    As i have been taken 500 rs with hdfc credit card which is done wrongly and mistakenly for which bank charge 590 on 500 as huge interest rate which is too much for me as huge and double tare of interest so i want waver on this mistakenly done please help in wavie of the huge intrest rate. And i contact with customer care he said it will be resolved because its first time so please help and resolve it its too hight rate of intrst for me please wave of as i am loyal customer.

      Hi,
      I had to transfer amount of 10200 cad for gic purpose (Canada) and initiated the process. Initially i went to hdfc branch which is located in technopark of trivandrum. A person by name shibu told me that the wire would be risky and asked me to try online. I did tried couple of days and got an error email. I went back to shibu and showed him the error email. So it almost took 4 days including the weekend. So ideally 4 days of mine is wasted because of the hdfc employee. I was still patient. I went back to shibu tulsidharan with my cheque and asked him to file gic through wire transfer. He gave me a form to fill and passport xerox was also taken. He gave me few of the previously applied gic applications to ease filling the form. That's when i realised people had filled it manually earlier and he has handled these cases before. He still wasted my time asking me to do online.
      I was still patient. This happened on 30th september 2019. I asked him to file the application on the same day since it was really urgent to me. He denied saying he is busy today and will be doing it the next day. He did filed the application on oct 1st'2019. Total amount of 557000 was deducted from the account along with 1100 commission. Evening i got a call from shibu saying the application is on hold since the name in passport and account is different. He wasn't even aware that the name has to be same even after handling so many gic cases. I was still patient. 2nd oct was a holiday. I gave him a call on, 3rd october asking about the status. He says he has requested for the refund and it is in process. Its 5th october today and i haven't got back my amount, neither my gic is processed. Everyday he says something new saying he has requested treasury for the refund. And not even sure when the refund is happening. Everyday he says it will be done by eod and there's no update. During my conversation with him today 5th oct he mentioned saying today is saturday i'm not sure if they process. Why not? Saturday is a working day for the employees right? Also, 7th and 8th oct is a holiday. I haven't got my money back neither i'm able to file gic. I asked him if i should apply for name change as per passport yesterday 4th oct he said that's not required he would take approvals and get it done. And today 5th oct he says you have to apply for name change. I have had such bad experience with hdfc i would not recommend it to my friends and family going forward. I am very frustrated with the process and the customer support executives. He is a manager of a bank and is not able to communicate to me in english. Please take this escalation and let me know when i would get my money back? I have already wasted my 2 weeks and next week also since the name change will take 3 working days. I make sure this reaches all social media and people are aware about this.

        I have done transaction on oct 1st through hdfc credit card 12300/ to payzapp wallet.
        Money got deducted from hdfc credit card. But payzapp wallet not reflected 12300/ amount.

        Im facing this issue last four days.
        Still amount not reflect back to hdfc credit card or payzapp wallet.

        I contacted hdfc customer care. They told that wait for 2 days, it will reflect but no response till now.
        No contact support for payzapp wallet.

        Please provide valid solution.

          access to internet banking -unable to login to the new website

          Hdfc seems to have launched a new website. When i try to login it shows up the login window of the old website, briefly shows the interface of the old website, then logs out and takes you back to the home page of the new website. This is an endless loop. To give a ray of hope, it has an option of accessing the old website on the home page of the new website. However, clicking this does the same thing.             I bought a product from amazon for ₹996. I paid it by upi money transfer attached with my hdfc bank account. After some time i cancelled the order and requested for refund of payment. The amazon initiate my refund on same day and they send me a refund reference #[protected] number and ask me to wait for 4 business days. The date when amazon initiate the refund is 30 september 2019 but till 04 october 2019 i haven’t receive my refund yet. I call amazon and ask them for my refund and they said that please contact with your bank customer care. Please help me out for this trouble.

              I've not been receiving otps for adding someone as a beneficiary from hdfc since yesterday.

              I just moved to nepal and they have no provision for a universal toll free customer care number! Can't get through the so called 'central number' that they have for other countries -'[protected]'

              I'm sure one understands how frustrating it is to not be able to speak to anyone! Worse, they have no provision for complaining about otps on their useless 'eva chatbot' system or in their complaints section.

              Seems like no one wants to talk otps!!!

                  Hi,

                  I have been using hdfc savings bank account for one of my previous employer where i have worked for only 4 months. Account was opened in 2013 and when i left that organization it was no longer in use.

                  Now the problem is i need to open bank statement pdf file which is password protected which need my customer id. I have forgot / lost everything including bank account number.

                  The bank account was opened with below registered details.
                  Account type: savings account

                  Branch: broadway, chennai

                  I desperately need my customer id to open my bank statement file, because i need to submit to my current employer for the background verification which is very mandatory. It is very very urgent. Please help.,

                      I have booked a railway ticket but the transaction failed due to network failure and money was deducted. I got refund msg from irctc, that 'an amount of rs 838.68 deducted against irctc txn id [protected]on 03-oct-2019 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered. But hdfc haven't credited it in my account, till now, and one same day i received another msg from irctc that 'ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending * for rs. 838.68 has been credited/reversed by irctc12027 on[protected]:16:51:15. But till now no msg from the bank i have received also i have cross-checked it with atm. I want support from the bank.

                        Hi, i have updated my uk number in my bank account a few months ago, and i have been getting all the opts instantly on that number, but i am not getting them anymore. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
                        I didn't get an otp a day before then it worked yesterday, and now it stopped working again. I am trying to do a payment online and i am not able to receive an otp now. This is very annoying and frustrating.

                                  Hi,

                                  I took hdfc credit card in july 2018 and as per they there is no annual charges of that. After that they charge me 1000 rs by saying its annual charges, then they again charged 1000 rs in july as card renewal charges. Then i closed my card and denied renewing the card. They agreed to cancel and remove the charges.
                                  Now they are auto debiting the amount from my bank account and giving me slangs you have to.

                                  Why are they charging twice? It's just 1 year.
                                  They are mentally torturing me. They lie 100 times for this.
                                  One customer representive saying x thing another saying y thing.
                                  I also went to bank and they say the amount will not deduct just re-register the card. Now they are debiting it from bank.
