Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Credit Card
The issue that I have experienced was: I am manan kadhi. I am ex- holder of credit card.
I settled my credit card with amount 22, 000/- in April 19 month.
I paid that amount in 2 part, 1 is 3, 500/- on 12-04-19 & 2 is 18, 500/- on 20-04-19.
Hence till date my saving account hold removed by bank.
It's pending since 20-04-19.
I visited bank and collection manager mr. Shailesh jethva many times for resolve this issue but till no resolution done by bank.
Every month i received monthly credit card statement and in sept 19 o received legal notice for pending payment.
I attached both receipts, Bank settlement letter and legal notice for your reference.
Request to resolve my issue ASAP.
It occurred on: 20/04/2019
Request to HDFC BANK Remove hold in saving account no. [protected].
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
