We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 3 years. Due to some my health problems actually i have operated a surgery that is why i couldn't payment on time from last 4 to 5 months. I were adimt in hospital many time in this duration so please
I kindly request you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, all other tax from may 2019 to till date as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.
Incase you are not making waiver off the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note
