I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs. The reference number of the application is hfr422989. Then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 15 years now (Saving ac, loans,) and this is the worst moment with them.
The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

    Hello,

    This is a complain regarding hdfc fastag. I booked hdfc fastag through their online site and paid 500rs. After that i received the transaction number as on 9th november 2019. They messaged they have sent an application form on my email id which i have not received till now. Delivery date of fastag was to be within 07 days but its been more than 07 days but still not received any updates from them. Even the customer care number they have provided is not responding or is always busy.

    Transaction number is hfr346569. Very pathetic service from hdfc.

      I have enrolled online hdfc fastag and application no is hfr422280 generated after 500 paying 500 rs.

      Issues
      1. As mentioned in the message the receipt generated and sent to registered mail id - actually, i didn't receive any mail last 3 days.

      2. Toll free numbers avialble - but always buys by chance if its connected no one attend, i have tried last 3 days.

      Nowadays govt banks very efficient and responsible compare the hdfc bank

        I have applied for hdfc fast tag on 12th nov and tll now i have not received the tag. Application reference number is hfr362675

        Customer support number always busy[protected]. Looks like the number it self is having an issue. I don't know even the status of this application. I was not expected this kind of service from hdfc kind of banks.

        I have paid rs. 500. Please get this addressed asap.

        Can you please provide the update on this? Why customers has to run behind the bank services? If you are unable to provide the tag, please cancel the request and refund the money.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs 500. The reference number of the application is hfr421638. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
          I tried contacting toll free service number [protected] but it is always busy. I am getting fed up now. No other way to contact hdfc fastag.
          Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          Till date I haven't received my Fastag. It is been over 20 days. It seems I made a mistake ordering HDFC Fastag. I got airtel fastag within 5 mins from local vendor for my another car. I will recommend not to buy HDFC Fastag to my other friends.

              Hi - have ordered 2 fastag on 10 nov believing hdfc but till now have not received them. Hfr352810 is my reference number. As stated by many the contact number is never answered. 1-dec being mandated to use them and the bank not providing any update is unprofessional.

              Never received an update on email or via sms.

              News being, twice the amount to be charged on toll if not paid by fastag, it is going to give us a bad experience from a bank i hold an account since 2004.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr403641. I have uploaded the documents asked in the application form and after submition it was mentioned that i will get email of pdf of the application form which is submitted but i did get any, also it says someone from will get in touch very soon it been 5 days and no one has called.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                I have been with hdfc for more than 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans,) and this is the worst moment with them.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag and i have recieved sms of customer id and wallat id from hdfc but fastag is still pending, whenever i login to hdfc website that everytime showing invalid id & password, i have done reset the password so many time, and also tollfree number is always busy and no mail id is available on hdfc website.

                    Hi i had recently deposited 50000/- in my account and their is charge of 177/- from my account and this was not intimated to me. Now when i checked the account the amount is been deducted. What is going on with this bank we pay for borrowing and we pay for deposits. If we need to pay so much then why the hell the bank is their.

                      I had applied for fastag from hdfc bank vide application reference no. Hfr 359646 on 08/11/19. It's 10 days now and i've not received any update from hdfc bank so far.in the absence of fastag i'm facing lot of trouble the service is very poor with no update to customers. Fastag helpline remains busy whole day and it's impossible to contact them for any update.

                        But the transaction has been debited from my account.

                        Now i am not able to check the status of my application.

                          I have made the fastag payment of rs.500 on 19th nov and since then i have not received any confirmation from the back neither through sms nor through email about the amount paid.
                          So far no information whether i will be receiving my fastag kit or not.
                          The customer care number is always busy and nobody takes the call to resolve such issues.
                          Tried contacting the relationship manager as well, but in vain.
                          If government is imposing to use fastag from 1st dec then they should also see to it that banks or other agencies have adequate provision and services in place to handle the request.

                            There has been no update on the status till now.
                            The bank provided toll free number also not gets connected to the customer representative.
                            Bank has also not provided any link on their website to check the status of the fastag application.

                            As there is no any other way to know the status of the application, i want bank to provide the status.

                              I had applied for the fast tag 2 weeks ago. I only received a message saying my fastag has been issued.
                              But dont have any courier details in the message and i don't see any details about the card in the fastag portal about the card status and customer care toll free number is also not working and it is either busy or not picking the call.

                              So pathetic service from hdfc which i didn't expect.

                                I applied for hdfc fastag on 14 nov and got reference number hfr373837. This was after payment was deducted from my credit card. However till date, i haven't received the fastag.
                                I have tried to reach out on the toll free number [protected] mentioned on site, but nobody is answering and it always remain busy.
                                Really not sure how to proceed.
                                This kind of behavior is unexpected from hdfc point of view..

                                    I booked my hdfc fastag on nov 13th 2019. After that there is no response from hdfc bank. Not sure what is the status. Very poor service from hdfc. My refrence number is hfr368651.

                                    I tried calling customer care number mentioned when i submitted my application. The number will always be busy or no response. Never expected this worst service from reputed bank.

                                      car number RJ14UC 1850. No one has called me from HDFC and the number[protected].. no one picks up this phone.. Why are you cheating with customer when you can not do services on time.. Shame on you..
                                      refund my 500 RS asap.. pathetic services..

                                        Hdfc has broken the uk law by not providing a refund of the home loan processing fee.

                                        The customer was first told to submit required documents at the time of application submission, then later was asked for more documents. When our client refused to provide any additional documents than initially asked the hdfc home loans london fought over it.

                                        Hdfc home loans london are a group of scum that only wants to take processing fee for loans and when you ask then to take back application because of their fault they will not refund.

                                        I am in the processing of filing a court case against our client. This case related to an autoimmune patient and she took workdays off to complete an application and unwent lot of effort and pain despite bad health to complete the home loan application.

                                        As per the uk law, no company can take processing fees for anything that has not been processed and services are not provided in full.

                                        The company must pay for £7900 in compensation for inconvenience, consequential loss and cheating customers on the name of documentation.

                                        If a resolution is not provided here, the case will be taken in the regional uk court for the hearing.

                                        Needless to say, the bigger case here would be to revoke hdfc home loan's legal permission to have a wholly-owned subsidery/office in london.

                                        Hdfc home loans must close their london office and go back if they want to exercise indian law on customer's based in the uk.
