    Hi hdfc
    Since i open my hdfc account as salary account after leaving the company i didn't use my account and but later i come to to know that my account was in minus -9000 so after talking with the branch manager they reversed my account into 0 zero on july 2019, now i'm working in a company and my monthly salary is 15000 but when on oct 29th when my salary was credited you deducted 4961 on 2nd nov without any confirmation so itz like now im working to pay hdfc because itz looks like you are deducting the amount which was in minus before and i'm not happy because now i don't want to work 10hours a day and let you let you take my hard earned my money. So kindly return my money back.

      An amount of Rs 1, 215.81 has been put on hold by HDFC bank on 4th November 2019 for MIREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU, though they have already deducted Rs 1027.11 for overdue loan recovery.Kindly look into this asap.My a/c number is [protected].Rajarhat Branch.Every month bank is deducting money for different reasons.

          The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 707.30 as "mi revenue hold through gefu" on 04 nov 2019, why and how a debit account value can be negative, when it will be cleared?

          I need clarification about negative money in my account.

          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

            I tried to load money for 3000 in PayZapp from my Yes Bank credit card, the money got debited but still it's not reflecting in my PayZapp wallet. I want the money in PayZapp wallet or else refund back to my Yes bank credit card asap.

              AMB Charges Debited by HDFC Bank
              My account has been debited twice with Rs.488.92 for "AMB CHRG INCL GST for oct 2019 without any prior intimation or alert.

              I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced.

              If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

              Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions otherwise I have to CLOSE my account with HDFC Bank forever.

                  Have applied for hdfc fastag on 18th oct 2019. Reference no is hfr291154. Have not yet received the tag and the customer care number provided in hdfc fastag page is not functional as far as i checked, it just keeps playing a music in repeat mode. And no other means to contact to get the status. I've already paid rs.500 while applying for fastag.
                  I want to know when my fastag will be delivered or is my request is processed.

                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr248397. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                    I have been with hdfc for 6.5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                        I purchased hdfc fastag (Hfr244850) on 15 sept 2019. The tag which i received was not working and even after online recharge, i faced humiliation at toll plazas and had to pay by cash which was not my fault. As per their advice i paid inr100/- for reissue of the tag on 19/10/2019 and till date i have not received the tag kit. Every time i get a reply "your tag will be delivered in next 10 working days". This nature of service shows the unprofessional and cheap customer service of hdfc bank.
                        I warn each one, not to buy fastag from hdfc bank. Dont be in loss as i m now. Lots of options available in market, be aware.

                          With humble request i come before to state that i got my salary on 29th oct 2019 amount 14961 and after withdrawal of 10000 the remaining amount got deducted without any email or message and i'm really not happy about this because on 4th nov i try to withdraw money and it shows insufficient balance so i logged into my online banking and found that they were lotz off deduction within 6 days without any reason. So il be happy if you can return my hard earn salary.

                            I purchased hdfc fastag, on 15 th september 2019, the tag which i received was not working even i recharged it online. I faced humiliation at the toll plaza where even after recharge i had to pay by cash there. Now as per their advice, i paid 100/- inr for reissue of the tag on 19 th october 2019 and till date (4/11/2019), i have not received it. Having lots of telephonic conversations with customer care every time i get recorded reply of "we have forwarded your complaint and it will be delivered in next 10 working days".
                            I request all not to go after hdfc fastag due to very unprofessional approach. Be safe, get any other.

                                Hdfc bank to zoom up profit it freeze customers' accounts (Below rs.10000) without any notification. I approached concern bank in this regard from pillar to post, from local branch to managing director, nodal officer nothing yield my complaints. Finally i asked all lower to higher officer to produce copy of freeze order if any. They keep silent. I approach more than one year. Further in my account there is only rs. 3000/-. So the bank authority confidently believe that for small amount, i could not go to court or any other intermediary. It is understand that hdfc bank target below rs. 10000/- customers.

                                Further, govt agencies flash its advt if any illegal calls or message regarding banking activities received from anywhere can lodge complaints with concern bank or any legal agencies. Accordingly, i lodged a complaints to hdfc bank as open that senior manager individually contact in my matter. I received a call from +234 mentioning her.
                                I suspect she touches criminal net work and targeting non operating accounts. Her speech was sceptical. So asked to her any message to me only registered post should be. But she turn down.
                                So in hdfc bank customers data hacked by this staff and black mails.
                                Whatever may be i do not bother. I want only copy of freeze order if any.
                                Do you know meaning of copy of freeze order? You do.

                                  I just want to inform you with regret today i visit hdfc bank branch jarg. My visiting time was 10:20 am but i saw your branch was not opened that time. According to my knowledge and rbi guidelines the office hours 10:00am - 4 pm. I need deposit my payment at that time to my relatives because they need payment to pay their bills but due to close your branch i was unable to deposit my payment. I have proper video of your bank and in my video your your few employees were also waiting to open your bank. So please review my complaint asap and give me the reason why this happen.

                                    I have a demat account with hdfc. I have just made trading of only 10000 rs. For the first time and i am being charged a fee of 6000 which was not told to me. The message that i received was something like this, " inr 6136.55 debited from a/c xx8349 on 01-nov-19. Info: net pi to hsl sec a/c 3136144-[protected]. Avl bal:inr 51.91. Very disappointed with this. All of a sudden the charges are being deducted from the and no action is being taken. The bank staff asks us to contact the helpline number, which is useless. The executives have least knowledge about the product. Fed up and feeling helpless.

                                      Hi sir.. I am a defence personnel. I have loan of 4 lakh rupees in hdfc. Now i want to close my loan account by paying my due amount and preclosure charge 4%.
                                      I want close it as soon as possible bcz i want to take loan from sbi for my financial requirements. Hdfc staff is not accepting my preclosure, telling that its not possible before 10th nov. So plz help me.
