    I apply a policy three time in three different member for a term plan. But all policy company will be decline that. Why i can't understand. They given the reason that you have not a eligible for apply the policy if 5 lakh is not a eligible for apply the policy than why you taken the policy payment. I think your team is not a good they only harsh the public and your motive is not a good.

      I dhanunjai chelamcherla applied for new millennia credit card, i received credit card also but i am not able generate credit card pin due to credit card is in inactive status. I tried for solution on toll free but not responded and says kind contact credit card collection center. But i'm not able to go anywhere due my leg fractured. Kindly do needful.

          My credit card details were taken over whatsapp as we had applied through our company. I had received a call where i gave my company id card picture and current address.
          After a month of absolutely no information, i checked the status and my application status was declined without any reason. I'm not getting any reason as to why it happened.
          Tried contacting the person who took my details. He is not answering.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3495 without my concern on date:09/08/19. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Last year also same thing happened to me they charged rs. 1399 without my concern and i called customer service and i told them i don’t want your services and same thing happened again this year. This is something very ridiculous and was not expected this unprofessionalism from hdfc n one assist. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

              Dear sir / madam

              I am hdfc bank credit card and personal loan customer since from 2014. But earlier due to some unemployment issue of mine i was unable to pay full amount but i am paying small small amount to bank from last 7 days hdfc bank recovery agency doing harassment of me and my wife by saying we will call to your relatives and they are doing like this. I agree that i have to pay you which i had utilized and i paid 4000 in this month and i am saying that i will get some money in month of october but they are not ready to listen to me and doing harassment of family i also paying but accepting contiguously they doing their activity.

              Why calls to relative and how you people call them without any concern no one giving numbers to them and using my personal data to recovery. Two employees of hdfc bank or your agency miss. Priti & miss. Jyoti from[protected]/68176605. I am ready to pay if they like do this. How you people allow them to call and you people are using personal data means doing violence of rules its not legal way to communication.

                Please respect everybody's money. Do not cheat!!
                This email is from a very old customer and very unhappy customer of hdfc.

                I have availed multiple products & services from past 10 years but never had such bad experience.

                But this time its different. I had multiple personal loans with hdfc which all were closed very gracefully with no complications. I always had insurance associated with personal loan which was suggested by hdfc loan agents. One such insurance was hdfc ergo insurance which was taken along with my hdfc personal loan more than 5 years back.

                I closed the personal loan but did not close the policy and i had paid premium for the same.

                I got a call 3 months back from hdfc ergo team (Ph no:[protected], they informed that i did not claim i policy sum assured then so i am eligible to get the entitled money if i could take a temporary policy from cigna ttk which is the client for hdfc ergo.

                I agreed to that and purchased cigna ttk prohealth - protect plan and paid rs.20341.50 as on 30/04/2019.

                They informed once we receive the policy hard copy we should be able to get the next steps of the proceedings from rohit malhotra from hdfc ergo (Ph no: [protected]) and subsequently anjali sharma from hdfc ergo.

                That was not the end of the story, rohit malhotra said there is a small formality from hdf where i need to enroll and purchase a hdfc plan to complete the process. They asked me to visit hdfc branch, m. G. Road, bangalore and provide documents and complete the process.

                I did that aswell and purchased a hdfc life plan as they suggested.

                I was told by june i should be getting rs.1, 87, 000 /- to my account (Including the refund of 20341 and 30000) which i paid for the temporary insurance.

                Then i got another call where they said there is a problem in gst calculation so i may have to pay some money to correct it. I completely declined and asked them to deduct whatever tax from amount payable and credit rest of the amount to my account.

                Finally, they said 2, 17, 000 is the final amount and deducting 30% gst i will get 1, 80, 000 rs in account.

                After that they have been postponing telling the amount is disbursed in alphabetical order and so on.

                Till now i have not received the amount to my account.

                This is such a worst experience in my entire business transactions in all my life. I want you to kindly look into this on priority and get this sorted for me at the earliest.

                Please cancel my cigna ttk & hdfc life insurance plans and credit my account with the amount i am eligible to get from my previous policy and refund of these 2 policies that hdfc ergo insisted to purchase.

                        ecs rejected due to signature mismatch

                        I have an account hdfc bank in kanjurmarg west. I have applied for a home loan from pnb housing finance limited. I gave 7 signed cheques to the pnb guy and also filled and signed ecs form both having the same signatures. Whenever the ecs comes for clearance to hdfc bank, they bluntly reject for signature mismatch while the signed cheque gets cleared without any problem. I went to the hdfc bank's kanjurmarg west branch for clarifying the issue...

                        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful and wasn't able to give me any possible reply or help me. It was sudden i didn't get any message neither an email. My account got credited by 4500 just recently and now it has a negative balance of rupees 3, 075.57.
                        Lot of people are facing issues because of such steps by hdfc bank and many times the issue is not even addressed properly and the customer has no choice but to just let it go. A strict action must be taken on them.
                        Please help.

                          HDFC Bank keep charging NEFT charges and they have charged for me in bulk in Sep, 19, inspite of RBI instruction for NEFT free transaction from 1st Jul 19. Even though in HDFC website, it is written, NEFT transaction are free still they keep charging in one form or other. HDFC started cheating customer and now action should be taken before they do big scam or cheat millions of people in the Country. They have charged for 5 transaction at a time, as I was thing it's free from 1st Jul, 19 after RBI instruction. Details are as below-

I request appropriate action on HDFC bank and reverse all the NEFT charges, charged by them and close my account without any charges.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I was unemployed from November 30, i was paying until march with reserve i had after that i was not able to pay dues. I was also got in to lot of family problems, ill health and mental pressure due to this.
                            HDFC bank taken my car during may. i did not aware of that i was ill also staying in my wifes home. i paid one month due on june at that time only i came to know that they have taken my car. I called them and informed them after i get the job i will pay but they said unless you pay fully we cannot give the car. i asked for my things in the car on June 21.
                            Please find the mail attachments for details...

                            They have no keys of the car and no registration copy.

                            Now i recovered little bit and today (28/09/2019)i went to collect things. they said the car was sold and gave me only following things. Please find the mail attachments for details.
                            Premises were things collected. Persons Incharge in the parking space Siddharth who only gave things, Two watch Mans from Leo staffing service Selvaraj and Jayaraman.
                            AGS Parking SpaceDr.subraya Nagar 3rd street, kodambakkam, Chennai 24.

                            My Panchaloka Balaji Idol was Missing, one monitor missing, and i kept beautiful pillows for decoration missing.
                            I found that the car registration was still in my name.

                                Refund transaction number:
                                20190903111212801300168245343013007. I was supposed to receive a refund of rs 1623 from an online merchant atleast 2 weeks ago. The merchant has communicated to me that they have initiated the refund and it's the bank who has not processed it. Could you pls let me know as to why haven't i received the refund yet? I'm saddened by the customer care that hdfc has provided. I have been trying to get in touch with customer care for a while now, but no response received.

                                  While withdrawing money from ATM, it was shown as timed out but the money was deducted from account but not dispensed from ATM.

                                  The HDFC ivrs is very hard that i couldn't find an option speak to the bank official.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 21st September 2019, during when I did a payment of Rs. 2200 but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 2200 got deducted from my account.

                                    I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

                                      I am sharmil kumar working in arcadia consulting services pvt ltd, for 5 year 5month. I have applied the personal loan in hdfc and it is not approved. I have spoken to my hdfc advisors they said i had some problem in 2016 but they don't know the reason for rejection. Ric team have rejected the request. I don't what is the problem and how to rectify it. Kindly check on this asap
