Hi Team,

I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2010, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

I wanted fastag for my personal vehicle so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

However, amount of rs 500 was deducted from my savings account.
I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number . But this is always busy or not reachable.

Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

    I had applied for the fast tag through HDFC online I have paid 500 payment.
    When am submitting fastag application while last steps payment options came I had paid 500 through Debit card. Then it's showed session over. Already my payment deducted from bank. Kindly let me know. Also still I have not uploaded any documents like rc. Licence and all.

      Hello,

      I applied for fastag online in HDFC 4 days before, the application number is HFR592139, have no updates yet, not even received mail. The confirmation page highlighted that the tag will be delivered in 7 days and will receive a confirmation mail. No mails received yet..This is frustrating.. no tracking option ..

      Customer care number can never be accessed..always get the busy tone..

      Do updated on priority.. Real shame on HDFC in this process, being a customer for so long did not expect this.

        I was in the process of applying HDFC Bank Fastag. During the application process, I had provided all the required personal details, uploaded relevant vehicle registration documents, and made the payment of Rs.500 through my another bank debit card. Rs.500 was deducted from my bank account however, the application process didn't complete with any reference number or tracking details and the website displayed an error "Session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime." I called up HDFC Bank customer care for assistance, but they have advised to contact HDFC Fastag customer care, which is always busy and not getting connected in all different times in a day from the date of this incident. I do not have any clue on the status of my application nor about the payment made during the process. I do not think HDFC Bank has also not taken any steps to verify and return the payment received under these circumstances.

          I applied for HDFC Fastag online on 15-Nov-2019 and i have submitted the all the required document through online. I received email (dt. 23-Nov-2019)stating that tag has been issued successfully and got the wallet ID and customer ID[protected] as well.

          But still I have not received the Fastag sticker.

          There is helpline given in that site but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.
          I have sent email to support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in but no reply yet.

          I spoke to my banks relationship manager, and she has resolved the issue. I have received my tag.

            Dear sir,
            This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Anandeshwar Prasad was applying for Fastag card on the HDFC website Yesterday i.e. 27/11/2019. After completion of the form, I reached on the Payment page. When I have paid Rs.500/- by my credit card, my monitor has shown the following message and I received the SMS for deduction of Rs. 500/ from my card :
            "Session time out or error on the page. Please try again after some time."

            My car Registration No. is UP 78 AZ 7080. I have submitted Passport as my ID.
            I have tried to contact your customer care number [protected] for at least 100 times but every time I found a busy message.
            You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that I may be issued Fastag.

              I tried to contact with fasttag support number but its continues busy from day

We take this opportunity to inform you that the transactions are processed to the card account as and when the same is received from the merchant / member bank. Accordingly, we had received an authorisation request for the above-mentioned transaction on 18/02/2019, however, the said transaction is not billed to the credit card account. In absence of any transaction being processed to card account for 07 days by the Merchant/member bank, the authorization blocking the credit limit will be cancelled automatically. We seek your patience in the interim.

                I purchase maruti wagon r cng in august 2019 from karnal motor karnal haryana. At that time showroom gave hdfc bank fastag after taking charge. Now i want to update fastag by getting car no in it but it is not possible. I tried on customer care from last 10 days but it is busy.

                    HDFC Fastag is not delivered to me even after 10 days (HFR410861). I have received an email with valet id and account id from hdfc, but I am yet to receive the fastag in my location.

                    While submitting the application, by paying Rs. 500, for the fastag, it was displayed that "Fastag will be delivered in the address in 7 days and the bank representative will call you shortly". But I have never received never of them.

                    The call centre helpline number "[protected]" is always kept in busy status so that nobody can call the helpline and there isn't any email to contact the bank.

                    Finally fasttag was delivered to me around 20 days after submitting the request. I had tried the helpline number many times later to find that it was just a dummy number which nobody will respond at any time. I have also understood that the 7 days free delivery is just a fake promise by HDFC.

                      17th nov, i am trying register the for fastag. After payment done [rs.500], the bank page show the message "session is time out or error in page, please try after some time". I have tried almost more than 50 times but i don't have luck. There is no other option to check the status. If we go by bank site for complaints, there is no option to raise this related complain.

                        I have paid 500/- from my bank of india savings account for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th of november-2019. I have not received any email / acknowledgement / call. Either return money or send us the fastag sticker.
                        Reference witch i received from bank after debit mony from my account is "boi - rs 500 has been debited to your ac xx4035 from pos-hdfc bank ltd fastag on 28-11-19."
                        This is worst ever way to get hdfc fastag. The email id for complaints given by bank is not a valid one and the customer care number is a useless one. No one responds to it.
                        Request someone from government to intervene and make a smooth way for getting fastag. It doesnot make sense charging double the toll fees after dec first instead address these kind of issues first for customers

                          I've successfully registered for fast tag through hdfc fastag online portal and they say my tag will delivered to my address within 08/09/2019. But i didn't received it yet. Looking forward to here from you asap due to toll gates will starts to accept fastag only from december 1st.

                            I m complaining about the system of online submission of application through which i have purchased a fasttag card but no acknowledgement and further course of action has also been intimated to me via messages or e mail, which is very bad experience. On the other side no response from customers care as nobody pick the calls on that toll free number. Such a hopeless system adopted by one of the leading bank of india. My application no. Is hfr665223. Please look into the matter & intimate to me about my fasttag as i have already paid the amount of rs.500/-. Thanks

                              My request for fastag from hdfc has taken more than 7 working days and its still not yet delivered. Application number hfr392477. I submitted the request on 18th november. I paid rs.500. Yet to get the fastag. It was mentioned in the site it will be delivered in 7 working days, however i have not even got the courier details of any dispatch. Please do the needful and dispatch my fastag as early as possible.

                                Fasttag was issued on 04/05/2018. But i have not received by welcome mailer which mentions the customer id and wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                                I have sent mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but have not recieved any response till date. Also, the customer care number is always busy.

                                Please help.

                                I have mailed you at the mentioned email address and there has been no response. The Fastag helpline is always busy. I have been trying on a daily basis. I am unable to see the reference number that you have mentioned. It is showing as protected. While trying to raise a complaint in http://bit.ly/2ktOIbL, there is no type of product or service which is labelled as fast tag or similar to attach the same. request you to please call me or mail me directly so that we can take the issue to closure.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of inr 500). The reference number of the application is hfr637657. I have uploaded rc copy also. After that then there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is always busy.

                                  I have been with hdfc for 19 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    Hi, i have applied fasttag through hdfc net banking and after providing all the details, amount dedcuted from my account (Rs.500) but session timeout at the end. This happened on (28/11/2019). Transaction reference number :[protected]. I have tried calling hdfc fasttag toll but it is always busy. Such a bad experience.. I would like to know the status of my application that whether it is submitted or will my amount (Rs 500) be refunded.

                                      I have applied for fastag through hdfc website, i got the message that 500 rs is deducted but i didnt get any confirmation message from bank that your fastag is registered. one more thing while paying by debit card trasaction error was there but rupees are deducted and after 1.5 hour it is also refunded in my account

                                        Hello,
                                        I tried to submit the application for fastag from hdfc portal by thrice.

                                        First two times, ₹500 deducted from my account and displayed an error.

                                        But the third time, the application submission was successful. The output was, a pdf copy sent to my registered email.in the last ~15 hours, i didn’t receive any email from hdfc.

                                        Also the entire system especially with fastag is worst. The main reasons are “no way to track the status after paying ₹500, even if we call the toll free number - it is busy always”, no email”

                                        Hdfc should answer me for the below two questions
                                        1. Displayed an error after the money deducted from my account. When will you refund the amount ₹1000
                                        2. What is the application status of hfr650636

                                        What kind of response this. You replied that, it will be resolved in 3 days on Nov 29th. Today is 11th Dec. what do you mean, 3 days from your bank terminology perspective? Will you adjust the interest rate if your customer is not paid at on-time?
