I have received a new fast tag couple of weeks back, but it's been blacklisted for an unknown reason.
I have contacted both the hdfc customer care and nhai customer couple of times both say they don't have any issue with their end. However, the tag is still blacklisted.
Finally, as advised by hdfc customer care to send an escalation email in regards to this fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, which i sent 10 days ago and i didn't even get any acknowledgement for my email.

    I have taken two wheeler loan on name of amit shrivastava on[protected] from centurion bank of punjab, indore branch. My vehicle registration number is mp09 lf 6095. I have cleared all the dues and emi and have taken original rc book but not received noc from the bank till date. I have to sell my two wheeler. Loan amount sanctioned by the bank was 13000.

    Please provide the noc on urgent basis and oblige.

      I noticed weakness in hdfc netbanking application. I access netbanking from my mobile through web browsers. When i access the log-in page it comes with pre-filled userid, once i accept the userid, password also gets filled up automatically. Same thing is not happening when i access netbanking from desktop browsers.

      If this weakness is noticed by perpetrators, then he can try hdfc bank website whenever he gets hold of any lost mobile phone, and becomes successful in some cases.in that case, account holders may suffer a lot.

      So, i request not to pre-fill these fields specially for browsers through mobile devices considering mobiles are prone to get lost due to their smaller sizes.

        Dear sir,
        I have salary account in hdfc bank, but there is some financial issue, our company not paid our 10 months salary. (Till date our salary is pending).
        Im going today in hdfc nearest branch to close my hdfc salary account. They told me that your salary account convert into saving account and you have negative rs.8000/- balance. If you want to close your account then paid rs.8000/-.

        Please tell me what can i do now, how can i pay rs.8000/- when im jobless, our salary also pending.

          Dear sir/mam,

          1. Please refer to emi rtn charges.

          2. It is humble request to you that i sandeep masih customer of hdfc bank since more than five years.

          3. I took personal loan in the year of oct 2016 for rs.1, 34, 000 that is pre approved loan disturbed in oct, monthly installment as per amount that is 4515 every month for 36 months. I have been made all the payment on time.

          4. Due to some job issue few months i have not been installment on time. Bank has deducted overdue charges continuously, i have cleared all my overdue charges before foreclose of my loan, but the undigested thing amaze me that is emi rtn charges that is continuously charged by bank even loan has been closed still they deducted emi rtn charges without any valid reason, if i have paid all overdue charge in single shot during running of loan period why bank has deduct emi rtn charges that is for the period of 2016 to 2019. I have mail all authority of hdfc bank, no action has been taken so far.

            Hi, i applied for home loan two week ago, i submitted all the documents which were required except bhaar mukat document. I am giving 2250rs to the legal person in the hdfc for the verification. I really don't know what the adviser will do in the 2250rs charging fees if everything he needs from my side.[protected] is the file number. From last 15 days i am waiting for the amount and i din't receive yet and because of this # thing i lost the contractor and many more.

            Hdfc is known for his service to the consumers but this time i have never seen such 3rd class and irrelevant service executives and the legal adviser in my whole life. The worst service from hdfc.in future i am not even going to recommend any one to take any kind of service from hdfc bank and if any one is in my known i will suggest him to transfer the loan to other bank. And for sure i am going to file mental harassment case against hdfc bank.

                I have an account in hdfc bank. Then so many time the hdfc bank agent call me that you are our prime mamber so we are offering you credit card life time free. But i always say i do not want. But he request me please. Than i am ready to make the credit card. Now my credit card is ready because i got the massage 2 months before. But they are not diliver my card.
                I request to the bank please deliver my card otherwise cancel this card.

                    I apply a policy three time in three different member for a term plan. But all policy company will be decline that. Why i can't understand. They given the reason that you have not a eligible for apply the policy if 5 lakh is not a eligible for apply the policy than why you taken the policy payment. I think your team is not a good they only harsh the public and your motive is not a good.

                          My credit card details were taken over whatsapp as we had applied through our company. I had received a call where i gave my company id card picture and current address.
                          After a month of absolutely no information, i checked the status and my application status was declined without any reason. I'm not getting any reason as to why it happened.
                          Tried contacting the person who took my details. He is not answering.

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3495 without my concern on date:09/08/19. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Last year also same thing happened to me they charged rs. 1399 without my concern and i called customer service and i told them i don’t want your services and same thing happened again this year. This is something very ridiculous and was not expected this unprofessionalism from hdfc n one assist. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                              I am hdfc bank credit card and personal loan customer since from 2014. But earlier due to some unemployment issue of mine i was unable to pay full amount but i am paying small small amount to bank from last 7 days hdfc bank recovery agency doing harassment of me and my wife by saying we will call to your relatives and they are doing like this. I agree that i have to pay you which i had utilized and i paid 4000 in this month and i am saying that i will get some money in month of october but they are not ready to listen to me and doing harassment of family i also paying but accepting contiguously they doing their activity.

                              Why calls to relative and how you people call them without any concern no one giving numbers to them and using my personal data to recovery. Two employees of hdfc bank or your agency miss. Priti & miss. Jyoti from[protected]/68176605. I am ready to pay if they like do this. How you people allow them to call and you people are using personal data means doing violence of rules its not legal way to communication.

                              How they could my relatives without any concerns and i given commitment of payment this payment. After making payment they are calling to them . Tell me under which banking rules you people taking followup with them instead of me.. Need result.

                                Please respect everybody's money. Do not cheat!!
                                This email is from a very old customer and very unhappy customer of hdfc.

                                I have availed multiple products & services from past 10 years but never had such bad experience.

                                But this time its different. I had multiple personal loans with hdfc which all were closed very gracefully with no complications. I always had insurance associated with personal loan which was suggested by hdfc loan agents. One such insurance was hdfc ergo insurance which was taken along with my hdfc personal loan more than 5 years back.

                                I closed the personal loan but did not close the policy and i had paid premium for the same.

                                I got a call 3 months back from hdfc ergo team (Ph no:[protected], they informed that i did not claim i policy sum assured then so i am eligible to get the entitled money if i could take a temporary policy from cigna ttk which is the client for hdfc ergo.

                                I agreed to that and purchased cigna ttk prohealth - protect plan and paid rs.20341.50 as on 30/04/2019.

                                They informed once we receive the policy hard copy we should be able to get the next steps of the proceedings from rohit malhotra from hdfc ergo (Ph no: [protected]) and subsequently anjali sharma from hdfc ergo.

                                That was not the end of the story, rohit malhotra said there is a small formality from hdf where i need to enroll and purchase a hdfc plan to complete the process. They asked me to visit hdfc branch, m. G. Road, bangalore and provide documents and complete the process.

                                I did that aswell and purchased a hdfc life plan as they suggested.

                                I was told by june i should be getting rs.1, 87, 000 /- to my account (Including the refund of 20341 and 30000) which i paid for the temporary insurance.

                                Then i got another call where they said there is a problem in gst calculation so i may have to pay some money to correct it. I completely declined and asked them to deduct whatever tax from amount payable and credit rest of the amount to my account.

                                Finally, they said 2, 17, 000 is the final amount and deducting 30% gst i will get 1, 80, 000 rs in account.

                                After that they have been postponing telling the amount is disbursed in alphabetical order and so on.

                                Till now i have not received the amount to my account.

                                This is such a worst experience in my entire business transactions in all my life. I want you to kindly look into this on priority and get this sorted for me at the earliest.

                                Please cancel my cigna ttk & hdfc life insurance plans and credit my account with the amount i am eligible to get from my previous policy and refund of these 2 policies that hdfc ergo insisted to purchase.

                                  Frequently every year rs 1299 is deducted from my account for one assistant membership. Several time i request to hdfc bank to cancel my membership. But there was responding. So i was lose some money.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I made a payment on 27 sep for a govt exam and the amount is rs.1000 but the payment is failed after a trial but the amount is decucted from my hdfc account and didn't get the refund back till now. Kindly resolve the issue asap. I am unable to reach you over call please help.

                                    We would like to inform you that, the referred UPI transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Sometimes due to technical issue at beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account. In case of non-receipt of reversal/beneficiary still denies of having received the funds at their end, within the stipulated time as mentioned above, do write back to us with the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) to enable us to assist you better.

                                    I am unable to share the beneficiary's account details because I was paying through a link provided for payment.

                                      I used my hdfc debit card in axis bank atm located in mayur vihar, sashi garden area 22 sep 2019 time 11.55 am for rupees 2500 rs. The system shown the message for transaction timeout, the amount was deducted but cash was not received.

                                      I raised may complaints to hdfc customer care but they are not replying.

                                      Please help

                                        ecs rejected due to signature mismatch

                                        I have an account hdfc bank in kanjurmarg west. I have applied for a home loan from pnb housing finance limited. I gave 7 signed cheques to the pnb guy and also filled and signed ecs form both having the same signatures. Whenever the ecs comes for clearance to hdfc bank, they bluntly reject for signature mismatch while the signed cheque gets cleared without any problem. I went to the hdfc bank's kanjurmarg west branch for clarifying the issue...
