I requested for HDFC Fast tag and got message stating that:
"Your Fastag application reference number HFR394497
The Fastag Application PDF is sent to your registered email ID.
Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
You will receive your Fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries."
No email received, contact number mentioned, either goes non-responsive or busy.
I also sent an email to: hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in, which is also un-acknowledged.
Looking at this forum, this seems normal behavior from HDFC fast-tag team, as there are plethora of complaints of same nature.
If this is how it is to happen, I would appreciate if refund is issued, so that I can purchase fast-tag from different vendor.

Complaint marked as Resolved I did not get any email or acknowledgements to my email, however after each email I saw action being taken on highlighted concern.
Issue is resolved now.
