Hi

Rs 65000 have been held from my salary account upon contacting customer service i was informed that its some credit card payment overdue which is wrong since i havent used the hdfc credit card in over 3 years and to my knowledge it was closed long ago. Also, the credit limit of that card was somwhere around 25k, so how can i owe 65k? If its some added interest and everything then its completely wrong since i had no idea this was happening... The customer service said that they cannot help me with this and that they have arranged a call back.. Its been 5 days now no call has come... I called again and they gave me a no '[protected]' which doesnt go through... I have written mails but no reply... Nobody is helping me out... I need sumone to talk to about this grave communication gap since almost my entire salary has been held... The bank should understand that the person needs to take care of living expenses too... I need to pay my rent and other living expenses... Its just the start of the month... I spoke to one of the bank manager and explained all this to him and requested that i can make a payment of 10k now but please remove the hold on funds and i can pay the remaining once i have access to funds but again he said chennai head office has put a hold only they can remove it... But there is nothing i could find on how to get in touch with them..
Please understand that this was just a whole miscommunication since i never received any statements even for any outstanding amount let alone 65000.

      I checked in to the hdfc bank atm in motera, ahemedabad, (gujrat) date-5.11.19 at 22:18 pm.. Atm no S1ANAH87... And i was scheduled to recieve eve 10, 000 rupees as cash but my acc was debited by 10, 000 and i've not received any cash.. Please ensure that the cash wont switchto any other person and safely transferred back to my sbi account..

        amb charges deduction every month on salary account

        I have a salary account fro my company and whenever i have less amount in the account, these guys deduct amb charges of Rs 354. I don't understand even on salary accounts you guys are deducting the amb charges without even informing their customers. I want my amb charges to be refunded immediately or else i will never feel bad filing a case against the HDFC Noida branch sector 26....

        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1 year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. But now my oldhdfc exsisted old salary account showing -2000 balance.
        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 2000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
        I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
        Plz juistice to me. 2000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

        Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.         According to RBI GUIDELINES no bank can charge non maintenance charge after the balance reaches zero. What you hdfc bank is doing is illegal return my current balance to zero or else i have to report you to rbi

          I have taken a bike loan in hdfc ergo
          And paying through icici bank and had missed 2 emi in feb and march but paid the amount in the next month in cash and phone pay, the cash payment is approved but the phone pay payment is not approved nd they have not provided me any appropriate bill and now after 4 month they have hold my 5000 rs in my hdfc account without any information and bank people are giving me wrong information that it has been hold from hdfc ergo life but i hv also contacted the hdfc ergo loan department but they said, they have not done and dont have that much of limits, so there was no response from the both hdfc bank and ergo loan insurance department till now and i hv been explaning this issue from last 5 months to atleast 5 agents and they have not cleared this issue yet...

            Hi,

            In may 2019, i got a call from my hdfc relation manager mr. Jatin saying that based on my salary and salary account, hdfc is offering me lifetime free credit card diners club black international. They asked me to sign a document for smart pay activation, which i did.

            Now, after 4 months i. E. September 2019, they charged me rs 5000 + gst of 900. For this, i complained in customer care, and i got a call after 5 days that issue has been resolved and they will refund the fees and gst. I asked them to send an email confirmation about the same. But i did not get it for next 10 days. So, i wrote an email to customer care of hdfc credit card telling them about the situation. For my surprise, they told that card was lifetime free based on a condition that i will have to open a saving bank account in hdfc. I did not sign any such document as i already have a salary and savings account in hdfc bank.

            Now, when i am asking them to share the scanned copy of my credit card application form which i signed, they are denying for that.

            This is completely a big fraud first by my relationship manager mr. Jatin and then by hdfc bank as a whole.

            Please help me in this regard.

                The issue started when i start to maintain excess money in my fastag account balance in thousands. I came back from my native to bangalore yesterday, and all toll plaza got debited fine (Even checked my transaction history). Today i got below mail/msg saying there is a manual adjustment entry to my account amount for 430/- (The sum of all toll plaza i crossed yesterday itself is 330 only).

                1. Hdfc fastag helpline is unusable (Nobody picks up)
                2. 1033 national helpline guys told you need to take it up with the bank directly as it is not associated with any toll gate (Since manual entry charge)
                3. I request for a refund and a proper usable helpline number or email contact for any further issues like this as it very sensitive

                Even raised complaints in hdfc fast tag portal twice. Complaint submitted, status or complaint number received for tracking purpose. Not sure whether it is working.

                  I have applied for hdfc credit card, when the customer executive calls me they don’t say anything, you could hear the background noise for a long time and they hang up just like that, without saying anything. And they don’t even call you back until you apply for card again from site and again the same process. It’s not first time i applied for at least 4-5 times still i am having this problem.

                    unable to receive otp - nri account

                    I am not getting otp when i initiate transfer or try purchasing stuff online. I tried both the options - email and mobile and its not getting delivered.

                    The unfortunate part is - i am unable to raise a complaint in hdfc bank portal - it asks for a country code and if i type 1 its not accepting it. If you have a portal that can be used only from india... Please dont ask people to convert their account to nri account. I tried...

                    I had made a complaint about unauthorized ecs. They refused to help only because of 600 rs charge. After speaking to priya nair from the branch said to give a letter and sign the ecs stop form. I made the complaint earlier but they asked me to go on some link and enter details. That link is unaccesible. This is all trick by hdfc. I went to the mira rd branch and twice submitted the details. But they are saying they earn 60000 rs a year because of me.

                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
                      The reference number of the application is hfr315822.
                      I have applied on 3rd nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

                      I had tried three times to purchase Fastag, twice it was failed, even if the amount was debited from my account. Third time I succeeded with Ref No.: HFR605889. But till now I had not received any communication either mail or Text message. Also my failure transaction amount had yet not reverse to my account. Trying the tollfree no, but always same no is busy.

                      I too have applied. unfortunately the HDFC website gave an error after debiting my payment. I do not even have the fastag number. I do not now how to proceed in the matter. their contact number is not reachable at all

                          Since i open my hdfc account as salary account after leaving the company i didn't use my account and but later i come to to know that my account was in minus -9000 so after talking with the branch manager they reversed my account into 0 zero on july 2019, now i'm working in a company and my monthly salary is 15000 but when on oct 29th when my salary was credited you deducted 4961 on 2nd nov without any confirmation so itz like now im working to pay hdfc because itz looks like you are deducting the amount which was in minus before and i'm not happy because now i don't want to work 10hours a day and let you let you take my hard earned my money. So kindly return my money back.

                                The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 707.30 as "mi revenue hold through gefu" on 04 nov 2019, why and how a debit account value can be negative, when it will be cleared?

                                I need clarification about negative money in my account.

                                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                  I tried to load money for 3000 in PayZapp from my Yes Bank credit card, the money got debited but still it's not reflecting in my PayZapp wallet. I want the money in PayZapp wallet or else refund back to my Yes bank credit card asap.

                                    AMB Charges Debited by HDFC Bank
                                    My account has been debited twice with Rs.488.92 for "AMB CHRG INCL GST for oct 2019 without any prior intimation or alert.

                                    I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced.

                                    If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

                                    Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions otherwise I have to CLOSE my account with HDFC Bank forever.
