Updated by Abhi8447 I tried to call the customer care for today 3 times and what’s happen is that services provided by the Hdfc customer care executives are very pathetic, i m very disappointed by these types
Of services provided by this bank
I think it’s my mistake to open a account in this bank
Now the main thing will be that I will escalate this it on the social media as well .
As the I made the request that - I have to make the credit card payment for which I raised the query, 3 weeks before that executive told me not to worry sir - your bill generate in the emi automatically.
But once I received it .
It’s complete amount have to pay
Very disappointed by these Types, now when I m raising a complain
There is no one to take the owner ship of this
Once I made the request to make the call with the senior, That executive disconnect the call and talking very rudely with me .
As this the way to talk with the customer
Again I called but no response and call get disconnect by executive - Ms Shikha
Now I want to it resolve it now on the priority
U think Customers are fool or some thing like that your representative not have the way to talk the customer
Because as per the previous executive commitment
To do the best that I want to paid in the EMI only .
All the transactions and all details are there at the time I talked to that lady who give me this commitment for that .
It’s urr representive duty that have to describe all the the policy have to be clear before any proceedings to be done .
Now provide me the resolution or else I go in the consumer Court and escalate this in to the social media as well
As I have the recording also of that lady and all the representative to whom I had a word with .
