Dear Sir/Madam,

My customer ID at HDFC bank is 75105116. In July I was tried to transact through Internet banking they said you can't transact and have to visit to bank branch for the KYC. I have done KYC even though they not activated transactions to receive & pay the amount and said it can't be as my account comes under auditor examination and HO has blocked the account. After asking so many days what the default is there...

I have requested a cheque book on monday(12th august) and havent't received it till now.
I need it on urgent basis from Monday. ACE COURIER tracking dosen't works.
I have no update on my cheque book, i don't know where is it. i got a mail on 13th august 2019 saying your cheque book was sent on 12th August.

Booked Fastag on July 11 and said to change of adress. Still not received my fasting, I have emailed to Fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and did follow-up but no response.

Called customer care, they will wait for 7 days so waited still not received again I call them again wait for 3 days. What's going on ?? As if we don't have better works, we should be keeping...

My account with hdfc securities has been very old i. E. Five to six years. Every year, hdfc securites has been deducted rs. 825 from my account. These charges are very high compare to other brokerage companies. I request u to reduce the amc charges otherwise i will close the account...

I was charged for more money in my card as u can refer my old transactions i was paying it in time manner. Dear Sir/Madam,

We are not possible to pay credit card outstanding payment on current day due to my family problem but i have already pay 35% amount to bank ( Credit card agent ) but he was harassing to me on call, at home for payment in bad language.

Please give me solution...

While opening the bank account i applied for the credit card also.
After a few days of opening the account, i got multiple credit card verification calls all confirming whether i wanted the card or not and my address. But after that my application status is showing declined. I also called the customer care and they say we cannot tell you why it is declined.
There's no response after that....

I have done ticket booking on aug 13th 2019 and 630 rupees is deducted from my account, but the booking is not confirmed. It is showing pending from bank side. Transaction was done through phonepe app with transaction id ptm20190813056820187175201908130230. The transaction is showing successful in the app but not in irctc app.

Please refund the amount....

I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit limit 60000 to 1, 50, 000 but they have not closed my older card and now they have claimed both card payment this is fraud with me.

I have received a message saying "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to icicibankltdraog with value rs. 1089840.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.". I have not requested for the mandate of amount 1089840.00.

On 6th august, 2019 i tried to withdraw an amount of rs. 5000 from atm of karur vsyay bank which failed due to some network error as appeared on the atm screen.

Thereafter, soon i tried to withdraw it pnb sanand branch which was successful. However, the amount of deduction shows twice even the amount received was only rs. 5000.

8-9 days passed but not reversal made...

I had a salary account with hdfc bank which got convorted into savings account. When i left my job in april 2018 hdfc charged me the penalty of non maintenance and now my balance is showing in negative. As of now the charges are rs - 7125.

I was unable to reach my home branch in gurugram as i belong to jharkhand and was unable to find any other option regarding the same through netbanking and phone banking to close...

I have received the call from hdfc bank employee for credit card and they confirm me thrice that my credit card will get initiate but first they ask my id then they called and said without company id proof it want be intiated then again today they call and said that my credit card will get generated without company id and they asked for my bank statement and after that they again said it won't be initiated due to same.

This is 2nd time happend, your people only can call, and offer me like you are eligible for credit card, & complete all the formalities to provide regalia credit card, finally, they send link to me track your application status, it shown status a progress, later that it showing decline status, what is this? Are you peoples playing with customers? Please dont entertine like this way, really its disappointed twice.br...

I opened my bank account at hdfc through my organization. After providing all the supporting documents (Including verification producing original) my credit arrived with wrong spelling of my name.
All the 4 verification calls was also answered and customer care now guides me a nonsense way to resolving it by writing a letter.
The mistake is from bank side, i expect bank to approach for the same or provide any alternate process...
