I applied online for hdfc fast tag & filled up all the required details asked for and at the end after submitting the form it has asked to pay rs. 500/- which i paid using my credit card. After submitting and otp, there is no confirmation or email. Wasted my money. Pathetic service.

I tried reaching customer care number which is always busy. It is really frustrating service. If i had known this than definitely wouldn’t have applied online. I wasted 500/

    Hdfc bank fastag — customer id no.[protected]

    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 and also uploaded the copy of rc. Though i have received message that my fastag has now activated and recharged with 200, i have not still received the fastag.

    Tried to call customer case but everytime it comes busy and not being attended.

      Hello team,

      I've submitted fastag application successfully through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using hdfc debit card on 24th nov 2019 night. Unfortunately i've not received any email or sms related to my application number or payment. All the customer care numbers provided in the portal are useless. Nobody is picking the call or call will not get through. Can you please help me to get the application number and current status?

      This is my last options, if it don't work i would like to cancel this request and get a refund of rs.500. With this kind of bad customer care service, it will cause more troubles in future otherwise.

      You would be kidding me ! I've sent an email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on 25th Nov and did not receive any response! I've applied for fastag on 24th Nov and got customer ID on 29th Nov, but i am yet to get the device. Is there any way to track the current status?

        A charge of 7150 approx. Has been levied on my corporate credit card. This happened as the amount was not sufficient in the current account through which its auto paid. Well, this issue happened because of the logic the hdfc net banking uses. When i try to pay the credit card bill (Personal, in this case sbi credit card) though the sbi credit card portal it goes to banking site and i enter the credentials and then it goes to the payment where the account from which amount is to be deducted will be displayed. From sep 2016, i guess i have made at least 100+ payments and all the time my sb account displayed and deducted from it. So, its a practice now for which i even don't see which account its taking. But in the recent past, when i made a payment to my sbi credit card it has fetched from the current account (Had higher balance than sb ac) which went unnoticed as its a practice from last 3 years. When i tried to study it i understood that it fetches that account which has more balance and this is how the auto pay for my corporate credit card didn't work and payment didn't happened and hence 7150rs of financial charges are levied on me. I even requested hdfc to take of this charge as its not a intentional or because of no money, its because of the logic/algorithm hdfc net banking uses. I have always maintained good rapport with the financial institutes and one can check my cibil score. I am using hdfc personal credit card since 2012 and the payments are prompt. So hereby i request to help me in getting back the said amount.

          Till date i have not yet received fasttag

          I tried to reach the toll free number [protected] serveral times to check the status but could not reach

          There is no other way to communicate the bank. Please help me in getting the status so that i can look for an alternate option

            I applied for the fastag through hdfc bank's fastag portal, the portal got into error after it got money 500 rs. From my account.
            My hdfc bank customer id is 62764758 which was used to create the application.
            I don't have application number as well, thinking i'll get it when i submit the application.
            I have tried calling the toll free number from the website a lot of times but it is not working.

              Can anybody help in getting the FAST TAG card for the amount got deducted or the amount will be reversed to my card

                I have received hdfc fastag pre installed in my maruti vehicle. Please let me know how to activate it?
                I tried logging to hdfc fastag portal (https://fastag.hdfcbank.com/Login/Register) but its asking for wallet id which i have not received. The page says that "any 2 of these 4 fields are essential and * fields are mandatory." wallet it is mandatory.

                  Not received fast tag reference no HFR565534 from HDFC Bank and we paid Rs 500 trying to contact by toll free no of fast tag but all time busy
                  And alternate no is not there to contact
                  Not received any information of same and even acknowledgement for same
                  I am very much in dark
                  It is question of delivery in time and refund of money will not solve the problem so urgent Fasttag supply and response with quick action is must

                    Hi, i have applied fasttag through hdfc netbanking and after providing all the details needed amount dedcuted from my account (Rs.500) but session timeout at the end. This happened on (28/11/2019). I have tried twice and this happened both the times. Application reference number : hfr663708. I have tried calling hdfc fasttag toll from where no response. I would like to know the status of my application whether it is submitted or will my amount (Rs 1000 = 500 * 2 times) will be refunded.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of ₹1000/- for two fastags. The reference number of the application is hdr478348. I have uploaded all the necessary documents and since then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                            I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on 28-nov 2019.

                            After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                            I tried 2 times, both the times the amount got deducted and error displayed on the screen. 1000 rs deducted.

                            I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number. But there is not proper option to speak directly to customer care executive.

                            This is very bad experience from reputed bank. If they are not able to manage web page properly why they should provide an online option to get fastag.

After getting a ring executive will not pick for 3 to 4 mins. after fortunate connection. i spoke to the executive and explained the issue. he suggested to email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. did not get any response from HDFC fastag team yet. below is the information i have shared with them

                            Money has been deducted from my credit card, I did not see any refund back in my statement after 5 days also.

                              Hi,

                              I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2009, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

                              I wanted fastag for two of my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.1000

                              After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                              However, amount of rs 1000 was deducted from my savings account.
                              I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

                              I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
                              There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.

                                Even i haven't recieved any call from customer care for delivering the fastag (Ref. No. HFR542309). Tried calling FASTag Helpline Number
                                but unable to connect.

                                I have tried to login into account and getting error "Invalid UserID Or Password !", tried multiple times of forgot password but still getting same error. Not sure what to do next.

                                  I am gnana prakash. I am having account with hdfc bank. I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charges. I have just received the sms sayting that my fastag successfully issued as well as i received sms about my wallet id. But still the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is not at all reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                      Have made the net banking payment through hdfc bank to get a fastag, payment made successful and after that no news from last 24 hrs, when i called phone banking team, they said very clearly that, they are nothing to do with these type of services and shared me a number to connect that is [protected]. But this number is not in use. Am really surprised how could hdfc can cleanup their hands of his own customers and giving annoying answers, this is really a unprofessional approach.

                                        Being a privileged customer of hdfc bank since 2010,
                                        I have submitted a new application for fastag with ref# - hfr546567 through hdfc portal 3 days ago by paying rs 500/-.

                                        I have not received any confirmation email / sms about the same till now.
                                        I could not even connect with fastag customer care [protected] as its always been busy (Might be intentional act).

                                        Requesting for resolution on the same.

                                        Note: we understand that the fastag delivery might take 7 working days from the date of application. But a confirmation email / sms would make us relax and confident about the application we submitted. Otherwise we would be under money loss impression.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have been trying to connect with fastag customer care # [protected] since i have requested for fastag.
                                        its always been busy ( No response ). Very pathetic service by HDFC Fastag team.
                                        My Fastag has not been delivered yet ( Applied on 26th Nov'19 ) .

                                        Alteast give us response boss...Delivery is second thing...
