I have not yet received my fastag, i contacted last week to customer service and got to know that the fastag was returned. So i requested him to re-dispatch, please update me on the status and deliver asap.
After that i am trying to reach the customer service through[protected], but it's been 4-5 days i am not able to reach them, always getting line busy. This is really very pathetic, please improve your customer service this is very very important. If this kind of service is going to continue then i will suspend my fastag, and return my all money.
