Hi, i have updated my uk number in my bank account a few months ago, and i have been getting all the opts instantly on that number, but i am not getting them anymore. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
I didn't get an otp a day before then it worked yesterday, and now it stopped working again. I am trying to do a payment online and i am not able to receive an otp now. This is very annoying and frustrating.
Can you please check why this is happening?

    I didn't make lump transactions. but I had lost Rs 166 and Rs 177 from my account.

    i request you to refund these unnecessary charges to my account back and make sure these actions will not repeat again. If any mistakes from my side, please let me know.

      My home branch is in roorkee, i have opened my ppf account by online dated 29/09/2019 and it has been opened after 24 hr, when i have checked the status of my ppf account it has been opened but my branch shows as anna nagar i, since m from roorkee how it opened from anna nagar without my concern, unable to understand how it is possible, now please suggest further action.

          Hai hdfc bank,
          I am taken persanol loan 200000 in hdfc in 2015 year. On 2019 june month some mistakes happen settled with 50000 amount... But after i realise my cibil score. Then my pending dues full clear in july 27... But still my account status is show settled.. Please update my status with closed. And one more error is in my cibil score. I am talen loan 200000. But in detailes writeof amount is 368500. How is this posible.. Please correction all my details.

            Hi,

            I took hdfc credit card in july 2018 and as per they there is no annual charges of that. After that they charge me 1000 rs by saying its annual charges, then they again charged 1000 rs in july as card renewal charges. Then i closed my card and denied renewing the card. They agreed to cancel and remove the charges.
            Now they are auto debiting the amount from my bank account and giving me slangs you have to.

            Why are they charging twice? It's just 1 year.
            They are mentally torturing me. They lie 100 times for this.
            One customer representive saying x thing another saying y thing.
            I also went to bank and they say the amount will not deduct just re-register the card. Now they are debiting it from bank.

              I accidentally over paid my credit card bill amount.
              After I realized that, i tried to immediately reach them.

              But by any means I could not contact HDFC representative. I did not get any options to talk to phone banking person in their IVRS system.
              I sent e-mail..no response.

              My last hope is to visit branch.

                I have transferred 10000 rs to my friend mobile number in payzapp, where he don't have the payzapp. My money got deducted from my credit card and my friend also not received the money. I don't where it got stuck. I tried reaching payzapp customer care but no response from their end if i tried reaching out hdfc bank customer care they are telling to reach payzapp customer care, now where to go if they have not received the complaint. Please resolve this issue.

                    This is to give in your kind notice that there is a fraud transaction of rs.24000 from my hdfc bank account to a paytm account paytm3024646 which i have not done i want to refund my money back. The bank says that i have received otps for the transaction but there is no otps received by the bank. They are not refunding my money. I am not able to manage my expenses and in short of money. Sir was talk to direct in mca india they told me that we had attached and link to your bank account. But till now my account is under no debit i have provided audio confirmation of mca india with branch manager shakti nagar but stil my account is not properly working i cannot transaction in my account please help me. I m unable pay salery of employee and expenses and shot out this matter as soon as possible hdfc bank shakti nagar branch not remove no debit. All the required documents are summited.

                          I was using credit card of hdfc from last 5 months but due to some medical emergency i was not able to make payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account.
                          But in the month of may i lost my job phone. Regarding amount to be paid or lien i have not received any call.
                          On 2nd there was lien on my savings account without any prior notice after the salary was credited in my account and i am stuck with no money for the entire month.

                          As there is medical emergency in my family today i am stuck with no money.

                          I tried contacting credit card team no. Of time as well but no solution was provided by any of them.
                          Even i offered that i will pay approx. 40-50% of outstanding on card immediately but still lady executive shouts/screams like they are the owner of bank & personally i owe them funds.
                          I asked for way out from this to my relationship manager even she behaves like a general executive who won’t ready to cooperate which shows the stupidity of preferred banking program of bank. I am ready to make the regular monthly payments from now onwards as i have got a new job.
                          Please release the amount you hold in my saving account asap.

                            My credit card payment due date is 26.09.19.So i Full payment pay Rs.126866 in single payment on 25.09.19 itself.Payment processed through HDFC Netbanking, immediate processed and credit limit also update in credit card Account.But 26.09.19 Auto payment processed & return in netbanking and update Retun payment Fees of Rs.999 with CGST Rs.89.91 SGST RS.89.91.I see this in card account immediate complaint through Customer care.They given Request number [protected] on 27.09.19 and they explain your card already register in Auto pay, so before pay one day know so your payment not reflect in statement like that not return possible like that...Today i call customer care they inform me your request is rejected.I am angry to talk then also take request and given request number is [protected] like that...This Penalty i feel as black so i need to reverse this to my crsdit card account and give punishment to mistake done persons

                              On 30th Sep, 2019 I brought some food items from "Day in and Day out" shop, Banshdroni. But there I was charged at a wrong amount of Rs. 1008 but when the mistake was caught, the marchant generated a void sale of same amount and gave it to me. Now 3 days have been passed still the same amount is not credited into my account. I am an account holder of HDFC bank.

                                I have HDFC Salary Account and Taken personal loan from hdfc bank on 2017. i paid every month EMI of Rs.2009/- but Last Month it got Bounced due to insufficient Funds. Today Bank has been charged me Amount of Rs.238/-for the check Returned. what is this charges and why bank behaving this type of movement to the Account Holder from 2014/-

                                  I am a hdfc consumer (A/c no [protected]) in the name of ajay pal singh gill. I dropped a cheque of rs. 65, 000/- in the drop box of hdfc, sector 70, mohali branch on 11 july 2019. That cheque was bounced due to signature mismatch. I waited till september, 2019 for the cheque to be delivered at my registered address. But till 10 sep 2019, it was not delivered. On 11 sept 2019, i went personally at my home branch (Phase 7, mohali) to inquire about the cheque and they asked me to inquire from the sector 70, mohali branch because the cheque was dropped in that branch. I went to sector 70, mohali branch.in that branch everyone was putting the responsibility on each other. No one knows in that branch that who is responsible for handling the queries related to returned cheques. I had to return without any result. I raised a complaint on 12 september 2019 to the nodal officer by sending an email at [protected]@hdfcbank.com. But i didn't got the reply. Then i raised the complaint through email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, aditya. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 23 september 2019. Then i received an email from mohd ashraf on 25 september 2019 saying that the memo and bounced cheque will be dispatched tomorrow. But i haven't received yet. I sent the reminder on 1st oct, 2019 but he didn't replied. Again i sent the reminder to mohd ashraf and branch manager mr. Subhash chauhan on 2nd oct 2019 but never got the reply. I tried to call mohd ashraf on 3rd oct, 2019 but he didn't picked up my call.

                                    I applied for a fastag through hdfc bank on the 15th of october 2019. I made my payment thru my hdfc credit card card. After ater 2 days they issued the wallet id and customer id, but they didnot sent the physical fastag yet. I was told to wait for 15 days. After 15 days i contacted their representative to check on the same, but they have no clue about the issue.
                                    After that daily i am calling them to check the status but no resolution is given for the same, and they don't even know what the issue is.

                                      I did an imps on 1st october, 2019 from my hdfc to kotak bank for rs 30k. The money got deducted from my account but recepient has not received it.

                                      The transaction status is suspicious on hdfc netbanking portal and also the sms received says "transaction timed out"

                                      Had tried speaking to customer care at hdfc and he said the payment will get reversed in 3 days. It was an urgent payment and the purpose of imps seems void in this case and i am not able to transfer money which is blocked.

                                      How many days it will need to get this resolved and i will get my money back?

                                        I am writing this for a complaint regarding a transaction into hdfc payzaap aap. I have an account in payzaap, on 1st october i made a transaction of 14997.98 from payzaap wallet to my axis bank account but i didn't get any money credited into my account but it get deducted from my wallet. Please have a look into this matter i already email payzaap but didn't get any response, my payzaap account is registered with mobile no. [protected]. Please i need that money on urgent basis as my brother is in hospital and i need money and he is very serious.. I called also but they are saying it will take time. I have to deposit 9 lac for my brother surgery. If i can't make that he will be no more without this surgery. Please it's a request do it on priority basis. As i need this money alot.. Please help me in saving my brother's life.
