Hi,
After worst experience with icici bank on fastag, i have chose to apply fastag with hdfc bank on last week of september 2019, as soon as i have applied, amount rs500 debited however, till now (19-nov-2019) havent received fastag. They have send me empty envelop with wallet id, application # details but not the tag which is needed. I have been chasing them for status, they asked me send mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com about it but till now not even recevied acknowledgement from this mail or proper answer or eta from bank. Everytime i call them, i was asked to wait since they forwarded and escalated to concern team (Never understand what they mean by concern team which never has concern). It is been more than 1 1/2 month, nothing happening. Hdfc bank or other banks doesnt have proper escalation procedure defined or capable of handling queries or issues, but on other side government is mandating fastag without properly regulating the bank on servicing, pushing all the burdens to people. This the first time i have writting compliant here against anyone, someone please help me what should i do.

Updated by Klnvarma Please read my complaint again thoroughly, the one you are referring to received was an empty envelop without fastag. There was only letter with Wallet # and instruction but NOT THE FASTAG. I am not surprised with your response because this is what your support team saying everytime without even understanding issue and I did send mail with all the details on 27 of October but no response. You keep saying same thing.

In HDFC Fast tag website i logs in my account, i found my email address and Driving license No which you entered is wrong in road users profile. It's a clearly a clerical mistake from your end.
I request you to kindly update the details at the earliest
