I applied for hdfc credit card in july 2019. Despite having provided the required address proofs, hdfc reported my address wrong to cibil.
I have raised cibil dispute twice already.
Hdfc has failed to correct their misreporting to cibil.
The door number is mentioned wrong on my credit report by hdfc.

Due to this unprofessional behaviour, my credit report/history is messed up.
Kindly do the needful to address my concerns.

      Hi, i had a salary account in hdfc 1.5 years back when i was working at hdb financial services. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. But that time i could not close my account because some amount due in previous company.
      The bank converted my salary account into savings account & charged monthly in between my date of leaving and date of get my final settlement. After getting final settlement, bank hold fund of rs.2132.00 due to negative balance in my account and finally deduct it except rs.11.00. Then i approach branch for close my account, but they said until the hold amount totally deducted they can not close the account & refuse to close the account. Now it is stand at rs.3615.40 (Negative balance).
      Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account even i not get final clearance by employer?
      According to rbi guidelines banks can not charge any amount on savings account for average monthly balance (Amb).
      I want to justice for hole amount. Rs.5747.4 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
      What is the action will take against this bank?

      Yeh, One representative of HDFC bank had contacted me.She advice, submitting one closer form along with a letter in the same respect. I submitted all the document and after two days i see some portion AMB charges reverse in my account.but after single day bank have deducted the amount again for AMB. Also, They can not close my account till date...and not getting any status from the bank for the same.
      I feel this is not a proper soluation.

        Its horrible experince to get connected with hdfc toll free service. The issue is today 11th sep 2019 when i logged in to my netbanking i noticed a negative balance showing - 1198 rs in my salary account. I want to know why it happenned. My customer id is[protected]. I need a call back asap on my reg no to get resolution regarding this. Hope hdfc will take care of this.

I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. I would like you to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

                I am putting again as HDFC bank has not provided valid email ID to contact and also did not contacted on my number.

                Dear team,

                This is really been frustrating experience with hdfc bank.
                In last 2 month observed charges of around 1700 in negative showing and +270 deducted from my account. I. E. 2000 in last 3 month.

                I went to wagholi brach to close my account and they told me that go to main brach where you opened your around. Is this really true we have to go home brach and close.

                I am planning to file a complaint on rbi website against this as it seems bank are earning money from people of india.

                Yes, Bank people called me and told that deducted amount 270 cant be return but will not take 1700rs.
                Today I have submitted Account Closure Application.
                Executive has mentioned that it will take 7 days.

                I hope, I will not face any issue on this.

                  My upi transcation failed... Amount was debited from hdfc account but it didnot get credited into the beneficiary account... Its almost 4days... My 10, 200 amount is hanged now... It was a upi transcation... Wen will i ge my refund back? Frst they said its pending.. Then said transaction.. But i have attached the mini statemnt.. On 6th nd 9th 10th there was nothing credited... I have informed the receiver bank but they said the money has Not credited its totally issuing bank fault

                    I have received a message - "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc issued to hdfcltd with value rs. 89602.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch". I haven't given any mandate. Please resolve this and let me know the reason for such fraud messages. I will also escalate and take a legal action against this.

                      I have applied for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th aug-19, reference number hfr222328. Still i have not received the sticker. I tried calling the customer care number [protected] multiple times but no response. I'm a preferred hdfc customer and this is the first time i'm facing very bad experience with hdfc bank. Kindly request to look into this.

                      I have paid inr 500 from my hdfc account thorough online and inr 200 has been recharged. Below is the email i received from hdfc fastag

                      The address is same, the courier guy told he will come the next day but he didn't come. I have no clue about the courier so I just ignored.                         I performed the imps transaction on 9th september for amount rs. 9900, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via hdfc mobile banking app.

                        I received transaction timed-out message on my registered mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not received by the beneficiary as well.

                        Please check and let me know if this amount will be refunded or will reach the beneficiary. Please let me know the status.

This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.

                              Hi team,

                              Finance charge has been deducted rs.833.61 on aug 14th.

                              For that i have dropped many mail to reverse or give emi option but they denied to refund and refused to give emi option.

                              And late fee has been deducted rs.800 on sep 6th.
                              Then overlimit fee has been deducted rs.500 on sep 7th.
                              All charges deducted with gst.

                              Totally rs. 2133 + gst.

                              Note: in the beginning, they given the emi option for 19, 000 and i paid without any due for all amount in given time. After that i used to buy something in thought of emi option. That time they said that emi is not available in my card. So, i used to pay only minimum due because of my financial issue. At the same time they had been charging the same finance charges & overlimit fine also. But they have refunded the same which i requested. Now they refusing to refund and asking to pay full amount 24k. And deducting charges heavily. My salary is 16k. How can i pay full amount in heavy interest rate with them. I'm a old customer, i have adviced many friends to get credit card because of service was good. Now it's totally disappointing ☹️. Even i'm raising the complaint means, they will come with terms and conditions. I need solution.

                              I need my money back or positive value in my card. I'm going to close this hdfc credit card service with settling 24k. I don't want to pay for these services provider. Check my credit card transactions. I have done many more. But they are not ready to offering the emi option for whole amount or partial amount. Only deducting the charges. I'm not supposed to pay these charges. I want to close the credit card immediately with settling once deducted money given back or card should be in positive. Now it's showing rs.-1312 (Negative). And i will share my feedback to all my friends circle about this service.

                              Needs:
                              1. Emi option for 23k.
                              2. Refund of rs.2133
                              3. Or else positive amount should be reflect in credit card to settle and close my hdfc credit card.

                                Hi,

                                I have noticed that my credit card has been used for unauthorized, illegal transaction on 08/09/2019 for withdrawing cash of RS. 20000. I have attached the screenshot of the SMS I have received and I have also raised a complaint with phone banking for the same and the complaint reference no. Is [protected].

                                I have also sent them the mail with all the details, including the dispute form provided by their bank to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com

                                But there is no response from HDFC Bank regards this. They are not giving any proper guidance to resolve this.

                                I request you to look into the case and let me know the status of the same asap.

                                  Hi,
                                  Most of the customers already complaint about "mandate referenceno".
                                  Why the problem is arising again and again. It is giving panic to me.

                                  Today, i got the message from ax-hdfcbk as below,

                                  "mandate reference no:hdfc20192.. Issued to lic housing finance ltd with value rs.35000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing."

                                  Please help me to resolve this.

                                  i transfered some amount to my realtives, it is debited from my account but beneficary account not credit. i check with hdfc bank team, they are telling timeout error, kindly check & do the needful asap.
                                  I cancelled an order on amazon on 29/8/2019.. I paid from debit card..so I got refund message from both amazon and hdfc stating that "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 7904 for Rs. 1899.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:12:00:27". But still my amount is not credited. Kindly help me on this..
                                  Hi, I own Regalia First Credit Card, I have not activated the card and also not used the card till date .                                   three years ago hdfc bank manager abohar has two years 24 insalments on my credit total pending payment 90, 000, near about 4750/- month, i have transferd all insalments of my credit card, but now credit card payment is outstanding and my hdfc bank saving account has gone to negtive balace, please solve my problem quickly, thanks

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have done 2 transactions.

                                    1. Irctc : i booked the ticket but later i cancelled the ticket & got a message from hdfc bank that my account is reversed/credited with the amount, but it is not reflecting in my bank account.

                                    2. Makemytrip (Amazon pay payment mode): i have booked and cancelled a hotel, for this also i got the reversal message but the amount is not credited back.

                                    Someone withdraw my 40000 rs through debit card at atm haveli phagwara. I have not disclose my atm no. or pin code to anyone. I think Someone did my ATM Cloning.
                                    I got coupon from HDFC BANK to place order through and accordingly I have placed the order for Benetton woman BR watch. However I got delivery of a different watch not suitable to me (o[censored]NISEX watch.) I do not want this this and want to return the wrong item delivered and get refund. Please help. Thanx

                                      I am trying to login on fastag.hdfc.com but not able to login.
                                      i got the message the day i got my fastag with my new car but i have tried to open with using my customer id and wallet but it is showing no records available for this customer id .
                                      i don't know how the car dealer recharged this account let me know this card is valid or not so i can apply some other bank or paytm.
                                      it is waste to use from hdfcbank

                                      Your FasTag has been issued successfully. Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected].

                                      But i am not able to reset password and not able to login

                                      Please look into this asap.

                                        My HDFC credit card money rupees 1071.86 has been deducted from unknown person (unauthorised transaction) without asking OTP. I have raised the complaint and Credit card been blocked. but the money has to refund back to my credit card. I am requesting Indian consumer complaint forum to help me.
