    In the name of net pi to hsl sec a/c .the amount of 1299 got deducted from my hdfc salary account and when i called the customer care executive, they said it deducted for your trading account but i never applied for it .At the time of opening that account, the representative didnt tell me the hidden charges and they make me sign on 4-5 pages and now they are saying that, by your side only the request of trading account is initiated.i want my money back

      After successfully applied with Ref# HFR320439, INR500 deducted and message shown to me was I should receive acknowledgement and representative will contact me; but nothing happened till now.

      I didn't receive any confirmation sms/email/call.

      I have called customer care multiple times, but they have no update.

      Kindly update the status and send me FASTag asap.

        I have issue with one car decor shop .car galleria, Ulhasnagar, Kalyan .M.S.

        On 21 October 2019, I made purchase of 900 inr with my Hdfc debit card . Somehow merchant used m-swipe machine which shows transaction declined, happen 2 times . Finally I made cash payment .
        Merchant says transaction declined and money will be refunded within 24 or 48 hours . But it’s not case I so far not received it back in my account, the m swipe was already approved and invoices were generated . Please find below.

        Now merchant says they will check there account and will transfer money . I am continue follow up with merchant but they don’t responding .

          I have applied hdfc fasttag through online and made payment of rs.500.
          The reference number of the application is hfr324223.

          I have applied on 5th nov 2019 since then there is no updates and i did not receive any welcome letter to my registered e-mail. I dont find any way to track my application status.

          When trying to contact the toll free number, no response recieved.

            I dont understand on what basis they declined my application.
            Even though i have already given my 3 month previous bank statement of credit card as well as saving account.
            My credit score ia good enough as i have paid various dues on timely bais.
            There was no default till yet at such.
            I am also having account in this bank evwn though why did declined it.
            I am so much disappointed about this.
            I will close my account soon.
            I should be getting reason about this.
            I never defaulted any crefit card payment neither any consumer durable loan instead of this why did they declined my application even though i have already saving account in this bank.

            Well thank you so much for your revert.
            Please provide me proper reason so that i should versed with valid reason thereof.
            As i have never defaulted to any loan till yet neither any card dues but still being rejected is questionable for me that why my application was declined .
            Please provide me grounds.
            I amso much disappointed with this.
            I have submitted documents which i have particularly asked for.
            As i have applied on card to card basia i have already given my three month previous credit card statement along with all proof of residence adress.
            Looking forward for your valuable response.

              Please avoid taking fastag from hdfc:

              1. No instant message to you upon crossing toll hence many time you ended up in paying cash as you don't have proof. Later you need to claim with 1033.

              2. Excess debit on regular basis without any reason. They will deduct some random money in name of "manual debit" saying you skipped toll plaza and now you have to pay. Even you ask then to share details, they will not share anything and blacklist your tag if you don't pay manual debit charges.

              3. Pathetic and poor customer services. You call them they don't have anything to share most of the time and ask you to send email. No ack for emails and if you are lucky then only you may hear back after few months.

              4. Poor portal as many login options donot work.

              I would suggest not to go for it rather try some other vendor.

                I have transfer money from hdfc account to icici bank with rs 25000. It shows transfer successfully but when open rrn status"it has transaction time out" i have raised the complaint but still not received any money. I need this money as my emi is pending and hence transferred. I checked with icici bank and they said they have not received any money.

                Complaint no - punc[protected]

                Hdfc customer care executive was very arrogant and he denied to take my complaint when i called the first time, the second time the person took my complaint as both confirmed transaction was successful as per the hdfc portal. But i can see the transaction status is "transaction time out" when i open rrn under "view imps status" i have mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank.com but not heard any update from them.

                Please suggest what i need to do to get my money back.

                If you need screenshots i can provide.

                    Made a transaction of inr 81724 at homecenter (Lifestyle) on 3rd august 2019.
                    I am yet to recieve a cashback of 10%. Three months have passed, still not recieved..

                      I had applied HDFC MOMEY BACK CREDIT CARD IN MONTH OF OCTOBER, on basis if card to card basis.
                      I had already submitted required documents which was required.
                      1- 3 month Card statement
                      2- Adress proof (Bank statement)
                      I have already bank account in HDFC at other branch other than my residence adress.
                      Now whenever i am looking into my application
                      It always under process.
                      How much time it take to approve.
                      Even though it tooks sufficient time to lookout.
                      Even though my credit score is good enough to processed, as ihave various loan on my PAN and all dues were completely settled down on timely basis.
                      There is no such default it any case.
                      You may check out if it necessary.
                      Hereby i am attaching screenshot of my application number and pease revert with proper solution.

                        Hi

                        Rs 65000 have been held from my salary account upon contacting customer service i was informed that its some credit card payment overdue which is wrong since i havent used the hdfc credit card in over 3 years and to my knowledge it was closed long ago. Also, the credit limit of that card was somwhere around 25k, so how can i owe 65k? If its some added interest and everything then its completely wrong since i had no idea this was happening... The customer service said that they cannot help me with this and that they have arranged a call back.. Its been 5 days now no call has come... I called again and they gave me a no '[protected]' which doesnt go through... I have written mails but no reply... Nobody is helping me out... I need sumone to talk to about this grave communication gap since almost my entire salary has been held... The bank should understand that the person needs to take care of living expenses too... I need to pay my rent and other living expenses... Its just the start of the month... I spoke to one of the bank manager and explained all this to him and requested that i can make a payment of 10k now but please remove the hold on funds and i can pay the remaining once i have access to funds but again he said chennai head office has put a hold only they can remove it... But there is nothing i could find on how to get in touch with them..
                        Please understand that this was just a whole miscommunication since i never received any statements even for any outstanding amount let alone 65000.

I could see 542.74 inr is kept on hold in my account without any reason stating 'mirevenue hold through gefu'. I need that amount to be released from my account immediately.                             I checked in to the hdfc bank atm in motera, ahemedabad, (gujrat) date-5.11.19 at 22:18 pm.. Atm no S1ANAH87... And i was scheduled to recieve eve 10, 000 rupees as cash but my acc was debited by 10, 000 and i've not received any cash.. Please ensure that the cash wont switchto any other person and safely transferred back to my sbi account..

                              amb charges deduction every month on salary account

                              I have a salary account fro my company and whenever i have less amount in the account, these guys deduct amb charges of Rs 354. I don't understand even on salary accounts you guys are deducting the amb charges without even informing their customers. I want my amb charges to be refunded immediately or else i will never feel bad filing a case against the HDFC Noida branch sector 26....

                              Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1 year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. But now my oldhdfc exsisted old salary account showing -2000 balance.
                              The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 2000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                              I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                              Plz juistice to me. 2000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.                                 And paying through icici bank and had missed 2 emi in feb and march but paid the amount in the next month in cash and phone pay, the cash payment is approved but the phone pay payment is not approved nd they have not provided me any appropriate bill and now after 4 month they have hold my 5000 rs in my hdfc account without any information and bank people are giving me wrong information that it has been hold from hdfc ergo life but i hv also contacted the hdfc ergo loan department but they said, they have not done and dont have that much of limits, so there was no response from the both hdfc bank and ergo loan insurance department till now and i hv been explaning this issue from last 5 months to atleast 5 agents and they have not cleared this issue yet...

                                  Hi,

                                  In may 2019, i got a call from my hdfc relation manager mr. Jatin saying that based on my salary and salary account, hdfc is offering me lifetime free credit card diners club black international. They asked me to sign a document for smart pay activation, which i did.

                                  Now, after 4 months i. E. September 2019, they charged me rs 5000 + gst of 900. For this, i complained in customer care, and i got a call after 5 days that issue has been resolved and they will refund the fees and gst. I asked them to send an email confirmation about the same. But i did not get it for next 10 days. So, i wrote an email to customer care of hdfc credit card telling them about the situation. For my surprise, they told that card was lifetime free based on a condition that i will have to open a saving bank account in hdfc. I did not sign any such document as i already have a salary and savings account in hdfc bank.

                                  Now, when i am asking them to share the scanned copy of my credit card application form which i signed, they are denying for that.

                                  This is completely a big fraud first by my relationship manager mr. Jatin and then by hdfc bank as a whole.

                                  Please help me in this regard.

                                      The issue started when i start to maintain excess money in my fastag account balance in thousands. I came back from my native to bangalore yesterday, and all toll plaza got debited fine (Even checked my transaction history). Today i got below mail/msg saying there is a manual adjustment entry to my account amount for 430/- (The sum of all toll plaza i crossed yesterday itself is 330 only).

                                      1. Hdfc fastag helpline is unusable (Nobody picks up)
                                      2. 1033 national helpline guys told you need to take it up with the bank directly as it is not associated with any toll gate (Since manual entry charge)
                                      3. I request for a refund and a proper usable helpline number or email contact for any further issues like this as it very sensitive

                                      Even raised complaints in hdfc fast tag portal twice. Complaint submitted, status or complaint number received for tracking purpose. Not sure whether it is working.
