Hello.

in my September 2018 statement, i got a charge of Rs. 34633 dated 9th march 2019 with merchant PayU Money
i immediately sent them an email from my netbanking acct mentioning the details and asked to be investigated.
simultaneously, i wrote to PayU for details.
Its been 3 months now and after so many follow ups to HDFC no one has been able to solve. apart from that, i reached out to them on social media, sent mail to their dispute department and all came back with standard replies that we are investigating.
meanwhile, payu money hasnt been able to track this transaction and they have asked me to reach out to my bank.
Since the issue hasnt been solved, i stopped using the card and even making payments.
now the collection team has started following up.
adding to all this, my international travel has increased and now i am based in singapore and its being difficult to coordinate with the teams

    Hi,

    I had applied for Fast Tag on 20th Nov 2019.
    Still i had not received the Fast Tag.
    My Fast Tag application number is HFR426532.
    I am trying to call on customer care the line is always busy.
    When i will get this Fast tag? otherwise please refund my money.
    Sinence last 10 years i am happy customer with HDFC bank.This is the worest experience ever seen before.
    Deadline for Fast Tag is 1st Dec 2019 and toady is 27th Nov 2019. Registration and complaint date is 7 days delayed is this type of service is excepted from HDFC Bank.

      I have a credit card ending with 6178 cust id 22840860. Due to a heart problem i am unable to work. I had to miss a payment of 4100. A credit card employee ibrahim is calling me and threateningme with foul language. He has threatened to burn my house. His manager is horrible too. He knows my address through the system. I am scared now. I am thinking of filing a police complaint against hdfc. How can they employ such gundas. His numbers are [protected] and [protected] [protected] and [protected]. Pls help i told him i can pay in december but now willing to listen.

        I had applied for hdfc bank fast on nov 15 via online site and also paid 500 towards it. Already paid rs 500. Following is my application hfr381605 number.

        Received only the fasttag login details, but so far i have not received the rfid tag

        Tried calling support number but no response. Can anyone please help to know

        Note:- Dispatch details of the TAG will be share with you through SMS

        The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.

          I purhased a fastag from hdfcfastag on[protected]. ref no. HFR345673. got a mail from [protected]@hdfcbank.com. that u will receive fastag within 7 working days, but till now i could not find the fastag. helpline no [protected] is not responding, i am making calls daily but no respond, hdfc bank empolyees are not responding in this issue. no email id is available. plz ban the sale of hdfc fastag.

            fast tag

            I have applied for fast tag on 27/11/2019 online on hdfc website. I filled in all the details and followed all instructions online. The amount of Rs 500 has been debited from my account but I have not received any confirmation . After the payments page I got an error on web page but amount was still debited from my bank account. Application reference number is HFR626586....

            I have applied through online for HDFC fastag on 14.11.2019.received message with application ref. No. Hfr378853 dated.15.11.19, and confirming that "the fastag application PDF is sent to your registered e-mail, and in the message they confirmed that their representative will get in touch with us. Till date neither application sent my email id nor their representative contacted. I have a paid amount of Rs. 500/-. Such a corporate Bank should not leave the customer in blank. They have provided only one customer care number which is always busy, if you get luckily connected you will be answered that our servers are down we are sorry. There is no other way to reach them.

                I have not received my customer id or wallet id for my fastag, I can not recharge without this information. Please help.
                I tried calling all their support number but every one is giving different number to call on. I even talk on 1033 help line but they also gave me different number to call on.

                It seems like every one is just passing the query to new number.

                  Hi,

                  I have applied the fasttag through hdfc portal a week ago. Application number is HFR420967. Paid Rs 500/- online.

                  I have not yet received the fasttag rfid sticker. Toll free number is not reachable.

                  If hdfc is not able to provide the service please refund my money so that I can approach other vendors who are providing the service immediately.

                  I am a preferred customer and been with hdfc from last 16 years. Now, I am extremely disappointed with the hdfc service.

                      Have applied hdfc fastag through online a week before and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr475863. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update that where is my fasttag.only got message about Customer ID and wallet ID but...no courier information

                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                      I have been with hdfc for so many years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                        Respected mam/sir I have applied for fastag from hdfc online portal i filled up all detail but after payment done page just disappeared 500 rs is deducted from my account on 27/11/2019 at 3:44pm and I only get message that you have used debit card on etall-1291683, I want to know I have registered for fastag successfully or not on hdfc helpline number they are not answering properly they are just telling me that we don't know and I have already mailed on fastag.insolutionglobal.[protected]@gmail.com but no one is replying me
                        Please help as soon as possible

                          Today I paid Rs. 500 from HDFC credit card for FASTAG registration in HDFC Fastag website. After the payment transaction, the screen displayed that transaction was not successful and pl try after sometime. But my credit card indicates a debit of Rs.500. Now, only if I am sure that the transaction is not successful, i can reapply for FASTAG. To confirm this, I try HDFC Fastag Customer care number but it is always busy.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 11.11.2019.
                            I have made payment rs 500/- on 11.11.2019 ref no:etoll129683.

                            I received SMS stating that has been issued successfully and Customer Id and Wallet Id on 23.11.2019.

                            But I have not yet received the Fastag.
                            Already 16 days are over after I have made the payment.

                            When can i expect it.
                            Customer support phone numbers are not reachable.

                            I am not expecting such a poor response from no 1 private sector bank.
                            Please do the needful so that i receive the fastag at the earliest.

                                Please note i have made a payment of rs 500 for the fast tag. I filled up all the details and also made the payment on 27th november 2019. But did not get any confirmation. I want the fast tag details or refund my money to my account as soon as possible.
                                I have tried calling[protected], but not getting connected, tried minimum 20 times.
                                Then sent out email to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in, still there is no response or any sort of acknowledgement.
                                So would request to take action on this issue.
                                I also see there are same kind of multiple problems from different individuals, so why the bank not taking measure to correct the issue.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 26/11/19 and made payment of 500 inr (incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is HFR569748. since then there is no update.

                                  The customer care number given is busy or not being attended.There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

                                  How can I get the update, If application not processed, Can I get back refund of inr 500. I can visit toll plaza and get my fast tag mannually.

                                    fast tag - amount deducted but got error message and not able to track application

                                    I have applied for FASTag Program through HDFC bank today. While paying by third party credit card, the transaction ended up with an error message screen but the amount has been deducted from my account. There is no link, mail or even message update to track my application also. I tried reaching HDFC customer care ([protected]) many times, but the number seems to be busy always. I got customer id and wallet id, but i haven't got any call from hdfc CSR or any mail regarding RFID fast tag dispatch. Customer care number[protected] is always busy.                                     I am not sure about steps taken by company, but i took lot of stress to chase the team and raise complaints. I visited nearby hdfc bank to complain about hdfc fast tag department, but bank people have no clue on this. I raised complaint via normal hdfc customer care and they also bluffed mentioning complaint has been taken. later on came to know that no process to track this hdfc fast tag department. Some how my fast tag came after 4 weeks, which was suppose to come in 7 working days as per hdfc.

                                    I got message stating, card is dispatched on nov 27, but no updates or any tracking number to track same. Why such a poor process in HDFC?
                                    If you are offering some feature to customer, make sure you take care of it.

                                    Thanks For the response.The given customer care number in not reachable always. I want tag by this week, as i have planned to travel out of station, this tag is required for me before friday (13). why such a poor service from HDFC.
                                    I am really annoyed with HDFC services. I would have taken the tag outside itself, am not able to track the application status anywhere.
