The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful and wasn't able to give me any possible reply or help me. It was sudden i didn't get any message neither an email. My account got credited by 4500 just recently and now it has a negative balance of rupees 3, 075.57.
Lot of people are facing issues because of such steps by hdfc bank and many times the issue is not even addressed properly and the customer has no choice but to just let it go. A strict action must be taken on them.
Please help.

    HDFC Bank keep charging NEFT charges and they have charged for me in bulk in Sep, 19, inspite of RBI instruction for NEFT free transaction from 1st Jul 19. Even though in HDFC website, it is written, NEFT transaction are free still they keep charging in one form or other. HDFC started cheating customer and now action should be taken before they do big scam or cheat millions of people in the Country. They have charged for 5 transaction at a time, as I was thing it's free from 1st Jul, 19 after RBI instruction. Details are as below-

    Customer care executive (Ganesh, Abhishek) and bank manager (Adil mirja-[protected]) are behaving very rudely and they don't care at all of customer problems. Now, if I want to close account due to poor service, they are asking INR 500/- as it is with in a year. HDFC Bank now becoming lootera bank. I request appropriate action on HDFC bank and reverse all the NEFT charges, charged by them and close my account without any charges.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I was unemployed from November 30, i was paying until march with reserve i had after that i was not able to pay dues. I was also got in to lot of family problems, ill health and mental pressure due to this.Â
      HDFC bank taken my car during may. i did not aware of that i was ill also staying in my wifes home. i paid one month due on june at that time only i came to know that they have taken my car. I called them and informed them after i get the job i will pay but they said unless you pay fully we cannot give the car. i asked for my things in the car on June 21.
      Please find the mail attachments for details...

      They have no keys of the car and no registration copy.

      Now i recovered little bit and today (28/09/2019)i went to collect things. they said the car was sold and gave me only following things. Please find the mail attachments for details.
      Premises were things collected. Persons Incharge in the parking space Siddharth who only gave things, Two watch Mans from Leo staffing service Selvaraj and Jayaraman.
      AGS Parking SpaceDr.subraya Nagar 3rd street, kodambakkam, Chennai 24.

      My Panchaloka Balaji Idol was Missing, one monitor missing, and i kept beautiful pillows for decoration missing.
      I found that the car registration was still in my name.

        I am reaching out to you because I am following up with HDFC Team from last 1 month but not getting any help from them.

        Request you to have a look on my concern given below and help me to get my refund.

        “My policy # 21742217 was issued on 21th Aug 2019 and I have sent policy cancellation request on 22nd Aug 2019. They asked to submit few documents and I submitted those. But till now policy has not been cancelled and not refunded. Now they are not responding of my emails. Could you please help me to get it cancelled and get my 10000 rupees back.

          Refund transaction number:
          20190903111212801300168245343013007. I was supposed to receive a refund of rs 1623 from an online merchant atleast 2 weeks ago. The merchant has communicated to me that they have initiated the refund and it's the bank who has not processed it. Could you pls let me know as to why haven't i received the refund yet? I'm saddened by the customer care that hdfc has provided. I have been trying to get in touch with customer care for a while now, but no response received.

            While withdrawing money from ATM, it was shown as timed out but the money was deducted from account but not dispensed from ATM.

            The HDFC ivrs is very hard that i couldn't find an option speak to the bank official.

              Hi team,

              I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 21st September 2019, during when I did a payment of Rs. 2200 but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 2200 got deducted from my account.

              I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

              I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

                I am sharmil kumar working in arcadia consulting services pvt ltd, for 5 year 5month. I have applied the personal loan in hdfc and it is not approved. I have spoken to my hdfc advisors they said i had some problem in 2016 but they don't know the reason for rejection. Ric team have rejected the request. I don't what is the problem and how to rectify it. Kindly check on this asap

                  Stay away from hdfc bank, my name is aman verma i live in delhi, mukherjee nagar. My hdfc bank account no is[protected] account opening dated 12-4-19. Recently vikas mr vikas is a sales repersantive of this hdfc account bank in mukherjee nagar. Mobile no of vikas is [protected]. They said me my account maintainece balance is only 5000 rs per month. But some time i deposied in some cash 4000 in my bank account but this is chargeable 328 rs chrages bank from me. Then i call vikas and tell our problem but vikas said me sir this is student account only for internet net banking purpose not use for cash deposites, or demand draft. So please use only net banking. Then i said you misguide me.

                  Second thing is that i had change my residence but they call me for kyc after 4 months. Please guys dont go with hdfc bank my contact no is this [protected].. Thereby i notified of change in average quaterly balance. They said me no then how can i do this yaar. Dont trust sales person always cheat you always

                    I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 26 september 2019.

                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399.

                            I did a flight booking through payzapp total amount of 2400 dated on 27th september 2019, money got deducted but the ticket is not booked and no any conformation. When i call a tollfree number regarding this issue they say that it is not payzapp customercare. The number which i called is provided in the app only. What i have to do? I sent a mail to support but there is no response.

                                I am the holder of hdfc bank. I have an issue with my bank account number[protected]. My account balance was deducted due to dc intl pos txn. I recently purchase through hdfc account debit card with gst amount. This is not fair. There is no such information. Hdfc bank stole my money like a thief. I'm so frustrated when i saw my account minus balance.

                                Debit Card usage for withdrawal at International ATMs will attract a charge of Rs 25 per balance inquiry and Rs 125 per cash withdrawal (plus GST). There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + Difference in foreign currency Rate (Its the difference in foreign currency rate on the date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}). Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction.                                   I had applied for credit card in hdfc when iam workong in ninjacart company the verification everything has done by hdfc card membersbut now bluecart courier person was not deliverved the hdfc credit card to me the issue is the courier person asked the security gaurd he said she is not working here... Thats why the courier person has not deliverd and he spoken with me very rude... Yes now i regined in that company 3days back because of i got another job oppurtuninty so...                                     Hi,

                                    I took a consumer loan from hdfc bank in august of 2018 for buying an iphone. I had an outstanding credit score of 800+ that time hence got the loan easily. But on diwali on 2018 i was in a severe road accident that resulted in my loss of job and high medical expenses. This resulted in me defaulting on many of my loans and credits (Hdfc one of them). I paid as much as i could from my savings when recovery or collection agents came to my place till january or february of 2019 or so.
                                    But amounting bills and expense prohibited me from making those payment. My cibil score took a drastic hit and i was trying hard to find a job and make ends meet.
                                    Today (Sept 27 2019) a recovery agent by the name of farhat representing the bank called up my father who is 73 years old and threatened him with goons. Then she spoke to my wife and insulted her badly calling her names as i was unavailable.
                                    My wife gave me her number and i called up the lady. She was extremely rude. Threatened me with police lock up and sending boys to my home for recovery. I informed her she is crossing a line and can not threaten me so. But my words fell on deaf ears. She then proceeded to make fun of my father's religious practices and insulted my wife. When i informed her the call is getting recorded and asked her to repeat she did not do so.
                                    The number she called from [protected].

                                    Please help from this tough situation. I can not say of i will be able to pay off the bank. I am willing to comply with indian laws and will abide with court decisions if bank prosecutes me.

                                        I am a goverment servent and want to open a saving account in hdfc bank so i visited hdfc branch on 26 sep they said that they would call me.
                                        After that i applied online for opening account on 26 sep.
                                        Today 27 sep bank representative called me and said that i am not able to open an account.
                                        Because my resident is out of the bank service range.
                                        I want to know what is the bank service range distance.
                                        Please guide me its urgent.
