Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9333 balance.
The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
Plz juistice to me. 9333 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
What is the action will take against this bank.

    I have opened account and sales person told that i would pay less charges than my current broker.
    But charges are still high and i do not intend to trade by paying so huge charges.
    I am also not getting clear support and rm details from any of the customer care service department of hdfc securities, everyone saying to contact someone else, very very poor services from hdfc securities.
    If issues are not resolved in few days then i will close my account in hdfc securities.

      Hi,

      I am holding account salary account with hdfc bank no. On mobile no [protected]

      The credit card with xxxxxxxxx3851 was issued to me. I was told the card is life time free and no maintenance fee is applicable still they charged maintenance fee and also activated smart pay without asking me. I have not used the card still it is activated and they have charged fees.

      14-08-19 i have received the notice asking to pay 4047.86 within 7 days otherwise the amount will be deducted from my saving account. Further on 28-08-09 the amount of 3050.49 has been deducted from my saving account.

      I want reversal of said charges and also want to block the card.

          I raised a chargeback to HDFC bank for a credit card transaction dated: 7th July 2019 of Rs. 52000.00
          HDFC given a reference no for: [protected] for inquiry.

          Merchant already confirmed that they given the acceptance on chargeback to merchant bank. The merchant confirmation email also shared with HDFC. However HDFC neither return my money, nor given me a temporary credit till date inspite of my closed follow up with HDFC. I have sent more than twenty email to HDFC regarding this matter.
          It is very surprising that HDFC is unable to provide any firm date of return of my money which was already reversed by merchant.

            Dear sir
            I am an existing customer of your bank at the branch pillu khera mandi district kind haryana. I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself a loyal customer of your bank. I am loading this complaint against one of your staff member at pillu khera mandi branch. His name is jai bhagwan as per my knowledge he is currently designated as branch manager. Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you the judge of it.
            On 26/8/2019 at around 2:30pm, when i had gone to the hdfc branch to deposit money in to my account. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently he was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to go back i can't help you and he didn't even offered me to take a seat. He said to his guard through him out then i said please close my account then he said to me you can come tomorrow for close your account i don't care about anything these are the words he said to me. I know he is working but if he is not behaving well with his customer then he doesn't have right to be seat on that place. I didn't like his behavior and it proved hdfc bank have a arrogant staff, non cooperative staff, time pass staff mot working properly for customer's. I will be grateful if an amicable decision is provided on my complaint as soon as possible thanks

Because I had already enough hance can you please tell me your bank employees don't have any protocol to follow and other side looks like a customer's satisfaction is not your bank staff goal because it's too late to get the justice for me so can you please explain me are you going to take action against him or you guys wants protect him to do these types misbehaviour with someone else and put your bank customer dealing standard down.                   I have applied hdfc credit card as heard some appreciation from my colleague about this card, even if i have many other cards i have applied for it. My credit score is above 850 and no reason to deny even top range card by any bank but always going for basic card due to security reasons.

                  Dated 8th august 2019 submitted all documents to hdfc representative at my office and he assured delivery of card in one week after that i received few verification call from bank but never they have asked for any doubt or any discrepancy in my details.

                  Now after close to one month once i have not received any card, tried to check my status and it shows declined without any reason. I tried to call representative but unable to do as contact number given not working and customer care unable to to provide information except same line that is written on webpage.

                  I am not desperate for this card but try to raise my voice because it was socking for me that one basic card declined to me in case when any top card can be availed by me.

                    And he levied 400 every month late fee, after all i have done all payment after 6 month. But now bank reject my all loan while i paid all dues and received no dues. Because the late payment is showing in my cibil,

                          Hdfc has a very archaic process, in terms of loan issuance. Everything is done in person, nothing can be done online.in the day of online and digital banking, hdfc is far behind. I wish i didn't have to deal with hdfc but it is what it is.

                          So, the reason i am complaining is that hdfc issued a demand draft to me, to give to another company, so that i can foreclose that loan. However, there were 2 problems:

                          1) instead of "lan" which stands for loan account number, they typed "lna" on the demand draft.

                          2) they put the wrong company name on the card.

                          I need this escalated and dealt with promptly.

                            I was using hdfc credit card, i was going thru some financial crises and cud not make payment, and they have now blocked my salary account without informing me, that is the only account from where i do all my transactions, i have rent to pay, bills to pay, as well as my account is linked with my loan autopay. I am unable to pay anythng, i have to commit suicide and i will clearly make a note against hdfc bank credit department which is responsible for making my life hell. They have not informed my anything regarding this. I somehow arranged money to make their payment and when i got the money in account they simply blocked it. Please help me to get out of this.

                              I had a savings account opened for a loan purpose in hdfc in 2018 and the bank informed me that its just for the loan purpose only and will be automatically closed if not user for more than 6 months. Now i got a new job where the company uses hdfc as a salary account. I need to open one, but it shows more than 9000 rs as penalty for not using this account. I need to close this savings account and start a salary account. This is not fair as per rbi guidelines to charge for non usage. I havent used the account at all for more than a year

                                My application has been lodged in hdfc in may 2019. Still am waiting for my
                                Disbursement. After escalation, i have been cornered by the branch and knowingly they are
                                Screwing my case and unnecessarily they are delaying. The sale executive who was
                                Handling my case who need to be punished and i need valid reason for all these pain which
                                I have gone through, so that he should not cheat anybody like this and play with their dream
                                And life. Loan is something which we all need at the time or urgency and in difficult times.
                                Does rbi support this 4 months delay from hdfc towards my application then i have no
                                Words to say. Hdfc bank persons can tell any story but does anything justify this huge
                                Amount of time delay. I have all the whats app chats which will show you that i have not
                                Been answered promptly till date from bank side and when i will start asking question then
                                Am disturbing and irritating them. Who is responsible for my time loss, money loss, mental
                                Pain and most important my property loss due to this delay. I need proper action on each
                                And everyone from hdfc who are involved and played with me as they have a upper hand
                                In this being in bank side. I have raised 3 times in the complaints portal still no body bothers to respond to my case.

                                  I have submitted a dispute from in the month of July’19, due to wrong payment of 2, 06, 567.00/- to wrong CC number which is not belongs to HDFC CC. it was a balance transfer from the kotak bank. I have attached the copy of DD for your reference.

                                  DD was submitted in the month of June, it has been cleared from Kotak, last 2 months I am paying interest amount to HDFC and Kotak both the places.

                                  I am waiting more than 2 months to resolve this issue but not getting resolution. Too many times I have connected with HDFC customer care and also visited the Pune PCMC branch where I deposited the DD.

                                    My Name is Binod Kumar Nayak and I am continuously trying to register for credit card online for past six months. When I tried registering through online website. it says that this account is already registered, but when try to log in though the same it says that you are not registered for Credit Cards on Net, If you wish to register for our Credit Cards Services: please contact our 24 hour call center for further assistance. I am tryin to contact the customer care they don't guide properly and most the time don pickup. My id is 32703102.

                                      I have purchased a moblie phone in an outlet and cashback was available on hdfc credit cards and the amount was around about 6000 cashback which hasn't been credited yet first they stated it'll be credited within 180 days maximum but it's been more than 250 days amount hasn't been recieved i tried calling the customer of both samsung india and hdfc bank but got nothing from them

                                        Hi,

                                        I have a salary account in HDFC bank since Sep 2011. Jumbo loan (Rs 11856) auto repayment date is 25th of every month, but due to some personal issue the sufficient amount was not available in my account on 25th Aug'18 that's why auto payment got returned and Rs 11856 went on hold in my salary account. After that I have paid the loan amount through net banking on 1st Sep and also received the confirmation message for the same .
                                        After that I called on customer care to remove the hold amount but still the same amount is on hold in my salary account and I have to pay my credit card bill on 6th Sep. Request you to kindly remove the hold amount asap and if possible kindly waive off the payment return fee.
