I have a demat account with hdfc. I have just made trading of only 10000 rs. For the first time and i am being charged a fee of 6000 which was not told to me. The message that i received was something like this, " inr 6136.55 debited from a/c xx8349 on 01-nov-19. Info: net pi to hsl sec a/c 3136144-[protected]. Avl bal:inr 51.91. Very disappointed with this. All of a sudden the charges are being deducted from the and no action is being taken. The bank staff asks us to contact the helpline number, which is useless. The executives have least knowledge about the product. Fed up and feeling helpless.

    Hi sir.. I am a defence personnel. I have loan of 4 lakh rupees in hdfc. Now i want to close my loan account by paying my due amount and preclosure charge 4%.
    I want close it as soon as possible bcz i want to take loan from sbi for my financial requirements. Hdfc staff is not accepting my preclosure, telling that its not possible before 10th nov. So plz help me.

        Hi,

        I open an account in hdfc bank with my last company but unfortunately i left that company, but my hdfc bank account would not close on that time. Suddenly today first time i try to login in hdfc internet banking and i found that my available balance is -7, 847.

        I never ever used this account before not any single transaction as well. Try to contact costumer, they are saying i have to pay all amount and have to visit to branch. Currently i stay in bangalore and this account branch is in noida so for me its not possible to visit there.

        According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
        Where should i approach now. Please help.

          On 3rd November i got message of my balance which was low by 295rs as i checked my mini statements it shows that it is DCD transaction but i came to know that i didnt make such transactions please solve my problem and credit my money to my bank account

                I have submit the mutual fund account closing form to hdfc kamal cinema, New delhi branch on 09.04.2019 but till the date my account is not closed and quarterly maintenance charges deducting i called the bank staff so she said once again you have to submit
                Is this the way HDFC BANK treated with the customer when i visited branch for account closing so bank staff said you are our classic customer please don’t close account with us.
                Seriously very bad experience i have faced with HDFC.

                      I am not interested in being part of one assist membership. I have been charged rs 1, 899 for the renewal on 02/11/2019. Kindly help to reverse the transaction and cancel the membership. I raised a complaint already by calling the customer care of one assist. But they refused to accept my request and they keep on saying the same story again and again just to desperately make me interested. Receiving money from people by forcing them to be part of something is unethical and a crime. Kindly help to cancel this membership.

                          According to me my emi should be rs 34444.44 but the bank is charging rs 35404 per/month
                          Sir we have not signed any papers after the bank said that the amount will be rs 35404. The bank has despatched the amount without our permission.. When we spoke in the bank the concerned person said that the colleague was new and he made this mistake and after a month the emi will be reduced.

                              Hi i have approached hdfc customer care to close my credit card on sep 2018 but after several mails i have got replay from customer care

[protected]@hdfcbank.com, they have requested a closure form with signature to close my cc on dec 2018, as per the mail the request i have signed and sent a attachment of credit card closure form with signature same month but after several reminders they did not closed my credit card, i tried to escalate this issue with customer service center but no resolution, now they have charged me annual fees,

                                  I was an agent with hdfc life insurance at pune. The manager over there mr. Kishor sabde (Circle head at law college road branch) is very arrogant in nature, he don't know how to deal with customer politely and he used his politics in every time to beat his colleagues. This types of managers definitely down the brand name of hdfclife insurance. I want to request the management please take it seriously otherwise the this types of peoples and manager will down your brand name in the market.

                                    I was mis guided by hdfc manager and took hdfc progrowth plus plan. I paid 2lakh rupees and the next premium is due this month. I was asked to check the fund value each time and when i checked it by giving missed call to a tollfree no. The value so far is 1, 81000. Which means the amount i paid is already under loss od 19000. If i would have done fixed deposit of my 2lakh rupess i would have got 14000 rupess as interest...

                                      I have got a agent (Rajan delhi zone) from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card then filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers.

                                      Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                                      This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                                      I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.
                                      Pathetic pathetic.
