Hi,
I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag today, nov 29, 2019. As i have a current account in hdfc, i applied through the hdfc fastag facility.
Fastag amt was rs.500 for 1 personal car.
After payment was done, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"
However, amount of rs.500 was deducted from current account.
I am not sure if my request was successful or not.
I have been calling the hdfc fastag helpline number[[protected]]. But this is always busy or not reachable. There is no way to track the application.
Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?
Looking for urgent closure of this matter.
