I have registered for Fastag online through the HDFC website on 15th November. Though it's not 7 days yet, however, I never received any confirmation email from them. My Fastag application reference number is HFR383040. I tried to call on the customer care number never got connected. How do I know the status of my application and what about the 500/- I have paid? I have been a loyal customer of HDFC for quite a long but this is really disappointing.

    Hi,

    This is regarding the fastag application, i had applied online last Monday and there is not even a single update i received so far. My reference no is HFR353984, i did not get any email nor i am able to reach out to customer care executive. This is very pathetic and worst service, seems like you are trying to loot the money from the customers.How long do you need to respond, why can't provide an update when you get the payment done.

      Hi, i have been a faithful customer of hdfc till so long, but for long amount of time i am not using it because my new salary account is changed to another account, for quite a long my account balance was around less than 50, to my surprise i found out that my account balance has reduced to negative with -2138, this is nothing but a mordern day burglary going on. This is not the right way to treat your customers, i cannot close my account as my base branch is quite far from the place i am living. Please help me in waiving off the entire money and closing my account asap

        Guy from hdfc branch candolim had came to visit at our office and we have provided with all the details along with cheque. Currently no one is picking a call or bother to tell the status of our saving account. We have submitted all the details on 31st october 2019. Everyday when had call we are been told you will get your thing by tomorrow. This is really a bad service from hdfc bank.

          I made transaction on[protected] a payment of INR 12000.00 HDFC bank account via UPI to MOIKWIK wallet but it gave some error after successful payment. Amount deducted from my account, but still wallet shows Rs 0. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care of HDFC . Customer asked be processed within Three Working days but Five working days left no respond.They have just given me Ref NO: [protected]. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

            I have applied for hdfc fastag on 11/11/2019. There has been lack of communication. My application number is: hfr358456.

            Unfortunately, there is no active communication channel to reach out for application status. Toll free number given ending with 1243 seems not working. Even after being dialed for 5 minutes no response, only music keeps on running.

              Please i request you that you tell your agency for How to talk with customer. If agency had no knowledge for that so why give him work.
              I ready to pay my loan but your Agency employee when come at my home without a remove a sues. And talk very cloudly. Now he tell me go for personal. I can case file against bank and case in Grahak Surksha. I hve all the recording and video. Bank employee is rudly talk and misbehavior.

                Dear sir,
                I have applied for fastag on 9th Nov by paying Rs/-500.
                I got confirmation email with application pdf on the same day.
                But after that no communication and when I tried to call the customer care number, it is always busy and never got a chance to check the status of my fastag.
                I am holding HDFC salary account for more that 10 years and this kind of service is really not acceptable from HDFC...

                  I requested for HDFC Fast tag and got message stating that:
                  "Your Fastag application reference number HFR394497
                  The Fastag Application PDF is sent to your registered email ID.
                  Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
                  You will receive your Fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries."

                  No email received, contact number mentioned, either goes non-responsive or busy.
                  I also sent an email to: hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in, which is also un-acknowledged.
                  Looking at this forum, this seems normal behavior from HDFC fast-tag team, as there are plethora of complaints of same nature.

                  If this is how it is to happen, I would appreciate if refund is issued, so that I can purchase fast-tag from different vendor.

                    I had Ordered Laptop costing 54, 990 on 17th August from Amazon through my HDFC debit card. It's been more than 90 days, i haven't recieved any cashback. And there was 10% cashback from ordering through HDFC debit cards during my purchase. I tried contacting customer care but it did not get resolved. So hoping this could solve my problem

                      My name is Ragavan P. and i have ordered a mobile in amazon on 04/10/2019 of amount 11, 458.37 for a monthly EMI of 1999.83 and i returned it on 7/10/2019 due to some issues.And amazon initiated the refund on 10/10/2019 with reference id[protected] and asked me to file a charge dispute but when i contacted the bank they are telling it is not possible and i had also paid the first month due of 1999.83 without no reason still they are not cancelling the EMI and returning the money so please help me my account no.                       I got a call from a person saying that he is calling from consumercomplaints and he is asking for my debit card no. And saying that he will credit the money into my account ohh god such a fraud why is this happening

                        I have applied for fastag on 11th nov by paying rs/-500.
                        I got confirmation email with application pdf on the same day.
                        But after that no communication and when i tried to call the customer care number, it is always busy and never got a chance to check the status of my fastag.
                        I called the pos person (Mention id hdfc page) and he said he is no more involved in hdfc fastag service.

                        I am holding hdfc salary account for more that 10 years and this kind of service is really not acceptable from hdfc.

                        Do you have any courier ref number for tracking as I did not get any sms regarding that ?
                        Also, the HDFC fastag helpline number 18001201243 is always busy. Is there alternate number or else what is the meaning of keeping a number which is never reachable ?
                        I had applied for Fastag through HDFC bank, and the reference number is HFR565378 on November 26, 2019.
                        But no any SMS or message received till now.

                        Kindly update when we can receive the Fastag.

                          I purchased fastag via my HDFC debit card on 8th Nov.'19, but I still can not get my fastag and HDFC Helpline Number is showing always busy or not working, I can not understand from where can I get my Fastag. Its totally Irritating service. I called my HDFC helpline number but they told me to call HDFC fastag Helpline number ...I often called ob that number but that number is not reachable or off or busy or not replying ...I called to fastag company helpline number too but they told me to complain on hDFC helpline number...in short no any helpline number replying me and answer me though I already done my payment for fastag...

                            I applied for fastag on 16.11.2019 at their website. I have only application reference number hfr387363, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/-.

                            But till know no pdf application is sent on my mail neither any representative contact me.

                            Please send application in pdf, arrange representative call and arrange my fastag card at earliest.

                              Applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 8th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr343990. Along with a message that the application pdf has been sent on my email id. Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf.                                 Applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 9th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr348879. It says that a email will be sent as a acknowledgement. I have not received any mail. I tried calling the toll free number provided but number is not active. Only number that is working is the emergency road side assistant. They say they can't connect to the customer care. Why publish a customer care number if it's not ready? There is no means of communication. No email id. No customer care number. Hdfc customer since 2016. Never expected this kind of pathetic service.

                                  I applied for HDFC fastag on Nov 2019 1st week. I got the message stating the account is created and this is the wallet and customer Id. But I haven't received the fastag sticker (RFID). I'm trying to reach them but no proper customer care numbers available. It's really frustrating. No proper emails and contact numbers.

                                    Applied for hdfc fastag through online mode on 9th november 2019. Amount 500 also paid online. Reference number generated is hfr345794 on 9th november 2019. Also it shsows that the representative will contact and application pdf is sent on registered emailid. But till date no application pdf received on email as well as no communication on hdfc fastag has been received. Toll free complaint number always shows busy.
                                    Please refund teh amount.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am given with hdfc priority pass exclusively for domestic and international lounge usage. I used in chennai airport lounge in the month of august using my priority pass card.

                                      Now after three months hdfc bank has charged me for using the lounge.

                                        Hdfc bank employees contacted me for fastag. I've followed their instructions and brought a fastag. My reference number for fastag application hfr299675. I've paid 600/- online payment and documentation were submitted 26th oct and it has been over 25 days. I've not received my fastag.

                                        I have tried reaching out to the customer care number and dropped an email many times. Haven't received any response.

                                        I request bank authorities to work on this issue at earliest and live up to there promises of delivering the product on time.
