Hi,

I have received a message - "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc issued to hdfcltd with value rs. 89602.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch". I haven't given any mandate. Please resolve this and let me know the reason for such fraud messages. I will also escalate and take a legal action against this....

fastag sticker not received

I have applied for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th aug-19, reference number hfr222328. Still i have not received the sticker. I tried calling the customer care number [protected] multiple times but no response. I'm a preferred hdfc customer and this is the first time i'm facing very bad experience with hdfc bank. Kindly request to look into this.

I have paid inr 500 from my hdfc account thorough online and inr 200 has been recharged....

imps transaction timed out - amount is deducted but has not been received by the beneficiary

I performed the imps transaction on 9th september for amount rs. 9900, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via hdfc mobile banking app.

I received transaction timed-out message on my registered mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not received by the beneficiary as well.

Please check and let me know if this amount will be refunded or will reach the beneficiary. Please...

It's almost 22 days have passed from the date of my application for fastag. The application was made through your bank branch, but still i am waiting for the same..
At the time of application it was confirmed by your representative that i would get the fastag within 7 days, but i am still waiting for the same.
I have written three/four mails to 1pay, your customer care and your branch manager but in vein and still i am waiting...

finance & over limit charges and refusing to give emi option

Hi team,

Finance charge has been deducted rs.833.61 on aug 14th.

For that i have dropped many mail to reverse or give emi option but they denied to refund and refused to give emi option.

And late fee has been deducted rs.800 on sep 6th.
Then overlimit fee has been deducted rs.500 on sep 7th.
All charges deducted with gst.

Totally rs. 2133 + gst.

got the reversal message but money didn't came in account

I have done 2 transactions.

1. Irctc : i booked the ticket but later i cancelled the ticket & got a message from hdfc bank that my account is reversed/credited with the amount, but it is not reflecting in my bank account.

2. Makemytrip (Amazon pay payment mode): i have booked and cancelled a hotel, for this also i got the reversal message but the amount is not credited back....

I am trying to login on fastag.hdfc.com but not able to login.
i got the message the day i got my fastag with my new car but i have tried to open with using my customer id and wallet but it is showing no records available for this customer id .
i don't know how the car dealer recharged this account let me know this card is valid or not so i can apply some other bank or paytm.

hdfc relationship manager

I had applied for my debit card on 27th august and it has been 10 working days and i have not received my debit card yet, my online transactions are on hold because of this delay. This incident happened on 31st aug 2019.. Hdfc collections representative called and asked for the payment. I told them it will take time to process the payment as there was network issue.. after cleared hdfc home loan emi still pending 24 emi.

1. Loan disbursed rs 1125000 for 216 months emi as on 23 rd august 2017.
2. As on 8th september 2019, still pending 214 months emi after paid all the emi's and after got home loan subsidy rs 2.49 l
3. While interest go up bank charged extra and increase the tenure but while interest gone down bank not charged low and not decrease the tenure.
4. Not provide the proper transferant statement according to tenure.
