Hi hdfc fastag team,

I am facing problem with logging into my fastag account. Is user id same as customer id? Is your portal working or not?
My fastag wallet id is [protected]. Please can you address the issue.

Is there any validity for fastag rfid? I started using this fastag from mid of aug 2017.
Let me know how i can login to your account and see my wallet balance and so that i can recharge because planning to start travelling from tomorrow

Dear Customer,

Once your FASTag account is created, please log in to the customer portal. link - www.hdfcbank.com/FASTag -- Click on -- Retail / Corporate login and register yourself to generate your user id and password. Please enter the required information in the prompts and the system will send an SMS with your log in details to your registered mobile number. There is no need to purchase any other RFID tag to avail of a monthly pass scheme at any toll plaza. Further the validity of the Card is 5 years. You may recharge your tag account by making payment online through Credit Card/ Debit Card or through Net Banking. The tag account can be recharged up to Rs.1, 00, 000 (Rupees One Lakh only) for KYC customers and for non KYC customers - Rs. 10, 000 (Rupees ten thousand only).You may call our customer care @[protected] for assistance.

    I applied for fastag on 22.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr442593, where it is mentioned that representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

    But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

    I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.

    Paid Rs.500/-, entered details, got application reference no. HFR436353. Not received any confirmation mail or sms.
    When you are not capable for these jobs do not enter in market. Dont give promises of 7 days delivery of fastag. HDFC is unfit for this. May lose bank customer due to this.

      I have purchased a vivo mobile using my hdfc credit card no.[protected] at 6 emi with no extra cost, it is confirmed by the vivo store that 7.5% extra discount is available on using hdfc credit card and the discount amount will be credited within 60 days after purchase of phone on my account. My mobile cost is rs.18990/- and i have to pay rs.3164.49/monthly for 6 months (The cashback 7.5% should be credited later to my account) but it is very surprisingly that i received the statement in which hdfc charged rs. 3276.70 (Principal + interest) which is totally wrong. Why hdfc demands additional amount of rs.112.21 above to my emi amount.
      I have attached the copy of bill of my mobile for your reference.
      Kindly reply in this regard immediately.

      We have noted the concerns expressed in your mail regarding the interest rate applied towards EMI transaction incurred at M/s. VIGOUR MOBILE INDIA PV FARIDABAD. We would like to clarify that, the above-mentioned transaction has been converted into Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) with No Cost EMI offer which has been provided by the merchant and not the Bank. We would like to clarify that, for all No Cost EMI transactions, there is a discount given by the merchant at the time of transaction equivalent to the Interest charged by the bank. We confirm that the same has been communicated to you at the time of transaction and we request you to contact Merchant for further clarification in this regard.

        I have applied for fastag through hdfc site on 19th november 2019. After entering all the details, attaching the document and completing the payment of rs.500/-, got a thank you message as under:

        "your fastag application reference number hfr403310
        The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
        Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
        You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact
        [protected] for queries."

        However, no one contacted me till now nor i got any email.

        Please help.

          I had applied for hdfc fastag on 14 nov 2019 through online and had paid 500/- for same. Reference id : hfr373028. Post the payment, i had not received any message on mobile or on my email. Also, i had not received the my fastag yet.

          Now, i am confused - what to do? Shall i apply again with other bank? When shall i received my card or bank will refund the money?

            But post payment made, no any response - sms or mail from hdfc fastag, also, i had not received my fastag yet.

              I have paid rupees 1, 500.00 in to my hdfc fast tag account on 15.11.2019, through upi using vehicle no. Pb70f1479. Since then the money is not credited to my fast tag account.

              I am quite frustrated as i cannot connect to your phone number. I am even hdfc existing customer but really disappointed.

              Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and solve it by crediting my hdfc fast tag with rupees 1, 500.00.

                Dear sir,

                I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 11.11.2019.
                I have made payment rs 500/- on 11.11.2019 ref no:etoll129683.

                I have not yet received the tag.
                When can i expect it.
                Customer support phone numbers are not reachable.

                I am no expecting such a poor response from no 1 private sector bank.
                Please do the needful so that i receive the fastest in time.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr355318. It is supposed to reach me in 7 days but its been more than 10 days since then there is no update.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy always.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs. The reference number of the application is hfr422989. Then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc for 15 years now (Saving ac, loans,) and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                          This is a complain regarding hdfc fastag. I booked hdfc fastag through their online site and paid 500rs. After that i received the transaction number as on 9th november 2019. They messaged they have sent an application form on my email id which i have not received till now. Delivery date of fastag was to be within 07 days but its been more than 07 days but still not received any updates from them. Even the customer care number they have provided is not responding or is always busy.

                          Transaction number is hfr346569. Very pathetic service from hdfc.

                            I have enrolled online hdfc fastag and application no is hfr422280 generated after 500 paying 500 rs.

                            Issues
                            1. As mentioned in the message the receipt generated and sent to registered mail id - actually, i didn't receive any mail last 3 days.

                            2. Toll free numbers avialble - but always buys by chance if its connected no one attend, i have tried last 3 days.

                              I have applied for hdfc fast tag on 12th nov and tll now i have not received the tag. Application reference number is hfr362675

                              Customer support number always busy[protected]. Looks like the number it self is having an issue. I don't know even the status of this application. I was not expected this kind of service from hdfc kind of banks.

                              I have paid rs. 500. Please get this addressed asap.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs 500. The reference number of the application is hfr421638. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
                                I tried contacting toll free service number [protected] but it is always busy. I am getting fed up now. No other way to contact hdfc fastag.

                                Till date I haven't received my Fastag. It is been over 20 days. It seems I made a mistake ordering HDFC Fastag. I got airtel fastag within 5 mins from local vendor for my another car. I will recommend not to buy HDFC Fastag to my other friends.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr
                                  . The reference number of the application is hfr362441. I have uploaded copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    Hi - have ordered 2 fastag on 10 nov believing hdfc but till now have not received them. Hfr352810 is my reference number. As stated by many the contact number is never answered. 1-dec being mandated to use them and the bank not providing any update is unprofessional.

                                    Never received an update on email or via sms.

                                    News being, twice the amount to be charged on toll if not paid by fastag, it is going to give us a bad experience from a bank i hold an account since 2004.

                                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr403641. I have uploaded the documents asked in the application form and after submition it was mentioned that i will get email of pdf of the application form which is submitted but i did get any, also it says someone from will get in touch very soon it been 5 days and no one has called.

                                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                      I have been with hdfc for more than 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans,) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have applied hdfc fastag and i have recieved sms of customer id and wallat id from hdfc but fastag is still pending, whenever i login to hdfc website that everytime showing invalid id & password, i have done reset the password so many time, and also tollfree number is always busy and no mail id is available on hdfc website.

                                        Request you to please resolve on urgent basis.
