I am not interested in being part of one assist membership. I have been charged rs 1, 899 for the renewal on 02/11/2019. Kindly help to reverse the transaction and cancel the membership. I raised a complaint already by calling the customer care of one assist. But they refused to accept my request and they keep on saying the same story again and again just to desperately make me interested. Receiving money from people by forcing them to be part of something is unethical and a crime. Kindly help to cancel this membership.

    I have hdfc bank account and personal loan from hdfc bank. I paid every month emi 2461/-. My due date is 7th on every month. But last month bank received emi from my account on 8th. Later on 9th 649/- deducted from my account because of overdue loan. What is the reason for overdue. I have sufficient funds on my account on 7th (Due date) and after that the bank deducted amount of 238/- two times (9th october 2019 & 23rd october 2019) for emi rtn charges. Can you please tell me what is the reason for deducting these amount from my account.

      Rate of interest as per discussion was 8% (Flat)
      Processing fee-rs 11800
      Pf-1%
      Gst-18%
      Tenure 36 months
      According to me my emi should be rs 34444.44 but the bank is charging rs 35404 per/month
      Sir we have not signed any papers after the bank said that the amount will be rs 35404. The bank has despatched the amount without our permission.. When we spoke in the bank the concerned person said that the colleague was new and he made this mistake and after a month the emi will be reduced.

      No step has been taken, They promises from second month emi will be reduce but nothing happen. I will also like to tell that they have disparse loan with my signature . I said them before only ur interest rate is high as per discussion so i don't want loan from you.

        My name is talvindar singh. And i have 70000 amount remaining. I want to settle the amount. Please contact me asap. Actually i am going through the some financial crisis. But i want settle the balance. I am hdfc bank credit card holder. And i couldn't pay for last 1 year. So kindly contact me for this. Because i got a mail from hdfc bank advocate that they will file a case against me foe using the credit card and not paying the amount which was totally unintentionally.           Hi i have approached hdfc customer care to close my credit card on sep 2018 but after several mails i have got replay from customer care
          Mail id : customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, they have requested a closure form with signature to close my cc on dec 2018, as per the mail the request i have signed and sent a attachment of credit card closure form with signature same month but after several reminders they did not closed my credit card, i tried to escalate this issue with customer service center but no resolution, now they have charged me annual fees,

          Need a immediate solution on this.

            These above charges are deducted from my account without my notice.
            I am having account with hdfc bank and i am one of the premium customers but hdfc bank has deducted the above charges without my knowledge amounting rs.909/- which is not correct. Please solve my problem at the earliest.

              I was an agent with hdfc life insurance at pune. The manager over there mr. Kishor sabde (Circle head at law college road branch) is very arrogant in nature, he don't know how to deal with customer politely and he used his politics in every time to beat his colleagues. This types of managers definitely down the brand name of hdfclife insurance. I want to request the management please take it seriously otherwise the this types of peoples and manager will down your brand name in the market.

                fraud and cheated by hdfc manager

                Dear sir,
                I was mis guided by hdfc manager and took hdfc progrowth plus plan. I paid 2lakh rupees and the next premium is due this month. I was asked to check the fund value each time and when i checked it by giving missed call to a tollfree no. The value so far is 1, 81000. Which means the amount i paid is already under loss od 19000. If i would have done fixed deposit of my 2lakh rupess i would have got 14000 rupess as interest...

                Its been 15 days back hdfc kept a fund of rupees 4120/- on hold without any reason and it was showing negative and today when i receive salary from company unnecessary my amount got deducted because of negative balance. From first day i was mailing them visited branch also however no reply and they are not bothering. Where should i complain.

                  I have got a agent (Rajan delhi zone) from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card then filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers.

                  Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                  This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                  I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.
                  Pathetic pathetic.

                      I have ordered one mobile from flipkart
                      Order id - od[protected] on 30th october 2019. I have immediately cancelled the purchase due to some valid reasons. The flipkart immediately initiated the process of refund. However, i keep getting messages for cancelled loan number 52296609 that emi details for 6 months. Hdfc has to update this cancellation and acknowledge. Request them to do the same at the earliest

                          Hello, i am very furious and frustrated with your agents who sold me personal loan for which acct number is 94389122. They promised that there wont be any processing fees but i hv been charged 4000+719 which is not acceptable. I have chasing those 2 ladies for over a month now and they have been pushing it stating they will give me refund of the said amount. Around 15th oct they did transfer 2k and remaining promised to be paid by end of october. But now they not answering my call or replying to my msgs. They are your representative chosen by you so this definitely destroys your image and breaks trust of your client. I hope you guys will be able to help resolve this and close it at the earliest.

                            I submitted all my documents one after one, but their requirement is not full fil. They always demand new document one after one when i submitted the previous demanded documents. When they have to sell the insurance they call again and again, give ads, always talk about benefits, but the reality behind this is very bad. I do not suggest anyone buy hdfc ergo policy. I paid emis of my loan but they told me by a letter that i am not interested in claim. Very cheap minded staff, their moto is to not giving any claim to anybody.

                              I must file a legal complaint if the following issue is not resolved. Please look into this very urgently.

                              My transaction id is 76751492 dated 27th sept 2019 for amount of inr 1, 100. The transaction status shows success in payzapp. However in my bill generated by the vendor for the next month, the vendor says that payment is outstanding. A system-generated response from payzapp was received on 16th oct 2019 that the issue will be resolved within 5 working days & the amount will be refunded within 5-10 working days fro the date of transaction. However, no action has been taken yet. after enquiring

                              The worst part - hdfc bank & payzapp customer care does not exist. Most pathetic customer suppport ever.

                                On 31st-oct.2019 i deposited 8000 in my bank account for my emi but today on 1st-nov.2019 when i saw some amount is automatically deducted from my account without any approval and without any intimation.
                                When i check by net banking rs. 487 was on hold i don't know why but it was showing hold and on 2nd - nov.2019 my emi will be deducting from my account if any penalty or any extra charges will be applied on you are liable for that.
                                I request them to please do the needful for me and provide me my amount back.

But why there is so much hassles with hdfc credit card application.
