I purchased hdfc fastag, on 15 th september 2019, the tag which i received was not working even i recharged it online. I faced humiliation at the toll plaza where even after recharge i had to pay by cash there. Now as per their advice, i paid 100/- inr for reissue of the tag on 19 th october 2019 and till date (4/11/2019), i have not received it. Having lots of telephonic conversations with customer care every time i get recorded reply of "we have forwarded your complaint and it will be delivered in next 10 working days".
I request all not to go after hdfc fastag due to very unprofessional approach. Be safe, get any other.
