Hi,
I purchased the hdfc bank fastag last month. I received the fastag a week back and now i wish to refill the same and travel. However, as per the instructions when i try to register online, their webpage directs to another page wherin you enter the details. On entering the (Minimum 2 details and phone number and captcha), the page does not take you ahead with no buttons working. I have tried accessing the page through different browsers but the problem persists.
I tried calling the helpline number [protected] but it just doesnt connect. I tried contacting 1033 which is the nhai fastag helpline but they said i need to talk to the bank. I also tried the hdfc banks roadside assistance number[protected] but they asked me to contact the bank again.
So as a result i have paid for the hdfc fastag but cant use it which is quite frustrating.
