Hello,

I would like to make a complaint regarding the hdfc bank debit card annual fee on my account. They deducted 885 inr from bank account without my notice.
I am using hdfc bank platinum debit card. I had never requested hdfc bank executives for platinum debit card and they did not inform me about platinum card annual fee during the creation of bank account. I have past bad expirence with hdfc so that i cut my all other services except salary a/c but still.

I want full refund now of 885 inr.
I use hdfc account to deposit cash and i don't need higher credit limit debit card.
Expecting to solve my issues asap.

        I have account in hdfc bank account no - [protected], it was inoperative so they have charged me maintenance charge for rs. -7500 for non maintaining account balance, i have got a call and i asked that agent she told me if i have to close account i have to pay that negative amount but that are maintenance charges which they have imposed, my financial condition is not good so i cant manage that amount, please do the needful.

          I'm trying to reset my net banking password (Ipin), by choosing otp sent to my registered email id and phone number option.
          I could get otp on my mobile number but not on my email id, on this email id i'm receiving all other emails from hdfc bank like email statements only otp is not being sent.
          Because of this, i'm unable to make any transactions from a while, and at the moment i can not use phone number+debit card option as my debit card is expired and going through this route is not an option at this point as i need a resolution asap.
          Also, i'm living in overseas and can not come in person to a bank for any resolution. So just make the otp sent to my email id that will be good enough as there is an emergency.
          I would appreciate earliest response with a resolutuon.

          My question is whether you send OTP to email or not, my complaint is "Not receiving OTP" on my email. Not receiving emails sent from "[protected]@hdfcbank.net"
          I’m trying to “Reset” my IPIN, in which case, OTP would be sent to BOTH email and phone. I’m not receiving OTP on email though I receive other type of emails from HDFC bank on the same email id. Please refer email complaint Ref#:[protected].

            Due to dealer changed i had to cancel my fastag so that i can again apply from bank directly but it hase been already more than 15 days of fastag cancellation. But still i did n't receive the wallet refund money. Could you please help to provide the status of this. How could we trust hdfc on next purchase. You didn't keep your promise.

              Hdfc loan approval - file no:[protected]

              Please find the pmay details as below mentioned,
              Please process the pmay subsidy request for above mentioned loan asap.
              The above mentioned loan comes under mig1 category so there is no women ownership required.

              Pradhan mantri awas yojana or pmay is applicable to males as well as females. However, the house that is been purchased under pmay should be in the name of a female head of the household or in joint names of male head as well as female head.

              In case there is no female head in the household, then the pmay can be applied for male head of the family.

              Remember that this rule is only applicable for newly purchased houses under the scheme and not for houses that have been constucted on an existing piece of land or for repairs on an existing house.

              Also, this rule is only applicable for ews and lig beneficiaries and not for mig 1 and mig 2 group. Mig 1 and mig 2 group can have ownership in the name of a male or female.

                  Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                  I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                  I'm using hdfc credit card since last 5 year card number ending with 1399. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                  Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                  And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                  This is the 3nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                  So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                      Two days ago on 7th oct 2019, in night i got a message on my phone saying that an amount has been deducted from my account. I was shocked and anxious to know that why! I opened my netbanking and saw that it was not the same amonth as the one in my message. It was more than that amount. And it was not once it has been deducted twice. And then 5minutes later there was another message stating that an amount (Lesser than the one i saw in my bank statement online) has been deducted again. I thought to go to bank and ask about it next morning but it was dusshera so today i. E., 9th oct 2019 i went to bank to ask regarding the amount. The employee there told me that it was an account maintenance balance charge that has been deducted for last 2 months. On asking him why all of a sudden without any information then he said that it is for not maintaining the balance. He wasn't able to give me a reason that why i wasn't informed about it so i said that it was unjust and he should either make me speak to some senior person or he should reverse it because i have no information from the bank. Not even a single message, call or mail i have received from bank telling me to do so. He made me speak with the branch manager of the bank and when i explained him everything and hoped that he would resolve my problem, instead he spoke to me in such a manner that it was my fault that i was unaware of it. He replied saying "would you have wanted to get it deducted for the entire year than two months!" he mocked me and said that it wasn't the bank's duty to inform me. It was the duty of the hr of the company which provides us our salary account in hdfc bank. Even after telling him repeatedly that i haven't been informed he did not reverse the transaction and said that he will only think of considering it on one condition, that i have to maintain the balance for next month. The thing which he was at fault for, neither did he accepted it nor did he rectified it and he blamed me for it. And instead of helping me he was intimidating me by pressuring me to do something which i would have done it the first place if i had been informed on time.
                      For the loans, credit cards n every other issue bank call us unnecessarily all the time. But before deducting my own money for the reason that i m unaware of and haven't been give time to rectify they didn't inform me once. And not only the bank didn't take the responsibility but also blames their customer for it. He was such an arrogant person in such senior position to do something of this kind.
                      I have had my salary account with hdfc bank rajapark jaipur -302004 since 2015. And since 2017 october it's been a saving account n not a salary account. And it's been only in last 2 months that i have been charged and that to without proper information. As per right to information act i have been wrongly charged and treated. Please take the necessary actions against the people who doesn't care about other people and takes advantage of their position.

                        This is vinothkumar a. I worked in hdfc life past one year from 23/07/2018 to 11/09/2019 as a corporate agency manager. I resigned the job on 13/08/2019. I also serviced in notice period as per company norms 30days. My last working day in hdfc life is 11/09/2019.

                        I didn't receive my full and final settlement properly. I serviced notice period about 30days;pending leaves about 25days remaining. But, hdfclife settled only rs.10, 223/- for me.
                        I request you to consider my notice period plus pending leaves remaining as per company norms and provide the proper settlement

                            Hi, i have salary account in hdfc

                            1 year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i checked my hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -4256 balance.
                            The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its -4256 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                            I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                            Plz jutstice to me. -4256 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                              For your information i want to illustrate that the total deductions is 20000₹ out of which 10200₹ had been reversed and rest amount of 9800₹ is still pending which is been deducted from my account.

                              When i deposit the amount in my both accounts you can check in the statement there were no charges or any minus outstanding amount as per commitment of mr. Rehan i started depositing the amount in both accounts nre & nro and than after couple of days my balance started deducting so i was not liable for any deductions as the balance was not in minus as per records.
                              In the end kindly reverse the remaining amount of 9800₹ asap so that i will continue my banking with you else close my accounts asap because i'm a nri and l'm travelling on 30 august 2019 i do not want any further headache with this bank.
                              Nothing you people are assuring same email i'm receiving from couple of months by the branch manager but the actual root cause is the branch and because of them i suffer the loss of 9800 ₹ they did not inform me and just make the accounts balance 0.00 from minus and told me now you can maintain and no further reductions will be there the previous ones we have already removed and than when i deposited the amount of 220000 as per there communication with me after couple of days my balance was reduced and the previous charges which they have make 0.00 from the internal system of branch was deducted total of 20000₹ was deducted which i complaint the same to branch they reversed 10200₹ but still the remaining dues are pending for which they are giving excuses if non maintenance.

                              My question to them is when 220000₹ was deposited in my accounts whats was the balance showing at the day of deposit.

                              Secondly by what means they have remove the minus balance from my accounts and make it 0.00 and why they communicate to me that now on wards no further deductions will take place...???

Its four year loan payment period, and i have been paYING THE EMIS, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A DELAY FROM MY END. jUST BECAUSE I DID NOT PAY THE EMI FOR A FEW MONTHS DOES NOT MEAN THAT I WONT PAY FOR THE EMI.                                 This is further to my recent interactions (Via email) with the hdfc executives from the customer care team, i have mentioned the details as below.

                                Recently i have applied for an instant loan through hdfc website, as i don’t have an savings account with hdfc, hence i have send an email to the customer care and have requested them to process the loan through neft as i am not residing / working in the address which is been updated in the records, but i haven’t received any proper response for the same and later, i have got an acknowledgement for the same as well, and later i have received an sms which confirms the processing of the loan. I did not got any call from the executive on the same all i m getting is an automated email.

                                Please have this sorted out, all i am requesting is to process the loan through neft if not please cancel the same asap.

                                At last i have send an email to nodal officer also (Mr. Sundar krishnamoorthy) email id : [protected]@hdfcbank.com, today at 9.26 am explaining everything, however no response from him also, so i am helpless and have to write here.

                                I hope i made myself clear sit on the same.

                                  My account was inactive from more than 36 months but unfortunately, my itr was deposited into that by the income tax department, don't know why. If my account is inactive from the last 36 months then it should be deactivated automatically and it should not allow the transaction from the income tax department. Now i unable to use my returned amount, i have to fill an exam. I planned for it. Really bad service from hdfc.

                                  From my last 2-3 experiences with hdfc, i strongly suggest that you never go with any kind of service with hdfc bank. It's really not a good bank, even the staff does not know how to talk with customers.

                                  Please resolve my problem with hdfc.

                                  I went to the HDFC on 10th October for account closure request and a bank person told me to come the next day after all formalities to collect Demand Draft but I decided to go after a few days because I am quite aware of HDFC bank services and it was as expected, nothing is done yet. Really a bad service by HDFC bank, so unprofessionalism by HDFC bank.

                                    It was my salary account but then i left the company and it got converted to savings account, there were charges getting deducted for non maintenance of minimum balance in account. But in january 2019 i joined another company and shared the account details of my previous account of hdfc and shared a letter and mail also from my current employer to convert the account back to salary account with authorised signatory in the month of march 2019 and all but still bank is deducting charges for non maintenance of minimum balance and they are having no clarification for the same. Its very serious and troubling thin because my hard earned money is getting deducted that too mistake of bank and they are not able to solve the issue. Its highly negligence for customer support and its purely harrasement of the consumer. There should be penalty on bank for negligence of consumer services. Its purely a fraud o[censored]nauthorised charges and mental harassment.

                                    This is the follow up mail to bank for conversion of the account but no response from bank till date, and still deducting money till date. They should now be liable to return the amount for the time period for which to hey have deducted amount after conveying them the message for conversion of savings to salary account, and even they should be penalised for this unauthorised deduction and giving this mental harassment that too after informing them and providing them all the necessary information the requested. Its purely a fraud and negligence of consumer services with unnecessary usage of power and position against general public and general consumer. I would like to file a case against them for the same. Since i’m having all the proofs required to get it done.

                                    Thanks for update and i do understand the same, but i have already mentioned that the request from my current employer is sent to bank to convert the same to salary account since my salary is being credited in the same. Have you gone through the attachments or images i have shared, these are the mails forwarded within your bank and no update and no conversion till date.
