I adalti have submitted my written complaint in hdfc bank branch sector 15 a faridabad for withdrwal my money from my saving account through atm while the card was with me along with police complaint & cardholder dispute form but branch has not forwarded it and not ready to given any response regarding my complaint. Branch staff also misbehave with me when i visit to know the status of my complaint. The branch staff also refuse ta take my reminder complaint. After many arguments with staff they received the same. Very very bad behavior of branch staff of hdfc bank sector 15 a faridabad

    I applied for fastag on 08.11.2019 at their website.I got an Application Reference Number as HFR345131, where it is mentioned that PDF Application will be sent to your registered mail ID and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of Rs. 500/- through online transaction.

    But till now, PDF Application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

    I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last two weeks but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from HDFC.

    I want to cancel my application and money back to my account. I have even sent the mail to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but no response.

    I have already applied to other fastag.

      I submitted request for fast tag using hdfc portal and it has been 9 days with no updates. Their toll free number doesn't work and there is no way to check the application status. I already paid the registration fee on 13th november 2019 but no update till now.
      Application reference number - hfr368058
      This is pathetic service as we pay for something and customer should have the visibility on the status of their application. From 1st of december we will have to pay extra toll for something we already did 17 days ago and lead to delay due to the bad services of the provider.

      It has been more than 5-7 days and i have still not received any SMS about the dispatch details at all. This is really pathetic as using HDFC portal to get a Fastag takes a month to deliver it. However you can get it on the spot at the NHAI toll. I need my refund and i will get it from some other sources.

        Hi, I've applied Fastag in Oct'19, which got activated on 27th Oct'19 ( HFR293117 ). It's supposed to get delivered to my company address at Kolkata, however I've shifted to Bangalore and staying here for last 3 years.
        I requested calling the helpline number to deliver it to Bangalore, I was told to send a mail along with a address proof to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, I sent it on 5th Nov, again on 8th Nov and again a reminder today. In between I've spoken 3 times with different executives over the helpline number which often stays busy n after all everytime I have been assured to get it delivered, they have noted my new address but I'm still waiting for the tag.
        Kindly help.

          I have applied for FASTAG application reference no. HFR428021 on 20th Nov thru HDFC FASTAG portal. I was supposed receive application form PDF, SMS & call regarding the same but show off as of now. I tried calling Customer [protected] but getting it busy all day. Request you to update on my application status so I would be sure on my application as we are reaching the ultimatum of 1st Dec.

          This kind of service really not expected from HDFC.

            Applied for HDFC fast tag on 11.11.2019. ref no. HFR360184. have not received the fast tag and not able to enquire as no one is picking up the customer care no provided. kindly update me about the status and make a working consumer care no available. if not kindly update whom to escalate the complaint too. HDFC service in terms of fast tag has been very bad. i am an account holder in hdfc for past 6 years. never had such a bad experience.

They always used to transfer call from one department to another but never gave any update on status of the Fastag physical delivery. None of the representative contacted me for assistance on Fastag.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr375149. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                I have been with hdfc for 9 years now (Saving acc) and this is the worst moment with them.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                  I have applied for hdfc bank fastag. My reference id is hfr352909. I have still not received any update on it. I had put the request on nov 10.

                  The customer care number is also not reachable, it is always busy.

                  No separate email id or customer care number is available to handle our queries. I want an update on the application or refund my rs 500 which was taken during application.

                    My fastag application number is hfr404859. There is response from the customer care / concerned team even after 3 days. It is mentioned in the email that your representative is supposed to get in touch. However, this has not happened till now and i am getting no response from the customer care number that is provided.                       I had applied for fastag on hdfc site and paid INR 500/- on 09/11/2019. Got confirmation email and sms. It said that fastag would be delivered within 7 working days. However, I have not received the fastag yet. Call center number is always busy and there is no way to reach out to anybody in hdfc on this. No idea how to get a refund also. I went with Hdfc as I have been its long time customer but now I am not geeting any help.

                          I had applied for fastag from hdfc bank vide application reference no. Hfr 359646 on 11/11/19. It's 10 days now and i've not received any update from hdfc bank so far.in the absence of fastag i'm facing lot of trouble and unnecessary expenses as i've to cross kherki plaza toll everyday at least 3-4 times. The service is very poor with no update to customers. Fastag helpline remains busy whole day and it's impossible to contact them for any update.

                              I did not receive my cashback since my first day o[censored]sage of hdfc fastag. I contacted customer care through email and said hdfc will pay cashback after govt pays them (Ridiculous). But icici fastag pays within a month of travel done.

                              So i decided to close my wallet and no one picking up my call and responding to my email.

                              Worst service by hdfc.

                                I have applied fastag and payment already done, till now no update toll number not working, either provide the status of the shipment or please cancel and refund the money will take fastag from paytm.

                                I have applied other from paytm it has reachrd within time and here i am struggling with hdfc
                                Will not recommend others to take from this bank. Try other and better alternatives.

                                Have not expected this from hdfc.

                                I have ordered a Fastag from HDFC on 6th Oct 2019. till now i have not received the fastag. nor there is any update. when ever i call customer care, they put my call on hold saying that they will check & get back. After few minutes, my call is dropped. this is a cheating and never expected HDFC to behave so cheap for just 500/-.
                                Purchased a fastag from hdfc with name sidharth bajaj ph.[protected] and email young.[protected]@gmail.com.. recieved no confirmation and no way to contact them

After 4 days i have received one more message saying that your TAG has bee dispatched. So, finally it's took 21 days for me to get my FASTAG from the date of application submission.

                                  Thanks my issue has been resolved. and i have received my tag 2 days back
                                  My hdfc fastag reference no. HFR359797... I have applied on 11.11.2019. But till now not received after 7 working days. Pls kindly send asap.
                                  Rs 590 got deducted as ach return charges without any intimation by hdfc bank.They didn't even send mail or message...

                                    I have applied for hdfc fastag (Online) on 18/11/2019 with pyments of inr 500/- the payment ref no is[protected]hdfc bank ltd fastag mumbai). I have not received any email confirmation till now and the customer care number is always busy[protected].

                                    The fastag ref. No. Given by hdfc website is hfr399660

                                    There is no other number or email available on any webpage of hdfc bank for fastag.

                                    This is my first and last exparience with hdfc bank. Their customer service is very very very poor.

                                    I have an HDFC credit card 2330. I paid the full due amount on credit card before due date. On due date, bank has no check on the account whether the payment is done or not and they auto deduct the total due amount from my account. However it was refunded back immediately.
                                    i closed my account Sept and refuse auto pay.

                                        I received fastag from hdfc. However, even before i could use it - i got several messages like your fastag is been used at hoskote and krishnagiri tolls and amount also got deducted whereas i had not traveled in that location.
                                        Not able to reach the toll number provided and not able to create login as i have not received any welcome mailer with wallet id. Only thing i got is the fastag rfid.
                                        I also sent several emails to the relationship manager assing to me from hdfc ban, but it was of no help.
                                        Not sure what to do in my case as someone else is using fastag with my car number.
                                        First time i am facing issue like this with such a reputed bank.
