As my emi goes on every 4th of the month as i deposit my emj on 3rd of every month but in month november ideposit money on 3 rd of november as now you deducted my emi on 3/11/2019 but on every month it goes on 04 of every month
It is not my fault so plz wave my bouncing chage.i am very good customer of your so plz do it

    I had an issue with my account. My date of birth randomly got changed. And when i called my relationship manager to address the complaint she started to yelling on me that i have to come to branch have to give written letter to make some changes which i don't even authorized anyone to make.

    They have my documents and they have written application but still they changed my dob without any concent from me

    When i called to assigned branch addressing my complaint they refuse to accept my complaint for the same

    I need my issue to be fixed asap. Bank have my identity proofs and everything but still they made this change by there own wihout my concent

      cancellation of one assist

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 1743. Without my concern on date 16.11.[protected]@7.17 am i got the message. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-...

      Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -6000 balance.
      The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 6000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
      I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
      Plz juistice to me. 6000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
      What is the action will take against this bank.

        I am living outside india, being an nri, i have opened a nri account with hdfc. Since last month i m receiving otp intermittent times. After a complain, they said all otp related queries will be addressed by their vendor. After 2 days the was resolved after following up several times, wasting my time to connect with customer care. Now after a month, again i m facing the same issue of not receiving otp. Customer care is so negligent on my case; reality i want to make a third party transfer with high priority and i'm stuck with no help.

        My OTP issue is still not resolved having been briefed about the urgency of my request. Customer care is not helping me with an alternate option for my request. Customer care seems to be highly negligent.

          Dear hdfc team,

          I have hotlisted my credit card as i lost the card and while hotlisting there is an option for a reissue of the card and i checked it as "no". But they regenerated the new credit card, which they haven't send me but they charged annual charges for it. I approached hdfc customer care regarding the annual charges, as my previous credit card is free of charge and without sending the new credit card home, how come they charge me the charges.
          I do not like the way the customer care team replied for the above questions and i also tried to escalate this issue with customer service center manager but no resolution and hence we wished to close the credit card of mine and my husband. Please remove that reissue option from hdfc site if the team is not following the one we checked in that option.

          I asked for the closure of credit card, they are asking to courier a filled form for the closure of credit card. I can send a form but what about the charges that are autodebited for a credit card which is not yet delivered to me. I also don't think hdfc team will respond quickly when we send a form to the mentioned address. Now i got irritated with the answer of them and we wish to close my demat account and credit cards of mine and my husband.

          Please reimburse the auto debited amount and close our credit cards and demat account.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
            The reference number of the application is hfr364049.
            I have applied on 12thnovember 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

              I applied for fasttag on 9th november 2019. Payment was successful. Fasttag application reference number is hfr347955.
              After completion of all process & payment, fasttag application reference number was provided. It was also written that fasttag application pdf is sent to registered email id.
              Till date, i haven't received any email or fasttag dispatch status.
              All details provided were perfect. Right documents were provided.
              Not sure, how will i get fasttag.
              Could you please help regarding this issue?

                  The hdfc bank has been holding funds from my current account of amount 30750 inr from 5th of nov. I was following up with the hdfc customer care and credit card department etc since 7th nov. But still the amount has been hold in my current account.

                  I already informed you no action has been taken from your side till date and still the current account has been hold by the credit card even after paying the minimum due amount.

                  Current account no - [protected]
                  Minimum due paid on - nov 5th 2019
                  Amount paid - 30750 inr
                  Amount hold in current account - 30750 inr

                    Unfortunately i was using the hdfc credit card more than a year ago and last time when i made the payment it got late few days and on that 500 charges the bank had put so many charges which i was unaware and in april 2019 i receive a call from the bank collection department that lady requested me to pay 2000 ruppee and promise me that after 2000 ruppee payment my card will get closed and i will get my noc and now when i called she used abusive language and denied to help me i contact bank also they apologies only but asking me to pay 3000 more but i didnt pay anything they are making people fool they allowing their employees to use personal mobiles to call customer and later they are saying that we dont have recorded calls dont have any proof is this our responsibility to keep the track or bank i just want to close my card and reverse all the charges i will not pay anything for this card and want my noc im attaching that image also in which that lady had send me my card number details to pay the 2000 amout also pls help me and get it reversed

                        I am credit card customer of your bank. I have efficiently used your card and also made payments on due date. When this card was pitched to me, it was clearly said that there will be no membership charges. This was my first criteria for taking the card.
                        In un-billed transactions i can see that there is membership charges of rs. 1000. This is not fair on your part to give false information while pitching the card.
                        Please train your team to be truthful and not hide additional charges on services.
                        In less than year i have used more than my limit. I request you to reverse these charges to ensure my continuous relationship with you.

                                Applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 7th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr336148. Along with a message that the application pdf has been sent on my email id. Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf. I am trying to call the toll free number [protected] provided fastag applications since last 4 - 5 days but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. I have my saving account with hdfc for last 10 years and this is first time i am facing such horrible service.

                                  Hello,

                                  It for the first time i am really disappointed by hdfc bank services. I have order there fastag on 7th nov-2019 with application number hfr333369 through hdfc bank fastag link and made payment of 500 inr and also provided all required details for the same.

                                  But to my surprise, i did not received any information till date, tried calling on given customer support number [protected], seems no one picks it up.
                                  No email contact detail.
                                  Called on hdfc bank customer support they dont know anything.

                                  Not sure what kind of service is that from such as good bank.
