I have paid almost all the installments that time i was now aware about the cheque system, the person used to come to get the payment to my home and i have given him the amount rs 1734 ever time, recently i checked my civil its showing my name in civil kindly help me to resolve this issue,

      Last working day was 24th june 2019. I have been following up with hr team for my fnf since last 60 days but no resolution yet. They are saying that there is an error in system in my last working date update which is something internally and i do not have to do any thing with same. Every time i ask for fn[censored]pdate they start circulating mail to internal dept for the system error. A humble request to please support me on this so that i can get my fnf and can alsi withdraw my pf.

        With reference to the above mentioned subject:
        1. On dated 01.09.2019, I have submitted my duly filled application to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and PriorityRedressal.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.

        2. On the same day (dated 01.09.2019), I have also called HDFCBANK representative at [protected] around 8 PM, he said sorry and gave the no. [protected]. I have tried this number several times but I could not connect with any representative of HDFCBANK CREDIT card division.

        3. Till the time I have not received any response from cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.

        4. On dated 03.09.2019, I have received following standard cut and paste reply from PriorityRedressal.[protected]@hdfcbank.com:
        “Basis your current representation, we are taking up the matter for appropriate review. We shall respond to you in 9 working days and we request you to bear with us in the interim.”

        5. I have not find any information/ process on official website of HDFCBANK regarding closure of Credit card permanently. I have only found credit card closure form https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/CREDIT-CARD-CLOSURE-FORM.pdf.
        On the form it is mentioned that “Duly filled in redemption on coupon to be sent to the following address. HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box No.8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O. Chennai - 600 041 “.

        6. Due to absence of any proper information regarding closure of hdfcbank credit card. I have sent hard copy of my duly filled application to HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box No.8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O. Chennai - 600 041 through India speed post (RE[protected]IN).

        7. In reference to tracking details, the letter was delivered to the office of HDFC Bank Cards Division on dated 07.09.2019.

        8. On dated 10.09.2019, I have received following text sms from AX-HDFCBK “ Dear Customer, we are in receipt of your letter regarding credit card query and will respond to you shortly-hdfcbank.”

        9. My reason to close credit card of hdfcbank permanently: Poor, Pathetic and Non-transparent service of HDFCBANK’ CREDIT CARD.

        10. Till the time hdfcbank has not closed my credit card permanently.

          I am a HDFC credit card holder. on 06.09.2019 auto debited Rs.1899/ from my credit card ending with 5469 without my consent. I so many times speak with one assist executives cancel my membership I am not interested your services.
          but every year they debit money from my card. I don't want this service any more. please refund my debited money. my id 1272720

              I opened a checking account with no minimum balance. But, when i moved to us for higher studies, hdfc converted it to savings account with minum balance of rs.10000 and i had around 9000 in my account at that time. They kept deducting money from my account and now it i snegative balance.

              I requested the bank to close my account in person. But, they still did not close my account

              As many people have complained about mandate reference even i have got the msg from visu finance leasing and pvt limted of 18750 please resolve this issue immediately, , or else i have to go legaly on this issue... I am first scared and confused about this issue I have never issued check to any people as such

                Plz some step against her.. Bank manager talking me with rudely and high volume.. They cashier say give me first some exchange. And they i will cash your check. Then after some time i call my village friend for come in bank with one rupee. And then some time my friend come with one rupee and then your cashier cash my school check.

                  I have applied for fastag on 27th august, and wallet got activated on 28th. But have not received fastag sticker yet. Made many calls to customer service, most of the time no one will pick, if by any chance they pick no one would have any details on the status. So and so concerned team they want to check not sure if exists or not. Applied online for faster process, now i regret for it, money was also deducted. Since the time it was raised, everyday they assure callback with details, but till now nothing. Pathetic customer care service,

                          Regalia credit card/priority pass used in airport lounge at hyderabad on 11 may
                          Charges for same should have been 0 since it is complimentary but the august bill has charges of around 2300 for the same visit.

                          On the request to reverse the transaction, i was asked by the phone banking guy to take it up with priority pass team. Now priority pass team is asking me to take it up with the bank.

                          They are just pushing me and i am tired of tracking this.

                          How can they charge for something which was told to be complementary by both bank and lounge help desk?
                          And how can they charge me 4 months later on some random date?

                            I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

                            Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                            This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                            I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

                              I have paid my creditcard bill of rs 21265 one day before from the due date but they will charge me a payment retun fee of rs 450 if i paid money to them then why i will pay payment return fee. I call customer care number but it always busy. I also use axis bank credit card and they never do this.

                                I have a salary account with hdfc from past 5 years and have a credit card from the same and have been paying minimum due regularly and for last two months minimum due was not paid and without notice my account was put on hold at least even without any intimation.
                                Due to this i was put intobserious troublesome situation my mom is suffering from cancer and i am not able to get her treated as even my salary which got credited for this month sep 1 2019 not even a single penny i am able to used.
                                Upon calling hdfc executive and reaching out to their office n number of times from aug 29 asking to deduct minimum dues which are due and release the account as i am in need of money for my mom's treatment... There response is no where till date 12 sep they are completely cheating me and my point is why don't they provide a notice and i have a audio conversation on 3rd of september when i spoke tonpavithra from richmond road she assured that there was notice sent and she would send it to me in 3 days but in fact there was no notice sent or at least an email intimation or notice..

                                Bank iis ruining our life's, hdfc is worst bank ever pls take strict action against them

                                And maria from richmond road manager she is so irresponsible towards customer upon hearing to mybproblesm she declined the call without any response this shows the level or their professionalism

                                  I made an online transaction with my debit card to airbnb on 9th of september of rs 38, 908. After a couple of days i see that the same amount has been deducted again with the narration saying "mctf 08-09 paypal *hmad". I contacted the original beneficiary and they are unaware of any such transaction triggered from their side. I want to understand why this and want the refund asap. I see this forum has a couple more complaints with the same description and issue as mine. The complaint has been resolved as well. I want an answer immediately.

                                        There was a refund initiated from amazon of rs. 409/- on dated 01/09/2019 with reference no[protected] in my account no [protected]. I have not recived this refund amount till now in my account.
                                        I had procured one leather pouch holder from amazon on 20th aug'19 with payment thru upi from account no [protected] for rs. 459/-. As the product was not suitable and i returned the product, amazon initiated the refund of rs. 409/- on dated 01/09/2019 with reference no[protected].
                                        But this amount is still not reflecting in my bank. Pls resolve.
