Complaint to hdfc hbl=[protected].
I have made settlement long ago. Now i don't have the letter proof. From past few months collections agents were acting as rowdy behaviors and now i am helpless with them.
Please help. The credit card has no pin at all was fraudulent usage on year 2014.
Disturbing my peaceful life.
Wantedly making noise in front of my old parents.

I held a credit card bearing number [protected] with HDFC and closed/settled the credit card. I did not receive the settlement letter and need one now.
My FAST TAG is not working. Please assist.

Tried to reach my relationship manager but not fixed. I tried to recharge in the portal but it says invalid number.

Also my relationship manager is unable to route it to concern department/team with in HDFC. I am wondering who will fix my Issue ?

    This is complaint against advocate amit kumar, who have send a letter on behalf of hdfc bank, at my home town where i am not leaving,
    My loan account number is 4414865, i paid all emi on timely manner, but i missed two emi, after that i am regular,
    His letter stated that i have to pay full outstanding amount within a week,
    He stated me as a defaulter,
    His letter didn't mention where to deposit and how to deposit, wat are the process to clear outstanding balance,
    This letter is a big harrasement for me who is a responsible customer,
    Pls tell me what i can do asap and wat are the process

      Sir,
      I had a credit card from hdfc no [protected]. Again that card i some health insurance was attached without my concern. Even i had given written mail to the concern for cancellation nad they had done the policy cancel but the amount had been mounting up since 2013 and regularly yearly basis send letter for settlement. I visited the hdfc bank malda regarding this but the executive who handled this department was not at all helpful. Least interested in helping me out.
      As not having any transaction done thru credit card when how i'm going to pay such a huge amount which they are claiming now.
      I am having all the soft copies mail printed out which can be produced for inspection along with the statement
      Kindly look into this with high priority.

        Hi,

        I have had a super annoying and non responsive communication from hdfc helpline as well as relationship manager named "mayur".

        Firstly, my credit card was blocked without any intimation and post that i have been trying to re-apply or ask for help from both the helpline and my relationship manager but in last 2 weeks i got absolutely no help.

        If you try to open new account or cards then they are super helpful, they will even send representatives to your house, but in case you need help with existing stuff the team is absolutely helpless and annoying.

        On top of that, i have always got this response that we will call you back but i received no calls.

        With this experience, i am planning to shut down my hdfc accounts and rather switch to the banks who pay heed to their customers.

        Hi Anay

        The problem is just not with the new card, its also about the existing card. I have used this link already but its of no use as the caller has no idea regarding NRI customers!!!.

        Also, the relationship manager has been made aware through mails but there has not been any response. I have availed loans, cards both debut and credit for about 5 years now therefore the above response does not help as I have tried the same. So, providing the link above does not solve any purpose. Would be great if you can help with changing the relationship manager.

          Hello team,

          While was applying for commercial loan in hdfc bank. Executive told us we will approve 24 lac loan as per calculation they decided i trust them and we start processing they taken 15000 rs cheque from us and after doing some process and taken 2 month time period they said we can sanction only 15 lac loan they cheated us as there commitment and sanction amount was very huge difference. They have all documents updated always and while refund they have just refunded 8000 rs to us

          They have wasted our 2 month time and tell us dont process with other bank we assure you to sanction your loan as 24 lac and sudden another day they said officer not sanctioning the said amount

          They do harassment us by taking 2 months and not responding properly, and taken our money and not giving loan also as they promise 1 lac or 2-3 lac difference in sanction amount is acceptable but there is 10 lac huge difference.

          We did not get loan and 2 month hurrasment with 7000 rs loss of money we want our all money refund now

          Please help us i have all officers name who behave badly and given wrong commitment.

            I had applied for my debit card on 27th august and it has been 10 working days and i have not received my debit card yet, my online transactions are on hold because of this delay. I have received my ipin on 3rd september. The customer care number is useless, i want a human being to speak not machine. Kindly acknowledge my situation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

              I want the refund. Without any notification. Any clarification hdfc bank decided to put fund on reserve conveniently, also i can see some monthly decision of 5₹. I can’t understand why. This was my salary account. It is supposed to be a zero balance account.
              Hdfc bank has never done this. My account was a salary account back 2 years a ago. After that i use it to make normal transfers. I thought of keeping this account active as hdfc service is good. However in these years my account had zero balance in number of occasions but they never charged or put the fund in any kind of reserve.
              I am really upset.
              I tried reaching hdfc on customer care
              It not helping.
              I think these fund reserve plan of hdfc is unfair option for hdfc bank to generate revenue from their customers.

                This incident happened on 31st aug 2019.. Hdfc collections representative called and asked for the payment. I told them it will take time to process the payment as there was network issue.. A month before i was not able to make the payment as i lost my job. When i didn't made the payment on 31st aug they harassed my dad. Called my dad about the payment. I called that agent and requested not to call on any number. He said mam apka number not reachable tha to hume kisi na kisi ko contact krna hoga. I told them i will make the min. Payment just give me some time, there is a network problem. So, next day 1st sept that agent again called my dad and i requested to delet that number but they keep on calling on that number and harassing me saying i[censored] will not pay we will call your dad, we will send a person at your place. I already explained the situation and they agreed that they are not going to call on any number apart from my number but still they keep on following the same practise and keep on harassing. Still they called my dad 5th sep. I always answer there ph calls but still they are harassing me like hell. This harassment can lead to any majore action. Please help me and i also requested to convert balance amount into installments but they are nt helping me out and deneyed rudely for the same. I need a resolution and help. Today also they were harassing me saying payment nhi kroge we will call ur dad. Ph no - [protected]

                  1. Loan disbursed rs 1125000 for 216 months emi as on 23 rd august 2017.
                  2. As on 8th september 2019, still pending 214 months emi after paid all the emi's and after got home loan subsidy rs 2.49 l
                  3. While interest go up bank charged extra and increase the tenure but while interest gone down bank not charged low and not decrease the tenure.
                  4. Not provide the proper transferant statement according to tenure.
                  Last but not the least ever i will release from this home loan b4 die?

                        Hi, i was offered a credit card recently based in my recent loan from hdfc
                        They called me multiple times,, after their executive came and took my signature that's all, they didn't collected any necessary documents as it was with them they previous loan application..
                        After that i got multiple and regarding application number and later confirmatiin calls..
                        Then after 10 days my application got rejected
                        Don't know why
                        The executive who talked to me don't know the reason and they won't respond now
                        I need justice

                          Hello my name is jayesh sharma i am a customer with hdfc bank from 8 to 10 years i was not aware that hdfc will do this kind of fraud with me first they did not tell me about the home loan process as all my accounts are with them only first when i applied i showed all my documents to pradeep an employee of hdfc bank working for hdfc home loans he was very late so i updated bank manager about it then i got a new person name rakesh he helped me in giving information then when my file went ahead they were saying that business needs to be 5 years and other things i dont understand why they did not tell me in the start and they might be doing with several customers so this is kind of scam why i have to pay the fees when they would have updated me about it i would not have given my documents so kindly help me in getting my hard earn money back or please take some action on it

                          this was told to me on August 19 2019

                          Hi,

                          This mail is in regards to my Home Loan Application No.[protected] .

                          I have applied this loan application with help of your representative Mr. Pradeep xxxx. from Borivali East Dattapada Branch. I would like to inform that it has been very unfortunate to have my time wasted on approaching HDFC Bank for the Loan.

                          Firstly, Mr. Pradeep had been very unresponsive at times and not transparent about the facts of the application. Had to approach Branch Manager Mr. Edwin Samson for my case and that's when I was asked to communicate with Mr. Rakesh Gehlot for further updates who later has been helpful. During these times when I was in contact with Pradeep, I was never informed..

                          1. That even if HDFC Bank doesn't respond customers with the "Amount of the Loan that can be Sanctioned" and/or the "Rate of Interest", bank can still charge processing fee to the customer.

                          2. The standard market rate of interest for home loan currently stands at 8.5 % to 9.5 %( At least that's what I was expecting). To my shock, I was informed by Rakesh that for me ROI will be 10.5%.

                          3. Till date I am not yet informed about the Loan amount that can be sanctioned by any of your representatives.

                          4. Initially when I submitted all of the necessary required documents which clearly states that I have a business running from last 3 years which doesn't qualifies the criteria for sanction of loan, why would your representative still process my application and charge me for the same knowing that this factor doesn't suits the criteria ?

                          5. Just FYI, I am a preferred HDFC bank customer for Saving A/c from past 7 years with Customer ID 38048073. All of my incomes in these years had only this account for banking.

                          6. This application was a Joint Application with my Mother Mrs. Radha Dinesh Sharma. Who also has Preferred Savings A/c with your bank ( ID[protected]. She has a fixed sustained income of ₹ 65000 p.m generated just through the rent apart from other incomes. Documents justifying this was also been shared.

                          7. Apart from this, even my Current A/c for my Business Entity M/s Jtech Innovations ( Proprietary Firm ) had HDFC as the Banker. A/c no.[protected] from last 3 years

                          Considering all these accounts that we hold with you and these years of banking relationship that I had with HDFC and only HDFC, I was never given any proper support or information for the application of this home loan.

                          Even after this ordeal, I hope my request for Reviewing the Application will be looked upon by the Bank, by providing me the details of the Loan amount that can be sanctioned with a fair Rate of Interest ( The Standard Market ROI )

                          I look forward to positive reply on this matter at the earliest. Failing to respond on timely manner or replying with high ROI would eventually result in "Change of Bank" along with refunding me the Processing Fee of ₹ 11, 800/-

                              I paid on 14th july thinking i had nothing else to pay in august again they added late fine and in sep again (Late fine of 600 up on late fine 600) its so funny i have never seen any company charging late fine repeatedly late fine is generated for one emi which is late but it cannot be repeated if emi is paid and late fine is pending all though in july it showed minimum amount due so i paid now also i made 1200 payment (Only fine) august and september but they have added more 600 late fine which is unbilled yet. Pathetic to take credit cards or hdfc want to close it as soon as this sin amount of theirs get billed.

                                I have saving account (Savings account no.: [protected], churchgate) in hdfc bank and when i check my account statement i found 1550 amount has been deducted from my hdfc account without any prior information with transaction id: inter-brn cash chg inc.

                                I had left only 1255/- in my account and after deduction my account balance went into negative 250 rs.

                                    My hdfc sb account was in negative figures which was brought to zero on 17/08/2019 on raising complaint for reversing the same and rs. 10, 000 /- was deposited for maintaining the average balance before converting my sb to salary account.

                                    Immediately on[protected], the same negative figure amount of rs.9, 452/- was debited instantly without any message and approaching the home branch, i wrote a letter stating to refund the entire amount which was debited. But the staff said that only amb charges could be reversed but not gst along with it.

                                    This is totally unfair, gst charge alone amounts to rs. 1328. The staff first reversed the negative figure to zero then charged the same amount on replenishing the amount with minimum balance.

                                    On[protected], rs. 531 was debited from the same account due to non maintenance of balance as the message stated, but my balance at the time of deduction was rs.22, 000/-.

                                    So summing up this i want my refund of rs. 9, 982 into my account as soon as possible.

                                    Please consider the same, as i am in need of money.

                                        On 3 rd august 3:30 pm my 3500 rs was deducted from hdfc atm (Singtam branch) but the cash was not coming out from machine, when i go to nearest hdfc (Singtam branch) for complaining this issue, after checking video footage told me to write application & wait 7 days.
                                        Then after waiting told request rejected and rewrite application wait 7 days, total 4 time i go that branch but nothing happens then told me to call customer care who told me to go to home branch (Gangtok national highway 31 branch).
                                        Gangtok branch again told me to rewrite application wait 7 days.. But after waiting period nothing happens they even not receiving calls.
                                        For getting 3500 rs my travel expense become 1000 rs till now.
                                        My monthly income is less than 9k
                                        What should i do?
