Res. Sir.
I undersigned mr. Jignesh h pandya residence godhra. I availed loan facility from h d f c bank. I had paid regularly installment through chq. Of bank of baroda godhra. Station road branch.
As per statement on 3rd march 2014. Bank had debited rs.2900/00. With ch. No15 for loan installment. But in account of h d f c loan a/c 23079440 not credited.
On 18th march 2014 same instrument present for debiting account, and posted but chq. Returned.
My quation where my amount of chq of rs.2900/-debiting account. After i inquired frequntly both bank. But not response. Thereafter my loan account showing outstanding around rs.8000/-
Who responsible they did not give no objection certificate. We submited statement of both side. But they are not response.
Sir i kindly request you for this issue and give justice.

    Hereby this is to inform that i had already raised a complaint regarding the loss of my credit cards and they were not been blocked at the current time when the complaint was been raised.
    And after some months of blockage again a card was issued to me which was not delivered to me as i already informed not to issue any card without my permission.
    Now when the card was reissued it was been utilised by the reciever who missused my aadhar and pan details and collected the card.
    Now when your team is following me for the bill they are using such an abusive language rather than listened my issues
    This is the fifteenth mail which i am writing i would be waiting for your response

      ₹10000/- have been debited from my account as an sip in the month of august but its not reflected in my hdfc policy account. They say they have reverted back the amount but infact it is not credited back into my account. I am continuously following up with them asking them for the transaction details but they are not responding to my queries. Please see that i get my amount credited back.

        Hi,

        I have purchased mobile in amazon on 7th oct and cancelled due to some issue. They have refunded on 10th oct and they shared refund reference number on 15th oct. But till now i have not received the refund. Actually i have bought this product with debit card emi, this month first emi 8551/- already debited from account. I have contacted hdfc bank with refund reference number they are telling that they are unable locate any refund from amazon with that refund reference number. For the same i have contacted amazon they are telling refund reference number generated by bank only how come they are telling they are unable find the refund reference number on their system. They were suggesting proceed leagally with the refund reference number. My total transaction amount 48999/- and this is 6months emi with 16% interest. Can you please help me to get my money back.

        WHAT ABOUT MY 48999/- MONEY. THOS AMOUNT ALREADY REFUNDED TO HDFC STILL HDFC CHARGING EVERY MONTH. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK.

          I am very displeased with costumer service and other services of bank of hdfc. It's been 5 days since i have filed complain of fraud transaction and response i had got that inquiry would be done and then we would return back. It's been 5 days since i filed complain and still no response from bank. I had asked them for reverse transaction as it was bank to bank trasaction. But still such attitude. I have filed fir and send mail to rbi, dm of noida and sp of noida. But didn't even get an acknowledge mail.

          HDFC customer care number takes forever to be connected to call representative. No solid response from bank. Already filled customer card dispute form and submitted all the details they asked for. I am not sure for what they are waiting for? Fraudeur to withdraw all the money from his account or to close his account so that they can say there is nothing we can do.

            Did not receive wallet id till date. Been chasing for a year now
            My fastag is useless till now and it seems this tag is just fraudulent thing as i did not get proper resolution even after multiple calls and mails
            I bought this fastag along with my car back in 2018 feb and did number of follow-ups with fastag team on mail however never received a resolution
            Now govt is making fastag mandatory and i'm left helpless to continue with fraud fastag

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr319390. I did not received any acknowledgement email or any status update since last 4 days. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status @ er. [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

                My 27105 got debited from my hdfc creditcard for tata cliq order id[protected] on 22/10/2019. On 23 tata cliq messaged me that he refunded 27105 in my hdfc credit card account with refund transaction no 75503729296034337859250 but till now 7/11/2019 hdfc bank not refunded it in my account. I have contacted several times to hdfc customer care. Please refund my money back urgently.

                    I have been receiving harassing phone calls since 10 days from an agent of hdfc bank regarding credit card payment of a relative.

                    I am not an hfdc customer. I do not have an hdfc credit card. Yet this agent calls me repeatedly to ask about my relative whose payment is due. I do not understand how i am responsible in any way for the credit card of my relative with whom i barely speak.

                    I have no idea how he got his hands on my phone number. But he calls me repeatedly.in case i am unable to answer the call for any reason, he calls me incessantly. At one point he called me 20 times from 20 different numbers in the span of 5 minutes. He deliberately provokes me with his language and doesn't listen to a word i have to say leading me to become very disturbed and agitated every time.

                    I am unable to focus on my work or anything else because of this. I have complained to the customer care department of the bank, yet the issue has not been resolved till now.

                    This is a case of breach of privacy and data misuse from hdfc.

                    Please take necessary action against the bank for such brazenly unethical practices.

                        Hi i have taken a personal loan no. 95670722 and i was told by the executive that my required loan amount of 300000 is approved for 3years for 11%. After dispursment i get to know that my it's for 12.99%and the executive have wrongly written as 60 months, but i have strictly asked him and agreed for 36months. It's totally executive fault i was given all false information. I need to change my tenure to 3years for 11% which was initially committed to me.

                          I tried to call the customer care for today 3 times and what’s happen is that services provided by the hdfc customer care executives are very pathetic, i m very disappointed by these types

                          I think it’s my mistake to open a account in this bank

                          As the i made the request that - i have to make the credit card payment for which i raised the query, 3 weeks before that executive told me not to worry sir - your bill generate in the emi automatically.
                          But once i received it.
                          It’s complete amount have to pay
                          Very disappointed by these types, now when i m raising a complain
                          There is no one to take the owner ship of this
                          Once i made the request to make the call with the senior, that executive disconnect the call and talking very rudely with me.
                          As this the way to talk with the customer
                          Again i called but no response and call get disconnect by executive - ms shikha

                          Now i want to it resolve it now on the priority
                          U think customers are fool or some thing like that your representative not have the way to talk the customer

                          Because as per the previous executive commitment
                          To do the best that i want to paid in the emi only.
                          All the transactions and all details are there at the time i talked to that lady who give me this commitment for that.

                          It’s urr representive duty that have to describe all the the policy have to be clear before any proceedings to be done.

                          Now provide me the resolution or else i go in the consumer court and escalate this in to the social media as well

                            I have to change my IPIN and when I clicked forgot IPIN, there are two options to generate
                            1. to send otp to mobile no with card details - this is not possible because I have lost my debit card.
                            2. to send otp to mobile number and mail id registered.
                            But I didn't get any OTP to my mail id

                              I am not able to login at the fastag portal of hdfc. I tried everything. I have my wallet id and customer id as well, yet its not allowing me to log in/sign up. After several failed tries i finally tried contacting their customer care number (Toll free no.) given on the website. It keeps on playing a music tune and no one picks up. There is no way to reach the customer care, and i am stuck and frustrated.

                              There is no way to recharge it. Can someone from the support contact asap?

                                I have been charged rs.1399.00 on my hdfc credit card on 31/10/2019 without my permission. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted from my credit card account without my permission.

                                This kind of activity is said to be happening for every year. I several times requested one assist to stop their service which was added to my card without my notice. This act of debiting the amount without any prior notice is said to be illegal act. I am thinking about cancelling my hdfc credit card now.

                                So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money asap.

                                  Its been16 working days sice fradulent debit of transactions from my bank account, i have not received a single phone call, all i get is standard reply of reverting within x working days.

                                  I have raised a query to different forums of redressal of hdfc bank, nut they have been non responsive.

                                  I have received the reply from UPI team of HDFC bank stating that PIN was shared from my mobile number linked to this account.
                                  I have neither received any OTP/PIN on my mobile number nor it was shared by me.
                                  Bank is not co - operating on this matter.

                                    Sir,
                                    I did a railway ticket on irctc website on 18-08-19 the status of ticket was waiting list 45.
                                    My journey date was[protected]. But till my journey date my ticket had not got confirmed so my ticket automatically got cancelled.
                                    But for the cancelled ticket i didn't received any refund
                                    But irctc isuued has successfully processed my refund on 30-10-19.
                                    But i didn't received any refund in my hdfc bank payzapp wallet
                                    My payzapp wallet account linked mobile number is [protected].
                                    Please help me in that and processes my refund immediately

                                      I m holder of current account in hdfc bank since last two month. Response i m getting from bank staff regarding my complain are not at all satisfactory.                                         I have a personal loan on my salary account in hdfc bank. But i forgot to maintain a balance in the salary account and transferred all my balance to another account and somehow i missed the emi date and due to balance in sufficiency emi could not be paid.

                                        Once i realised i immediately transferred the amount to my salary account but to my surprise i saw that a sum of 590 rupees was deducted thrice on my salary account.

                                        I really would like to know why i wasn't informed about this?? Does hdfc does not realise that there are courts in the country??

                                        Please, that was my hard earned money. Return it.
