My hdfc credit card will expire next month. I have updated my current address (Bangalore) in bank and address got successfully updated on nov 5, 2019. The new card dispatched on nov 8, 2019. But the card is delivered to my old address (Chennai).
I have got call from my chennai office stating they have received one credit card.
I am following up with hdfc phone banking from last 20 days. But i am not getting the resolution for this issue. Someone from bank said me to go and collect from chennai. If am able to go there then why would i update my address.

Please take this as priority issue and do the needful.

    I applied for fastag on hdfc portal on 28th november using my hdfc debit card 500 rupees were deducted but i didn't receive any message from them yet. I contacted bank on phone banking for the same they give me toll free number [protected] and email address status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but email adress is wrong and toll free number doesn't work what should i do

    I have paid an amount of Rs.500 for new fast tag. Amount got debited from my account but i didn't get any confirmation on applying new fast tag. I have tried reaching you over the phone but i couldn't. Can you let me know what went wrong? and How to get the fast tag?. Expecting your reply as soon as possible.

    Really for its a worst experience. I need escallation matrix for this. Otherwise i will go to the next level, where i have my payment proof for this. Dont send standard template reply for this post.

        I have made the payment (Rs 500) for the fastag but have received no confirmation from them about the payment received or by when i will receive my fastag. Very bad service

        The toll free number provided on the website is constantly busy as well so there's no way to get in touch with the customer complaints department

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (Tag deposit amount 200, amount to be loaded 200, issuance fees 100 the reference number of the application is hfr752142. I have uploaded rc during the application and paid amount rs 500 which has been deducted from my account. I got error page after that related to some server issue and since then there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc,, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            I am a tcs employee from bhubaneswar. Using hdfc food plus card from last 3 years. I had also lost my food card. Blocked the card through hdfc phone banking. Applied for a new card online. Now i have got a new one.
            But how can i transfer my previous amount balance to the new one. Tried to contact customer complaint number. But did not get connect.
            Please help.

              I applied for a fastag through hdfc bank on the 29th of november 2019. I made my payment through my hdfc debit card.
              I middle of transaction, the system shows error and 500rs have been debited from my account. I didnot know status of my fastag.
              Let me know how to see my current status of fastag.
              Transaction is done, but no message regarding fastag issuance.

But havent recieved any confirmation email yet... It has been 4 days already.. And the toll free number is always busy...                       I m complaining about the system of online submission of application through which i have purchased a fasttag card today 29 nov, 2019 and 500 rs debit from my account but after payment no acknowledgement and further course of action has also been intimated to me via messages or e mail, which is very bad experience. On the other side no response from customers care as nobody pick the calls on that toll free number. Such a hopeless system adopted by one of the leading bank of india. My vehicle no is pb22p3887 and mobile number is [protected]. (Ajay kumar). Please look into the matter & intimate to me about my fasttag as i have already paid the amount of rs.500/-. Via debit card.

The amount of rs 500 has been debited from my credit card but i have not received any confirmation.                           I had applied for the issuance of fastags for vehicle no.'s dl3cbe4912 and dl3cba8775 on 11/11/19 through hdfc bank using online facility. While i received fastag for vehicle no. Dl3cbe4912 on 26/11/19 through blue dart courier i'm yet to receive fastag for my other vehicle dl3cba8775 although my wallet account is showing that i've been issued with fastag bearing no. 34161fa8203288ac04584160 on 23/11/19 itself. I've called fastag helpline no. With much difficulty for the past few days to inform them about non-receipt of fastag however, i'm getting standard reply that i'll receive the fastag in due course. So far i've not received any sms from the courier company or nhai about the issuance of fastag for my vehicle dl3cba8775 although it's reflecting in my wallet. Please help.

                            This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr647377 for the application of fastag on date 27 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

                            Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email id available.

                            Kindly look into the matter mas soon as possible.

                              I have tried two times to buy online from hdfc bank but on both occasions payment was made successfully but i could not complete the process as the page did not redirected to the banks website. And also i did not received any confirmation from the bank. I have paid rs500 twice through my card. And the amount has not been reversed

                                Hi,

                                I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag today, nov 29, 2019. As i have a current account in hdfc, i applied through the hdfc fastag facility.

                                Fastag amt was rs.500 for 1 personal car.

                                After payment was done, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                                However, amount of rs.500 was deducted from current account.
                                I am not sure if my request was successful or not.

                                I have been calling the hdfc fastag helpline number[[protected]]. But this is always busy or not reachable. There is no way to track the application.

                                Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

                                Looking for urgent closure of this matter.

                                      From the time i had this savings account i ve never had one happy moment. Cust id 22840860. I had requested to stop some ecs from september 2018. I submitted req uest letter in shantipark branch mira rd to ms bhirva. I do not know what she did with those letters. But still not done. I have submitted 8 to 9 letters but nothing has been done. She is very rude abusive. She told me once bank has earned 60000 rs because of you. Why should we help you. Then they called me at the bank. A very nice lady komal told me that i need an noc from dhfl tostop ecs. Bhirva could have told me that a year ago. I am a heart patient and need funds. They stole my money when they could have helped. If they do not credit all the return fee charges i will be forced to take legal action. I ve a copy of all the letters. I ve contacted a lawyer in consumercourt mumbai regarding this as i know hdfc does fraud to its customers. I will be forced to put this experience in media and social media as people need to see hdfc is a fraud bank.
