I received a gift card from my friends and i have experienced the worst times of all in placinng an order worth 500 rs also amazon site. I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr546277. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Hi, i applied for hdfc fastag online on 27.11.19.
The amount 500 deducted from a/c, but still have not received any fastag application detail either in email nor in sms as it was comitted during application.
Even tried to reach their customer care no. [protected] several times, but no response.
Very pathetic sevice by hdfc.

I tried applying for the fastag via the hdfc online portal today at 11 am. After entering the application and payment being made the page froze and said session time out. The amount was cut from my account. This happened two days before also ans i received the amount back. So i tried again to apply and same case has repeated. If you cannot manage the online service why do you offer! Pathetic....

Please stop the service provided on fastag to customer, you dont have a proper support function & call center, really dont understand how a call center toll free number be busy for 7 continuous days.

I have not yet received my fastag, can you please confirm when will i receive the same its more than 15 days now and already received all the fastag generation messages 10 days ago

I have applied for hdfc fastag on hdfc portal, after application submission, i received a confirmation messages that application submission was successful.

The message says that i would have received a email on the registered email id, till now i have not received any email.

I am trying to reach their customer care toll number, which is busy all the time, sometimes it gets connected but no one...

I have applied for a hdfc fastag through their online portal on 17.11.2019. I received the activation message on 26.11.19.

I am yet to receive the physical copy of the fastag through post. Their customer care number [protected] is constantly busy for over two days and there is no other means of contacting them.

It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/. I am unaware of the progress of the fastag, trying to contact through their customer number but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag.

I have applied for hdfc fastag 10 days back and paid 500 rs as per the chanrges they mentioned. Got wallet id and customer id, but physical copy of the fastag has not received. Customer care number is useless, it wont connect. Sent email also, no response.
I reached to nearest bank, they also not able to help for applied online. They are really cheating the customers.

I hold hdfc account since 19 years hence applied fastag thru them my application reference number is hfr364599, applied on 13th nov'19, there is no sign of fastag sticker. Their toll free number is also not reachable and fed up of calling them. Also there is no other contact number or email id provided to reach them. It is pathetic service by hdfc bank. If they can't fulfill they should not promise or take up things.

Hi i applied for the hdfc bank fasttag online, and received a notification a week ago, on 22nd november that it has been issued successfully. I have received no communication nor have i received the fast tag and this is very frustrating. All phone numbers including the customer service number published by them ([protected]) are useless. The customer service number continuously gives a message saying busy, other mobile numbers say number does...

I have applied for hdfc fasttag around 15 days back, but still i haven't received the fasttag, i just got a mail/message from hdfc telling your fassttag id is activated. I have been trying to connect to the customer care but none of them is available. I even mailed the team but still no response.
Is there anything else that is supposed to be done?...

I applied for fastag through hdfc portal application reference number hfr507891 and they said application will get in registered mail i'd still i didn't received any mail or fastag. And no call from representative when i am trying to call the number which they gave no one responding can you get refund i can apply it again. Please suggest and do the needful.
