Hi the credit card collection team is continiously harasing my family my friends and the lady name is asha. She is continiously calling my hr olso in all the offices. Please do the needfull asap.     I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr242813 i have uploaded copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar, pancard and since then there is no update.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

    I have been with hdfc for 15 years now credit card, and this is the worst moment with them.
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. And dispatch my fastag card immidieatly.

      I am suryadeep shukla i closed my dues of jumbo loan credit card ending with 9321 on 19/09/2019 amt 85947, customer care of hdfc he told me when you will close your dues in maximum 7 days you will get noc from us automatically but after 1 week i did not received noc from them i wrote a letter & email them many times with reminder.

          Sir,
          I took a two wheeler loan vide account no 56843106, there is an one month instalment is pending that is rs. 2850.
          Some of your executives went home, they threatened my mothe and sister in law.
          My mother is a widow at the age of 83 years, they asked her money if don't give we will file a case against you.
          On mr. Arun was among them l told him as early as possible i will put the money in your sbi account, even though the went my home when ladies are alone.
          I neex the clarification from the bank immediately, till then l will not do any tranaction, if not l will go further.

            I am using hdfc salary account since last 4years ([protected]) also salary not coming in last 2 years because iam changed job. This month i got deducted 328.52 rupees on 5 sep 19 and 363.68 on 11 sep 19. Regarding this i called customer care they told me your account type changed you need to keep 10000 minimum balance on this otherwise you will get maintenance charge in every month. I have no information regarding this before until i called him i also try to close this account but they told me to go to the branch in noida for closing account it 90km away from me. So i requested you to please do needful to get back the money

                    My hdfc bank account number is [protected] customer number 26341523 and my credit card number is [protected] and my hdfc bank credit card jumbo loan number is 360825xxxx1632
                    I have a credit card with hdfc bank and i also availed the jumbo & insta loan against it. And i was paying my bills on time with the bank till jan, 19. There was a medical emergency in my family and since i am the only earning member i had to look after it hence failed to pay the credit card dues on time. But i paid the credit card bills with huge late payment charges. I paid rs. 15000 in march, april & may 2019 though they hold my salary for may 2019. How come they hold my salary. This is ridicules.
                    I am going to consumer court and will do every possible thing to get my salary back.
                    The collection executive and collection tele callers talks in very cheap language. They visit my home and talk harshly with my wife. This is so pathetic. Hdfc is losing the standard. This lady from hdfc credit card collection and the recovery guy are the threats to my life sometimes i think that i should hang myself.
                    I must say that the hdfc bank is the worst bank in india. I will never suggest or recommend to buy any product of hdfc to my relatives, colleagues and friends. And i will also do the same.

                      I have been using hdfc credit card from almost 1 year. But i was surprised when i checked my cibil score on cibil.com. There is no update on my hdfc account ever. Even in payment history by month it display 0 for each month, that mean i have not paid my credit card bill till now according to cibil, i have paid all my bills before due date. I have contacted hdfc regarding it and they told me that it is updated. But still its not updated. Because of this my cibil is low, due to which i can't even get a loan, who will be responsible for this? I want hdfc to resolve my problem as early as possible and you have to take responsibility to improve my cibil score. Even i can't find proper transfer statement online in my account. It only display of last month. I want detail statement of my account from the day my account was created in my email

                        Sir/madam :, i am annapoorani i have a 2 wheeler loan a/c in hdfc a/c. No:92601261, i paid the my 1st due amount on 9th sep, no one explain the loan due date, i paid the loan amt on 9th september but my actual due date is 4th that day bank staff call and informed me to pay the 300 for late fee.. I paid the ect 300 for late fee after few days i received the msg 290 amount was still pending. I think this is a communication problem of bank and loan dept basically no one explain the date of payment and late fee... So please refund my rs.300 and cancel the 290 due amount... Thanking you...!

                          My wallet id is debited 2 times in a toll plaza falsely. My car was not passed on same toll plaza on same dates and time. When i called the hdfctoll free customer care, they told to send a complaint to mail id : fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. I sent a mail on 14th september'19 and informed same to tollfree cutomer care. They informed to call after 48 hours. When i called again at 18th september'19, they said the same mail is not received. I forwarded the same mail again. When i called toll free no. On 21st september'19 they told to submit the original rc copy, images of car. I forwarded same on 21st september'19. Again i called tollfree no. On 25th september'19, they told they have not received any mail and asked to forward the details again on 25th september'19. I sent a mail again on 25th september'19.
                          The hdfc fastag team seems very irresponsible on this. I have sbi fastag for my other vehicle. I have not faced any similar issues.

                          First of all HDFC FASTAG TEAM never contacted me. I called the toll free number after 48 hours of my mail communications. I sent the details 4 time to the above said mail id. But every time I contacted HDFC FASTAG TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE, I was getting same sterio type reply “ we have not received the mail. Please resend it”. HDFC should understand that you are wasting customers time & money unnecessarily. I have attached the screen shot of the mail I sent to HDFC FASTAG mail id, along with this complaint first time. Still you are asking more details again and again.
                          Please arrange to reimburse the amount to my wallet and keep the value of your customers.

                          I have sent the details 4 times to the above said mail id. Every time I contacted toll free number, I have got the same reply that the mails are not received. HDFC FASTAG customer care is the worst customer care. I have a SBI FASTAG and never faced such issues with SBI.

                            Had purchased the hdfc life (Super income plan) from the devdayal road branch at mulund (West) in mumbai.

                            I went to the bank on the 23 rd august to pay my yearly premium. The hdfc staff who i would interact with earlier have shifted to other branch and a entire new staff was introduced. A person named mr pradeep came forward to help. And i was waiting for him to revert with the solution. After almost an hour of waiting, when i asked him what happened, he threw my phone (He was using y phone to speak to his hdfc life opertion team) and asked me to get it done on my own. My phone screen has had a crack since then.

                            I did esclate it to his team leader mr rehan khan and respective branch manager ms preeti and to our surprise, both just had an very informal aaproach to the incident.

                            After 15 days i went to the hdfc bank branch and tried getting the final solution and its since then i have been only getting stories. I have recorded most of my conversations with these self proclaimed bankers.

                            Plan to esclate it to the rbi, as its my hard earned money which is at risk.

                              I have salary account with sanpad branch. I have lost my debit card so i hotlisted the same and fill reissuance form to get new one in east street pune branch. But mr. Ashit kumar denied to accept form coz i dont have any fd, rd in east street branch. Then i ask to meet branch manager after that he accepted my form. I told him i want free debit card which one i was using earlier he said ok.
                              After 7 days i received card but bank charges me rs. 885 on dated 30 aug 19.
                              I visited east street branch and meet mrs. Puja as well as mr. Ashit kumar they accepted my charges reversal form but still pending.
                              Mr. Akshit kumar, who agitatedly asked me to open rd, fd else saving account to offer me hdfc services.

                                On 17th september at 11:58 hrs. I withdrew 3500/- rs from a non hdfc atm. Money deducted from my account but cash was not dispensed. I was being assured by my personal banker that money will be refund in my account within 72 hours. But that was not the case. On saturday i register an email complaint and still waiting for the status no body called back. Today called customer care and got this complaint no (Muma[protected]). Was being assured that i will get a msg shortly regarding my complaint registratiin. Again no msg. Why all these portals if nothing is working. Please update me asap.

                                  Sub: refund my hdfc fastag amount 500/-

                                  Please refund the above immediately. I applied for fastag on 02/09/2019. My application reference no hfr226299. It shows that i will receive fastag within 7 working days. But still now nothing has been created when ever i call customer care they are not reachable. Kindly help to get my money back immediately.

                                    Travelling from noida to kurushetra (Haryana) on 18.09.2019 time 8.44 toll bhagan toll plaza customer i'd[protected] wallet i'd [protected]. Transaction no.[protected] on fast tag boot they charged me rs.105.00 for up n down ticket no.[protected]j9 (Ticket copy enclosed) while passing through got the message decution of rs.70.00 vide. No. Mbhewb22sko[protected].9.19 time 8.49.17 and same while returning amount deducted from fastag.
                                    Now, i request you to look into the matter and revert back the deducted amount in my fast tag account.
