Even my relatives as well as my clients are receiving random calls from your Banks and even with them your so called executives are using foul language and extending threat's to them also.

I have received the following sms from bank.

Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC00000000XXXXXXXX issued to ICICI BANK LIMITD with value Rs. 676980.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I have not given any mandate any where. How can someone deduct on their behalf without seeking permission. It's violation...

fastag not delivered

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr322831. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Iam Mallika Shetty, I have created salary account in HDFC bank on 11/2018. Until 4/2019 I was not facing any issue after that I was unemployed from 5/2019 to 9/2019 so I was unable to maintain balance in my account. This is regarding 1 demand draft submitted at hdfc bank, 19 west patel nagar branch, drop on 24th or 25 oct 2019, but when the amount did not reflected in my account then i called up there customer care and they said we are not received the dd and also reach that branch and meet navneet madam and she send the mail to concerned person. But still now i dont received the particular status of my demand draft and its draft misplace by hdfc bank....

cancellation of one assist membership

Ii am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0924 without my concern on date:03/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. I don't want to spend money on all these things. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount. I happened to notice a deduction of some insurance value of 1899.00 from my statement of accounts - (Screenshot attached for your reference). I had never given any sort of approval for any card insurance to anybody. Who has approved this? Why has it been deducted from my account without my permission? hdfc fastag not received

I have applied hdfc fasttag through online and made payment of rs.500.
The reference number of the application is hfr310632.

I have applied on 2nd nov 2019 since then there is no updates and i did not receive any welcome letter to my registered e-mail. I dont find any way to track my application status.

When trying to contact the toll free number, no response recieved....

regarding non delivery of fastag

I have applied for fastag with reference no. Hfr293221 for 2 fastag for personal use but i have recieved a single fastag. Further on my portal 2 fastag are being shown with active status. The fastag with tag id 34161fa8203288ac043c90c0 has not yet been recieved. Kindly look into the matter. Further in courier recieved through blue dart by us contains only single fastag. Please provide us with second fastag delivery details asap....

Received acknowledgement mail from hdfc dated on 17th oct with reference number hfr288840, and deliver assurance with in 7 days. When i tried to connect toll free number [protected] multiple times it wont connect and will get busy tone always. Still fastag not deliverd but i received notification like "your fastag has been recharged sucessfully like that. I didnt received shipment details as well to track it....

amount debited from account but is not reflected
