Applied for Fastag on HDFC website.
Paid for HDFC fastag on Nov 28. Ref no. HR[protected].
The payment of INR 500 is already deducted.
Didn't receive confirmation message or status.
Your helpline[protected] is always engaged and there is not response.
today morning I called again and get response that untill the Wallet id is not created HDFC can't track the status of the request though Ref number is shared. This is soo illogical.
Please respond on status and when I will get the Fastag.

    Its been more than 15 days and i am staying in bangalore. I have received all messages about card issues, recharge, etc. But card only has yet been received. Since many days trying to contact customer care, but not able to contact them and it always says number is busy.

    From dec 1, fastag is mandatory and who will bear the loss or double payment at toll gate due non-receipt of fastag.

    Can you look into same and do let me know when will i receive same. Please dont reply as it will be delivered in 7 working days as its been more than 15 days now. Also do let me know how can we contact customer service.

      I have received my fastag rfid tag 5days back but there is no wallet id/ customer id mentioned in the letter attached.

      I havent received any welcome letter for the same to my mobile/mail.

      So that i cant able to use the same.

      Contacted helpline number [protected] multiple times they say - your details are not showing here.

      Then how the hell i received the tag?

      Sent mail to hdfc fastag support but no response from those guys.

      I havent seen such a worst service from hdfc.

        I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. My wallet id is [protected] and customer id is [protected]. Please send me physical fastag as soon as possible or atleast update me about it.

          Did not receive welcome mail for fastag. Payment of 500rs got deducted but not received fastag or welcome email with details for vehicle mh04ge3246.
          Hdfc bank fastag doesn't even have proper toll-free number as the given number always shows busy whenever you call.
          Also no complaint or issue tracking platform or status checking provided for fastag page.

          HDFC fastag service is complete waste, I have call the customer care nearly for 100times but always busy.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
            The reference number of the application is
            Hr[protected]
            I have applied on 25th nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended

              I have applied for hdfc fastag through the website on 25th nov. 2019 and paid rs.500 through my debit card. My application reference no. Is hfr535259. I supposed to get a confirmation in my mailbox on my registered e-mail id. But till now i have not received any mail. The toll free no.[protected] is busy throughout the day and not responding in the night. This is the worst experience from hdfc bank. Please look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible

                Have applied fastag on nov 12, 2019 morning. I received an e-mail that fastag will be delivered with in 7 days.

                It’s already 15 days and no status update on fastag, customer care is completely a [censored]. Have tried more than 60 times in last 3 days but most of the time number ‭[protected]‬ busy, sometimes bell rings but no one picks.

                Hdfc is making fool of customers with its ### services.

                I want immediate refund now but problem is these ### are not reachable by any means.

                My reference number is hfr358346

                Will close all my saving accounts of hdfc bank shortly.

                Received the fastag today, no credit to HDFC bank.. According to them fastag will be dispatched with in next 3-4 days.. Awful services, they are themselves not aware of status

                  I applied for hdfc fastag on dt. 18.11.2019 with application reference number hfr376106. But till date i have not received my fastag and the customer care number given either in the hdfc website or customer portal are all fake. They are either busy or number not valid.
                  Being a hdfc customer i never expected this much delay. I will never recommend this fastag from hdfc to anyone.

                    I have applied for fastag today 27/11/19 and got the reference no. Hfr624080 and the tracking id - hr[protected] for my vehicle up32hs1313 the whole process completed and at last after payment page it shows unable to process request at this time but the amount has been deducted from my debit card. Now the thing is that it is uncleared that it is applied or what and when will i get it as there is no link where to confirm this and i called the toll free number for this many times but it responded busy always.

                    Please help in the matter and reply soon.

                      fastag customer care number not working neither I can login to my account

                      HI I have applied for fastag through HDFC BANK. I have received the message about activation of Fastag for my car no MH12NJ6298.
                      but till date I have not received any tag. While purchasing tag I have received message from HDFC BANK that someone will contact me. But till date no one has called me. I have tried to call on customer care number but for all 24 hrs the number is busy.

                        Had applied thru for fastag thru HDFC Bank portal. The application went thru smoothly till payment. After I made the payment I received an SMS which shows that the amount has been debited to my credit card while the application portal was showing error.
                        When I called the HDFC Bank local branch guys they said that I need to call Fastag Customer Care which in turn was not picking up the call.
                        I need faster resolution of this problem. Courts in this country should take cognizance of these issues & initiate a legal action such service providers.

                            I applied for fastag from hdfc site and the reference number is hfr506778. Money was deducted but no further mail or response has been come since 24th novemeber 2019.
                            Tried calling to the toll free number but no response from them, its always comes busy only.

                            What should i do now.

                                Used debit card for shopping on 20.11.2019.First transaction inPOS came not received.Shopfellow swiped card second time and success.But from my account same amount debitted twice.Complained to hdfc support no result.Then complained to nodal officer chennai by email.No reply.Not using that card after that.Govt want to go cashless but if banks cheat like this what to do?

                                  Hello.

                                  in my September 2018 statement, i got a charge of Rs. 34633 dated 9th march 2019 with merchant PayU Money
                                  i immediately sent them an email from my netbanking acct mentioning the details and asked to be investigated.
                                  simultaneously, i wrote to PayU for details.
                                  Its been 3 months now and after so many follow ups to HDFC no one has been able to solve. apart from that, i reached out to them on social media, sent mail to their dispute department and all came back with standard replies that we are investigating.
                                  meanwhile, payu money hasnt been able to track this transaction and they have asked me to reach out to my bank.
                                  Since the issue hasnt been solved, i stopped using the card and even making payments.
                                  now the collection team has started following up.
                                  adding to all this, my international travel has increased and now i am based in singapore and its being difficult to coordinate with the teams

                                    Hi,

                                    I had applied for Fast Tag on 20th Nov 2019.
                                    Still i had not received the Fast Tag.
                                    My Fast Tag application number is HFR426532.
                                    I am trying to call on customer care the line is always busy.
                                    When i will get this Fast tag? otherwise please refund my money.
                                    Sinence last 10 years i am happy customer with HDFC bank.This is the worest experience ever seen before.
                                    Deadline for Fast Tag is 1st Dec 2019 and toady is 27th Nov 2019. Registration and complaint date is 7 days delayed is this type of service is excepted from HDFC Bank.

                                      I have a credit card ending with 6178 cust id 22840860. Due to a heart problem i am unable to work. I had to miss a payment of 4100. A credit card employee ibrahim is calling me and threateningme with foul language. He has threatened to burn my house. His manager is horrible too. He knows my address through the system. I am scared now. I am thinking of filing a police complaint against hdfc. How can they employ such gundas. His numbers are [protected] and [protected] [protected] and [protected].
