I applied for fast tag 12 days back and there is no response on the toll free and over email as well.

My reference number is hfr353773

Realizing now there are many victims like me. Hdfc fast tag sucks. Another lesson for me to not to go blindly by brand and reputation.

We are now nearing the last date for activating fast tag. Why are you giving false commitment when can't achieve something on time.

    Hi,

    I purchased the hdfc bank fastag last month. I received the fastag a week back and now i wish to refill the same and travel. However, as per the instructions when i try to register online, their webpage directs to another page wherin you enter the details. On entering the (Minimum 2 details and phone number and captcha), the page does not take you ahead with no buttons working. I have tried accessing the page through different browsers but the problem persists.

    I tried calling the helpline number [protected] but it just doesnt connect. I tried contacting 1033 which is the nhai fastag helpline but they said i need to talk to the bank. I also tried the hdfc banks roadside assistance number[protected] but they asked me to contact the bank again.

    So as a result i have paid for the hdfc fastag but cant use it which is quite frustrating.

    Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 90 for Adjustment entry on 11/18/2019 7:32:06 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

    I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

    1) registered number + debit card — I can't use this because I don't have active debit card.

    2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit OTP comes to the registered number but the email never arrives.

    I tried so many times but still I didn't get OTP on mail.

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment on 7th nov 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr335484.

      They have only sent the message for wallet id & customer id, no mail receievd for further course of action. The acknowledge the payment and flash the message that the fastag shall be delivered in next 7 working days but no update.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

      I have been with hdfc for 15 years now and this is the worst moment with them.

      I don't know why they have taken the job if they cannot fulfill the commitments

      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status urgently

        I applied for hdfc fastag through hdfc fastag official website 15 days back and i paid 500rs but still i have not my fastag.
        I called to help line number but they are not responding.

        I suggest not to go for hdfc fastag because definitely you may loose your money. Please go for 'paytm' they will give very good services.

            I had applied for hdfc fastag on their portal. Ref number hfr364577. I thought i will apply there as they are a reputed company. I got a mail also saying i will get my fastag in 7 days and someone will contact me. However, their toll free number is bogus. No one contacted me and there is no other means of finding the status of the application. Rs.500 down the drain.

            My question to hdfc is - if you are so incapable, why do you even take up this job and fool people like this.

            Now i am thinking of even closing my savings account with them. Cheaters.

              I have cleared my dues on 3rd november 2019 for rs 5645. The payment was successful. Still on 4th november 2019 i received an sms that the payment was not done and i should make an alternate payment. I checked my netbanking the same day and i saw that amount has been debited towards my credit card payment. There i also saw that a 450 rupees penalty and a charge of rupees 81 was made on my credit card. I have never missed my payment and always cleared my debts on time. I tried to take support from hdfc customer care but they will not reverse the fine. This is the reason i had to take the help of consumer forum. Please help to reverse the auto-pay return fee

We note that at the time of autopay execution the payment was not credited to card account hence based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim the minimum amount due from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds.                 I have tried to reach out on the toll free number mentioned on site, but nobody is answering.
                Really not sure how to proceed.

                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 999/- from my credit card number ending with 3574 without my concern on date:18/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.999/-otherwise i will cancel my credit card. Please resolve this asap.

                      Had discussed this with personal manager of hdfcsec but didnt here from him yet.
                      He is interested only if you are trying to invest more.
                      (Below email sent to customer relations / complaints and other email id's)

                      Inr 1000 for a transaction of 16000 that means the brokerage charge is 6.25% + hiked up unit cost. This is the reason i am unable to make any profits dealing with hdfcsec whereas my other friends who deal with pcs or other brokers make money.

                      There is double brokerage charged of (3% to 7%)+ brok/unit is hiked by certain percentage. So this is a double charge to the customer. Not only on penny stock even when i sold or bought normal stocks i saw the same. (Hiked up unit charge + extra ordinary brokerage charge).

                      Guys (Who all reading this) check out the mails you get from hdfcsec + the mails from nse / bse. Compare the rates well and escalate if you are charged double.

                      The personal relationship manager is only interested in making your invest more. Least bothered if you have a complaint.

                        I received the below message from hdfc bank...

                        Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 345 for adjustment entry on 11/19/2019 6:35:47 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 195 - hdfc bank ltd.

                        I haven't travelled anywhere on this day. And i have verified my past 1 month travel and made sure all the tolls were debited.. I couldn't understand why this amount has been debited...

                        It's very unethical from hdfc to debit without proper authorisation or intimation for these debits, without showing proper reason of debits..

                        I havent been charged less. Toll Amount at Chilakallu is Rs.85. and its been charged Correctly on my account.
                        How come an amount of Rs.345 has been debited.?

                        I called customer care and write a mail to the corresponding fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com several times. Still the issue has not been taken up.

                                I have been charged for late fee as i have not paid the bill on time because i have not received any reminder for payment of bill so i forgot to pay the bill on time. Even i have contacted customer care many a times but call has not been picked up by ur personnel. Kindly reimburse the late fee payment charges paid by me.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I purchased hdfc fastag id (RefNo : HFR272563) for my vehicle through online and application has been issued on October 14th and received the fastag RFID in nonactive status, I called customer care to activate my fastag using hdfc customer care number and created the ticket on 8th November and further, I called multiple times but no response from the customer care of fast tag hdfc[protected]. please do the needful asap.

                                  There is no proper update from HDFC fastag team, i called the hdfc fastag customer care every day either that number is working or too busy or the executive will put the call on hold and will not respond for long time and call will be disconnected.

                                  HDFC Fastag why should you issue fastag id when you are not in a position to respond to your customer query ?

                                    I am a customer of HDFC and I have applied on line for fastag. I have uploaded the necessary document and paid Rs.500 as required by the portal. Application reference number is HFR364873. This was done on 11/11/19. The acknowledgement says that fastag will be received within 7 days and a representative will contact me. But no response whatsoever from HDFC so far. The helpline number is always busy, which i have been trying for couple of days. I would like to know whether my application is on progress or should i get another fastag from another provider since the deadline is 1/12/19. If so, what happens to the money i have already paid to HDFC ?

                                      I applied for the tag online and they took 500 rs for the same since then there is no communication from HDFC.

                                      they suppose to send confirmation email but still waiting for the same.
                                      I paid the money on 11th Nov 2019 but till date there is no record.

                                      looks like this Fraud website HDFC bank running also provided number is FAKE

                                      it's saying 24/7 available trying reach on that number for the past 3 days.
