Hello,
I tried to submit the application for fastag from hdfc portal by thrice.
First two times, ₹500 deducted from my account and displayed an error.
But the third time, the application submission was successful. The output was, a pdf copy sent to my registered email.in the last ~15 hours, i didn’t receive any email from hdfc.
Also the entire system especially with fastag is worst. The main reasons are “no way to track the status after paying ₹500, even if we call the toll free number - it is busy always”, no email”
Hdfc should answer me for the below two questions
1. Displayed an error after the money deducted from my account. When will you refund the amount ₹1000
2. What is the application status of hfr650636

Updated by Muni Prabaharan What kind of response this. You replied that, it will be resolved in 3 days on Nov 29th. Today is 11th Dec. what do you mean, 3 days from your bank terminology perspective? Will you adjust the interest rate if your customer is not paid at on-time?
