I applied for a fastag on hdfc bank site on 19th nov 2019 and paid an amount rs. 500/- towards it and received an application number "hfr351550" and i was told that i should receive my tag in 7days time. But till now i have neither received a call from them nor any info in any form.in fact i am trying to reach out to them thru call or email and there is no response.

I raised a complaint earlier here and i was told to send an email to "fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com" for all communication, and i dropped an email and that is on the 16th of this month and i am still waiting for a response from them.

Even if i call them no one picks up the call, it just kept ringing.

I didn't expect a top bank in india will have such kind of irresponsible service, that too nothing buzzes them.

Is there a way to check what happened or if possible can i get back my money?

After a long wait finally, I got my fastag a/c created and I got the details of it and I could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.
But still not clear on when I will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when I applied for it on HDFC bank site.

    I applied Hdfc bank in fastag but not received at my home.my application refrence number is HFR601999 and 1000rs deducted in my account because site on error on display but amount withdraw so please my fastag send at my home

    I have applied for HDFC Fast tag on 9th Dec by application reference number HFR980553 and got message after making payment that Application PDF will be sent on registered mail ID but as on date there is no method to track the same.Kindly confirm how to track this because as on date we have not received the same on the mentioned address.

    I applied Fastag using HDFC portal on 9th December, received message stating that PDF will be sent to registered email ID and Fastag will be delivered within 7 days. Post that, I haven't received any confirmation nor I could able to connect to the customer helpline number. No email ID provided to raise grievance too. My reference ID is "HFR969821". Reading multiple negative reviews for HDFC fastag, which really ruining the reputation.

    Can anyone assist me in resolving my issue or provide any escalation matrix to reach HDFC customer care for Fastag related services apart from Hotline number, as it is not getting connected anytime.

    Looking forward for a favourable reply soon.

    Government usually levies fine on public, but don't take action against any organisations. We have raised the request through the portals available to get Fastag, but due to delay in processing and bad services, we need to pay the penalty if we travel through Toll. Can anyone help me in taking necessary action against HDFC for the unresponsive behaviour. I am going through all the previous comment, but no one has received any response from HDFC officials to resolve the issue.

      Amount 29.5 is was deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

        I have been calling hdfc fastag for the past 2 days to know the status of my new fastag. But the line is always busy. There is no mail id to contact too. It's been 10 days since i have applied for fastag, and still i haven't received the fastag. I have paid rs.500 for this. Fastag is going to be mandatory soon. What am i gonna do?           Hdfc bank fastag — application reference number: hfr471462

          I had applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr twice as the first application had no response. The first application number is hfr354895. The reference number of the application is hfr471462 and hfr354895.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please dont cheat people when you dont have a proper system.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 4 years now
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              I've applicated for fastag on 10th november (Hfr350473). It has been over 13 days and still no response from bank. The customer service number is not reachable and there is no way to contact anyone regarding this. This is unacceptable from a leading bank. I've paid rs.500 for this. I want refund. Fastag is available for free from govt and other companies. You guys are scamming us.

                Not received fastag rfid and wallet id due to which unable to login, activate and manage my fastag account.

                I have not received any of these details from bank. When i try to register online they are asking for details such as rfid and wallet id and i have not received any sms/mailer with these details.

                I did search online for a solution bit couldn't find.

                Also i tried calling customer care number mentioned for hdfc fastag but the same is not functional.

                  I applied hdfc fastag online couple of days before. Post payment online portal said application would be sent to email id but haven't got it yet. Also there is no call from hdfc customer care. Charges were payed (500). When would i be getting any update on this.

                    I had applied to hdfc for fastag on march 1 with application reference number hfr 106699 and made a payment of 500 rupees. They sent me a mail to send aadhar which i replied to but i didn't get my fastag.

                    Again i applied for the same on nov 12 by making another payment but haven't got the fastag still at my address.
                    The customer care number is either busy or not attended to.
                    Never expected this kind of service from hdfc

                        I have paid 500/- for fastag on[protected] with application reference number hfr469712. It was mentioned that the fastag application pdf would be sent to me in e-mail but i have not received any e-mail or sms. Calling customer care on[protected] but no one is picking the phone.

                        Note for hdfc people - i have already given reference number above which can be used to get all the details regarding the application. Also attaching the screenshot.

                          Even relationship manager couldn't help in this matter.
                          This is very pathetic service for a preferred banking customer.
                          At least bank should have informed that it is getting late.

                            Unfortunately there is no active communication channel to reach out for application status. Toll free number given[protected] not working. Even after being dialed for 5 minutes no response. No way to reach out to them. Pathetic service.

Her nobody cheat stuation thats why late. Clear the issue immdiatly.

                                  I am an hdfc bank account holder and also my account is an salary account, so as i dont have any such charges so called as amb charges as i seen in the last complaint explanation by hdfc customer service representative,
                                  I was charged & the resons is that "mi revenue hold through gefu" i dont know the reason behind that 117.35 was debited from my account i need an immediate reason for that and the amount to be refunded

                                      I have got hdfc fastag delivered and i have recharged my wallet but my fastag shows in suspended state when i try to use in toll plaza.

                                      I am trying to reach toll free service number but it is always busy. I am really fed up now. There no other way to contact hdfc fastag. They don't provide any email id for contact.

                                      I have been uses all other services of hdfc back since 15 years, but this is most pathetic experience.

                                      This is the only place i can find through which i hope i can reach to hdfc team.

                                        Hello sir / madam,

                                        I have not received by wallet id for my customer id 60622542. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                                        I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
