I received a message on my mobile saying that there is a deduction of 1425 indian rupees from my debit card account. I was never asked for otp and i haven't shared any information to anyone. Please help me in returning my money back. I had already raised a request in the site asking them to remove my membership 10 days ago but i haven't received any response from them.

    Ihave an account with hdfc bank my registered mobile number is [protected] and my customer id is 67618513 i have redeemed debit card reward points amounting 2350 but not got credited to my account as per given time i tried to reach customer care they said go to bank for resolution and when i goes to bank they says call customer care no one is helping me out of this situation

      I booked irctc ticket on 29 November 2019, money has been deducted but ticket not yet confirmed . In the failed transaction it is showing "no response from bank". I am attaching the screen shot of failed transaction. I conducted transaction through HDFC debit card.

        This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr465524 for the application of fastag on date 22 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

        Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email id available.

        Kindly look into the matter mas soon as possible.

          On 30/11/2019, i've initiated a transaction through hdfc (Domluru bengaluru branch) netbanking for 5k to beneficiary boi bank (Naigaon dist. Nanded branch) account. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message saying - your money transfer of inr * timed out due to technical reason. Ref no[protected]. I checked, the amount is not credited to any account.

          We have checked our records and confirm that your fund transfer dated 30/11/2019, reference number IMPS[protected] for amount Rs. 5, 000.00 through IMPS was timed out due to technical issue at the Beneficiary bank end. The same will be credited in the Beneficiary account or refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days.

            I have applied for fast tag on 28th nov 2019 and two times rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc regelia credit card but i didn't receive tagid or any ack for that matter from fasttag team.

                I had registered for fastag through hdfc bank. Completed the process on the portal and submitted the rc of the vehicle and my drivers license as document requested. I had paid 500 through hdfc bank debit card. Transaction completed but i didn’t receive any email or sms confirmation if the fastag is issued or not. Money is deducted but don’t know if fastag issued. Tried their toll free number ‭[protected]‬ but it’s always busy. Tried calling customer care of hdfc bank and register complain but they told to wait for 8 working day then can register the complain. I asked for any email address to register complaint and they gave me mail i’d but the mail failed to deliver and says “ sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address”. The email id provided to me was status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in which is not working. Please do the needful at the earliest to resolve my complaint.

                  I applied for fastag through online link for fastag application with reference number - hfr769688. Rs 500/- were debited and it said session expired. Either refund or start processing for fastag. Called customer care and they have no information about fastag. Please resolve this asap. Please ask for customer id and account no. For further processing.

                      Hi,

                      I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since june 2019, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

                      I wanted fastag for my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

                      After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                      However, amount of rs.500 was deducted from my savings account.
                      I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

                      I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number [protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
                      There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.

                      I was not expecting this atleast from hdfc bank

                        On 29 november around 1630h i had applied for generating fast tag as advertised on web page. My vehicle no.

                        In my first application option for uploading rc document later was exercised.

                        To upload the same second time same details were filled and rc uploaded.

                        Although money has been deducted twice, there has been nil response.
                        Please advise with solution suggested!

                          On 26 nov-19, 4204/ (Irctc) is twice deducted. I hv no purchase for 4204 (Irctc ticket). I hv only 4155 (Irctc ticket).

                          Also 3558 /deducted for twice on 26 nov-19. Why?

                          Why igst charges is 565/ on 14th nov-19.

                          I hv nothig purchase on 14th nov.

                          No offer (Emi, loan) in this card.

                            I am hdfc bank preferred account holder.
                            I applied online on hdfc fastag on 27.11.19 between 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.
                            After success of 3 steps, i paid rs 500 thru hdfc credit card. After payment, it showed "session expired"

                            I repeated the exercise. Again paid by same credit card but again after payment, session expired.

                            I have paid rs 1000 (500 + 500) without getting intended service.

                            Pl provide me credit.

                                1. There is an unauthorised trnsaction is being done thru my hdfc fastag wallet id:-[protected] without my travelling to toll plaza several times.

                                2. How we can deactivate my wallet id from my hdfc saving account.
                                Pl suggest without my authorisation money is being deducted thru my saving account. While conatcting branch they said talk to customer care and we talked to customer care they said talkt to branch.

                                  Hello sir/mam,

                                  I am highly disappointed with the way collection agents of such reputed bank hdfc are harassing their clients for collection. Sometimes due to situation anybody's payment can be delayed and by looking at their past record you can identify as well as if other person is assuring you of payment within stipulated amount of time one should listen and respect and not shout like anything. These collection agents have harassed my uncle who is senior citizen & heart patient by shouting and paying no regards even after multiple time assurance that payment will be done. I want you to assure that your agents will be well trained and behave because in case if due to their such behaviour something happens to client then filing case against bank would be the only option left with client and definitely trust of bank would also be gone

                                    I had applied for the fastag on line on hdfc on 27.11.2019. Paid rs. 500 through my credit card. Got an alert also on my mobile that i have spent rs. 500 on my credit card at etoll1291683. But as soon as i paid, on my computer screen showed lapse of time and to try later. As the money has already spent, when i will get the card or any communication about my transaction is valid or not? I have not received any communication after payment accept the alert from credit card. Please help for any update.

After i made the payment, the application number was generated and it was stated that i should be getting the application pdf will be sent to my personalized email id, but i did not receive any mail at all till now.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I regret to write this email over some pathetic service provided by HDFC Fastag team for past few weeks.

                                      First of all, the toll free number[protected] never gets attended by anybody or left in "busy" status. This is the only communication stated and not available forever.

                                      Secondly, I applied for Fastag from HDFC on 30th November, well earlier to the deadline due to my everyday travelling on the toll based roads. A week after I got my customer ID and Wallet id through an sms saying that the Fastag has been issued successfully. But thereafter no communication at all.
                                      I was supposed to get the Fastag physical copy within 5-7 days from my application as per the "Norms" says. Now it has been 15 days I got nothing at all.

                                      I am furnishing below my details:

                                      Fastag Customer ID:[protected]
                                      Wallet ID: [protected]

                                      For your information, I have a relation with HDFC bank for almost a decade now and I maintain my classic salary account as well. This is not a service I was supposed to receive as a valued customer.
                                      Kindly escalate the matter as I am in urgent need of the Fastag, facing daily harassment due to this.

                                      I will be happy to share any additional information if needed, just I need this to be resolved asap.

                                        I have registered for new fast tag for my vehicle. Hp 37b 4641 and an amount of rs. 500.00 is deducted from my credit card. I have received the message
                                        Etoll 1291683. The site closed after that and i did not received any details. Can i get the details about the status of the amount deducted and is the fastag completed?. I have to register my another vehicle for fastag.
                                        Please let me know the status.
