Fastag application reference number hfr380599. No email received and amount deducted / paid from my account.
I have applied for fastag, but a message flashed (Attached) that the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. Unable to contact at [protected] as no response on this number, and no contact email for complaint.
Rs. 500/- deducted form my account but no confirmation email or any call received for fastag. Also attached my vehicle rc.

    On 13/nov/2019 i had applied for credit card and i got the following response in mail.

    We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

    There are no any updation related to my credit card query, as you already revert me that we will take it inline for processing on fr 18.11.2019. But as per your online portal for checking status of credit car, no any updation is found, this one is showing declined as per earlier status. This is totally harrassment by your department and they taking customers queries as a fun.

      The above mentioned home loan is sanctioned. After sanctioning of loan i have submitted the requisite documents on 26 oct 19 for disbursement of amount to the seller. Despite several reminders being send on mail id - [protected]@hdfc.com no action has been taken so far. When i personally contacted mr praveen kumar enquiring the reasons for delay, i have been advised to provide additional documents which are not required from legal understanding. The seller is holding a legal court registered power of attorney to execute selling rights from his mother and siblings for his khatiyani land. He is also a tax and challan payer of the land being sold therefore he has all the rights to execute selling and receive financial cost of property. After being explained all this on telephone i have not been entertained properly by the above named branch manager. The process of disbursement is currently on hold with no feedback being given to me. I request a suitable intervention to solve the issue and resolve it at the earliest to avoid delay in purchase of property as i have already exceeded the duration mentioned in agreement.

        My emi was due on 04/11/2019 and i have sufficient funds available in my account but emi is not cut so i paid my emi in cash to hdfc bank. But on 16/11/2019 hdfc cut my emi again. My emi is cut 2 time of this month. So can you please look into it and do the need ful as in my online portal it still show unpaid.

            We received a notice however advocate is fraud and telling sub inspector both are fraud and threading to phone call to me my mother and a teacher who is government teacher and a principal in government school age 61. We submit our pl loan to recovery employee of hdfc. But they are not taking any responsibility of cash. I go to given address on notice but there is no body who have authority to giving receive us of application. I recording at front of bank.

            First they apply my loan and show to loan of 10 lack but only 5 lack given.after which I apply more time but they refused.once emi is bounced and all fraudulent start with this .we submit more then amount but did not count any where.we received a notice which is fake transfer advocate and sub inspector threatening to us who never belongs to police.then I want to reply legal notice .all muzaffarnagar branch hands up and not giving us receiving of notice .so we went that address which is filled on notice.now it's meerut HDFC bank head office.there 100 plus employee are working who are doing fraud as name of HDFC to commen people.direct threatening to me and my mother in bank .nobody taking that legal notice because it's matter of court.so I have to take my rights and my loss time and threatening maintenance from HDFC private limited.its all about 1 crore.               Airticket was booked via diner card website if hdfc bank. Later the ticket was cancelled partially on 18th oct 2019. The refund was processed by indigo on 19th oct. However, the refund is not reflecting in credit card. Multiple complaints has been raised but to no avail. The bank says the refund will be automatically credited which is not yet done. Similar issue was faced earlier when the refund anount eas geld by hdfc tracel partner cleartrip. However the bank clearly refused to check with their travel partner. As per bank's policy the refund should be credited within 7days but it is not done even after a month. Calling and writing mails to customer care is only harrasment as they do not provide any solution.

                  Good morning,
                  I am daleep awana. I had a hdfc credit card around 2 years back. Unfortunately, i lost my card and before closing and blocking my credit card on their site i paid all the dues. Card was closed no communication was coordinated from hdfc regarding anything and everything was running smooth. I never recieved any statements nor recieved any replacement card or call after the closure till this time. Now after two years i am being harrased by hdfc calls that i have some dues (Rs 1930) which i have to pay immediaely. I tried to contact to the concerned department and only after several attempt i had a telephonic conversation about the closure only to know that i have some dues when asked about the details the lady failed to explain. I told her that i do not have any hdfc credit card at the moment how can i use it. Anyhow, i refused to pay the amount. Now regularly some goons from hdfc bank is harrasing on telephone they even not listening or giving any reasonable explanation they are talking as if i am some sort of fraud. But sir telling you the exact truth these guys are real fraud, they are harrasing many consumers like me in the same way. I managed to clear all the dues before closure and card blockage i even opted that i donot want their credit card further. All this is done on their website by me personally and that was done 2 years back. Please kindly help in sorting this problem these people are torturing me every day.

[protected]@gmail.com सर मै आपको गिनती करती हू, मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड accounts एक्सट्रा चार्जेस लगाये गये है ये गलत है, सर मेरा किमया मेहनत, पैसा वापीस कर दो नहीं तो मै rbi, ambutsman, court, शिकयेत करुंगी, sar, madam, अभि अभि 11/11/2019 तारीख को मेरे सेविंग अकॉउंट से 1726रुपये कॅट लिये है ओ वापीस करी हमारी कोई गल्ती नाही मै गणती करती हू चाह तो, ऐक दंड रुपसे 590रुपये कॅट कर बाकी मेरा पैसा वापस करो 1127रुपये हे मेरे दिन रात्र काम करके कमाई पैसा है, बँक कर्मचारी ac मे बैटकर ऐक मिंटमे हमारा गरीब का पैसा कॅट लेता है सर अपही देखी हमारी सॅलरी महिनेमे कितना मिळता है हम कैसे जीवन जगते है, मैने क्रेडिट कार्ड से खाली 261रुपये पेट्रोल डाला था ओ पैसा मैने सब bed कर दिये है तभी भी एक्सट्रा चार्जेस किंवा लागय, मैने अभि मेरा सेविंग अकॉउंट, cridit कार्ड, मेरे पती का भी सॅलरी अकॉउंट, क्रेडिट कार्ड बंद कर देंगे हमे नहीं चाहिये आपकी hdfc bank सेवा हम गरीब अधिवासी लोक है, बँक हमे लूट रही है अशी court शिकयेत करुंगी मॅडम हमारा काटा ओ पैसा फिर वापस कर do कस्टमर करवले सांगतात तुम्ही शॉपिंग, लाईटबील नहीं भरा इसीलिये चार्जेस lag गये ये गलत है सर मै गिनती करती हू हमारी मदत करो, और हमारा गरीब का पैसा मिलने मे मदत करो

                      Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                      Amount RS 29.13 (MIR[protected] RS 20.88(MIR[protected]is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                      We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within / outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds, the charges of Rs. 25 per transaction (plus GST) are levied. As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted multiple times on November 2, 2019 for which these charges have been levied.

                          I had an issue with my account. My date of birth randomly got changed. And when i called my relationship manager to address the complaint she started to yelling on me that i have to come to branch have to give written letter to make some changes which i don't even authorized anyone to make.

                          They have my documents and they have written application but still they changed my dob without any concent from me

                          When i called to assigned branch addressing my complaint they refuse to accept my complaint for the same

                          I need my issue to be fixed asap. Bank have my identity proofs and everything but still they made this change by there own wihout my concent

                            I a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 1743. Without my concern on date 16.11.[protected]@7.17 am i got the message. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-...

                            Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -6000 balance.
                            The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 6000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                            I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                            Plz juistice to me. 6000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                              I am living outside india, being an nri, i have opened a nri account with hdfc. Since last month i m receiving otp intermittent times. After a complain, they said all otp related queries will be addressed by their vendor. After 2 days the was resolved after following up several times, wasting my time to connect with customer care. Now after a month, again i m facing the same issue of not receiving otp. Customer care is so negligent on my case; reality i want to make a third party transfer with high priority and i'm stuck with no help.

                              My OTP issue is still not resolved having been briefed about the urgency of my request. Customer care is not helping me with an alternate option for my request. Customer care seems to be highly negligent.

                                Dear hdfc team,

                                I have hotlisted my credit card as i lost the card and while hotlisting there is an option for a reissue of the card and i checked it as "no". But they regenerated the new credit card, which they haven't send me but they charged annual charges for it. I approached hdfc customer care regarding the annual charges, as my previous credit card is free of charge and without sending the new credit card home, how come they charge me the charges.
                                I do not like the way the customer care team replied for the above questions and i also tried to escalate this issue with customer service center manager but no resolution and hence we wished to close the credit card of mine and my husband. Please remove that reissue option from hdfc site if the team is not following the one we checked in that option.

                                I asked for the closure of credit card, they are asking to courier a filled form for the closure of credit card. I can send a form but what about the charges that are autodebited for a credit card which is not yet delivered to me. I also don't think hdfc team will respond quickly when we send a form to the mentioned address. Now i got irritated with the answer of them and we wish to close my demat account and credit cards of mine and my husband.

                                Please reimburse the auto debited amount and close our credit cards and demat account.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
                                  The reference number of the application is hfr364049.
                                  I have applied on 12thnovember 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

                                    I applied for fasttag on 9th november 2019. Payment was successful. Fasttag application reference number is hfr347955.
                                    After completion of all process & payment, fasttag application reference number was provided. It was also written that fasttag application pdf is sent to registered email id.
                                    Till date, i haven't received any email or fasttag dispatch status.
                                    All details provided were perfect. Right documents were provided.
                                    Not sure, how will i get fasttag.
                                    Could you please help regarding this issue?
