Hdfc has a very archaic process, in terms of loan issuance. Everything is done in person, nothing can be done online.in the day of online and digital banking, hdfc is far behind. I wish i didn't have to deal with hdfc but it is what it is.
So, the reason i am complaining is that hdfc issued a demand draft to me, to give to another company, so that i can foreclose that loan. However, there were 2 problems:
1) instead of "lan" which stands for loan account number, they typed "lna" on the demand draft.
2) they put the wrong company name on the card.
I need this escalated and dealt with promptly.
