This is further to my recent interactions (Via email) with the hdfc executives from the customer care team, i have mentioned the details as below.
Recently i have applied for an instant loan through hdfc website, as i don’t have an savings account with hdfc, hence i have send an email to the customer care and have requested them to process the loan through neft as i am not residing / working in the address which is been updated in the records, but i haven’t received any proper response for the same and later, i have got an acknowledgement for the same as well, and later i have received an sms which confirms the processing of the loan. I did not got any call from the executive on the same all i m getting is an automated email.
Please have this sorted out, all i am requesting is to process the loan through neft if not please cancel the same asap.
At last i have send an email to nodal officer also (Mr. Sundar krishnamoorthy) email id : [protected]@hdfcbank.com, today at 9.26 am explaining everything, however no response from him also, so i am helpless and have to write here.
I hope i made myself clear sit on the same.
