My name is Debanjan Dhar. I have a credit card, personal and consumer loans with your bank. I have been making payments without fail for a year. However, since this month, I have a back log, and I am unable to pay such a big amount. I can sense that if I don't take a step now, I will be in a bigger trap and that might lead to a disaster. I want to deal directly with the bank and not through collection agents. I am your customer, and I seek a plan for repayment. Kindly help me assess my situation and let you pay back every single penny. But not under such pressure of collection agents. I am really looking forward to a solution for this.
