I have applied for fastag with application reference number hfr360001 on 11.11.2019.
There has been no update on the status till now.
The bank provided toll free number also not gets connected to the customer representative.
Bank has also not provided any link on their website to check the status of the fastag application.

As there is no any other way to know the status of the application, i want bank to provide the status.

    Hi team,

    I had applied for the fast tag 2 weeks ago. I only received a message saying my fastag has been issued.
    But dont have any courier details in the message and i don't see any details about the card in the fastag portal about the card status and customer care toll free number is also not working and it is either busy or not picking the call.

    So pathetic service from hdfc which i didn't expect.

      Hi team,
      I applied for hdfc fastag on 14 nov and got reference number hfr373837. This was after payment was deducted from my credit card. However till date, i haven't received the fastag.
      I have tried to reach out on the toll free number [protected] mentioned on site, but nobody is answering and it always remain busy.
      Really not sure how to proceed.
      This kind of behavior is unexpected from hdfc point of view..

        I have applied for fasttag on 11th nov.19 but till date i have not received the same referance number is hfr357761
        The contact number given is always engage or not responding
        Now i want to travel but due to poor response unable to do so.
        Already 500 rs are spent for this
        Also hdfc is not having the mail id to register such complaints

          I booked my hdfc fastag on nov 13th 2019. After that there is no response from hdfc bank. Not sure what is the status. Very poor service from hdfc. My refrence number is hfr368651.

          I tried calling customer care number mentioned when i submitted my application. The number will always be busy or no response. Never expected this worst service from reputed bank.

              Hdfc has broken the uk law by not providing a refund of the home loan processing fee.

              The customer was first told to submit required documents at the time of application submission, then later was asked for more documents. When our client refused to provide any additional documents than initially asked the hdfc home loans london fought over it.

              Hdfc home loans london are a group of scum that only wants to take processing fee for loans and when you ask then to take back application because of their fault they will not refund.

              I am in the processing of filing a court case against our client. This case related to an autoimmune patient and she took workdays off to complete an application and unwent lot of effort and pain despite bad health to complete the home loan application.

              As per the uk law, no company can take processing fees for anything that has not been processed and services are not provided in full.

              The company must pay for £7900 in compensation for inconvenience, consequential loss and cheating customers on the name of documentation.

              If a resolution is not provided here, the case will be taken in the regional uk court for the hearing.

              Needless to say, the bigger case here would be to revoke hdfc home loan's legal permission to have a wholly-owned subsidery/office in london.

              Hdfc home loans must close their london office and go back if they want to exercise indian law on customer's based in the uk.

                I submitted HDFC fasttag application and paid RS 500 online on November 10. Reference number is HFR352401. After that there is no response on application status nor I have received fasttag. Customer care number given on Portal is not working. Never expected this from a reputed bank. Such a scam.

                  I have been trying to seek help on one of the transactions that has been reversed by the merchant but does not reflect in my account statement. I have written multiple e-mails, shared the e-mail received from the merchant that clearly mentions the reference number, amount and the date of refund but the bank shows no intent to solve the issue. I receive the same standard e-mail from the bank that is of no help.

                          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of Rs.500.
                          The reference number of the application is Fastag-HFR364726 (No way to track the application status in online).

                          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                          I have applied online fastag on 13.09.2019. Application reference number is HFR364726. I have also received the customer id and wallet id on 24.09.2019 and it is in activestatus .
                          I haven't received my HDFC fastag RFid courier yet. Kindly share the courier details and let me know the current status.

                            I adalti have submitted my written complaint in hdfc bank branch sector 15 a faridabad for withdrwal my money from my saving account through atm while the card was with me along with police complaint & cardholder dispute form but branch has not forwarded it and not ready to given any response regarding my complaint. Branch staff also misbehave with me when i visit to know the status of my complaint. The branch staff also refuse ta take my reminder complaint. After many arguments with staff they received the same. Very very bad behavior of branch staff of hdfc bank sector 15 a faridabad

                              I applied for fastag on 08.11.2019 at their website.I got an Application Reference Number as HFR345131, where it is mentioned that PDF Application will be sent to your registered mail ID and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of Rs. 500/- through online transaction.

                              But till now, PDF Application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

                              I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last two weeks but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from HDFC.

                              I want to cancel my application and money back to my account. I have even sent the mail to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but no response.

                              I have already applied to other fastag.

                                I submitted request for fast tag using hdfc portal and it has been 9 days with no updates. Their toll free number doesn't work and there is no way to check the application status. I already paid the registration fee on 13th november 2019 but no update till now.

                                This is pathetic service as we pay for something and customer should have the visibility on the status of their application. From 1st of december we will have to pay extra toll for something we already did 17 days ago and lead to delay due to the bad services of the provider.

                                It has been more than 5-7 days and i have still not received any SMS about the dispatch details at all. This is really pathetic as using HDFC portal to get a Fastag takes a month to deliver it. However you can get it on the spot at the NHAI toll. I need my refund and i will get it from some other sources.

                                  Hi, I've applied Fastag in Oct'19, which got activated on 27th Oct'19 ( HFR293117 ). It's supposed to get delivered to my company address at Kolkata, however I've shifted to Bangalore and staying here for last 3 years.
                                  I requested calling the helpline number to deliver it to Bangalore, I was told to send a mail along with a address proof to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, I sent it on 5th Nov, again on 8th Nov and again a reminder today. In between I've spoken 3 times with different executives over the helpline number which often stays busy n after all everytime I have been assured to get it delivered, they have noted my new address but I'm still waiting for the tag.
                                  Kindly help.

                                    I have applied for FASTAG application reference no. HFR428021 on 20th Nov thru HDFC FASTAG portal. I was supposed receive application form PDF, SMS & call regarding the same but show off as of now. I tried calling Customer [protected] but getting it busy all day. Request you to update on my application status so I would be sure on my application as we are reaching the ultimatum of 1st Dec.

HFR360184. have not received the fast tag and not able to enquire as no one is picking up the customer care no provided. kindly update me about the status and make a working consumer care no available. if not kindly update whom to escalate the complaint too. HDFC service in terms of fast tag has been very bad. i am an account holder in hdfc for past 6 years. never had such a bad experience.
