I m complaining about the system of online submission of application through which i have purchased a fasttag card today 29 nov, 2019 and 500 rs debit from my account but after payment no acknowledgement and further course of action has also been intimated to me via messages or e mail, which is very bad experience. On the other side no response from customers care as nobody pick the calls on that toll free number. Such a hopeless system adopted by one of the leading bank of india. My vehicle no is pb22p3887 and mobile number is [protected]. (Ajay kumar). Please look into the matter & intimate to me about my fasttag as i have already paid the amount of rs.500/-. Via debit card.

    I have applied for fast tag today on 28/11/2019 online on hdfc website. I filled in all the details and followed all instructions online. The amount of rs 500 has been debited from my credit card but i have not received any confirmation. After the payments page i got an error on web page but amount was still debited from my credit card. I only have text massage that shows etoll1291683 number.

      I had applied for the issuance of fastags for vehicle no.'s dl3cbe4912 and dl3cba8775 on 11/11/19 through hdfc bank using online facility. While i received fastag for vehicle no. Dl3cbe4912 on 26/11/19 through blue dart courier i'm yet to receive fastag for my other vehicle dl3cba8775 although my wallet account is showing that i've been issued with fastag bearing no. 34161fa8203288ac04584160 on 23/11/19 itself. I've called fastag helpline no. With much difficulty for the past few days to inform them about non-receipt of fastag however, i'm getting standard reply that i'll receive the fastag in due course. So far i've not received any sms from the courier company or nhai about the issuance of fastag for my vehicle dl3cba8775 although it's reflecting in my wallet. Please help.

        This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr647377 for the application of fastag on date 27 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

        Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email id available.

        Kindly look into the matter mas soon as possible.

          I have tried two times to buy online from hdfc bank but on both occasions payment was made successfully but i could not complete the process as the page did not redirected to the banks website. And also i did not received any confirmation from the bank. I have paid rs500 twice through my card. And the amount has not been reversed

            Hi,

            I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag today, nov 29, 2019. As i have a current account in hdfc, i applied through the hdfc fastag facility.

            Fastag amt was rs.500 for 1 personal car.

            After payment was done, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

            However, amount of rs.500 was deducted from current account.
            I am not sure if my request was successful or not.

            I have been calling the hdfc fastag helpline number[[protected]]. But this is always busy or not reachable. There is no way to track the application.

            Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

            Looking for urgent closure of this matter.

                Hdfc bank fastag — application reference number: hfr593339

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 on 26th november 2019 the reference number of the application is 593339

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise i would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status as the deadline of 1 december is approaching.

                  From the time i had this savings account i ve never had one happy moment. Cust id 22840860. I had requested to stop some ecs from september 2018. I submitted req uest letter in shantipark branch mira rd to ms bhirva. I do not know what she did with those letters. But still not done. I have submitted 8 to 9 letters but nothing has been done. She is very rude abusive. She told me once bank has earned 60000 rs because of you. Why should we help you. Then they called me at the bank. A very nice lady komal told me that i need an noc from dhfl tostop ecs. Bhirva could have told me that a year ago. I am a heart patient and need funds. They stole my money when they could have helped. If they do not credit all the return fee charges i will be forced to take legal action. I ve a copy of all the letters. I ve contacted a lawyer in consumercourt mumbai regarding this as i know hdfc does fraud to its customers. I will be forced to put this experience in media and social media as people need to see hdfc is a fraud bank.

                    I received a mail stating the application reference number : hfr029906
                    I didnot receive any other communication but amount got deducted immedialtely. Post this, i have made atleast 10 calls to check the status but they never delivered the fastag nor the amount was refunded.
                    The mail received was on 6th feb 2018.

                    I want that either ways they should resolve this issue.

                                Yesterday i applied for hdfc fastag.in which it charged me rs. 500, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.

                                        I had tried to issue my fastag card from hdfc bank site for my car details mentioned below:

                                        Name: mehul dipakbhai shah
                                        Car number: gj-01-rm-1278
                                        Mobile: [protected]

                                        However, after the payment of rs.500/- got deducted, the fastag card was not issued & the page showed the attached error.

                                        We tried connecting the hdfc customer care as well as fastag customer care number, however, we were unable to connect & no resolution was provided.

                                        Kindly guide if the fastag card if issued or not, if not, when will the rs.500/- amount be refunded?
