I had Ordered Laptop costing 54, 990 on 17th August from Amazon through my HDFC debit card. It's been more than 90 days, i haven't recieved any cashback. And there was 10% cashback from ordering through HDFC debit cards during my purchase. I tried contacting customer care but it did not get resolved. So hoping this could solve my problem

    My name is Ragavan P. and i have ordered a mobile in amazon on 04/10/2019 of amount 11, 458.37 for a monthly EMI of 1999.83 and i returned it on 7/10/2019 due to some issues.And amazon initiated the refund on 10/10/2019 with reference id[protected] and asked me to file a charge dispute but when i contacted the bank they are telling it is not possible and i had also paid the first month due of 1999.83 without no reason still they are not cancelling the EMI and returning the money so please help me my account no.     I got a call from a person saying that he is calling from consumercomplaints and he is asking for my debit card no. And saying that he will credit the money into my account ohh god such a fraud why is this happening

      Hi,
      I have applied for fastag on 11th nov by paying rs/-500.
      I got confirmation email with application pdf on the same day.
      But after that no communication and when i tried to call the customer care number, it is always busy and never got a chance to check the status of my fastag.
      I called the pos person (Mention id hdfc page) and he said he is no more involved in hdfc fastag service.

      I am holding hdfc salary account for more that 10 years and this kind of service is really not acceptable from hdfc.

      Hi,
      Do you have any courier ref number for tracking as I did not get any sms regarding that ?
      Also, the HDFC fastag helpline number 18001201243 is always busy. Is there alternate number or else what is the meaning of keeping a number which is never reachable ?
      I had applied for Fastag through HDFC bank, and the reference number is HFR565378 on November 26, 2019.
      But no any SMS or message received till now.

      Kindly update when we can receive the Fastag.

        I purchased fastag via my HDFC debit card on 8th Nov.'19, but I still can not get my fastag and HDFC Helpline Number is showing always busy or not working, I can not understand from where can I get my Fastag. Its totally Irritating service. I called my HDFC helpline number but they told me to call HDFC fastag Helpline number ...I often called ob that number but that number is not reachable or off or busy or not replying ...I called to fastag company helpline number too but they told me to complain on hDFC helpline number...in short no any helpline number replying me and answer me though I already done my payment for fastag...

          I applied for fastag on 16.11.2019 at their website. I have only application reference number hfr387363, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/-.

          But till know no pdf application is sent on my mail neither any representative contact me.

          Please send application in pdf, arrange representative call and arrange my fastag card at earliest.

              Applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 9th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr348879. It says that a email will be sent as a acknowledgement. I have not received any mail. I tried calling the toll free number provided but number is not active. Only number that is working is the emergency road side assistant. They say they can't connect to the customer care. Why publish a customer care number if it's not ready? There is no means of communication. No email id. No customer care number. Hdfc customer since 2016. Never expected this kind of pathetic service.

                I applied for HDFC fastag on Nov 2019 1st week. I got the message stating the account is created and this is the wallet and customer Id. But I haven't received the fastag sticker (RFID). I'm trying to reach them but no proper customer care numbers available. It's really frustrating. No proper emails and contact numbers.

                  Applied for hdfc fastag through online mode on 9th november 2019. Amount 500 also paid online. Reference number generated is hfr345794 on 9th november 2019. Also it shsows that the representative will contact and application pdf is sent on registered emailid. But till date no application pdf received on email as well as no communication on hdfc fastag has been received. Toll free complaint number always shows busy.
                  Please refund teh amount.

                    Hi,

                    I am given with hdfc priority pass exclusively for domestic and international lounge usage. I used in chennai airport lounge in the month of august using my priority pass card.

                    Now after three months hdfc bank has charged me for using the lounge.

                      Hdfc bank employees contacted me for fastag. I've followed their instructions and brought a fastag. My reference number for fastag application hfr299675. I've paid 600/- online payment and documentation were submitted 26th oct and it has been over 25 days. I've not received my fastag.

                      I have tried reaching out to the customer care number and dropped an email many times. Haven't received any response.

                      I request bank authorities to work on this issue at earliest and live up to there promises of delivering the product on time.

                            This is really pathetic that your relationship manager keeps ignoring the complain and never resolve query. Your hdfc services is so pathetic that i have been paying penalties for hdfc card only because hdfc mistakes. I need to solve my hdfc credit complaint where more than 10000 spend has been shown and i have no clue asked relationship manager 10 times in 1 month but he keeps ignoring. I have to change my relation ship manager and need to resolve my hdfc credit complain by tomorrow in any case

                              I received a message that Rs 105/- has been debited from my account at LADPALWAN Toll Plaza. I am based out of Bangalore and it has been debited from my account wrongly. I have not travelled any where. Below are the details. Please check the same and credit back the amount to my account at the earliest.
                              Also attached the screenshot of message. Multiple such messages has been received and more than Rs 300 has been deducted from my account and still it is continuing.

                              Even after giving multiple complaints to the customer care they are not resolving the issue. Please help to close it asap. My amount is getting debited un-necessarily.

                              Thank you for the update. But I have clearly mentioned that i had raised complaint with customer care and also mail sent to the above given mail id on 28th of Aug 2019. But i have not received any response. Also as suggested by customer care i have sent whatsapp message with all screenshots, RC copy, Vehicle photo also to the number ([protected]). Please get it resolved asap.

                                I wanna tell that hdfc bank is using my account as they want charging money as they want that my emi was 3333/-per month they chrged me 3783 rs/- + 307 extra charges where i was not infromed abu that they are charging me with no reason and that day itselt i raised direct complaint to hdfc bank then they returned my amount of 89 rs in my account, day by day hdfc bank is doing fraud with customers and they are looting the customers with no reason, i will request you all plz do not connect with this bank this bank is looting completely..

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account.                                     relieving letter and full and final settlement

                                    I am an ex employee of hdfc bank (Emp code - 209360). I worked for 5 months there and left the job on 17 aug 2019. I still haven't received my relieving letter and full and final settlement. It's been 4 months now. As many times i communicated with hr, he said that "i forwarded your mail, it will get processed soon" but that "soon" still has not arrived. I talked to ch as well and he is also procrastinating the matter. I am not able to join...

                                      I had applied for personal loan at hdfc bank for balance transfer of my personal loan with bajaj finance and hdb financial services. But i received dd of less amount for closure of hdb loan. Hence loan did not close and hdfc has started deducting heavy emis now i am being asked to pay emi for hdfc as well as hdb.

                                      I have returned dd back to hdfc bank and was assured to get emi reduced but they haven't reduced emi.

                                      Chronology:

                                      I had received a call from your personal loan department ms. Isha (Contact # [protected]) who informed me that she can get a balance transfer of all my loans including other bank loans in to one from hdfc to which i got ready as i wanted to go with hdfc only.

                                      After completing all the formalities, my loan got disbursed in the mid of august 2019.

                                      I received 2 dds from hdfc bank.

                                      one for bajaj finance loan closure amounting rs.2, 10, 739/-

                                      another for hdb financial services loan closure amounting rs.2, 86, 692/-

                                      Apart from above mentioned dds, i received an additional amount of rs.170, 206.00/- in my account and ms. Isha had confirmed addition amount received as i requested for my personal needs.

                                      I did not verify both the dds as i have always trusted hdfc.

                                      My loan from bajaj finance got properly closed with the dd provided.

                                      It took me time to go to hdb financial for loan closure due to some personal reasons.

                                      I visited hdb financial at dosti pinnacle building, manpada, thane branch for loan closure but to my surprise they informed me that the dd is prepared with very less amount.

                                      as per hdb finance officer, the dd with is provided to me is of lesser amount around rs.1, 50, 000/-. Though i had provided repayment schedule of hdb loan.

                                      I called up ms. Isha from there itself to confirm where she found there is a mistake.

                                      I followed up with ms. Isha for next two days where i found her helpless as her senior was not responding properly.

                                      On 12th september i called ms. Isha where she was trying to handover phone to his senior mr. Raj but he was not ready to talk. Later he came on phone and said they can't do anything and i will have to get in touch with hdfc bank also he said do not disclose our names to bank to which i replied i would escalate this matter to the senior management of hdfc where he replied do whatever you want to do i don't care.

                                      I got completely disappointed with such kind of response from such a senior member.

                                      I would request you to take a strict action and provide a solution which helps me to close hdb financial's loan.

                                      I am completely blocked now with heavy emis and cannot afford to increase my emi anymore.
