I had applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 12th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr363662. Along with a message that the application pdf has been sent on my email id. Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf. I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since then but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy.

    Hi,
    I applied for hdfc fastag last week and got reference number hfr342050. This was after payment was deducted from my debit card. However till date, i haven't received the fastag.
    I have tried to reach out on the toll free number mentioned on site with no luck.
    Any further help will be highly appreciated.
    This kind of behavior is unexpected from hdfc point of view..

      I booked my hdfc fastag on nov 14th 2019. After that there is no response from hdfc bank. Not sure what is the status. Very poor service from hdfc. My refrence number is hfr375750.

      I tried calling customer care number mentioned when i submitted my application. The number will always be busy or no response. Never expected this worst service from reputed bank.

      I suggest hdfc to close fastag service.

        Hi team,
        I applied for hdfc fastag on 11 nov and got reference number hfr357247. This was after payment was deducted from my credit card. However till date, i haven't received the fastag.
        I have tried to reach out on the toll free number mentioned on site, but nobody is answering and it always remain busy.
        Really not sure how to proceed.
        This kind of behavior is unexpected from hdfc point of view..

        very Poor Service by HDFC bank related to fASTag. I applied for the fast tag with the reference no. HFR384557 but after payment neither i get any sms or mail nor able to track my application. Cutomercare no is always busy.

        Already 9 working day completed, how within one day this will be gone deliver, i will definitely complaint in consumer court.

          I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 12th november 2019 paying 500/-.
          I have still not received the fastag on my e-mail or anywhere.
          It promised to get delivered within a week but the same is not yet delivered.
          Any notification not received for the same except the reference no.
          Not able to contact the provided toll free no. Neither on hdfc bank's customer care.
          Kindly help for the same on priority.

            I have purchased a fastag from hdfc bank.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 200 as the top up amount & 100 rs as insurance).. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            In the confirmation message it was stated that the fasttag application pdf is sent to my email id.

            However i have still not received the applicaton pdf on the registered email id.

            Also i have no update on the fastag delivery status.

            There is no way to contact hdfc bank also. The tool free number doesnt work and the email bounces back.

            This is very unprofessional behaviour: (

            What is the protected word?
            Hdfc, India's leading private lender took 500Rs for fast tag registration and there is no response or further information regarding it. And we have Dec 1 as mandatory fast tag.. What kind of loot is this? Customer care number is not working either. There is no proper escalation matrix also.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr399195. I have uploaded final document and rc and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                    I have received hdfc bank titanium times credit card on[protected], i lost the card on the same day and reported the card loss to customer care to block it.
                    Then i have sent credit card closure form twice after speaking with customer care and i didn’t get any notifications after that.
                    Now after a year, i have been getting credit card statements from the bank for annual card charges and late payment fees. I tried contacting the hdfc customer care, but i am not able to connect with the credit card query division.
                    I have contacted the nearby hdfc branch people, but even they say it has to go through credit card division thru customer care.

                    Credit card statement shared contains 5975 as the last four-digit but the card i received has 0078 has the last four-digit. Kindly check for proper usage.

                    Note: i have raised the concern with rbi and nodal officer for a faster solution.

                    Getting a credit card is so easy but if any issue arises then it becomes unsolvable.
                    Hdfc credit department, i have few friends who are facing a similar issue with hdfc credit cards. I would never prefer hdfc credit card to anyone after seeing most of my friends having issues.

                        Hi i have paid 500/- from my hdfc savings account for hdfc fastag sticker on 13th of november-2019. Till today i have not received any email / acknowledgement / call. Either return money or send us the fastag sticker. Ref no is hfr367989. This is worst ever way to get hdfc fastag. The email id for complaints given by bank is not a valid one and the customer care number is a useless one. No one responds to it. Request someone from government to intervene and make a smooth way for getting fastag. It doesnot make sense charging double the toll fees after dec first instead address these kind of issues first for customers.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have booked the fastag with you on 8th nov 2019 wide application reference no. Is hfr339282. I got a message that my fastag is activated and issued on 18th nov 2019. But as on time i have not received the fastag. Also this is one of the worst way of handling customers for a prestigious bank like hdfc. There is contact email id also there is a customer care number which never works. Either engaged or no one responds.

                          The way this product is handled by hdfc is pathetic if someone starts relationship with this product then they never come back to hdfc. Pl. Look at the matter seriously and improve.

                              I applied online for a fastag thru hdfc bank website on 12th november 2019. The application reference number is hfr361624. It was mentioned that the fastag will be delivered in 7 working days. Till date i have notreceived the fastag. The toll free number mentioned is not reachable. There is no response. It is a really pathetic service from hdfc. Never expected this from the bank

                                I applied for fastag on 10th november 2019 through hdfc bank making an online payment of 500 rs. The application reference number for the same is : hfr350782.

                                After the approval it was mentioned an email was sent on my registered e-mail id which happens to be [protected]@yahoo.com also a representative will get in touch soon and will receive the same within a week.

                                It's been more than a week and i haven't received an email or my fastag and neither of the representative have contacted me.

                                I contacted hdfc bank and they told there is nothing they can do and i need to contact fastag company. The fastag's customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I even raised the complain on 19th nov by mailing on support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but havent got any response what so ever from anywhere.

                                I have been a royal customer with hdfc bank since years but this scenario really shook me up as the bank and the fastag company are not ready to entertain.

                                It's a request to suggest me a way out.

                                It's Dec 3, i was to receive my Fastag within 7 working days but haven't recieved yet. Nov 23rd i got a mail stating Your FasTag has been issued successfully along with a customer ID and wallet id but still waiting for my physical Fastag i don't know what's taking so long as my application date was 10th November.
                                Dear Nadia,

                                The application was made on 10th of November as seen in the screenshot listed previously, it already said "The tag will be dispatched to your mailing address within 7 working days " it's been 12 days since and i haven't got the tag or any email yet... As per your suggestion should i count 7 working days from now on???

                                  I applied online for a fastag thru hdfc bank website on 12th november 2019. The application reference number is hfr361624. It was mentioned that the fastag will be delivered in 7 working days. Till date i have notreceived the fastag. The toll free number mentioned is not reachable. There is no response. It is a really pathetic service from hdfc. Never expected this from the bank.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have booked the fastag with you on 8th nov 2019 wide application reference no. Is hfr339282. I got a message that my fastag is activated and issued on 18th nov 2019. But as on time i have not received the fastag. Also this is one of the worst way of handling customers for a prestigious bank like hdfc. There is contact email id also there is a customer care number which never works. Either engaged or no one responds.

                                    The way this product is handled by hdfc is pathetic if someone starts relationship with this product then they never come back to hdfc. Pl. Look at the matter seriously and improve.

                                        I have applied fastag application fasttag application refno. Hfr197219 on july 2019 through online and i have received fastag user id and password. Now whether i need to submit my kyc documents in the nearest branch. Whether any other procedures. I tried to contact hdfc fastag customer care but nobody lifts call.
