Hdfc bank credit card is charging about rs 1500 per month as late fee and finance charges. It is debiting charges since january 2018. Now it has cumulate to rs. 16000. I am unable to understand as how to deal with it. However, there is nothing outstanding for any expenses. Help!

I would like to bring the dark side of the hdfc credit card division in front of the public and ask them to refrain from using hdfc credit cards at any cost. They are exploiting existing members like me and providing no convenience at all.

I am a long period customer with hdfc, i am surprised to see why they are not making much attention towards a fast growing customer need of fastag with no response from their side just a simple websupport only created...

I have applied online for the purchasing of fastag and the requisite amount paid. My application ref. No. Hfr332090 dt. 7.11.19, till date application form in pdf on my email id not uploaded by the bank to submit in the hdfc bank, branch peeragarhi, i have already paid the online amount to rs. 500/-. Neither response on the customer care number [protected] nor contacted by any hdfc representative....

Depository charges have been deducted from my hdfc savings account for my demat account which i haven't used for last 7 years. The amount of rs 826 was deducted without any initimation or notice, and no sms or email was sent post that. It is useless to call the customer care service as the telecallers keep diverting your calls without any resolution.

I would want an immediate refund of rs 826 in my hdfc account. Please do...

On 23rd october 2019, i swiped twicely my credit card no 2678 at hotel rangoli dombivli for rs 280 at 19.34 & 19.35 but pos machine shows no transactions hotel denied payment but i have received messages for debited accounts. Rs 65000 have been held from my salary account upon contacting customer service i was informed that its some credit card payment overdue which is wrong since i havent used the hdfc credit card in over 3 years and to my knowledge it was closed long ago. Dear sir,
I have done many complaints, regarding my credit card ending 1812, the credit limit is not getting reported to cibil, but not getting solved.
Hdfc bank not reporting and not giving reasons for not reporting.

Now they stopped responding, before this also hdfc bank done false reporting to cibil, but it got corrected.

Today, 08 nov 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.
