Sir/Ma'am,
On 23rd October 2019, my documents were collected for the applied credit card. I was told that I will receive the credit card in 10 business days(max). But still, I have not received the card.

I am not able to track my credit card application as I have not been given the application number with which I can track it.

My main point of contact was Mr. Ankit:[protected] but whenever I call him, he either doesn't pick my call or cut the call just after picking it.
I need to know what HDFC is doing with my personal documents & information. It's absolutely fine if the bank is incompetent in handling a customer. But if this is the case I need my documents back.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear team, I am using hdfc credit card and due to financial crises, I am unable to pay full amount but I paid min amount last month as per suggested by collection agents and got statement of Rs 54999 but suddenly I got a message from my hdfc bank that my account has balance Rs -10285 (that was in minus) I checked and found that I am having one lien on my credit card that was approx Rs. 1010284 but I did'nt get any information about it as statement have total outstanding of Rs. 54999, and collection agents and customer care both are saying we have accumulated your total two month outstanding and it got Rs. 1010284 .
    So can you please help me to resolve it.

    update is there but what I have to do if bank has put unnecessary changes and just double two statement amount into one as I am not able to pay that amount, and don't know, how bank can do credit card amount double without informing to user ?

    Purchase Debit : Rs. 62452.02 (Still I didn't do any purchase or debit- then why it is applied)

        I applied for the said fastag on 06.11.2019 vide application no hfr330942 the said application charges of rs. 500 have also been debited to my hdfc savings account. Till date i have not received the sticker and the id number of my fastag account or any other intimation/communication so that i can log into my account and charge the fastag for travel.

        what is the meaning of [protected] mails are bouncing back...
        Toll free number is always busy.
        If my fasttag scanned it says - Black listed.
        No use of calling customer care and its the recently brought card.

        I have balance in fasttag but not able to use it.

          I had applied for fast tag via hdfc bank portal on 8th november, 2019. I got a confirmation message that an email with application of fastag has been sent to my email id. But unfortunately till date i have not received any such email. I have been trying to contact on the helplines provided by hdfc fastag, but either they are busy or no one is there to attend the calls. My fastag reference number is hfr340560.

Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf. I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last 3 - 4 days but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. I have my saving account with hdfc for last 18 years and this is first time i am facing such horrible service

              Dear sir,
              I am using hdfc bank account and hv a positive balance due to some official work i hv to move foreign for 2 years as i come back i see my balance -8000above as per details it is shown as my balance got deduct because of annual monthly balance... I will not pay a single penny hdfc is always my first priority thats i want to use hdfc so u request you pls waived my amb so i can use my account orelse i hv to go at different option.

              As I recently noticed, some was deducting from my hdfc bank account on every quarter of year( like completion of three months). I have a home loan which is associated with HDFC bank and Amount is ₹17.70 with the subject of “NST-ALERT CHG INC GST JAN-MAR2019”

                I ordered some products from amazon and cancelled it due to delay. On same day after cancellation i received msg from amazon that they have reversed my amount of ₹ 16914 and ₹ 3199. But when i checked the statement the amount is not yet reversed.Please help me in this issue and kindly refund the money. Amazon have done their part.

                    I have cancelled my bus booking two times and also i got below messages for both cancelled booking.

                    Feb 27 2019 - your refund request of rs 480.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

                    Oct 30 2019 - your refund request of rs 544.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

                    I have checked the account and balance too... It's not refunded to my account...
                    Redbus support team has told they have initiated the amount and asked to check with bank.

                    So kindly let me know the status asap.

                      Hi there on 5th nov 2019 i had applied via hdfc website for fasttag and paid 500 inr for the same.

                      The application ref - hfr323765.

                      Now it is 12th nov and no one has contacted from hdfc team for update on my fasttag. There is no way provided to track application status on website

                      Neither the toll free number work nor any email id is provided to escalate the matter.

                      I had reached out to hdfc support from net banking interface directly, but 3 days have gone and no one has responded.

                      I wonder where my 500 rs have went and why hdfc is even allowed to distribute fasttag when they are unable to handle it.

                        According to me my emi should be rs 34444.44 but the bank is charging rs 35404 per/month
                        Sir we have not signed any papers after the bank said that the amount will be rs 35404. The bank has despatched the amount without our permission.. When we spoke in the bank the concerned person said that the colleague was new and he made this mistake and after a month the emi will be reduced.

                          I have a hdfc salary account. Few months back my account balance was "0". At that time i transferred 1500 to my account. At the same time it was deducted all the amount.
                          Then i check my previous deductions on the same issue. The total deductions from last one year is 7, 198/-.

                          After searched in online, read some complaints in this same website, the are charging because of my automatic sip's for my mutual funds.

                          My sip was 1000 rupees per month, you know how much hdfc will charge for this mutual fund transaction...
                          590 rupees per month... Yes they charged 885 sometimes also.
                          For my entire year, total deductions for just transaction charges = 7, 198.

                          A 30k salary guy like me, will lose 2% of their salary without intimation.

                          How fare is this.???

                          The sad thing is i didn't informed on this charges through mail or call.

                          Who will do a mutual fund savings 1000 rupees per month costs 590 as a transaction charge...

                          As a bank, it's your duty to inform me before deducting any thing from my account. You lost the trust.

                          Who are reading this, please inform your peers about this, so that they can check their hdfc accounts and save their hard earned money.

                          In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

                          Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

                          We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

                            Amount of 4673 was deducted on 23th september 2019 and i am following with flipkart and bank till 11 nov on refund both of them blame each other flipkart says we din receive money bank says we settled who to ask what to do can some take this seriously.
                            I contacted flipkart many time got mail. Conformation tat amount is not with thn and thn i contacted hdfc repeatedly till nodal officer i reached they keep telling amount is settled

                                I have applied for hdfc fastag on 8th or 9th nov and money of rs. 500 has been deducted but i didn’t get application no. Or any other messages related to fastag. I have talked with customer care also on saturday last week and they said in 2 to 3 days you will receive a mesg but nothing works. So please either give me the updates or refund my amount.

                                  I dont know why i am getting this message since i dont have any emi loan with either hdfc or bajaj finance with the emi amount mentioned below in the message that i recieved. I have only 1 loan that is of 28k with bajaj finance emi of which will be deducted from hdfc. Below are the messages i recieved:
                                  "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc (Protected) issued to bajaj finanace limited with value rs. 48239.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch"

                                  "successful debit mandate registration bf041119_374-2613 for mntly pymnt from a/c (Protected) to bajaj finance ref no.. (Protected) upto rs. 48239.00 valid 27-oct-2019 to 22-oct-2039"

                                  Please resolve this issue or complaint as i can prove i have not opted for any of the above loans.

                                    Today 1.57 pm i received a sms alert from hdfc that rs. 927 is spent on amazon prime.

                                    I have not purchased anything, nor i logged to buy anything. No renewal is there, no otp i received then how this payment got deducted from my credit card without my authorization. Also there is no email to send the complaints to stop this payment. I want instant action to be taken on this.
                                    Also how the payment being done without otp.

                                        I waiting for update of my vehicle number from tmp557749 to hr07ab5187 which is pending for last over a month. I am waiting for the reversal of rs. 70 of oct. 6, 2019 which was supposed to be reverted to my account. I do not know i am so fedup with no response at all from the email id of fastag (Fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com). It is also horrible that the toll-free number is helpless to update anything and if i am not able to update my account details what absurd your system is.
