There has been many fraud transaction on my credit card with hdfc bank and within few days when i realised the fraud, i called the bank and also submitted the customer dispute form. Some fraud transactions were refunded to be but there are a few (Rs. 9507.12) which they did not refund and for sometime gave an excuse that i was late in reporting the matter and hence they cannot refund the credit. The fact of the mater is that i had complained within 17 days, while the period is 60 days given by hdfc bank to report any fraud? It has been 6 months now and they have stopped responding to my emails which i send now as reminders.
Please advise if i can take legal action on hdfc bank to recover the fraud amount and how to go about with legal action.

    I register application ref. No hfr368559 hdfc fastag application date.13.11.2019 after not tracking status and not receive coustomcare call. I try more time call this no.[protected]. I many time call but not receive call and not any contact mail address available so i shokin i fast time hdfc bank bad experience i all ready existing customers hdfc bank.

      I have applied for a fastag online on hdfc bank site and paid rs.500/- towards it on 10th nov 2019 with application ref no hfr351550. But there is no communication from the bank after that, it's already 5 days and they said they i will get my tag in 7 days.

      I am not sure if i need to do anything now or the bank will contact with the next step for it if any. There is really no way to check the application status online.

      After a long wait finally, I got my fastag a/c created and I got the details of it and I could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.
      But still not clear on when I will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when I applied for it on HDFC bank site.

          I applied for the fastag going by hdfc advertising expecting the fastag to arrive fast but it's been twice the delivery time promised and it's absolutely worrisome when hdfc bank fails to honor delivery of fastag (Ref#hfr312644)! There's no response at the branch or on the customer service helpline! I'd appreciate if the bank can respond and let us know if it will be delivered anytime soon?

            My hdfc fastag order number is 2936 dated 08/11/2019.
            I have received the fastag through post on 11.11.2019 rfid is [protected] but still have not received any wallet id number or welcome email from hdfc.
            How can i recharge and activate my fastag account without the wallet id or login details. From past 2 days now. The toll free number[protected] is always not reachable. Please help

              I purchased mobile on amazon under 5% hdfc debit card cashback scheme on 13th august but still after more than 90 days no cashback is received.
              My registered mobile number is [protected].
              After that i also do many payments through debit card on different merchants under 5% and 10% scheme.

              I think no such cashback received... Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                This is the 4th time i m complaining. I requested ecs to be stopped from my account. The only ecs i wanted was from yes bank. Priya Nair from Mind Space requested me to submit a letter and ecs stop form. I did this nearly 7 times in mira road shanti park branch from september last year. The girl at the branch laughed at me and said we have earned 65000 from you. Today 1000 was cut in ecs and the rest fees. I am a heart patient and need that funds for heart surgery. They are least interested in helping me. I am sure they have torn the letters and forms to steal from me. I had to leave my work. All this is causing me stress and chest pain. Nadia from hdfc bank asks me to click a link which is unacessible. Then she does not reply. If something happens to me hdfc is responsible. My customer id is 22840860. Hdfc is a fraud. If you do not return the ecs charge fromseptember i will file law suit and put in social media.

                No. Bilva tore all the letters i gave her yo stop ecs for a year. The girl Komal was helpful . She told me i need an noc. Bilva could have told me ayear ago and then you people need steal my money. Bilva is dishonest unethical and rude. Always picks up a quarrel using abusive language when i go to the branch. Unless the fees are waived i will seek legal action. I have a copy of all letters i gave her to stop ecs

                  Hi,

                  I have been charge extra charges on using hdfc credit card at petrol pump.

                  I swiped for 180 and 191.80 was charged in my credit card bill.

                  Why are these extra charges imposed on me even after government policy of not imposing these charges to customers.

                  I need a clarification and refund.

                  This is happening month on month since i am using this card.

                  You better resolve it or i else i shall withdraw my association with the bank.

                    An amount of rs.177 has been deducted from the savings account in the october month, although i didn't perform any transaction.

                    The narration in account statement saying
                    "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I didn't perform any 3rd party transactions also.

                    Also please let me know about these unexpected charges when it will happen usually

                    Recovery agents of hdfc bank from mobile number [protected] and [protected] claiming to be from karnal, haryana has been harashing me for the past couple of days. They have already called me more than 100 times without revealing their identity or any details of what they are seeking from me.

                    They have gained access of contacts through my fb account and has called all my contacts saying that i have defaulted loans, or my sister has defaulted loan or my brother in law has defaulted loan.

                    I work in a public sector bank and i have not taken loan outside my bank nor guaranteed or am a part of any loans from hdfc or any other bank. Even my credit card is clear.

                    This method of recovery or unauthorised harashment from hdfc bank recovery agent is unheard of and the method to call all my contacts and defaming me in the process is intolerable.

                    Would request relevant authority to please keep a check on what hdfc bank and its recovery agent is doing. Please go after people who have defaulted but hdfc bank has no right or authority to defame me or my personal life and my fb contacts for something whihc i am not a part of.

                    [protected] and [protected] is not a mobile number but office numbers of the recovery agent. on calling back, different person pick up and they refuse to reveal any details but kept repeating that company (HDFC Bank) rule doesnt permit them to reveal anything. They have been provided with the name of the relative (Khwairakpam Vicky, i.e. me) and their job was to contact all the known contacts through social media until I go crazy and bow down to them and answer all their stupid questions.

                    I think this techniques of Private bank is working as I am about to go crazy. Public sector bank should also learn a thing or two from them.

                    But again, HDFC Bank -- Shamelesss, un-ethical and you are breaking the law by permitting this to happen.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                        The above mentioned auto lone acc holder likes to bring your notice that on[protected] some collection agents come to my home abused with bad words and threatened my old senior citizen, very sick, heart patient in my absences, both of them with words like "we are cpim party people who know how to collect back money for the bank, your son don't know this is a blade company before taking loan. Sir please go through my track, i am a regular customer for last 8 years, taken different type of loan and my tracking history is good till last jan 2019, i got a family dispute with my wife and brother in law for property and others matter she put a court case against me and destroy my all documents along with my certificates, i fall down with economy and lost job.
                        Any way i inform my branch and told them i can continue this loan but little late money can give only by month end. They agree for it and sent collection agents from frb onwards. But this month mr sreekumar, collection manager (He also talk very badly through phone when i call him to tell complaint against collection agent and hurt me,) sent 2 new people who behave like this. There name are anwar & ansar mobile no [protected] and [protected]
                        They take photo of my parents in there mobile and create a frighten situation in my home, my mother is a rtd gov school teacher and my father is rtd ksrtc clerk.
                        My father admitted in the hospital yesterday with hypertension and my mother is not sleeping. The case against me in court find that i am innocent and i am join back to my work by dec 2019, so i promise i am regular with my loan on 2020 jan onwards.
                        Sir please ask them don't make any problem in my home, because i want to protect my father and mother from any course of death with tension.

                          My name is ashish kumar bhasker, my hdfc account no [protected]

                          I have an salaried account in hdfc kr road bangalore branch.

                          When i checked my account statement, i see a transaction of rs.1239/- deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst 071119-mir[protected]

                          I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

                          I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. When you are deducting an amount from bank, please think that amount is very big for me and its not hdfc bank money - its my money

                          I'll move on to citi group for sure.

                            I am constantly pursuing to redeem the amount to be credited to my saving fund in hdfc branch sec.18 noida through axis long term equity fund under folio no.[protected].
                            It was opened through demat a/c 24411196 under dpid in 301151 ubder trading a/c no.732765 but trading a/c was closed long back due to poor performances/services.
                            Your representative in demat services had also a talk with back office team which is beyond my understanding.

                                  This bank has shared all customer details account and will do whatever the bank wish this has came into my notice from last few years ago and now i am experiencing the same thing from last two transactions i do not have control on my bill payment the bank it self take decision on my bills in that case bank must have to earn fo r me and save into my account i tried to raise complain t but they refused to register complaint this is done with my credit card this bank miss using my balance i need immediate refund and apologize letter and in future i never except the bank will interfere with my account it's request and strong warning

                                      I have done my outstanding payment late by 3 days and for the same bank has charged a late fees and at the same time after a week they have charged finance fees twice in a row. Without any prior information how can they charges to the customer?

                                      Really disappointed with the services.

                                      Looking for the charges waive off which are there in my nov. Month bill.
