Hello.
in my September 2018 statement, i got a charge of Rs. 34633 dated 9th march 2019 with merchant PayU Money
i immediately sent them an email from my netbanking acct mentioning the details and asked to be investigated.
simultaneously, i wrote to PayU for details.
Its been 3 months now and after so many follow ups to HDFC no one has been able to solve. apart from that, i reached out to them on social media, sent mail to their dispute department and all came back with standard replies that we are investigating.
meanwhile, payu money hasnt been able to track this transaction and they have asked me to reach out to my bank.
Since the issue hasnt been solved, i stopped using the card and even making payments.
now the collection team has started following up.
adding to all this, my international travel has increased and now i am based in singapore and its being difficult to coordinate with the teams
