Ii am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0924 without my concern on date:03/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. I don't want to spend money on all these things. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount. Don't activate this service in the future. I should have take legal action about this you will reverse the amount without any further delay.

    I happened to notice a deduction of some insurance value of 1899.00 from my statement of accounts - (Screenshot attached for your reference). I had never given any sort of approval for any card insurance to anybody. Who has approved this? Why has it been deducted from my account without my permission? I didnt even get any intimation of this on my contact number / email.

    Upon calling the customer care, they have told me that this is mandatory. How is insurance mandatory? I dont want insurance on my card. I want this cancelled with immediate effect and want the deducted amount to be refunded without fail.

      I have applied hdfc fasttag through online and made payment of rs.500.
      The reference number of the application is hfr310632.

      I have applied on 2nd nov 2019 since then there is no updates and i did not receive any welcome letter to my registered e-mail. I dont find any way to track my application status.

      When trying to contact the toll free number, no response recieved.

        I applied for the reissue of my fastag as my older fastag was damaged. I paid for the re-issue on the 30th of october. I have not yet recieved my new fastag yet.           On 30.10.19 at 03:04:26 pm when i reached at kherki daula toll plaza
          Gurugram, haryana 122004 by manual debit rs. 335 by manually named "debit adjustment" or "entry adjustment", only rs. 65 was supposed to be deducted as toll charge.

          But i have no due pending amount, and can be seen by statement (Attached).

          When i asked while returning, attending person replied that we don't know ask to customer care.

          Now i am getting for over due amount sms regularly. I am not recharging now as excess amount is already deducted.

          Kindly review and rsolve the issue.

            I have applied for fastag with reference no. Hfr293221 for 2 fastag for personal use but i have recieved a single fastag. Further on my portal 2 fastag are being shown with active status. The fastag with tag id 34161fa8203288ac043c90c0 has not yet been recieved. Kindly look into the matter. Further in courier recieved through blue dart by us contains only single fastag. Please provide us with second fastag delivery details asap.

              Received acknowledgement mail from hdfc dated on 17th oct with reference number hfr288840, and deliver assurance with in 7 days. When i tried to connect toll free number [protected] multiple times it wont connect and will get busy tone always. Still fastag not deliverd but i received notification like "your fastag has been recharged sucessfully like that. I didnt received shipment details as well to track it.

                I undersigned mr. Jignesh h pandya residence godhra. I availed loan facility from h d f c bank. I had paid regularly installment through chq. Of bank of baroda godhra. Station road branch.
                As per statement on 3rd march 2014. Bank had debited rs.2900/00. With ch. No15 for loan installment. But in account of h d f c loan a/c 23079440 not credited.
                On 18th march 2014 same instrument present for debiting account, and posted but chq. Returned.
                My quation where my amount of chq of rs.2900/-debiting account. After i inquired frequntly both bank. But not response. Thereafter my loan account showing outstanding around rs.8000/-
                Who responsible they did not give no objection certificate. We submited statement of both side. But they are not response.
                Sir i kindly request you for this issue and give justice.

                      I have purchased mobile in amazon on 7th oct and cancelled due to some issue. They have refunded on 10th oct and they shared refund reference number on 15th oct. But till now i have not received the refund. Actually i have bought this product with debit card emi, this month first emi 8551/- already debited from account. I have contacted hdfc bank with refund reference number they are telling that they are unable locate any refund from amazon with that refund reference number. For the same i have contacted amazon they are telling refund reference number generated by bank only how come they are telling they are unable find the refund reference number on their system. They were suggesting proceed leagally with the refund reference number. My total transaction amount 48999/- and this is 6months emi with 16% interest. Can you please help me to get my money back.

                        I am very displeased with costumer service and other services of bank of hdfc. It's been 5 days since i have filed complain of fraud transaction and response i had got that inquiry would be done and then we would return back. It's been 5 days since i filed complain and still no response from bank. I had asked them for reverse transaction as it was bank to bank trasaction. But still such attitude. I have filed fir and send mail to rbi, dm of noida and sp of noida. But didn't even get an acknowledge mail.

                        HDFC customer care number takes forever to be connected to call representative. No solid response from bank. Already filled customer card dispute form and submitted all the details they asked for. I am not sure for what they are waiting for? Fraudeur to withdraw all the money from his account or to close his account so that they can say there is nothing we can do.

                          Did not receive wallet id till date. Been chasing for a year now
                          My fastag is useless till now and it seems this tag is just fraudulent thing as i did not get proper resolution even after multiple calls and mails
                          I bought this fastag along with my car back in 2018 feb and did number of follow-ups with fastag team on mail however never received a resolution

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr319390. I did not received any acknowledgement email or any status update since last 4 days. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status @ er. [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

                              My 27105 got debited from my hdfc creditcard for tata cliq order id[protected] on 22/10/2019. On 23 tata cliq messaged me that he refunded 27105 in my hdfc credit card account with refund transaction no 75503729296034337859250 but till now 7/11/2019 hdfc bank not refunded it in my account. I have contacted several times to hdfc customer care. Please refund my money back urgently.

On 01.09.2019 stated that one unknown culprits had operated hdfc account without his knowledge. Later that he had purchased goods in itunes.com/bill pos online purchase for an amount of rs. 7, 900 using my debit card no:[protected]

                                  I have been receiving harassing phone calls since 10 days from an agent of hdfc bank regarding credit card payment of a relative.

                                  I am not an hfdc customer. I do not have an hdfc credit card. Yet this agent calls me repeatedly to ask about my relative whose payment is due. I do not understand how i am responsible in any way for the credit card of my relative with whom i barely speak.

                                  I have no idea how he got his hands on my phone number. But he calls me repeatedly.in case i am unable to answer the call for any reason, he calls me incessantly. At one point he called me 20 times from 20 different numbers in the span of 5 minutes. He deliberately provokes me with his language and doesn't listen to a word i have to say leading me to become very disturbed and agitated every time.

                                  I am unable to focus on my work or anything else because of this. I have complained to the customer care department of the bank, yet the issue has not been resolved till now.

                                  This is a case of breach of privacy and data misuse from hdfc.

                                  Please take necessary action against the bank for such brazenly unethical practices.

                                    I was chargedfor ach debit return charges twice i. E,[protected] &[protected] without intimation and i dont understand for what they charged this as i dont have any ach mandate returned in my account as of i know. Please help in this.

                                    We have checked our records and confirm that the charge levied to your account on November 06, 2019 pertains to ACH debit return done on October 10, 2019 for Rs. 13833. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in clearing.                                       Hi i have taken a personal loan no. 95670722 and i was told by the executive that my required loan amount of 300000 is approved for 3years for 11%. After dispursment i get to know that my it's for 12.99%and the executive have wrongly written as 60 months, but i have strictly asked him and agreed for 36months. It's totally executive fault i was given all false information. I need to change my tenure to 3years for 11% which was initially committed to me.

                                        I tried to call the customer care for today 3 times and what’s happen is that services provided by the hdfc customer care executives are very pathetic, i m very disappointed by these types
                                        Of services provided by this bank
                                        I think it’s my mistake to open a account in this bank
                                        Now the main thing will be that i will escalate this it on the social media as well.
                                        As the i made the request that - i have to make the credit card payment for which i raised the query, 3 weeks before that executive told me not to worry sir - your bill generate in the emi automatically.
                                        But once i received it.
                                        It’s complete amount have to pay
                                        Very disappointed by these types, now when i m raising a complain
                                        There is no one to take the owner ship of this
                                        Once i made the request to make the call with the senior, that executive disconnect the call and talking very rudely with me.
                                        As this the way to talk with the customer
                                        Again i called but no response and call get disconnect by executive - ms shikha

                                        Now i want to it resolve it now on the priority
                                        U think customers are fool or some thing like that your representative not have the way to talk the customer

                                        Because as per the previous executive commitment
                                        To do the best that i want to paid in the emi only.
                                        All the transactions and all details are there at the time i talked to that lady who give me this commitment for that.

                                        It’s urr representive duty that have to describe all the the policy have to be clear before any proceedings to be done.

                                        Now provide me the resolution or else i go in the consumer court and escalate this in to the social media as well
                                        As i have the recording also of that lady and all the representative to whom i had a word with.
