credit card charges

I have done my outstanding payment late by 3 days and for the same bank has charged a late fees and at the same time after a week they have charged finance fees twice in a row. Without any prior information how can they charges to the customer?

Really disappointed with the services.

Looking for the charges waive off which are there in my nov. Month bill.

Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf. I am a customer of hdfc bank since 2019 and i visited the bank for applying the debit card and filled the form and today one of there employee named gurpreet said she would not received any form with very aggressive and rude way and also arguing with me that is not acceptable and i am very disappointed from the hdfc bank services. refund not get from amazon

My name is Anupam Sharma and I had ordered adidas shoes of RS. 2399 Amount Adidas Men's Stargon M Green Running Shoes-8 in Amazon on (3 october 2019) and after (10 october 2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (10 october 2019)

pran frozen - kyc not verified!

I opened enps account with nsdl and chose hdfc bank for KYC verification.
Till date, my account is in frozen status.
I followed up with the bank many times, I physically went branch for KYC verification but none of them knew about it.

They told me to verify KYC with hdfc securities. When I called hdfc securities for KYC verification of the NPS account, they told me to verify with hdfc bank branch.

20 days since documents were collected for credit card

hdfc fastag sticker not received

I applied for the said fastag on 06.11.2019 vide application no hfr330942 the said application charges of rs. 500 have also been debited to my hdfc savings account. Till date i have not received the sticker and the id number of my fastag account or any other intimation/communication so that i can log into my account and charge the fastag for travel.

But unfortunately till date i have not received any such email.
