Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 10 time in a line, which was 1 months ago i was deducted...

I still haven't received my refund for the amazon order i payed through google pay.
It seems amazon has already initiated the refund 9 days ago.
Why is it taking so long?
Will i ever get my money back?

I purchased goods from bengaluru during hdfc sale last january (Phoenix marketcity, brand outlets etc). At all these purchases i specifically used hdfc cc because of posters stating x% cashback on hdfc cc. The shopkeepers said the cashback will be received after 120 days.
It's already more than 7 months. No cashback received from any purchase.

Absolute fraudsters.

I have an account of hdfc in ludhiana dugri phase 1. From last some days, bank is deducting my money 5.90 rupees many times.

Attached is the fir copy of the complain for the same that has lodged at the local police station. (Bandra police station) also the dispute form.

The necessary intimation was also given to your call center for blocking the credit cards/account/net banking/phone banking on the stolen card on the 4th of august...

I am 885 rs has been deducted from my account without any clarifications.
Its a normal account. Call customer care several times they are disconnecting my call.

I am not sure what kind of card has been given to me. This is a huge amount which i am not willing to pay anymore.

What is the procedure to discontinue that card and how to get refund?

I had submitted my credit card closure form in bangalore on june month, for which i recieved an sms saying ur letter has been recieved and your query is under process.
After that im recieving a statement saying your card has been renewed and charges are 590.
Its ridiculous how can a bank renew a card, applied for closure of which no news is there, without the permission of the customer...

Without information dated on 16/08/2019
When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/08/2019 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account...
