The above mentioned auto lone acc holder likes to bring your notice that on[protected] some collection agents come to my home abused with bad words and threatened my old senior citizen, very sick, heart patient in my absences, both of them with words like "we are cpim party people who know how to collect back money for the bank, your son don't know this is a blade company before taking loan. Sir please go through my track, i am a regular customer for last 8 years, taken different type of loan and my tracking history is good till last jan 2019, i got a family dispute with my wife and brother in law for property and others matter she put a court case against me and destroy my all documents along with my certificates, i fall down with economy and lost job.
Any way i inform my branch and told them i can continue this loan but little late money can give only by month end. They agree for it and sent collection agents from frb onwards. But this month mr sreekumar, collection manager (He also talk very badly through phone when i call him to tell complaint against collection agent and hurt me,) sent 2 new people who behave like this. There name are anwar & ansar mobile no [protected] and [protected]
They take photo of my parents in there mobile and create a frighten situation in my home, my mother is a rtd gov school teacher and my father is rtd ksrtc clerk.
My father admitted in the hospital yesterday with hypertension and my mother is not sleeping. The case against me in court find that i am innocent and i am join back to my work by dec 2019, so i promise i am regular with my loan on 2020 jan onwards.
Sir please ask them don't make any problem in my home, because i want to protect my father and mother from any course of death with tension.
