I have been charged for some international debit card charges without my consent. This is the message available in my account statement along with these charges ". Dc intl pos txn markup+st" there are like 4-5 charges in past 2 months, i'm not sure if there are any further charges as well. I can only check the statement for 2 months on net banking statement. Please investigate the issue asap.
I want them refunded/disputed whatever option is available.

    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, i left the company and not being employed. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me). I logged into my account for some reason today on 24 november 2019 and i see that i have rs -5312 in my account. I request you to please take action against this.

        Hdfc fastag purchased via hdfc creditcard, payment deducted but it gave error message in the end neither sms received for confirmed purchase nor email but money got deducted. Customer care is always busy, bank people know nothing about fastag.

        Gov is making people helpless with this kind of service. I wasted my money.

        Hdfc fastag is fake!

          My fastag is activated on 17th nov as per the sms confirmation received from hdfc bank. But till date i have not received the sticker physically. Even i tried to call the helpline number but no body is responding. My request to concerned authority is to kindly look into this issue and let me know the fastag sticker delivery status.
          The sms which i received from bank regarding the fastag activation is as below.
          "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited"

But there is no any type o[censored]pdates received about fast tag. Tring customer care number but its not connecting. Now feeling helpless. I also visit nearest branch but there not received any satisfied answer. Can you help me for this metter

              Hello all,
              My credit card is going to expire in nov-2019, however i submitted twice for change of address request in hdfc bank, but address is not changed and they are not ready to reissue my expired credit card. I do have personal account in hdfc bank with updated address. I hate this credit card team that they don't understand english whenever i write this issue and never they got in touch with me, please let me know if you can update my address or should i close the credit card.
              I would expect a call with a proper response for this issue.

                I applied for the fastag on 21st november, 2019. On the final screen after debiting my credit card for rs.500 it was like : your fastag application reference number hfr440529
                The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
                Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
                You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries.

                I have not received any communication form the concerned department. I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank. I am with the bank for the last 20 years and still facing this kind of issue. There is no way i can contact for this product except the toll free number. The number is either engaged or never attended to. (Always on a musical hold)

                I got the email id from regular customer support and believe me the message was rebound. The email id given by customer support is not working!!! The email id provided was : status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in

                Day by day the hdfc bank services are becoming pathetic.

Sometimes due to technical issues at the beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in the beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account. In case of non-receipt of reversal/beneficiary still denies of having received the funds at their end, within the stipulated time as mentioned above, do write back to us at Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com with the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) to enable us to assist you better.

                    Registration otp for new user registration is not received on mobile. Trying to login for last one month.
                    Helpline provided is of no use. No one takes the call or all the time its busy. Service is really pathetic.

                      Hello,

                      I paid for a Fastag using my credit card on 23/11/2019. I received a message that 500 Rs. were debited from my card. But then the Fastag website said 'Session timeout or error on page'
                      So at the moment, I have paid the money but I don't know whether the Fastag application was successful.
                      The customer care number is always busy and I can never speak on the phone with anybody regarding this issue.

                        I have made the payment on 14th November and my application number is HFR372398.

                        Neither i receive the Fast Tag application PDF on my registered email id.
                        Nor any representative got in touch with me.
                        And till date i have not received the Fastag and it was committed to be delivered in 7 working days.

                        I bet if you can contact HDFC Fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy all the time or if luck that not being attended.

                          I placed an order for two fastags for my two private cars, paid online rs. 1000 on 14/11/2019.

                          They haven’t supplied tags till date, there is no provision to track online, none answers customer care number ‭[protected]‬

                          I am unable to contact the concerned for finding the status of delivery. I did not expect such callousness attitude by a company or bank, when they made tag as mandatory at toll plazas, collected money online from netbanking but failed to process such orders

                            A lady named as soumya from shine.com call me repeatedly and told me about my selection for hdfc bank. Then she told me to give an online exam then i am doing as she told me to do and give her a screenshot of mark. Then she told me that paid 1500 to clear prc of bank and bank will send you joining letter. I don't know what should i do now. Please reply

If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee /charges/payment to them.

                              I have applied fastag from HDFC on 7th Nov, 2019 and the reference number is HRF335509. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

                              There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

                              There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

                              I have not experienced such online services where we don't have any information.
                              The details should be shared by the bank.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr344310. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  I have been with hdfc for 2 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                      Hi myself harish, hdfc fastag online is a big cheat made payment twice for 2 vehicles. First time filled all the details and made the payment of 1000/- through hdfc credit card where money deducted and no mail or acceptance came for the fastag, i called customer care and went to branch also nobody knows anything about fastag. [protected] is not at all working. Second time i made the payment from yesbank debt card where money got deducted of 1000/- and pop up message of mail with application (Fastag application number hfr455757) pdf will be sent to mail but i didnt get anything again called customer care and hdfc fastag toll free number (Which is not working) and branch people also nobody has details. I guess they are big cheat

                                      All these happened on 22/11/2019

                                      The first 1000/- payment made from hdfc credit card should be return to me and the above application status with proper fastag issue

                                        Yesterday i tried paying from hdfc cc to purchase fastag from hdfc online money got deducted but page error came and second time i used my yes bank debit card where money got deducted but i did not received any mail from hdfc which they say about pdf and [protected] is not at all working and branch and customer care people has no idea about fastag. Dont know what to do now. For simple fastag i lost 2000/-
