I have cancelled my bus booking two times and also i got below messages for both cancelled booking.

Feb 27 2019 - your refund request of rs 480.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

Oct 30 2019 - your refund request of rs 544.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

I have checked the account and balance too... It's not refunded to my account...
Redbus support team has told they have initiated the amount and asked to check with bank.

So kindly let me know the status asap.

During air ticket booking 3 EMI, s with 0% rate of interst were prompted by the system, that is why I opted for 3EMI, s on my above credit card.Now interst of Rs648.04 charged on my 1st EMI of Rs16263.03.Pl refund me interst charged and make remaining 2EMI, s at 0% interst.     Hi there on 5th nov 2019 i had applied via hdfc website for fasttag and paid 500 inr for the same.

    The application ref - hfr323765.

    Now it is 12th nov and no one has contacted from hdfc team for update on my fasttag. There is no way provided to track application status on website

    Neither the toll free number work nor any email id is provided to escalate the matter.

    I had reached out to hdfc support from net banking interface directly, but 3 days have gone and no one has responded.

    I wonder where my 500 rs have went and why hdfc is even allowed to distribute fasttag when they are unable to handle it.

      According to me my emi should be rs 34444.44 but the bank is charging rs 35404 per/month
      Sir we have not signed any papers after the bank said that the amount will be rs 35404. The bank has despatched the amount without our permission.. When we spoke in the bank the concerned person said that the colleague was new and he made this mistake and after a month the emi will be reduced.

      No update has been received till now ...
      The bank has deducted 178.50 from my hdfc account 2 times within 5 days stating 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST. Please resolve this issue and return my money. This is unwanted and wrongful to take like this.

        I have a hdfc salary account. Few months back my account balance was "0". At that time i transferred 1500 to my account. At the same time it was deducted all the amount.
        Then i check my previous deductions on the same issue. The total deductions from last one year is 7, 198/-.

        After searched in online, read some complaints in this same website, the are charging because of my automatic sip's for my mutual funds.

        My sip was 1000 rupees per month, you know how much hdfc will charge for this mutual fund transaction...
        590 rupees per month... Yes they charged 885 sometimes also.
        For my entire year, total deductions for just transaction charges = 7, 198.

        A 30k salary guy like me, will lose 2% of their salary without intimation.

        How fare is this.???

        The sad thing is i didn't informed on this charges through mail or call.

        Who will do a mutual fund savings 1000 rupees per month costs 590 as a transaction charge...

        As a bank, it's your duty to inform me before deducting any thing from my account. You lost the trust.

        Who are reading this, please inform your peers about this, so that they can check their hdfc accounts and save their hard earned money.

        In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

        Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

        We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

          Amount of 4673 was deducted on 23th september 2019 and i am following with flipkart and bank till 11 nov on refund both of them blame each other flipkart says we din receive money bank says we settled who to ask what to do can some take this seriously.
          I contacted flipkart many time got mail. Conformation tat amount is not with thn and thn i contacted hdfc repeatedly till nodal officer i reached they keep telling amount is settled

                I dont know why i am getting this message since i dont have any emi loan with either hdfc or bajaj finance with the emi amount mentioned below in the message that i recieved. I have only 1 loan that is of 28k with bajaj finance emi of which will be deducted from hdfc. Below are the messages i recieved:
                "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc (Protected) issued to bajaj finanace limited with value rs. 48239.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch"

                "successful debit mandate registration bf041119_374-2613 for mntly pymnt from a/c (Protected) to bajaj finance ref no.. (Protected) upto rs. 48239.00 valid 27-oct-2019 to 22-oct-2039"

                Please resolve this issue or complaint as i can prove i have not opted for any of the above loans.

                  Today 1.57 pm i received a sms alert from hdfc that rs. 927 is spent on amazon prime.

                  I have not purchased anything, nor i logged to buy anything. No renewal is there, no otp i received then how this payment got deducted from my credit card without my authorization. Also there is no email to send the complaints to stop this payment. I want instant action to be taken on this.
                  Also how the payment being done without otp.

                        I bought HDFC FasTag last month and it is not scanning Properly in all Toll plazas. I faced problem in most of the Tolls except. When i inquire HDFC customer care, they will simply redirect to NHAI toll (1033) .And moreover when we dial customer care number, they will not pick the call and NO response most of the time. This WORST experience. I strongly recommend, DO NOT BUY FASTAG from HDFC. Worst experience.

                          Have applied for hdfc fastag on 18th oct 2019. Reference no is hfr291154. Have not yet received the tag and the customer care number provided in hdfc fastag page is not functional as far as i checked, it just keeps playing a music in repeat mode. And no other means to contact to get the status. I've already paid rs.500 while applying for fastag.
                          Already raised a complaint and the response said the fastag is dispatched with bluedart courier and there was no courier no. Pls message me or mail me the courier details. Or else paste the courier number without it being masked.

                              I have applied for my fastag 10 days back and no news. I have been trying to call the call center but no one picks up or it is always busy. I have emailed, complained to hdfc bank on twitter but no one cares on helping. Will they even get my fastag. No one seems to care and there is deadline of 1st december to have fastag. What needs to be done now? The fee is collected and there is no number to contact them at all.

                                I have tried several times to pay my hdfc credit card bill, but i was unable to, then i called customer care regarding my problem and said to pay in any hdfc branch. So i went to nearestbhdfc branch to pay my credit bill but they said its not possibe as they are having problem with credit card payment issues. As today is my last day to pay the dues and i already have spend 15598 to wrong hdfc credit card account buy putting suffix double zeroes (00). Now i really feel cheated as neither the hdfc agent through whom i got the card or the bank reponding to my mail or the customer care responding properly. And i am going to be penalised for not paying my credit card bill on time for no reason. This is not fair.

                                  I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 1000 inr (For 2 cars registration). The reference number of the application is hfr329301. I haven't received any e-mail regarding its confirmation even when they have mentioned in a comment that "the applicaiton pdf is sent to your registered e-mail id". I have also submitted application online. It doesnt show any acknowledgement nor any confirmation for further process. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up or its busy always. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatever. Let me know what is the status. No any action is taken further. Its like a fraud been happened with me any maybe other customers. If you can't work further, return my money back. # service from hdfc. Totally disappointed.

                                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
                                    The reference number of the application is hfr322119.
                                    I have applied on 5th nov 2019 since then there is no updates. I got welcome letter to my registered mail informing that someone from bank will call me withing 3 days, and the fastag will be delivered within 7 days, but there has been no call or update from bank side till now. The toll free number [protected] given on bank site is not working, and normal customer care department only guiede me to look for some alternate number to raise this issue as they were not able to help me themselves.
                                    This seriously is a very bad experience from a regulare salaried account holder in hdfc bank. Please help me getting this resolved.

                                        Cancellation of one assist membership
                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3196without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
