Stay away from hdfc bank, my name is aman verma i live in delhi, mukherjee nagar. My hdfc bank account no is[protected] account opening dated 12-4-19. Recently vikas mr vikas is a sales repersantive of this hdfc account bank in mukherjee nagar. Mobile no of vikas is [protected]. They said me my account maintainece balance is only 5000 rs per month. But some time i deposied in some cash 4000 in my bank account but this is chargeable 328 rs chrages bank from me. Then i call vikas and tell our problem but vikas said me sir this is student account only for internet net banking purpose not use for cash deposites, or demand draft. So please use only net banking. Then i said you misguide me.

Second thing is that i had change my residence but they call me for kyc after 4 months. Please guys dont go with hdfc bank my contact no is this [protected].. Thereby i notified of change in average quaterly balance. They said me no then how can i do this yaar. Dont trust sales person always cheat you always

    I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 26 september 2019.

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399.
    Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info.

          I have resigned many times. But the result is zero. Then i go to upper authories and i sent the mail to vikram sharma asm and upper authorities but they ignored the mail i have to show the certificate to show that i worked for hdfc bank but i have nothing to show. Pls do any action on this so that i can make my future better.

            I did a flight booking through payzapp total amount of 2400 dated on 27th september 2019, money got deducted but the ticket is not booked and no any conformation. When i call a tollfree number regarding this issue they say that it is not payzapp customercare. The number which i called is provided in the app only. What i have to do? I sent a mail to support but there is no response.

                I am the holder of hdfc bank. I have an issue with my bank account number[protected]. My account balance was deducted due to dc intl pos txn. I recently purchase through hdfc account debit card with gst amount. This is not fair. There is no such information. Hdfc bank stole my money like a thief. I'm so frustrated when i saw my account minus balance.

                Debit Card usage for withdrawal at International ATMs will attract a charge of Rs 25 per balance inquiry and Rs 125 per cash withdrawal (plus GST). There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + Difference in foreign currency Rate (Its the difference in foreign currency rate on the date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}). Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction.                   I had applied for credit card in hdfc when iam workong in ninjacart company the verification everything has done by hdfc card membersbut now bluecart courier person was not deliverved the hdfc credit card to me the issue is the courier person asked the security gaurd he said she is not working here... Thats why the courier person has not deliverd and he spoken with me very rude... Yes now i regined in that company 3days back because of i got another job oppurtuninty so...                     Hi,

                    I took a consumer loan from hdfc bank in august of 2018 for buying an iphone. I had an outstanding credit score of 800+ that time hence got the loan easily. But on diwali on 2018 i was in a severe road accident that resulted in my loss of job and high medical expenses. This resulted in me defaulting on many of my loans and credits (Hdfc one of them). I paid as much as i could from my savings when recovery or collection agents came to my place till january or february of 2019 or so.
                    But amounting bills and expense prohibited me from making those payment. My cibil score took a drastic hit and i was trying hard to find a job and make ends meet.
                    Today (Sept 27 2019) a recovery agent by the name of farhat representing the bank called up my father who is 73 years old and threatened him with goons. Then she spoke to my wife and insulted her badly calling her names as i was unavailable.
                    My wife gave me her number and i called up the lady. She was extremely rude. Threatened me with police lock up and sending boys to my home for recovery. I informed her she is crossing a line and can not threaten me so. But my words fell on deaf ears. She then proceeded to make fun of my father's religious practices and insulted my wife. When i informed her the call is getting recorded and asked her to repeat she did not do so.
                    The number she called from [protected].

                    Please help from this tough situation. I can not say of i will be able to pay off the bank. I am willing to comply with indian laws and will abide with court decisions if bank prosecutes me.

                          I applied for a hdfc fasttag on 21 st sep 2019. I received confirmation and activation details through sms. But i did not receive the tag physically. I enquired through the toll no. They said application is in progress only. They asked me to send all documents again through email. I decided to cancel my application due to poor response. But even cancellation is a long process, refund is thru dd and penalty of 100 is charged. Extremely poor service.

                              I applied for a FAs tag thru HDFC Bank on the 7th of August 2019. I made my payment thru my debit card. after payment I did not get any reference number so I called up their help line. I was told to wait for 15 days. after 15 days I contacted their representative to check on the same and she told me it takes time so to wait for one more weeks. After three weeks i call he up again and she tells me that without a reference number she cannot help me. I then contact my branch manager to help me out. apart from asking for many details ts now 26 th of september and they have not found a solution.
                              they confirm that my card has been debited for 500 ruppees for FAS tag, however i am surprised that till now they havenot been able to solve my issue nor refund my money back. I looked uptheir website to raise a complaint so I could then write to the banking ombudsman, but their web site does not have any drop down relating to FAS tag complaints. what is concerning is that i made the payment thru HDFC debit card itself and still they are unable to do anyting. I am very sure there are many customers like me who have lost their money but since the amoutn is just 500 they hesitate to take this up with higher authorities. request your help

                              clearly HDFC bank is now washing thir hands off this issue. looking at all the other complaints, the reply you give is the same??
                              I have applied for Fastag through HDFC NetBanking on 09/10/2019. Required amount has been deducted but still did not receive Fastag. Tried calling their helpline number but still no response.

                                I received a message from hdfc as follows:

                                “dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to edunetwork private limited with value rs. 798.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.”

                                I have not applied for any such thing. Kindly help me resolve this issue.

                                    I got call from credit card department regarding my pending payment and i told him i ll get it done today, i got busy in some work and got call again after 2 hrs and the executive started abusing. Who the hell gave you that right. If i delay my payment i ll pay late fee i ll pay interest. H. D. F. C has hired worst staff, who dont even know how to talk. Mr raman yaduvanshi called me from credit card department and threatened me that he has my address and ll send goons to beat me. H. D. F. C please maintain your standard and hire good staff not cheap illiterate people who dont know how to talk.

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1999/- from my credit card number ending with 4966 without my concern on date:24/09/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1999/-
