Hi,

I applied for hdfc fastag, through my hdfc bank customer id 42812397 on 11 nov and payment has been made through hdfc credit card.

After submission it was showing application and other details will be share on your hdfc registered email id, till now i haven't got any details.

I tried to reach hdfc fastage, toll free number not working and other hdfc bank account and credit card customer care team is also not supporting. T

After the complaint, next day i have received sms regarding my application status that my application has been approved with ID number. After 4 days i have received one more message saying that your TAG has bee dispatched. So, finally it's took 21 days for me to get my FASTAG from the date of application submission.

Thanks my issue has been resolved. and i have received my tag 2 days back
My hdfc fastag reference no. HFR359797... I have applied on 11.11.2019. But till now not received after 7 working days. Pls kindly send asap.

    I have applied for hdfc fastag (Online) on 18/11/2019 with pyments of inr 500/- the payment ref no is[protected]hdfc bank ltd fastag mumbai). I have not received any email confirmation till now and the customer care number is always busy[protected].

    The fastag ref. No. Given by hdfc website is hfr399660

    There is no other number or email available on any webpage of hdfc bank for fastag.

    This is my first and last exparience with hdfc bank. Their customer service is very very very poor.

    Hope someone will resolve my problem.

    I have an HDFC credit card 2330. I paid the full due amount on credit card before due date. On due date, bank has no check on the account whether the payment is done or not and they auto deduct the total due amount from my account. However it was refunded back immediately.
    i closed my account Sept and refuse auto pay.

      I applied for fastag in their website. I got an application reference number as hfr427883, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

      But till know no pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

      I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last one week but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.

        I received fastag from hdfc. However, even before i could use it - i got several messages like your fastag is been used at hoskote and krishnagiri tolls and amount also got deducted whereas i had not traveled in that location.
        Not able to reach the toll number provided and not able to create login as i have not received any welcome mailer with wallet id. Only thing i got is the fastag rfid.
        I also sent several emails to the relationship manager assing to me from hdfc ban, but it was of no help.
        Not sure what to do in my case as someone else is using fastag with my car number.
        First time i am facing issue like this with such a reputed bank.

          I have applied for the Fastag from HDFC and paid 500 INR om 15th of Nov'19. I have got the booking reference number HFR382758. The booking reference stated that I will get an email but I did not receive anything plus it said that a representative will get in touch with me very soon but so far no one have reached me yet. They have given a toll free number[protected] which seems to be always busy or just not getting connected. (*Not really sure if they intend to keep it busy always)

          They have promised that I will receive the Fastag within 7 days, but its already 6th day, not even an email confirmation of the application that I made along with 500 Rs.

          Could any one help me here with any sort of lead to complete this process.

I did not receive the application reference email nor i am getting any response from toll free number [protected]. Already paid rs 500. Following i s my application hfr381605 number.               I have received a hdfc fasttag during my car purchase in the last year aug 2018 and i'm currently missing my welcome kit which contains the walletid and customerid, but still i have the rfid sticker available with me.                 I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs.500. The reference number of the application is hfr370537. After submission it should that fastag will be delivered in 7 days. I have not received any update whether fastag has been dispatched or not.
                There is no way to contact hdfc as customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                I have not received any updates related to dispatch yet and it's more then 12 days now. I had to travel taking my car on 30th Nov and needed fastag. I ordered with HDFC because it was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 working days. Now looks like I won't receive it before that.

                  Have applied for hdfc fastag on 09 september 2019, i had received the confirmation mail and application number informing that i will be receiving fastag in 7 working days.

                  Till now i haven't received the tag neither any other notification from hdfc, the helpline number provided is always busy. I am not able to find any alternate number or mail id where i can write about this issues.

                  The escalation mail id provided in https://ihmcl.com/fastag/ is also not a valid one.

First he tell me your settlement done you pay rs 10, 070/- after then i ask for settlement letter he tell me give at evening. I pay settlement amount at 7th november. Still not received a letter. I have a all the conversation recording and all the proof. I can wait till tomorrow otherwise i complaint at rbi complain department against bank and complain at consumer forum. For cheat with me and wrong communication...

                          I booked my hdfc fastag on nov 14th 2019. After that there is no response from hdfc bank. Not sure what is the status. Very poor service from hdfc. My refrence number is hfr375750.

                          I tried calling customer care number mentioned when i submitted my application. The number will always be busy or no response. Never expected this worst service from reputed bank.

                          I suggest hdfc to close fastag service.

                                I have purchased a fastag from hdfc bank.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 200 as the top up amount & 100 rs as insurance).. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                In the confirmation message it was stated that the fasttag application pdf is sent to my email id.

                                However i have still not received the applicaton pdf on the registered email id.

                                Also i have no update on the fastag delivery status.

                                There is no way to contact hdfc bank also. The tool free number doesnt work and the email bounces back.

                                This is very unprofessional behaviour: (

                                What is the protected word?
                                Hdfc, India's leading private lender took 500Rs for fast tag registration and there is no response or further information regarding it. And we have Dec 1 as mandatory fast tag.. What kind of loot is this? Customer care number is not working either. There is no proper escalation matrix also.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr372842. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                      I applied for hdfc fastag on 11.11.2019 and got reference number hfr356361. This was after payment was deducted from my account. However till date, i havent received the fastag.
                                      I have tried to reach out on the toll free number mentioned on site, but nobody is answering.
                                      Really not sure how to proceed.
                                      This kind of behavior is unexpected from hdfc point of view.

                                      Thanks for reply. Can I change the address of dispatch at this stage . I would prefer the fastag being delivered to my office address rather than my residence address? Kindly let me know who to contact to direct the delivery to my office address.

                                        I have received hdfc bank titanium times credit card on[protected], i lost the card on the same day and reported the card loss to customer care to block it.
                                        Then i have sent credit card closure form twice after speaking with customer care and i didn’t get any notifications after that.
                                        Now after a year, i have been getting credit card statements from the bank for annual card charges and late payment fees. I tried contacting the hdfc customer care, but i am not able to connect with the credit card query division.
                                        I have contacted the nearby hdfc branch people, but even they say it has to go through credit card division thru customer care.

                                        Credit card statement shared contains 5975 as the last four-digit but the card i received has 0078 has the last four-digit. Kindly check for proper usage.

                                        Note: i have raised the concern with rbi and nodal officer for a faster solution.

                                        Getting a credit card is so easy but if any issue arises then it becomes unsolvable.
                                        Hdfc credit department, i have few friends who are facing a similar issue with hdfc credit cards. I would never prefer hdfc credit card to anyone after seeing most of my friends having issues.
