I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 27th nov, 2019 and i have paid rs 500 successfully but at the end error occurred. I have not received any email confirmation from hdfc bank. I have tried calling their customer care number more than 100 times but their number is 24 x 7 is busy. I am not sure what to do with this but hdfc bank is very hopeless.

My application reference number is hfr633411.

Not sure whom to contact regarding this.

Could you please look into this?

    Also got the below message that fastag has been issue succesfully.

    Your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected]

    Could you please let me know what is the issue.

      On 28-11-19,

      Name - yash gurjar, mumbai
      I am an account holder with hdfc bank

      I applied for the fastag through the hdfc website as i am an account holder with hdfc bank.
      I made the payment by credit card amounting to rs 1500/- for 3 fastags for 3 vehicles.
      After my credit card got debited for the above amount, the following message was displayed on the webpage -
      Session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime.

      I retried the process and initiated another payment of rs 1500/-
      However, the same error was displayed again after my credit card got debited.

      Have tried calling on the toll free number but there is no resolution

      Request the hdfc bank team to reverse both the transactions and credit rs 3000/- (1500/- x 2) back to me.

        I have again try to apply for fastag and again same erro occurred. Payment of 500 rs deducted and no acknowledgment received. Got error at last page. What is this hdfc?
        My application number is hfr677445.
        Please do something for this.
        If your fastag service is not proper then please let me know i will try some other way out. This is frustrating.

          I apply for fastag and complete all processes and when i came to submit fees of rs 500 it show me error and after 30 minutes amount of rs 500 is deducted from my account on[protected].
          My application reference number : hfr658305. So please revert me as soon as possible.

              I've submitted fastag application successfully through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using hdfc debit card on 24th nov 2019 night. Unfortunately i've not received any email or sms related to my application number or payment. All the customer care numbers provided in the portal are useless. Nobody is picking the call or call will not get through. Can you please help me to get the application number and current status?

              This is my last options, if it don't work i would like to cancel this request and get a refund of rs.500. With this kind of bad customer care service, it will cause more troubles in future otherwise.

                I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 14/nov/2019.
                I have already paid all the charges on the same date.
                I have just received customer id & wallet id on 24/nov./2019, but the physical fastag is not received. The fastag customer service number, no one is responding even after holding for 4mins or more. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 27/nov/2019 and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount). The reference number of the application is hfr594325. I have uploaded rc copy as system requested and since then there is no update. I have not received fastag application pdf yet.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                  I have been with hdfc for 12 years now (Saving account, current account, credit card) and this is the worst moment with them.
                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and ggt it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                  Thanks to the HDFC support team for status updation on my application. Yesterday I got SMS and mail communication (customer id and wallet id) related to my Fastag application. Only Fastag delivery is awaited. Request support team to update their software to provide any form of communication to customer for their Fastag application.

                    I have applied on 26th nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

                      Hi,
                      I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2010, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

                      I wanted fastag for two of my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

                      After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                      However, amount of rs 500 was deducted from my savings account.
                      I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

                      I forgot to not down the application number. Tried toll free number many times and it is busy always

                        I have been getting atleast 5 calls every day for hdfc personal loans and credit cards. I have repeatedly made it clear that i am not interested in getting calls anymore yet i don't seem to understand why is it difficult for your team to get this thing. Moreover, it's so insensible that your team wastes so many resources on a customer who has made it clear that he is not interested in the said facilities. It would make more sense if you employ the same resources in targetting someone who's really interested in these services.

                        I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                          I have been with hdfc for 5.6 years now (Salary acc) and this is the first time i am not getting any response from them. Please update on the status.

                              I have applied for fastag on 15th november 2019, and paid 500 rupees. 1week later i received a mail congratulating me, that my fastag was issued, and another mail with customer id and wallet id. But fastag card was not received, even i didn’t receive any tracking id also. Personally i contacted bank, but were helpless and asked me to contact customer care number which is actually not responding. Kindly help me

                                Pathetic customer service from hdfc. After 1.30 hours of call hold, finally the support executive decided to take my call. So, the issue is money deducted from hdfc account and not loaded in forex (1000 pounds). I called the customer care and they said it would be loaded at the end of the same day and yet nothing found on the forex card. Seriously?

                                  I applied online for hdfc fast tag & filled up all the required details asked for and at the end after submitting the form it has asked to pay rs. 500/- which i paid using my credit card. After submitting and otp, there is no confirmation or email. Wasted my money. Pathetic service.

                                  I tried reaching customer care number which is always busy. It is really frustrating service. If i had known this than definitely wouldn’t have applied online. I wasted 500/

                                        A charge of 7150 approx. Has been levied on my corporate credit card. This happened as the amount was not sufficient in the current account through which its auto paid. Well, this issue happened because of the logic the hdfc net banking uses. When i try to pay the credit card bill (Personal, in this case sbi credit card) though the sbi credit card portal it goes to banking site and i enter the credentials and then it goes to the payment where the account from which amount is to be deducted will be displayed. From sep 2016, i guess i have made at least 100+ payments and all the time my sb account displayed and deducted from it. So, its a practice now for which i even don't see which account its taking. But in the recent past, when i made a payment to my sbi credit card it has fetched from the current account (Had higher balance than sb ac) which went unnoticed as its a practice from last 3 years. When i tried to study it i understood that it fetches that account which has more balance and this is how the auto pay for my corporate credit card didn't work and payment didn't happened and hence 7150rs of financial charges are levied on me. I even requested hdfc to take of this charge as its not a intentional or because of no money, its because of the logic/algorithm hdfc net banking uses. I have always maintained good rapport with the financial institutes and one can check my cibil score. I am using hdfc personal credit card since 2012 and the payments are prompt. So hereby i request to help me in getting back the said amount.
