I have got the fastag issued from hdfc bank but i do not the customer id and wallet id. As per the procedure mentioned on bank website, i am trying to register it online through rfid number and vehicle number. However, i am unable to do the same. Have been trying the customer care since morning (25 calls) but it is constantly busy. There is no other way to reach them.

    My fastag application number is hfr348805. An amount of 500 has been deducted on november 9th. It was indicated that an hdfc personnel will get in touch with me in a week'd time but that did not happen. So far there has been communication on when the card will be dispatched to me. The customer care just refuses to work and is constantly engaged. Interestingly i tried calling the number at 1 am (Night) and some one lifts the phone and advises me to call back between 10 am to 5 pm. This is shoddy service. Please refund my 500. I will approach someone else for my fastag.

    I have not received my fastag yet. The card has not reached me in person yet. It has been 50 days so far.

    The application number: hfr348805

    The provided phone number is always engaged and does not work. There is no one to talk to and register the complaint. When will the card be dispatched? This is pathetic and horrible service.

    I need help with this...

        Out of which i received email regarding application, sms of customer i'd & wallet i'd for application ref no. Hrf418648.

        But i haven't received any email or sms for application ref no. Hrf418938.

        I have paid for both applications (500+500), they have credited rs. 200+200 in my first application ref no. Hrf418648.

        Pls process my application ref no. Hrf418938 & then debit rs. 200 from hrf418648 & creit that amount in hrf418938.

          There was a fastag (Customer id[protected] issued to me by hdfc and i noticed that a wrong email id was updated and i dropped a mail on 14th oct and also made call to customer care. But after repeated reminder the correct mailing id has yet not updated and there is a 2.5% cashback is also not given for all national toll movements as updated on hdfc fastag site.

          The customer care no. Either always be busy or not responding and also never received even a mail acknowledged from hdfc.

            Hi i have applied fastag online and i have got a message that its applied successufully and thier representative will get in toich within 7 working days and i will get a pdd xopy od application to my registered mail id but i havent got it tried to reach the customercare no [protected] no response.               Hello sir / madam,

              I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

              I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
              Also i have tried to connect a lot of times via hdfc fastag customer care number [protected].
              This number every time found busy and whenever it connected it only rings background music only.

                My name is sumit bahri. I am using hdfc credit card for over 10years now.
                Due to my illness, i had to quit my job and therefore i am not able to pay by bills on time. For last 1 year, i have tried to pay at least the minimum due amount on time as much as possible. However the outstanding dues doesn't seem to reduce.
                Therefore i tried to speak to the bank regarding the settlement of the credit card. Everytime i call the bank or someone from the bank calls me, i try to explain them the situation but no one is ready to help or give any satisfactory answer.

                Therefore i request you to kindly help regarding the same.

                    Tried to reach customer care number but the number is always busy. Could you please check and provide the status of it as i need this on urgent basis. Could you please deliver it asap.

                        I applied for a fastag on hdfc bank site on 19th nov 2019 and paid an amount rs. 500/- towards it and received an application number "hfr351550" and i was told that i should receive my tag in 7days time. But till now i have neither received a call from them nor any info in any form.in fact i am trying to reach out to them thru call or email and there is no response.

                        I raised a complaint earlier here and i was told to send an email to "fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com" for all communication, and i dropped an email and that is on the 16th of this month and i am still waiting for a response from them.

                        Even if i call them no one picks up the call, it just kept ringing.

                        I didn't expect a top bank in india will have such kind of irresponsible service, that too nothing buzzes them.

                        Is there a way to check what happened or if possible can i get back my money?

                        After a long wait finally, I got my fastag a/c created and I got the details of it and I could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.
                        But still not clear on when I will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when I applied for it on HDFC bank site.

                          I have applied for HDFC Fast tag on 9th Dec by application reference number HFR980553 and got message after making payment that Application PDF will be sent on registered mail ID but as on date there is no method to track the same.Kindly confirm how to track this because as on date we have not received the same on the mentioned address.

                          I applied Fastag using HDFC portal on 9th December, received message stating that PDF will be sent to registered email ID and Fastag will be delivered within 7 days. Post that, I haven't received any confirmation nor I could able to connect to the customer helpline number. No email ID provided to raise grievance too. My reference ID is "HFR969821". Reading multiple negative reviews for HDFC fastag, which really ruining the reputation.

                          Can anyone assist me in resolving my issue or provide any escalation matrix to reach HDFC customer care for Fastag related services apart from Hotline number, as it is not getting connected anytime.

                          Looking forward for a favourable reply soon.

                          Government usually levies fine on public, but don't take action against any organisations. We have raised the request through the portals available to get Fastag, but due to delay in processing and bad services, we need to pay the penalty if we travel through Toll. Can anyone help me in taking necessary action against HDFC for the unresponsive behaviour. I am going through all the previous comment, but no one has received any response from HDFC officials to resolve the issue.
                          I Have applied for hdfc fastag.I paid Rs.500/ for the same .Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.

                            Amount 29.5 is was deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                Hdfc bank fastag — application reference number: hfr471462

                                I had applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr twice as the first application had no response. The first application number is hfr354895. The reference number of the application is hfr471462 and hfr354895.

                                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please dont cheat people when you dont have a proper system.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number hfr441303 of the application is. I have uploaded rc copy then there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  I have been with hdfc for 4 years now
                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    I've applicated for fastag on 10th november (Hfr350473). It has been over 13 days and still no response from bank. The customer service number is not reachable and there is no way to contact anyone regarding this. This is unacceptable from a leading bank. I've paid rs.500 for this. I want refund. Fastag is available for free from govt and other companies. You guys are scamming us.

                                      Not received fastag rfid and wallet id due to which unable to login, activate and manage my fastag account.

                                      I have not received any of these details from bank. When i try to register online they are asking for details such as rfid and wallet id and i have not received any sms/mailer with these details.

                                      I did search online for a solution bit couldn't find.

                                      Also i tried calling customer care number mentioned for hdfc fastag but the same is not functional.

                                        I applied hdfc fastag online couple of days before. Post payment online portal said application would be sent to email id but haven't got it yet. Also there is no call from hdfc customer care. Charges were payed (500). When would i be getting any update on this.
