Hi team,
Finance charge has been deducted rs.833.61 on aug 14th.
For that i have dropped many mail to reverse or give emi option but they denied to refund and refused to give emi option.
And late fee has been deducted rs.800 on sep 6th.
Then overlimit fee has been deducted rs.500 on sep 7th.
All charges deducted with gst.
Totally rs. 2133 + gst.
Note: in the beginning, they given the emi option for 19, 000 and i paid without any due for all amount in given time. After that i used to buy something in thought of emi option. That time they said that emi is not available in my card. So, i used to pay only minimum due because of my financial issue. At the same time they had been charging the same finance charges & overlimit fine also. But they have refunded the same which i requested. Now they refusing to refund and asking to pay full amount 24k. And deducting charges heavily. My salary is 16k. How can i pay full amount in heavy interest rate with them. I'm a old customer, i have adviced many friends to get credit card because of service was good. Now it's totally disappointing ☹️. Even i'm raising the complaint means, they will come with terms and conditions. I need solution.
I need my money back or positive value in my card. I'm going to close this hdfc credit card service with settling 24k. I don't want to pay for these services provider. Check my credit card transactions. I have done many more. But they are not ready to offering the emi option for whole amount or partial amount. Only deducting the charges. I'm not supposed to pay these charges. I want to close the credit card immediately with settling once deducted money given back or card should be in positive. Now it's showing rs.-1312 (Negative). And i will share my feedback to all my friends circle about this service.
Needs:
1. Emi option for 23k.
2. Refund of rs.2133
3. Or else positive amount should be reflect in credit card to settle and close my hdfc credit card.

Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't get any solution not even single call from HDFC Bank regarding this. They closed the issue simply.

Updated by Prakash Paiya Team, I need solution to my complaint. Just replying of mail is not enough. Solve the problem. I will raise complaint until get over.
