I have salary account with hdfc bank bank. Bank has put my account on hold because of late credit card payment.

Now i paid minimum payable amount with confirmation from customer but bank still not release my account.

I stay in mumbai alone and all my bill are pending due to this hold. Please release my account as soon as possible.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2893 without my concern on date:06/08/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership on priority and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- because of bank has charges late amount rs. 500/- due to amount not paid.

      Dear team,

      This is really been frustrating experience with hdfc bank.
      In last 2 month observed charges of around 1700 in negative showing and +270 deducted from my account. I. E. 2000 in last 3 month.

      I went to wagholi brach to close my account and they told me that go to main brach where you opened your around. Is this really true we have to go home brach and close.

      I am planning to file a complaint on rbi website against this as it seems bank are earning money from people of india.

        This is the message i recieved from hfc today (06/09/2019) however, i have not given any mandate and i ave not even taken any loan or any credit from the bank.

        Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to visu leasing and finance pvt ltd with value rs. 26250.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I need to contact hdfc bank (Andheri) asap but i live in vadodara and wana close that account. I need to do it very soon.. This is just soo unfair... How can they charge on dormant account.. They should close it when a customer is not willing to use account. So i request you to take a follow-up of all.. And do the action needfully

            Dear sir,
            We are the employee of dac acc public school, kymore. We have the salary account at hdfc bank katni (Mp). But on the 27 august 2019 the bank debit / deducted 885 rs as the annual charges of debit card. But according to the rules and regulations of hdfc bank cooperation no annual charges are applicable for salary account debit card, it completely free.
            I have been mail to the bank manager for reversing the amount but he is not cooperating,. Sir i want to say you that it is just like a robbery by bank into the customers account. Yet on 06/09/2019 no refund is received by us.
            If this matter is not resolve in two days then we will move to respected
            Customers court for justice.

                Hi sir - i have an account with hdfc bank from the past 7 years, i was given new chip card from hdfc, which was faulty one and then i raised a complaint for the blockage of the card 15 days back and re-issue of new card and then submitted a written complaint with the ticket number :[protected] still there is no response and ivr is the most worst experience.

                I am not getting any response from the bank. I am in an impression that hdfc bank is cheating/misleading me with faulty messages /otp for the card which i am not sure to whom that card is with is, and they even respond to emails also.

                  Actually, this is not a complaint. I am very much happy with hdfc bank. As i was jobless for past sometime, i couldn't maintain the minimum balance of 10000 rs. So, i think around 2600 rs is debited as fine from my account. Now, i got a job and i can maintain the balance now. I am even planning on taking a personal loan for my marriage from hdfc bank as i have already finished my two wheeler loan with our bank successfully. So, i request you to kindly waive off the fine amount one last time. I do not want to leave the hdfc account as it is and let it close automatically. My customer id is 50560571.

                    These people are keeping the money on hold every now and then.
                    They held 11000 on my account when i called customer support they transfer from one department to other and no one helps. Then one csa agent said you must pay 11000 rs as credit is due so that we release this 11000. When i paid 11000 rs instead of releasing the amount they debited that as well from my account. Now my monthly emi for my personal loan they hold the emi amount and loan department people call to pay emi. Why hold the money when they can debit it from the account. They say pay the amount we will release, who can take chances all the time.

                    On top of that, there is no proper credit card statement provided, on what basis they are charging. If i pay 4000 rs and even if i do not use the card by the end of the month my credit balance is in negative.

                    They also put some random hold stating hold for so xyz reason.

                    Is there someone who can question these people about what they are doing.

                      Hello,

                      Have received a message from hdfc on ach debit mandate of 75000 mthly from my account for Ashish securities Pvt Ltd even though I haven’t given any such instructions. Request to look into this matter immediately and cancel or put a stop this fraudulent activities as the customer care is not helping me with this issue hence raising complaint on this forum.

                        Sir,

                        1. I had applied for BHARAT credit card of HDFC Bank through online. My application reference No is 19G[protected]N1.

                        2. After submitting of request through online, Ms Anita[protected], Tele caller of HDFC Bank (Branch Vikaspuri, New Delhi) contacted me on my mobile ([protected]) and asked my details like portfolio / department / source of income / possession of credit/debit card etc for the purpose of eligibility for the said credit card. According to Ms Anita, I was fulfilling all the criteria for issuance of the above said credit card from HDFC Bank. Then, Mr Vikram, Executive of HDFC Bank ([protected]) had come at my residence on 27 Jun 19 and collected the following documents:-

                        (a) Application Form duly completed in all respect.
                        (b) A copy of Aadhar Card
                        (c) A copy of PAN Card
                        (d) A copy of Salary Slip for the month of May 19
                        (e) A copy of Axis Bank SB a/c statement of three consecutive months (All the papers were attested by me in the presence of Mr Vikram, Executive)

                        3. On 12 Jul 19, I learnt through online that I have been DECLINED for the said credit card without giving any reason.

                        4. I am too much surprised to know that after collecting the form and supporting documents (Govt valuable documents), how I became “ineligible” for the said credit card, whereas before collecting the papers I was eligible for the card.

                        5. I had contacted the HDFC Bank but no satisfactory reply on the following issues was provided to me:-

                        (a) What was the reason for delay of processing of my application for credit card
                        ? (The said form alongwith supporting documents were collected on 27 Jun 19 and it was processed on 09 Jul 19).
                        (b) Why the actual reason of DECLINING my application been kept hidden ?
                        (c) Why Mr Vikram, Executive collected the application form along with supporting documents from me, if I was ineligible ?

                        6. After not getting satisfactory reply, I approached to Mr Manikandan P.S, Manager Grievance Cell for the exact reason for declining for the said credit card. But, once again I have been given a set reply vide Para 3 of e-mail Q. Ref No [protected]. No executive of HDFC Bank had clarified me the exact reason for declining for the said credit card till today.

                        7. I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and intimate me the actual reason for declining me Bharat Credit Card of HDFC Bank at the earliest.

                            Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9333 balance.
                            The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                            I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                            Plz juistice to me. 9333 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                            What is the action will take against this bank.

                              I have opened account and sales person told that i would pay less charges than my current broker.
                              But charges are still high and i do not intend to trade by paying so huge charges.
                              I am also not getting clear support and rm details from any of the customer care service department of hdfc securities, everyone saying to contact someone else, very very poor services from hdfc securities.
                              If issues are not resolved in few days then i will close my account in hdfc securities.

                                Hi,

                                I am holding account salary account with hdfc bank no. On mobile no [protected]

                                The credit card with xxxxxxxxx3851 was issued to me. I was told the card is life time free and no maintenance fee is applicable still they charged maintenance fee and also activated smart pay without asking me. I have not used the card still it is activated and they have charged fees.

                                14-08-19 i have received the notice asking to pay 4047.86 within 7 days otherwise the amount will be deducted from my saving account. Further on 28-08-09 the amount of 3050.49 has been deducted from my saving account.

                                I want reversal of said charges and also want to block the card.

                                  I require noc urgently against credit card no-[protected]. As i have closed this credit card many years back. Kindly issue me the noc of the same.
                                  I visited mumbai branch for the same. They replied me that you will get it from chennai branch & you have to apply online & you will get it via mail. To give credit card they come to home & for noc we have to contact chennai branch

                                    I raised a chargeback to HDFC bank for a credit card transaction dated: 7th July 2019 of Rs. 52000.00
                                    HDFC given a reference no for: [protected] for inquiry.

                                    Merchant already confirmed that they given the acceptance on chargeback to merchant bank. The merchant confirmation email also shared with HDFC. However HDFC neither return my money, nor given me a temporary credit till date inspite of my closed follow up with HDFC. I have sent more than twenty email to HDFC regarding this matter.
                                    It is very surprising that HDFC is unable to provide any firm date of return of my money which was already reversed by merchant.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear sir
                                      I am an existing customer of your bank at the branch pillu khera mandi district kind haryana. I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself a loyal customer of your bank. I am loading this complaint against one of your staff member at pillu khera mandi branch. His name is jai bhagwan as per my knowledge he is currently designated as branch manager. Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you the judge of it.
                                      On 26/8/2019 at around 2:30pm, when i had gone to the hdfc branch to deposit money in to my account. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently he was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to go back i can't help you and he didn't even offered me to take a seat. He said to his guard through him out then i said please close my account then he said to me you can come tomorrow for close your account i don't care about anything these are the words he said to me. I know he is working but if he is not behaving well with his customer then he doesn't have right to be seat on that place. I didn't like his behavior and it proved hdfc bank have a arrogant staff, non cooperative staff, time pass staff mot working properly for customer's. I will be grateful if an amicable decision is provided on my complaint as soon as possible thanks

                                      Respected sir / Mam their is nothing left to discuss actually I don't want to go there again and get insulted or harrassed. Because I had already enough hance can you please tell me your bank employees don't have any protocol to follow and other side looks like a customer's satisfaction is not your bank staff goal because it's too late to get the justice for me so can you please explain me are you going to take action against him or you guys wants protect him to do these types misbehaviour with someone else and put your bank customer dealing standard down. Kindly let me know when you going to take strict action against him then no one else get insulted like me otherwise we have a four accounts with your bank from our family members then we are not staying anymore with your bank we will close our account thanks very much sir
