I have received hdfc bank titanium times credit card on[protected], i lost the card on the same day and reported the card loss to customer care to block it.
Then i have sent credit card closure form twice after speaking with customer care and i didn’t get any notifications after that.
Now after a year, i have been getting credit card statements from the bank for annual card charges and late payment fees. I tried contacting the hdfc customer care, but i am not able to connect with the credit card query division.
I have contacted the nearby hdfc branch people, but even they say it has to go through credit card division thru customer care.
Credit card statement shared contains 5975 as the last four-digit but the card i received has 0078 has the last four-digit. Kindly check for proper usage.
Note: i have raised the concern with rbi and nodal officer for a faster solution.
Getting a credit card is so easy but if any issue arises then it becomes unsolvable.
Hdfc credit department, i have few friends who are facing a similar issue with hdfc credit cards. I would never prefer hdfc credit card to anyone after seeing most of my friends having issues.
