i will receive fastag withing days, but i still dont got any feedback from bank. I even tried to contact bank executive but the contact number is always busy and there is no other platform to know the application status. Kindly check and revert as early as possible.         I received hdfc fastag from my car dealer on 13th nov but haven't received welcome mailer on my email or phone. I cannot register without wallet id. I have been trying to contact customer care but the number given on the site-[protected] never connects through. This is really annoying. You make the fastag mandatory but the implementation process is not smooth. They have not provided any email id on which customers can raise their issues. Just a landline number that diet work.

          Hi,

          I was trying to apply for fastag on 29th nov 2019. I decided to pay with my debit card and was all fine till the payment page. After authorizing the payment, i was ended on session timeout page without any further information. Tried reaching customer care many times but was of no use.

          At-least going by the reputation of hdfc bank, i didnt expect this from the bank. And till now the amount is not reversed to my account. Bad experience.

          I got the same experience after applying on[protected] and making payment by HDFC credit card.
          Very bad experience with HDFC fast tag. Customer service is of no use. I feel cheated.
          I applied one week before and paid amount 500.I received the wallet id.[protected].The referance no.HFR469236.Still am not received the fastag sticker, i am planning to go out end of the week .I cannot reache customercare and do not know status.

            Hi, myself veera raghava sai kiran having a salary account in hdfc bank.
            Hdfc bank have deducted rs 295 from my account ([protected]) in the name of inter brh cash change gst.
            I don't understand why they have deducted the amount and without informing they have deducted the amount
            Its deducted on 18th of november.
            How can i get the money back.

              I have tried to book the fastag for my cars through hdfc fastag website today (29/11/2019). When i did the payment 1000 rs. Using my credit card, i have got the sms stating my payment was successful. But my page session was ended and i couldn't get any confirmation regarding my transaction. I called the hdfc credit card department, they said the payment was made successful but there was no answer from fastag. I didn't get any response from them. I tried calling customer care several times and it's always busy. Don't know how to proceed. I oblige you to kindly provide assistance in this matter.

                non submission of the data to cibil

                I am anshita and using hdfc bank from march, 2018 onward and carrying a credit card from december, 2018. But my data is not update by on cibil. As per the cibil people hdfc didn't provide them the data. I have applied for the home loan even though i am not having any bad record, i am not getting my loan approve because of no cibil data is available on it. I am having too much of trouble and mentally irritated...

                Hello, i was trying to purchase fastag for my vehicle reg no gj06hd2060
                And when i reached the payment page for the same, due to some issue i was not getting to the next page. But my money from my bank account i used for the same has been deducted. And no email or sms has been recieved by me since then. And nobody is picking up the helpline number

                  Hi,
                  I received my fastag from hdfc by end of september. Tried to use it at multiple too plazas in north india but to my surprise it was not working anywhere. As per toll plaza officials some issue in reading of the tag even the hand machine also.
                  I lodged complain with hdfc fastag after trying 3-4 hours on the customer care nos (The most pathetic). I was told since you are first time user we will sent you an replaced fastag within a week. Since then i have been mailing them with all data s and it is now more than 2 months of waiting and absolutely nil response on mail.
                  I have trying to call them but it is now 2 days of trying the number never gets connected (Please try whoever is reading — [protected]). The most poor service i have ever encountered.
                  Now government is making it compulsory at toll plazas. How can we use it when proper customer care and infrastructure is not there to support it. I have already deposited rs 1000 and unable to use it.
                  I am attaching an image of my fastag which is not working since the day i received it.

                      amount transferred has not been credited to the receiver's account

                      This is in regard to a transaction (Customer id: 56121037 in hdfc bank) i did on 26th november at 6:25 pm. I had transferred 40000 rs. To an axis bank account holder via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the amount did not get credited to the receiver's account.                       Hi,

                      I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 27, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

                      I wanted fastag for my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

                      After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                      However, amount of rs 500 was deducted from my hdfc account.
                      I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

                      I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
                      There is no way to track the application.

                      Application reference number is track id - hr[protected]

                      Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 1000 inr for two cars.
                        The reference number of the application is hfr687029.
                        I have applied on 28th nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

                          I had by mistakenly issued a FASTag application through hdfc thinking that I was registering for wallet so I didn't realise until some time later. So can i you please cancel the application and please cancel fastag and refund money in my bank account. Could please solve my issue. I also complained on hdfc website and haven't gotten any response from them and I also called fastag hdfc help line and they told that to contact them by complaining through email I did that too and haven't gotten any response from them. I already have one fastag and by mistake I ordered another one but I m trying to revert it but I'm not getting any help.

                              I have applied for fastag for my car on 20th november with application number: hfr413721 stating that it will be recieved in a week.
                              Got a mail and text message on 26th november saying that it's issued successfully with customer id and wallet id i'm able to login and stuff. But physical fastag yet to reach me. Can't call the number provided as it is always busy and no reply to mail. It's a pain which i never expected from a big players like hdfc. Worst service with this feature

                                I have applied for hdfc bank fastag (Hfr296019) on 22nd october and i got the confirmation for the same. After a week i got call from representative for the delivery at my old address.

                                I then called the customer care to update the address and resend it again to my new address. They asked me to drop a mail at there customer care mail id which i did on the same day.

                                Post that i called them 2-3 times and send mails to deliver the fastag but no response received.

                                Despite several calls and mails, no one is even bothered to reply the mail or expedite the process of delivering the fastag.

                                Can i please get the mail id of senior authority in the bank or would be great if you refund my 500 rs. I will arrange fastag from other souces.

                                  I ordered fastag on 10th november. Now it's dec 1st still i didn't received the fastag. There is no proper communication from the company even after contacting customer care. My fastag. Reference number is hfr351960. Company sla is 7 to 15 days. Customer care guys are saying it's portal is not working we can't help and closing conversation. Company not following minimum ethics.

                                    I applied for hdfc fastag more than 15 days ago paid 500 rs it's still haven't recieved any word from them also tried calling their number which is either busy or unattended
                                    Tried mailing thrice still the same
                                    Been a hdfc customer for past 4 years this kind of service is pathetic
                                    The only reason i chose hdfc was because it's service but this seems like a mistake
