I'm Aakanksha Tiwari, today I received a call from your so called executive at around 04:39, bearing no.: [protected], regarding the whereabouts of my sister and he was Using foul language with me. Even my relatives as well as my clients are receiving random calls from your Banks and even with them your so called executives are using foul language and extending threat's to them also.
As a bank you have not right to intrude on your privacy and interfere the life of my friends, relatives and client, just to recover your money, this is illegal, unethical and primacifi thieft. As Bank/ RBI'S guidelines or norms as Bank you haven't got right to infringe the personal life of other person or making random call.
It is my humble request to your bank please restraint your executives from interfering my as well as my clients, relatives, friends and other know person's, otherwise I will be free to take legal action against your Bank, also look in the matter as soon as possible.

I have made online payment for my 2 wheeler vehicle insurance with my debit card yesterday
