I was offered a personal loan from the HDFC bank and inorder for the re-payment purpose they wanted me to have a HDFC account. I was okay with having the account as the representative told it does not need any minimum balance to be maintained. Now they are scamming me every month with a charge of 650 rs and they deducted few times without my consent. HDFC bank does not provide any privacy to my account and I feel exposed with respect to my bank account. Today I tried to log in to my account through mobile app (which was throwing error for last 9 months and never opened) to find out that there's a Negative balance of 6600.

What is happening here? Why am I getting penalized by a bank jus cause I did not have enough money to maintain the minimum balance demanded by the bank which was not even communicated to me.

Please take action against this case. THIS IS ILLEGAL. As a consumer I should not feel this exposed

    I am not able to understand what is happening about my card ?
    I applied for credit card before 1month and but OTP came at mobile no. [protected] for pin activate the card but it was expired and i could not recieve the otp again. my credit card is still inactive
    Am so many times try to reach to customer care person and dial to 61606161br...

    But payzapp wallet got failed transcation..

    Funds Not added into PAYZAPP wallet, but my hdfc credit card amount was deducted . When money will reflect back into to the HDFC credit card . please try to slove ASAP.

        I have received call 12 may 19 from raghav mishra (Rm) (M) [protected] from hdfc life emp. Id 619026 he propose to me hdfc life super income plan 30000/ year option -1 i have taken policy against policy[protected] dated 22 may-19 19 but i have not received policy bond and committed additional benefit like medical (Health insurance) and policy premium 30% waiver return every year and shopping voucher 3000/-i have all communication whatsapp and telephonic recording please look in to this urgent basis
        We beware of such fraudulent and fake calls. But since the mobile number showed hdfc life ins in my true caller, i was tricked. I would like to make a complaint against the company whose officials are indulging in fraud and fake calls and misguiding the people for unscrupulous marketing with the connivance of the brokers. I was put to great inconvenience and lost my peace of mind due to this.

          Inspite paying 75000k at one shot in the year 2015 and card never got renewed still hdfc bank has been charging me minimum since almost 4 years without any reason. This came to me as a shock when i checked my credit score. This pathetic service of hdfc has impacted my credit score big time and i want hdfc bank to answer me over the same. Post collecting 75, 000 why my account wasn't closed and kept my account active and charged for these many years. Why was i not contacted? I would want hdfc to reverse the unnecessary charges that they have levied in these many years

              transaction through bhim app failed but money is not credited back

              While paying to ola taxi through bhim app, the transaction was failed due to server error but the money was deducted from my hdfc account. But after 4 days i got the notification from bhim app that the money is credited into the merchant's account. This should not occur as i already paid the money to the cab by cash since the transaction was failed. Now the cab driver is not ready to give the money back and continuesly telling that he hasn't...

                  I had booked a movie ticket on bookmyshow app using the payzapp payment method and applied the code bingo for the cashback offer. My total amount of transaction was rs. 401/- which is above the minimum limit of rs. 400/- for the offer to be credible. But after making the payment for the tickets, i did not receive any cashback on my payzapp wallet. If it is not any worth, then please don't make false advertisements and attract customers, which at the end is like fooling them. I would not at all recommend hdfc credit cards to anyone if this is the case going forward. I am 100% eligible for the cashback according to your advertisement. So, please give me my cashback or else i will not at all recommend anyone to use hdfc credit cards.

                    An amount of 25, 000 inr was deposited through cash in my savings account on 4th april 2019.
                    On 9th april '19, an amount of 708 inr was debited from my account and on 10th april '19, an amount of 708 inr was debited 5 times from my account.
                    The amount debit was described as "amb chrg incl gst for [month2018/19]-mirxxxxxx".

                    The total amount i. E debited from my account since the cash deposit of 25, 000 inr sums to around 4, 500 inr.

                    I'm a student studying in college and this a huge amount that the bank has deducted without any notice regarding the debit. If there is any policy regarding this, the bank should give some notice prior, so that the user can adhere to bank policies.

                    Requesting to refund the amount in my bank account as soon as possible.

                      I have received a new fast tag couple of weeks back, but it's been blacklisted for an unknown reason.
                      I have contacted both the hdfc customer care and nhai customer couple of times both say they don't have any issue with their end. However, the tag is still blacklisted.
                      Finally, as advised by hdfc customer care to send an escalation email in regards to this fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, which i sent 10 days ago and i didn't even get any acknowledgement for my email.

                          I noticed weakness in hdfc netbanking application. I access netbanking from my mobile through web browsers. When i access the log-in page it comes with pre-filled userid, once i accept the userid, password also gets filled up automatically. Same thing is not happening when i access netbanking from desktop browsers.

                          If this weakness is noticed by perpetrators, then he can try hdfc bank website whenever he gets hold of any lost mobile phone, and becomes successful in some cases.in that case, account holders may suffer a lot.

                          So, i request not to pre-fill these fields specially for browsers through mobile devices considering mobiles are prone to get lost due to their smaller sizes.

                            I have salary account in hdfc bank, but there is some financial issue, our company not paid our 10 months salary. (Till date our salary is pending).
                            Im going today in hdfc nearest branch to close my hdfc salary account. They told me that your salary account convert into saving account and you have negative rs.8000/- balance. If you want to close your account then paid rs.8000/-.

                            Please tell me what can i do now, how can i pay rs.8000/- when im jobless, our salary also pending.

                              4. Due to some job issue few months i have not been installment on time. Bank has deducted overdue charges continuously, i have cleared all my overdue charges before foreclose of my loan, but the undigested thing amaze me that is emi rtn charges that is continuously charged by bank even loan has been closed still they deducted emi rtn charges without any valid reason, if i have paid all overdue charge in single shot during running of loan period why bank has deduct emi rtn charges that is for the period of 2016 to 2019. I have mail all authority of hdfc bank, no action has been taken so far.

                                Hi, i applied for home loan two week ago, i submitted all the documents which were required except bhaar mukat document. I am giving 2250rs to the legal person in the hdfc for the verification. I really don't know what the adviser will do in the 2250rs charging fees if everything he needs from my side.[protected] is the file number. From last 15 days i am waiting for the amount and i din't receive yet and because of this # thing i lost the contractor and many more.

                                Hdfc is known for his service to the consumers but this time i have never seen such 3rd class and irrelevant service executives and the legal adviser in my whole life. The worst service from hdfc.in future i am not even going to recommend any one to take any kind of service from hdfc bank and if any one is in my known i will suggest him to transfer the loan to other bank. And for sure i am going to file mental harassment case against hdfc bank.

                                    I have an account in hdfc bank. Then so many time the hdfc bank agent call me that you are our prime mamber so we are offering you credit card life time free. But i always say i do not want. But he request me please. Than i am ready to make the credit card. Now my credit card is ready because i got the massage 2 months before. But they are not diliver my card.
                                    I request to the bank please deliver my card otherwise cancel this card.
