I had applied for the fastag on line on hdfc on 27.11.2019. Paid rs. 500 through my credit card. Got an alert also on my mobile that i have spent rs. 500 on my credit card at etoll1291683. But as soon as i paid, on my computer screen showed lapse of time and to try later. As the money has already spent, when i will get the card or any communication about my transaction is valid or not? I have not received any communication after payment accept the alert from credit card. Please help for any update.

    Today morning (30.11.2019) i have applied for hdfc fastag. I have paid the amount of rs. 500 while applying for the same. After i made the payment, the application number was generated and it was stated that i should be getting the application pdf will be sent to my personalized email id, but i did not receive any mail at all till now.
    My fastag application reference number is hfr795219, attached the snapshot of the screen i received after making the payment.

    Kindly look into this and please let me know in case of any additional information if required.

    Hi Team,

    I regret to write this email over some pathetic service provided by HDFC Fastag team for past few weeks.

    First of all, the toll free number[protected] never gets attended by anybody or left in "busy" status. This is the only communication stated and not available forever.

    Secondly, I applied for Fastag from HDFC on 30th November, well earlier to the deadline due to my everyday travelling on the toll based roads. A week after I got my customer ID and Wallet id through an sms saying that the Fastag has been issued successfully. But thereafter no communication at all.
    I was supposed to get the Fastag physical copy within 5-7 days from my application as per the "Norms" says. Now it has been 15 days I got nothing at all.

    I am furnishing below my details:

    Fastag Application ID: HFR795219
    Fastag Customer ID:[protected]
    Wallet ID: [protected]

    For your information, I have a relation with HDFC bank for almost a decade now and I maintain my classic salary account as well. This is not a service I was supposed to receive as a valued customer.
    Kindly escalate the matter as I am in urgent need of the Fastag, facing daily harassment due to this.

    I will be happy to share any additional information if needed, just I need this to be resolved asap.

      I have registered for new fast tag for my vehicle. Hp 37b 4641 and an amount of rs. 500.00 is deducted from my credit card. I have received the message
      Etoll 1291683. The site closed after that and i did not received any details. Can i get the details about the status of the amount deducted and is the fastag completed?. I have to register my another vehicle for fastag.

        I applied for hdfc fastag online on 28th nov via customer id 39108874. The money got deducted from my account but i didn't receive any notification or mail about the same. I checked with my rm but in vain. Customer care no is always busy. I don't know how to get the same resolved. Noone is helping in this regard. Kindly help since now it is mandatory.

          500 rs has paid. But there is no communication. No information sent to registered mail-id and there toll free number is always busy.
          Is your toll free number really works?

          Being a reputed bank, if this kindly of facility is provided then you will be losing the customers.

            I took fastag hdfc yesterday afternoon from surajbari toll plaza, gujarat and they informed it will take few hours to get activated. Once done, i crossed the toll paying the charges in cash and to my surprise i got a message in night that charges are again deducted from fastag wallet. I hv been trying to call 1033 and other helpline nos but it says no doesnt exist. I tried to call min 50 times but no result. There is no email id for complains.

              Complaining since 20 november 2019 for the card machine giving problems. Each time i am given the compain number - mum[protected] / mum[protected] / m? Um[protected]...
              Each time they just lisen to complain, one of the person comes and does something in the machine and again we face the same problem. There is no satisfactory answer or solution to the problem. Every time our client swipe we get a msg transaction failed.. But the amount is deducted from their account. Sometimes we get msg dup txn call me desk. We instruct the client to swipe again and then two times the amount is deducted from their account. We have to again give them the refund. There is no slip which we are able to provide.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online for 7 vehicles and paid the amount of rs. 3000/-. The amount has been deducted from the account but i have not received any message or tag confirmation.

                I'm unable to reach customer case number [protected]. I'm trying to reach them from the past 3 days but no response. It is too difficult to reach them & very poor service.

                    Hdfc bank fastag user. Car no, hr06 ap 0864 and register mobile no. [protected]. Forgot pass word and customer id, i have no wallet id. Now fastag account cannot be recharged. Customer care no.[protected] can not be reached and always told it is busy i have contacted local bank official many times but they say we can`t do any thing. Contact customer care. I have tried customer care no[protected] many times but always busy. I am still tying no but not succeeded pl help me.

                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment too. Since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail.

                      The application reference number is hfr769529.

                      There is no way to contact the hdfc fastag customer care, the given number is continuously busy or not being attended.

                      I'm holding hdfc bank account for 2 years from now.
                      Applying through online is making the process faster and easy. But here that's not the case.

                      Please do the needful to resolve this issue.

Amount got debited from my account but i didn't get any confirmation on applying new fast tag, it has shown error page. I have tried reaching customer center over the phone but i couldn't.                             I have given request to cancel ecs on 5th nov, and after 10 days i confirmed with branch that request has been processed and now ecs will not deduct from account.

                            On 28th nov. Bank has run ecs debit and due to insufficient fund they have reversal process.

                            Now they will charge ecs dishonour charges though this was not my mistake.

                              Hi,
                              I have submitted online application for hdfc fastag on 23rd november 2019. I have also paid rs 500. I got a confirmation e-mail with reference number hfr472574. Till now i haven't received my rf tag id or any update on this. Though it was mentioned that bank represetative will call in 7 days. The customer care number is not working and none of their regular bank customer care employees are aware this service. I called up prepaid card section customer care, they does not understand and could not help. It's big disappointment that hdfc bank is involved in this kind of scam.

                                I have sent a mail to cancel my fast tag and refund the balance amount. The email id i sent to is helpdesk. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. But i have not got any confirmation. When i call you their customer care number ‭[protected]‬, it’s always busy / no one answers. This kind of service is unacceptable. My fast tag user id is [protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. I would like this tag to be cancelled and have this money refunded to me.

                                  I have submitted fastag application through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using net banking on 27th nov 2019. Unfortunately i haven't received any email or sms related to my application number or payment except for the bank transaction number.
                                  Unfortunately i have not noted down the application reference number whicha has become more difficult to track. It is a waste calling the toll free number as it is always busy. I am a hdfc salary account holder since last 8 years and did not expect such a bad service from bank.

                                    I applied for fastag on hdfc portal on 27th november using my hdfc credit card 500 rupees were deducted but i didn't receive any message from them yet. I contacted bank on phone banking for the same they give me toll free number[protected] and email address status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but email address is wrong and toll free number doesn't work.
                                    I also send a mail to support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in with detail information but i didn't get any reply yet.
                                    So what should i do.

                                      I have applied for hdfc fastag on 27 nov 2019, my reference no. Is hfr647508, the amount was deducted but after that, i m not able to contact hdfc fastag as the given no. Is always busy. I uploaded the requured documents and application was sucessfully submitted with above hfr number.
                                      I didnt receive any mail as implied by message nor any sms. Dont know how to know the update, pathetic service which isnt expected from hdfc.

                                        I applied for fastag on 29th nov 6pm and got application ref no. Hfr767147 but post doing the payment of 500 from my hdfc credit card screen showed error and no final confirmation was received. Also amt got charged on my credit card., i called hdfc customer care which gave me fastag helpline no. But that is not working and always gives prompt that no. Is busy dont know if only one person is taking complints. Kindly help
