My new credit card from HDFC BANK is issued but i am unable to activate it.I had tried everything like customer care, mobile banking etc. But i am unable to activate it.Please help me to activate it.

    Hello sir /madam,

    The hdfc bank has been holding funds from my current account of amount 30750 inr from 5th of nov. I was following up with the hdfc customer care and credit card department etc since 7th nov. But still the amount has been hold in my current account.

    I already informed you no action has been taken from your side till date and still the current account has been hold by the credit card even after paying the minimum due amount.

    Minimum due paid on - nov 5th 2019
    Amount paid - 30750 inr
    Amount hold in current account - 30750 inr

      Unfortunately i was using the hdfc credit card more than a year ago and last time when i made the payment it got late few days and on that 500 charges the bank had put so many charges which i was unaware and in april 2019 i receive a call from the bank collection department that lady requested me to pay 2000 ruppee and promise me that after 2000 ruppee payment my card will get closed and i will get my noc and now when i called she used abusive language and denied to help me i contact bank also they apologies only but asking me to pay 3000 more but i didnt pay anything they are making people fool they allowing their employees to use personal mobiles to call customer and later they are saying that we dont have recorded calls dont have any proof is this our responsibility to keep the track or bank i just want to close my card and reverse all the charges i will not pay anything for this card and want my noc im attaching that image also in which that lady had send me my card number details to pay the 2000 amout also pls help me and get it reversed

          I am credit card customer of your bank. I have efficiently used your card and also made payments on due date. When this card was pitched to me, it was clearly said that there will be no membership charges. This was my first criteria for taking the card.
          In un-billed transactions i can see that there is membership charges of rs. 1000. This is not fair on your part to give false information while pitching the card.
          Please train your team to be truthful and not hide additional charges on services.
          In less than year i have used more than my limit. I request you to reverse these charges to ensure my continuous relationship with you.

                  Applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 7th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr336148. Along with a message that the application pdf has been sent on my email id. Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf. I am trying to call the toll free number [protected] provided fastag applications since last 4 - 5 days but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. I have my saving account with hdfc for last 10 years and this is first time i am facing such horrible service.

                    Hello,

                    It for the first time i am really disappointed by hdfc bank services. I have order there fastag on 7th nov-2019 with application number hfr333369 through hdfc bank fastag link and made payment of 500 inr and also provided all required details for the same.

                    But to my surprise, i did not received any information till date, tried calling on given customer support number [protected], seems no one picks it up.
                    No email contact detail.
                    Called on hdfc bank customer support they dont know anything.

                    Not sure what kind of service is that from such as good bank.

                          मै गौतम निषाद सन 2018 मे ₹ 30000 लिमीट का केलिए कारड इनसे ले लिया और लगभग इतने ₹30000 की खरीदारी कर ली और सितम्बर 2018 मे ₹ 35000 पेमेंट समय से कर दिया फिर भी पैसा खत्म नही हुआ फिर अक्टूबर में कुल ₹ 61646 जमा कर दिया हमे नो डयूज देने में काफी दौड़ना पड़ा फिर हमें मई में नो डयूज प्राप्त हुआ और अब मेरा सिविल भी खराब कर दिया गया और अभी मेरे भाई की शादी है हमें लोन और पैसे की जरुरत है तो दूसरे बैक में अप्लाई किया तो हमें जरूरत है तब हमें पता चला मै इनके आफिस गया नया नो डयूज और अपने केलिए कारड का स्टेटमेंट मागा तो बहाना कर दिया कि दस दिन मे मिलेगा फिर जाने पर देने क्या से साफ बैंक का स्टाफ पवन सिंह और लखनऊ के अधिकारी देने से मना कर रहे हैं। कही ₹30000 की खरीदारी का ब्याज दो गुना हो सकता है। मुझे इन लोगो पर शक है कि यह सारे लोग मेरे साथ फ्राड किया और ज्यादा पैसा ले लिया और मेरे स्कोर खराब कर दिया फोन करने पर फोन नहीं उठ रहा मेरी सहायता करे। मेरा पैसा वापस कराने की कृपा करें मै सदा आप सब का आभारी रहूगा। गौतम निषाद गोरखपुर यूपी

                            I have taken a personal loan during 2005 in centurion. Which i have given check to the same bank during period. And all check has been cleared as per record. Now after 14 years banking is calling me stating one emi is pending from following numbers.[protected] on 13.11.2019 by mrs latha saraswathi and three from [protected]. I have informed the said person to send a letter stating the emi and cheque bounce so that i can pay the same. The details of cheque is required. The above person has informed that my 5 cheque are bounced and hence i have to pay the bounce charges of rs. 1500/-
                            Now i inform you i am giving hdfc bank 15 days from the email. If does not receive any letter i am going to suite case against false information against me and.

                            I hope you send the details soon ie before 30 of this month

                              There has been many fraud transaction on my credit card with hdfc bank and within few days when i realised the fraud, i called the bank and also submitted the customer dispute form. Some fraud transactions were refunded to be but there are a few (Rs. 9507.12) which they did not refund and for sometime gave an excuse that i was late in reporting the matter and hence they cannot refund the credit. The fact of the mater is that i had complained within 17 days, while the period is 60 days given by hdfc bank to report any fraud? It has been 6 months now and they have stopped responding to my emails which i send now as reminders.
                              Please advise if i can take legal action on hdfc bank to recover the fraud amount and how to go about with legal action.

                                  I have applied for a fastag online on hdfc bank site and paid rs.500/- towards it on 10th nov 2019 with application ref no hfr351550. But there is no communication from the bank after that, it's already 5 days and they said they i will get my tag in 7 days.

                                  I am not sure if i need to do anything now or the bank will contact with the next step for it if any. There is really no way to check the application status online.

                                  After a long wait finally, I got my fastag a/c created and I got the details of it and I could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.
                                  But still not clear on when I will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when I applied for it on HDFC bank site.

                                      I applied for the fastag going by hdfc advertising expecting the fastag to arrive fast but it's been twice the delivery time promised and it's absolutely worrisome when hdfc bank fails to honor delivery of fastag (Ref#hfr312644)! There's no response at the branch or on the customer service helpline! I'd appreciate if the bank can respond and let us know if it will be delivered anytime soon?
