I applied for fastag on 22.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hrf452685, where it is mentioned that representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.

    I applied a fastag online from hdfc portal dt 20.11.2019. my customer id for fastag is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. i tried contact to hdfc toll free no. for fastag but no. is always busy, and there is no response like correspondence from hdfc fattag department and no knowledge about fastag in local hdfc branch staff.

    i received a test message on mobile dt 28.11.19 that "your fastag card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days" but card not received till date.

    this is the very worst situation for me.

    in addition to when i login fastag portal to view personal detail there is no option to add detail like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.

    Please provide customer profile edit option in fatag wallet like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.

    this facility is available in icici fastag wallat in good manner.so please provide facility as early as possible.

    i request to you please solve this problem as early as possible.
    if you can not this so please cancel my fastag wallet and refund my all payment which is charge for fastag card and rs 300 recharge by me. so total patment rs 500+300 is rs 800.

      After purchasing hdfc fastag, i paid 500 rs online through netbanking, i have not received welcome mail. My rfid number is[hfr402736]. I have got fastag customer id & wallet id id. I am unable to login my account online it is showing invalid. I didnt receive the hardcopy to my residential address.

      I tried to contact the toll free number[[protected]], but not responsive. How can i solve?

        After purchasing hdfc fastag, i paid 500 rs on line through creadit card, i have not received any welcome mail. My rfid number is[hfr440085]. I have not got fastag customer id & wallet id id. I need this to toll plaza for my monthly pass to link with fastag & i am unable to login my account.

          It's been two weeks since i applied for hdfc fasttag but till now i have not received fastag. Its been one of worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life. Absolutely no care for the customer. None of the phone numbers works, and there no way one can get help from toll free or by any other method in case you need help. Either it's congestion in network, or switched off or number is busy. I tried the few numbers ending with *1243/*1033/*7227

          My sincere suggestion. Please close this business if you dont have resources to provide service to customer.

            I have applied for hdfc fastag on 23rd november and i got above mentioned reference no. Hfr474548 but they didn't send any emails or updates regarding this. No call attended by hdfc fastag helpline number. Please solve this issue.                 My Application reference number is HFR411936.

                I have applied for HDFC Fastag on 19th Nov 2019.                 On 23rd November 2019 I applied for FASTAG and paid rs.500/- I got an application success msg with the reference no. HFR482038. It was stated in the msg that I would get an application form in pdf form in my registered email i.d. and that the card will be dispatched within 7 days. However I am yet to receive any email.
                I made an application for fast tag thru hdfc bank, money of rs 500 was deducted from my account . Ref no provided is hfr346380,
                12 days have passed and i am still to receive a confirmation mail or msg, kindly help being a senior citizen i am running form pillar to post
                I have applied for fastag from hdfc portal with my Savings account linked. But didn not recieve any communication from them and even the toll free no is not working.
                Any other ways to reach them?

                    I have been charged for some international debit card charges without my consent. This is the message available in my account statement along with these charges ". Dc intl pos txn markup+st" there are like 4-5 charges in past 2 months, i'm not sure if there are any further charges as well. I can only check the statement for 2 months on net banking statement. Please investigate the issue asap.
                    I want them refunded/disputed whatever option is available.

Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me).                           Hdfc fastag purchased via hdfc creditcard, payment deducted but it gave error message in the end neither sms received for confirmed purchase nor email but money got deducted. Customer care is always busy, bank people know nothing about fastag.

                          Gov is making people helpless with this kind of service. I wasted my money.

                          Hdfc fastag is fake!

                            My fastag is activated on 17th nov as per the sms confirmation received from hdfc bank. But till date i have not received the sticker physically. Even i tried to call the helpline number but no body is responding. My request to concerned authority is to kindly look into this issue and let me know the fastag sticker delivery status.
                            The sms which i received from bank regarding the fastag activation is as below.
                            "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited"

                                My credit card is going to expire in nov-2019, however i submitted twice for change of address request in hdfc bank, but address is not changed and they are not ready to reissue my expired credit card. I do have personal account in hdfc bank with updated address. I hate this credit card team that they don't understand english whenever i write this issue and never they got in touch with me, please let me know if you can update my address or should i close the credit card.
                                I would expect a call with a proper response for this issue.

                                  I applied for the fastag on 21st november, 2019. On the final screen after debiting my credit card for rs.500 it was like : your fastag application reference number hfr440529
                                  The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
                                  Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
                                  You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries.

                                  I have not received any communication form the concerned department. I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank. I am with the bank for the last 20 years and still facing this kind of issue. There is no way i can contact for this product except the toll free number. The number is either engaged or never attended to. (Always on a musical hold)

                                  I got the email id from regular customer support and believe me the message was rebound. The email id given by customer support is not working!!! The email id provided was : status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in

                                  Day by day the hdfc bank services are becoming pathetic.

Sometimes due to technical issues at the beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in the beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account.                                         I paid for a Fastag using my credit card on 23/11/2019. I received a message that 500 Rs. were debited from my card. But then the Fastag website said 'Session timeout or error on page'
                                        So at the moment, I have paid the money but I don't know whether the Fastag application was successful.
                                        The customer care number is always busy and I can never speak on the phone with anybody regarding this issue.
