Hi, this complain is raising 2 time
I have submitted a dispute from in the month of july’19, due to wrong payment of 2, 06, 567.00/- to wrong cc number which is not belongs to hdfc cc. It was a balance transfer from the kotak bank. I have attached the copy of dd for your reference.
Dd was submitted in the month of june, it has been cleared from kotak, last 2 months i am paying interest amount to hdfc and kotak both the places.
I am waiting more than 3 months to resolve this issue but not getting resolution. Too many times i have connected with hdfc customer care and also visited the pune pcmc branch where i deposited the dd.
Waiting for issue to be resolve.
