Hi this is sunil kumar and i am being harassed by hdfc shapurji towers branch collection (Hyderabad) /
Legal department for the payment of credit card as my emi autopay got stuck & payment not released due to non availablity due to festival and hdfc has charged unnecessary
Charges on credit card which i was paying from more than 15months but now they have started calling me
Aggressively and abusing me also they visited my home and started scaring my family for the money, i am very disturbed right now due these collection
Agents and hdfc bank making nuisances, due to this i lost my family, my wife left me, friends and also my parents please suggest me on this situation.

agents and HDFC Bank making nuisances, Started my relatives & friends & harrsing them telling all ur family are thiefs/unethical people. Due to this i lost my family, my wife left me, Friends and also my parents Please suggest me on this situation.}

Ms.Aditi,

In your whole communication till date you are only discussing about the loan & payments,

Thank you for giving me a revise & payment fees discount of 4500/- Which i dont require, were i can pay full amount.

I have raised an issue related to self respect, dignity, ethics, policies and a lot more related to a human being.

I always said in my all the communication mails i will pay your total amount, but what about the idiotic things and behaviour(Abusing & harrising) made by the HDFC bank staff(callers)(as mentioned earlier and submitted all the dates of call recordings from your HDFC bank) for your investigation purpose.
What about Aggressively abusing me with cheap & filthy language also they visited my home many times and started scaring my family & relatives for money.

Till date every day from past dated - 16th of this month sep -19 till 23rd sep-19, "every day minimum of 10 calls are made from HDFC Bank tele callers to my known sources which include friends, Relatives, staff, colleagues, business people, investors and inform them Sunil putnala is a defaulter and a fraud who had taken 2 lakhs from bank and ran away, Sunil & his family are thieves".

That is the statement from all the above mentioned sources to me personally called me and informed .

A question - after payment will your HDFC bank tele callers call all the above sources & intimate them as i have cleared the payments & iam not a thief ??

Now again am mentioning am ready to settle your payments, against Assure me a written apology letter mentioning the same that HDFC bank callers abused me harassed me given wrong statements to all my known sources.

In my last mail i clearly mentioned because of this statement I lost everything Physically, mentally & financially.

in last i request you again to give a Written apology to close the case immediately.

    My debit card no [protected] of bank of india rupay. I have used my debit card of bank of india at your wadala west atm center opp to wadala railway station on 18/9/19. I have tried to take out cash for rs 5000.00 at 11.16 am to my surprise amount debited by bank of india but cash not received from your atm. Then i have tried for rs500.00 and i have received cash amount from atm. Then 3 rd time i have tried for rs4500.00 again amount was debited to my account by bank of india but cash not received from atm. On checking with security man available at the center he informed that i will get revere's refund within 10/15 minute. But since i have not received the same i have immediately contacted bank of india they have informed to give them written complain and to submit refund application. I have completed that process today ie 20/9/19. Now kindly let me know when you will arrange to confirm the same to bank of india borivali west branch that your atm machine have not deliver cash of rs 5000.00 and rs4500.00 total rs:9500.00 to me.       Hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

        My credit card validity got expired on january 19, and i am not using card from february 19. I have paid almost rs.30, 000/- to close my outstanding. But unfortunately i am receiving abnormal outstanding every time, i had recorded on previous talking with hdfc staffs, no clarity in balance amount, to be paid. Surprisingly the outstanding amount keeps on increasing irrespective of reducing. I would like to register a legal complaint against hdfc credit card division, chennai.

        My credit card is jetprivilege.

          I have purchased a two wheeler liability only motor insurance by hdfc ergo general insurance on 16 september 2019 with policy number "[protected] 000" which starts from 17 september 2019 to 16 september 2020. The details are visible on hfdc ergo website but not visible on parivahan.gov.in about the insurance. Parivahan.gov.in is showing my previous insurance. Please go through this.
          HDFC ERGO General Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          We met accident 11 SEP 2019 and we check with MARUTI HDFC INSURANCE, they are asking before accident photos and after accident photos. after gave that asking maruti company camera photos. Maruti comapny camera is not working. after that asking photo before insuarance and palying like ball.

          So dont put HDFC Insurance ever

            I purchased the fastag via hdfc bank website and i didn't receive any kind of reference number as mentioned in the app and i could not login to app now. I transferred my fastag account from paytm to hdfc hoping that it would be better but it becoming difficult to recharge and manage the transactions. Even the customer care couldn't give any positive results regarding this matter.

              We haven't received welcome kit of our company current account for 2 months, our csr representatives are not even aware of the whereabouts of the same. Hdfc bank is so careless that they don't even care that our business is getting affected.

              Hdfc bank should take a note of this complaint and should try to locate our kit and deliver it to our address at the earliest.

                I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xx9505 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:31:03 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]."

                I also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.199.

                First i am not sure how the transaction happened without pin/otp.
                Secondly it can happen again if it has happened once.
                It's clearly a fraud transaction.
                Can you please help me out.

                  The issue that I have experienced was: My Credit card was struck at HDFC Atm machine on 14.09.2019 evening and next day i called customer care executive and told about this. They told thay it will be delivered nearest bank with in 3 days. So i was continuously visiting HDFC Vishrantwadi branch but no proper response i got from them. They told to call customer care and even mail. But today it is 19.09.2019 and no call i got from any customer care executive and also today i came to know my card is destroyed. I am very disappointed by this as they destroyed my card without my approval and even i have told not to block my card. One more thing i have to make my O/s statement payment and i dont have card details to make payment. Felt very sad by the level service provided. Worst bank executive and dont entertain us well.

                    I had applied online for HDFC Fastag via Appln# HFR175275 dtd 5th July 2019. Payment of Rs. 500 made through Standard Chartered Bank. I have neither received the Fastag nor have I received the refund (As instructed by Customer Care, I cancelled the Fastag). I have sent 4 to 5 emails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but no response and no proper response from the Customer Care as well.

                      From bank : i (Mr. Jitendra dudhediya, pba, nashik road branch) personally spoke with you and informed that your account loan ecs has been transferred to pnb account and dlink your loan instalment flag from the account hence you can close your account.

                      As discussed request you to please visit at any nearest branch or nashik road branch for complaint your account closure formalities with carry the original id /address proof /debit card /cheque book. As per your convenience time.

                      From my side:

                      I went to your branch "address: shop no 3, aditya apartments, tidke colony rd, mumbai naka, matoshree nagar, nashik, maharashtra 422002" on 19 sept. 2019 @ 1:00 pm, but they are not doing closing procedure. I tried call to you on provided numbers (Mr. Jitendra dudhediya (Pba) on official land line no - [protected] or branch manager (Sanchita kshatriya, nashik road branch) on official land line no - [protected])
                      But no one is picking call. [on both number i call more than 20 times from last 2 days]

                      I am very much frustrated regarding your services and your are just wasting my time, i need to close account as soon as possible if you are not able to guide me properly, please assign any other executive to complete closing procedure.

                      I am getting very very bad experience with hdfc bank nashik road branch not providing proper support to their customers.

                          Hello sir,

                          This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                          Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 807.33/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 18 sept 2019 under the name of depository charges.

                          Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 807.33/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

                          And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                          Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

                          Dear Customer,

                          If you not using the demat account, we request you to submit application for closure of demat account and reversal of charges on prorata basis.
                          We would like to inform you that the regulatory guidelines stipulate that Demat accounts can be closed only on receipt of valid closure requests received from the customer.

                          Hence, we request you to please submit the closure form to any of our branches offering depository services. The form has to be duly signed by all the account holders.

                          The form has to be submitted to the branch in person (at least one of the account holders) incase of transfer cum closure cum waiver request. To process the same, we request you to submit any one self attested copy of valid proof of identity which is mandatory for all the holder(s) viz PAN card, passport, Voter ID card, Driving license etc.

                          There are no closure charges involved if the closure constitutes transfer of securities to another Demat account having identical name(s), identical PAN and order. For example, there are no off market transaction charges if all the securities are transferred from the Demat account in the name of Mr. Ramesh Tandon to another Demat account which is the name of Ramesh Tandon.

                          The off market transfer charges in such a case shall be waived, subject to submission of the following documents by the account holder during closure:
                          Annexure Q (copies enclosed) duly filled & signed by the account holder(s) with target DPID and client ID correctly filled up
                          Duly certified (signed and stamped by the receiving DP) Client Master List (CML) or Original Crystal Report (CR) in case of CDSL Accounts obtained from the target Participant with whom the client has opened a new Demat account or maintains a Demat account
                          Statement of Holding of the source account duly self-attested by the account holder.
                          All unused delivery instruction slips (DIS) to be cancelled and surrendered along with the Annexure Q
                          IMPORTANT: If all the above requirements are not met the waiver of off market charges will not be extended to you and you will be charged for the transfer to the other Demat account as per the tariff schedule agreed at the time of opening of Demat account.

                          We request you to provide de-linking instructions separately for e-broking/online trading account.

                          You may also contact HDFC securities at [protected]@hdfcsec.com to get additional clarifications.

                          Also, Kindly note that, Demat account held in sole name with nil holdings and no outstanding Demat charges can be closed based on email insctruction from your registered email id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your 8 digit demat account number (can be viewed under HDFC Bank Net Banking>>>Demat Tab) and DP ID

                            Hi HDFC team, please provide latest update on this because In am still waiting for money to be credited back to my account
                            Need to reduce my credit card limit from 90000 to 40000.
                            Already i requested for Cancellation of One Assist Membership. But still now membership not cancelled and Again its renewed and amount debited from my Credit card. Its very worst service and return my amount and cancel the membership. This membership not use for me.

                              I have been charged twice for my online transaction of premium payment in july 2019, which was reversed by insurance company to my credit card on aug 21, 2019, same mail has been shared with credit card team as i had logged a complaint but till date no resolution recd.

                                My name is mohd shavez my customer I'd is[protected].. I'm a existing customer of hdfc bank i took a personal loan and pay my emi on time 6 months but in March i met an accident and both my legs were fractured j lost my job and everything not able to walk properly hdfc bank representative calling me again and again from their personal number and landline number and abusing me and misbehaving me i politely apologize and ask few time for pay my amount but they didn't understand my problem and Harass me very badly.. I was the only source of income for my family now these days very difficult to survive here please help me...

                                  After a call from [protected] who is Narendra Singh employee of Bajaj Finance (ID:[protected], told me that i'm eligible for a loan of 150000 and i paid the processing fees of the same in two part 1st part-5550 and then 2nd part-11000 total 16550. after that he told me to pay the N.O.C charge 13635.
                                  So, i pay the amount to his given bank details:
                                  BAJAJ FINANCE LTD
                                  A/C NO = A/C:- [protected] SBI BANK
                                  IFSC CODE, (SBIN0000952)
                                  BRANCH, VISAKHAPATNAM

                                  Total amount that paid successfully-5550+11100+13635=30285

                                  And now he told me again to pay more 17796 to get the loan.

                                    Hdfc bank is a cheater bank i have purchased iphone x on cashback offer 12000 but it’s been two years i have not received any cashback i have the bill i have the account number. If i’m recieving cashback after this complaint too i will deactivate my hdfc current account.! Hdfc bank should pay for this. This is a cheater bank they make offers and leave the person on it’s own.

                                      I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 118.00 on 12-Aug-17 towards ADHOC ATMT CHGS INCL GST 180717 - MICR[protected] . I don't remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. Kindly revert my money to my account.

                                      Not give any information about this charge or not any statement request done by me so why you cut this types of charge ?

                                        I am using Fastag for quite a long time. Most of my transactions are from Hyderabad Nehru Outer Ring road between toll plazas Nanakramguda and Bongulur.

                                        I noticed an over charge at Bongulur toll plaza couple of times. Here is the recent transaction dispute I noticed.
                                        I have raised a grievance earlier on this transaction but I did not receive any communication on the same. I faced such dispute earlier as well after discussion with Grievance cell I wrote an email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but no acknowledgement or reply from them.

                                        [protected]- Bongulur to Nanakramguda - Deducted 90/-
                                        [protected] - Nanakramguda to Bongulur - Deducted 60/- But ideally 45/- supposed to be deducted.

                                        Which is 100+ working hours but I haven't got any kind of acknowledgement on the transaction dispute.

                                        I am wondering what is the right place to escalate this issue. At least somebody has to acknowledge the people's concern.
