Sir,
On 18/11/2019, i had transferred rs 99000.00 to shri sukhpal singh a/c [protected], punjab and sindh bank giderbaha punjab. The amount has been debited from my account but has not reached the destination account. I may please be intimated the status immediately. If the the amount has not been paid it kindly be credited to my account promptly so that i can pay the amount to mr sukhpal singh urgently.

    Dear sir,
    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 on 15th nov-19. The reference number of the application is hfr382182. I have uploaded all mandatory document. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy.
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

      I made payment to receive the fasttag on 13/11/2019. After payment, i got a message saying application pdf will be sent to my mail id. I never received the application nor got a response from you hdfc. The customer care number for fasttag, [protected] is utterly useless!! There is no response if we call that number, just a music keeps playing even after 5 minutes, i even got a reply saying the phone number is busy!! Nobody takes the accountability about it. I raised a support ticket on [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 15/11/2019, today i 19/11/2019 and i still haven't received any response from support team!! I think i have been cheated by bank.

      Nobody responds to the call made to your fastag customer care number. I have been cheated of fasttag amount that I have paid. Nobody has yet responded to my support mail. Trying to understand why HDFC has customercare and support department when they do not attend the call or respond to mail. Should I tryout legal methods to get back my money?

        Hello,
        I have applied for hdfc fastag online on 09nov19 and application number is hfr345150, after that no confirmation email received and tag is also not received yet. Then called more than 100 times to cust care number. But nobody receives the call. Then i went to hdfc bank, they said since i don't have any of their product they cannot help and contact online customer support number only.
        This is the really worst service by hdfc bank taking money from public and not providing the good service. I don't want to take further risks with hdfc hence i want to cancel this application and need refund of my amount.
        Please help me in this regard.

        After Raising the compliant, I got a reply from HDFC via Consumer complaints forum that they started processing my application. as a 1st step, got a successful submission and approval message of my application. 2nd. got a customer ID SMS. 3rd. i did not receive a card for some days, again I raised a compliant in this Forum. after that, I got a card in just 4 days. now my card is working fine. during this process, HDFC bank has not communicated via email or phone, they replied only in this forum. many Thanks to Consumer Complaints forum for solving my problem.

        Hello, I have received the customer ID through SMS. But still no information about physical Tag shipment details. I have not received yet the Tag. Already 13 days over. As per the standard process it should reach within 7 days.

          I applied for fastag on 15.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr380744, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

          But till know no pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

          I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy.

            Hi,
            I applied for fastag smart card through https://v1.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/fastag/index.html but till now i didnt get any response from hdfc, it was mentioned during the application process that i would get an email notification but it doesnt happened also i am not able to track my application anywhere, the provided customer care number is always busy or no one is picking it up. I am totally unhappy with hdfc, i am customer of hdfc for 8 years, this is really unacceptable

              I applied for a fastag on 14-nov-2019 from hdfc bank's website and paid rs 500, ref# hrf375475. It was mentioned on the confirmation mail that their representative will contact but no one contacted yet.

              I tried to contact on [protected] but no one picked up the call. Worst customer support.

              I need to know the status of my application and delivery date of the fastag.

                I have an hdfc credit card tagged to visakhapatnam dwarka branch ending in 6407. I paid the full due amount on credit card before due date. On due date, bank has no check on the account whether the payment is done or not and they auto deduct the total due amount from my account. However it was refunded back immediately. But due to double deduction my account has insufficient minimum balance. So the bank auto deducted minimum due also from my account.
                Now when i am following up with my relationship manager "rajshri", she doesn't take my calls as she has only provided me official landline no. When she calls me back, she gives one ring and cuts the call & i get a message that my rm tried connecting with me but i was unable to attend it. She is not able to answer my questions to the queries. And also when i complained to them, they immediately auto deregistered my account from autopayment. After 2 weeks of followup, i have only received mails where they mentioned that amount is credited back to my account but it is yet not reflecting.
                When i called again, they said amount will be adjusted against next payment. Neither rajshri connects me to her manager nor she is able to give me proper solutions to my issues regarding the deduction.

                  I had applied for fastag on 06nov2019 thru hdfc online portal.

                  The reference number is hfr330535.

                  Received an sms that the fastag it is activated and issued successfully. But i have not yet received it.

                  Not yet received the courier reference number and the fastag.

                  Could not contact the customer care number its busy or no one is attending the call. There is no option to verify the status. Can you please confirm the status and delivery date?

                    I applied for hdfc bank ltd fastag online from their website on 14th nov 2019. I immediately received the pos no. Etoll1291683 on email after online payment of rs. 500/- but till date i have not received any further email or status update from hdfc bank ltd fastag department regarding my fastag account or fastag id generation. I already have a saving account with hdfc bank which have used/registered for fastag account application too.

                    I am trying to call their toll free number provided for fastag related queries ([protected]) since last couple of days but it is continuously busy and automatically disconnects after some time. I also discussed this matter with hdfc bank representative for fastag related complaints mr. Sanjay raval (Mob-[protected]) but he was not in a position to answer me. He said it takes 2 weeks time and it will be courier to me on my address but he cannot help me until my fastag id is being created and issued to me.

                      Sir,

                      We have been struggling from past 4 months with hdfc bank and cibil but don’t know whom to blame or whom not to blame.

                      My case details are as follows:

                      My hdfc bank credit card of 2002 had some outstanding amount to which the amount of approx. Rs10, 000 was made as on july 2019, which i did not know about.

                      But anyhow, i paid and cleared all my dues in july 2019.

                      Please note: i did not just settle the amount but paid all the pending dues.

                      For which at first i received incorrect noc dated 8th august 2019 from the bank (Attached) which stated that the amount was settled and on that basis they sent the report to cibil which was updated also incorrectly as “post wo settled” according to hdfc report, whereas i cleared complete dues. (The incorrect noc is attached)

                      After which, i immediately contacted the bank to get the mistake rectified, therefore in response i received an email on 8th august 2019 itself stating that my cibil report will be updated within 45 days (Email attached). However, it’s already been around 70 days and still no update.

                      Upon my request they issued a new noc dated 18th september (Attached).

                      Ever since, we are trying to reach the bank and cibil, thinking someone could help us getting it cleared from cibil but we’re failed and tired.

                      Hdfc bank employees and customer care only have only one answer that we’ve sent your request and raised a complaint to concerned department and response is awaited.

                      Upon asking about that concerned department, we get a reply that they don’t know which department it is. Who can imagine that hdfc employees doesn’t know which “concerned department” handles cibil inquiries! Or perhaps, they deliberately do not want to disclose the correct information.

                      Its complete harassment from hdfc bank, where they are giving a message that they can do whatever they want and that they will respond as per their own comfort no matter what the circumstances you are in!

                      Upon contacting cibil, they don’t answer as well and ignore it by saying they only respond to banks not consumers.

                      Sir, i have an urgent need of loan and only because of this one small issue i'm unable to get it. I'd highly appreciate if someone can help me clear my cibil report.

                      I am tired of dialing this number . This is what I mean by Harassment, no one is willing to answer me and asking me dial a number which is never answered.

                          I'm trying to contact hdfc fastag customer care number[protected] and it says busy sometimes and number does not exist sometimes. Is this customer care number functional?
                          I would like to know how to contact hdfc fastag customer care.                                 I have applied, since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

                                  Hi,

                                  After worst experience with icici bank on fastag, i have chose to apply fastag with hdfc bank on last week of september 2019, as soon as i have applied, amount rs500 debited however, till now (19-nov-2019) havent received fastag. They have send me empty envelop with wallet id, application # details but not the tag which is needed. I have been chasing them for status, they asked me send mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com about it but till now not even recevied acknowledgement from this mail or proper answer or eta from bank. Everytime i call them, i was asked to wait since they forwarded and escalated to concern team (Never understand what they mean by concern team which never has concern). It is been more than 1 1/2 month, nothing happening. Hdfc bank or other banks doesnt have proper escalation procedure defined or capable of handling queries or issues, but on other side government is mandating fastag without properly regulating the bank on servicing, pushing all the burdens to people. This the first time i have writting compliant here against anyone, someone please help me what should i do.

                                  Please read my complaint again thoroughly, the one you are referring to received was an empty envelop without fastag. There was only letter with Wallet # and instruction but NOT THE FASTAG. I am not surprised with your response because this is what your support team saying everytime without even understanding issue and I did send mail with all the details on 27 of October but no response. You keep saying same thing.

                                    Hdfc was always my priority but you guys deduct my account for not maintaining amb you should hv told me at the time of account opening. I dont want to use hdfc account closed my account on immediate basis and i will not pay a single penny to you fraudsters. I will not use hdfc account now onwards so closed it and i will not pay a single penny... If you guys didnt closed my account then i will tak an strict action against hdfc sales executive... So closed it asap.

                                      I need to speak to someone from the disputed department. I have a dispute for 5 months now on credit card and been charged on disputed amount minimum balance month on month with no temperory credit. No follow or response from banks end mr venu gopal i swing making false promises of call back and status of my complain but never called i am following up with him but keeps avoiding now the balance from my savings is blocked against the payment which i don't owe to the bank i am a single mother and that my money to run house no one is help full. I have complained to umbutsman also. Please help i have saving ac loan ac and credit card being loyal customer with no late payment no default never missed a payment but this charge i did not make and i won't pay this charge i am being penalized can not explain everything as not enough space please call

                                      Mr Kishore called and said I will get the update on my dispute of RS 4866.54 on 3rd December. I want to know what happened. I have not got any update. Every when people call they don't listen if any information is asked they hung up on me. Never ever got this kind of customer service ever in my life hdfc bank sucks. Very sad service I regret having and account with Hdfc bank .
                                      I am sorry but for last 4 to 5 months I am contacting your customer support but I have not got any response from them in regards to resolving my issue. Nobody is willing to give the status of my dispute apart from saying they will call me in 3 to 5 business days but no one has called me yet . I keep calling to check the status . It's high time I should get to know what's happening with the disputed charge as I am being charged minimum balance and the bank has help 5198/- now my savings account is overdrawn and I am sure they will charge me for the over drawn also ... I am being penalized from every where inspite of reporting the charge in a timely manner. I want to know what is bank doing about this I do not want to get charged on my savings account on my credit card for no mistake my mine can some one please look into this asap ...                                       The reply for my dispute is not satisfactory, as my dispute is for 4865.54 and they talk about 9803.54 which is already resloved long back my dispute for 4866.54 I have no information and upon repeatedly asking about it no one has the answer for the same they said they have closed my card but CS says the card is blocked and hence I am still been charged on it. The disputed amount 4866.54 and late payment fees is already debited from my account without my consent and it's a disputed amount how can youll debit my account as I don't agree to make the transaction I do not agree the charges how could you debit savings account. I need an answer. One educated person who can read my email for past 5 month and understand what I am disputing I demand the status of the disputed charge of 4866.54 RS .

                                        I asked the the bank clerk and confirmed that there won't be any charges. It would be only for above one lakh and hence i deposited 1 lakh, yet still the bank charged me rs.442.50 worst services just looting the customer money in fraudulent way.
                                        If there is a rule such like it should be inform why they have lied to me, just to make money, completely disappointed.
