Hi,

I have applied hdfc fastag online and also payment is done on 27th, nov 2019. But still i didn't receive any reference number or confirmation email.

Payment has been done from credit card and transaction succeed.

I'm trying to reach customer care number [protected]. It is always busy and never connected.

Please help me to sort out the issue. Also let me know if any chance to get a solution in hdfc bank.

    After payment completed showing error page and money deducted 2times tried to contact customer care but always busy or not accepting call what should i do, will 2 tags deliver? No information about delivery through mail or message
    Is there any other customer care number or mail to contact?, what about 2 times deduction can i cancel?

    this is not resolved, they are just sending emails like"please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your query"

    I have complained on November still they didn't resolve .waste of money please don't take HDFC fast tag.

      Hi team,

      I have applied for the fastag in hdfc online. I have filled in all the details and submitted the docs. Finally after the payment of 500 made, i received an error and my money got deducted. I made the payment through hdfc debit card. Please check and let me know how do i claim my fastag now. I tried calling to the fastag customer toll free number and it was continuously busy for hours.

      I was asked to contact fastag team through email : status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but it is invalid and bouncing back.

      Please help...

        Dear sir,

        My customer id is[protected]
        Wallet id is [protected] & reg. Mobile no. Is[protected].
        Fastag issued to me for vehicle no. Pb23x9904 has been damaged and i mailed to hdfc bank earlier for issuance of duplicate fastag but no action has been taken by them. I have mailed on fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. No response have been received on mail and no one is picking customer care number. Now once again i request you to kindly issue duplicate fastag. Replacement fee of the same has been deposited vide ref. No.[protected].
        Please submit my complaint and such behaviour for reputed bank not accepted.

          Hi,
          I got my fastag from hdfc when i brought my car. But now i have to recharge my account but i didn't have customer id & wallet id. So couldn't able recharge my fastag. I didn't received welcome mailer too. I tried to call customer care no, but it's not working. And i didn't find customer mail id.
          Please let me know how can i recover my cutomer id & wallet id.

            Fastag application reference number hfr364679

            In hdfc fast tag website i logs in my account, i found my email address and driving license number which you entered is wrong in road users profile.

            You people have entered my hdfc bank account customer id instead of driving license number and also the email address is given wrong. All my transactions details will be going to unknown person through email. This is a pathetic situation i have faced from hdfc.

            It's a clearly a clerical mistake from your end.

            I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last one week but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy.

            I request you to kindly update the details at the earliest

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount n 100 as insurance & 200 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr647397. I have uploaded final document and rc n bank detail as i am there customer. But i had not got nor any sms or any mail. How can i track my fast tag, when call customer care they not even pick any call
              Here is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                I have applied for fastag from online hdfc bank portal. Payment of rs 500 made on 26.11.19 but after that no any confirmation msgs or mails received.
                Also its customer service number is not working. Continuously i am calling to service number but it is showing only busy busy busy...
                How could i get the cust id, wallet id etc?
                Hdfc should not work for the customer mental harassment.

                  Earlier complaint resolved by hdfc team stating after 7 working days tag will get delivered but its been more than 7 workikg days on the below request and card has not been dispatched yet

On 14th nov 2019, i received email with walletid saying account is created. But i havent yet received any mail or phone regarding dispatch of fastag.

                    On 24th nov. I have received sms from hdfc bank with details of fastag like customer id and wallet id. Post that there is no any courier tracking of physical fastag sticker provided. Their customer care number is always busy. There is no any way i can track when i will get my physical fastag sticker inspire of paying all the charges and submitting all the documents

                      I have applied for the hdfc fastag from hdfc fastag portal on 17th nov-2019.
                      I have paid online thru hdfc card but i didn't receive fastag even after waiting for more than 10 days. Hdfc promised delivery within 7 days.
                      Tried calling on their customer care [protected] many times but didn't get response.
                      Hdfc have sent message and email confirming that my fasttag is loaded with rs 200 and i would get the fatag within 3-4 days.
                      But fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also still not reachable.

                        After doing payment on 27th nov'19, no updates till dates from anyone neither fast tag nor hdfc related to the application acceptance or rejection either.
                        As i have trusted hdfc and made my parent through their gateway i would like to write this complain against hdfc bank and their fast tag distribution process.
                        Kindly look into the matter, at least provide us with application tracker feature, so that we don't have to ask all the time. It is very irresponsible and raises question on the process.

                                I was applying for hdfc fastag on 28, Nov, 2019. After verifications of form I was doing payment for Fastag Application No. HFR661530 using credit card. after payment, a error appeared that "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime".

                                I am not sure, my request was successful or not.

                                I am trying to call on customer care number since morning But this is always busy.

                                There is no way to track the application & no any email ID mentioned for customer support . Can anyone from HDFC help & resolve the issue?

                                Mail already sent yesterday on above given mail ID, response not received yet and customer care help line number always busy 24x7 as I am continuously trying to contact customer care from last couple of days. Pls give valid contact no. & Email ID of the person who is responsible to resolve the issue or refund the deducted amount (500/-)

                                  After purchasing hdfc fastag, i have not received any welcome mail. I have not got fastag customer id & wallet id id.
                                  I need this at the earliest & i am unable to login my account.

                                  I tried to contact the toll free number provided all over websites, but every time it comes busy.

                                  Absolutely unhappy with this, please get it rectified so that i can login and use the fastag

                                    I applied for a fastag online via getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com. After I was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on-page. Please try again after some time"

                                    However, the amount of rs.500 was deducted from my account.

                                    I called on the HDFC fastag helpline number but it is always busy or not reachable.

                                    There is no way to track the application nor do I have an acknowledgment receipt.

                                    Kindly assist here.

                                    18 days over since 29th Nov 2019, the first time I raised a complaint and i haven't heard back anything on it.

                                    I spoke to 8 HDFC customer case executives(including escalation dept from the bank), but my efforts went in vain.

                                    Initially, I was informed to wait for 7 working days and post calling on the 8th day, they told to wait for 2 days more. Calling on the 3rd day also did not help me as they asked to wait a few more days. Being calm, I followed up with them after a FEW days, and now they say to wait for another 4 days.

                                    @ HDFCbank - What on earth are you guys investigating so much?
