Hi, I've applied Fastag in Oct'19, which got activated on 27th Oct'19 ( HFR293117 ). It's supposed to get delivered to my company address at Kolkata, however I've shifted to Bangalore and staying here for last 3 years.
I requested calling the helpline number to deliver it to Bangalore, I was told to send a mail along with a address proof to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, I sent it on 5th Nov, again on 8th Nov and again a reminder today. In between I've spoken 3 times with different executives over the helpline number which often stays busy n after all everytime I have been assured to get it delivered, they have noted my new address but I'm still waiting for the tag.
Kindly help.
