account hold 2nd time after clear dues of credit card

My account number [protected] is again on Hold while I have cleared my dues of my credit card ends with 7982.
No one is responding. The are providing wrong contact detais which is not working [protected]/02.
Why there is again hold after payment. I want to release my hold immediately. And reopen my credit card....

relieving letter and full and final settlement

I am an ex employee of hdfc bank (Emp code - 209360). I worked for 5 months there and left the job on 17 aug 2019. I still haven't received my relieving letter and full and final settlement. It's been 4 months now. As many times i communicated with hr, he said that "i forwarded your mail, it will get processed soon" but that "soon" still has not arrived. I talked to ch as well and he is also procrastinating the matter. I am not able to join...

hdfc fastag

Applied for Fastag with HDFC bank on 9th November, 2019. Paid 500 rs and I got a reference number HFR348813. I got a message that the Application PDF has been sent on my email ID. Unfortunately I have not received any PDF, acknowledgement and no one bothered to contact me. Pls look into matter.

wrong loan amount disbursed and emi started

I had applied for personal loan at hdfc bank for balance transfer of my personal loan with bajaj finance and hdb financial services. But i received dd of less amount for closure of hdb loan. Hence loan did not close and hdfc has started deducting heavy emis now i am being asked to pay emi for hdfc as well as hdb.

I have returned dd back to hdfc bank and was assured to get emi reduced but they haven't reduced emi.

I applied for a hdfc fastag through hdfc fastag online application portal of hdfc.
After filling in correct details and uploading copy of rc and paying fees i haven't received any email as stated on the portal.
Further no representative from hdfc has contacted me.
I'm supposed to get the fastag in one week but no details available till now.
The helpline number is useless as no one responds.

cancellation of one assist membership

Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500₹. The reference number of the application is hfr364062. I have uploaded copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 7 years and now this is the worst moment with them.

fastag amount deducted but no email received

I have applied for fastag, but a message flashed (Attached) that the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. Unable to contact at [protected] as no response on this number, and no contact email for complaint.

hdfc home loan file no 643408897

The above mentioned home loan is sanctioned. After sanctioning of loan i have submitted the requisite documents on 26 oct 19 for disbursement of amount to the seller. Despite several reminders being send on mail id - [protected]@hdfc.com no action has been taken so far. When i personally contacted mr praveen kumar enquiring the reasons for delay, i have been advised to provide additional documents which are not required from legal understanding....

refund not processed even after a month

Airticket was booked via diner card website if hdfc bank. Later the ticket was cancelled partially on 18th oct 2019. The refund was processed by indigo on 19th oct. However, the refund is not reflecting in credit card. Multiple complaints has been raised but to no avail. The bank says the refund will be automatically credited which is not yet done. Similar issue was faced earlier when the refund anount eas geld by hdfc tracel partner cleartrip....

credit card charges

hdfc bank nwd dec chg - amount deducted

Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....
