Hi team,
I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 21st September 2019, during when I did a payment of Rs. 2200 but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 2200 got deducted from my account.
I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 29th October 2020. However amount got debited but order was not placed.
I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.
